I love going to Zaza vape shop, they have quality products and great prices! I especially love going when Carmenita is working, she’s so kind and down to earth, she most definitely knows what she’s doing and knows all her products very well! I most definitely will be going back but mostly while Carmenita is there!

Was out of town and stumbled across this Vape shop .. spent 20 minutes talking to the the Wonderful lady behind the counter she was so knowledgeable .. and Introduced me to another band vape ..she’s definitely a keeper..wish I had gotten her name think she mentioned it was Car .. I recommend if you’re ever in Is the area and need vape Recommendations she’s your Girl .. I’ll Definitely be back.

The Gentleman working in the store was very friendly, courteous and professional. He helped my girlfriend and I choose new devices and e-liquids. I personally would highly recommend this place for any of your vaping needs. Well definitely be going back. Im excited to see and try some of the wide variety of liquids that they have available.

Was late to work and stopped in for the first time. I wanted some cheap juice to get me by and some cotton for my rda til I could go to my normal place. Their juice was slightly more expensive but well worth it, The juice I got was blueberry scone in a 3MG so as far as that goes, amazing. The Owner gave me a suggestion for a juice and even apologized that they were sold out of the 60ML. That was fine tho :) I paid 20$ for the 100ML and my Mans even gave me some free cotton since he was out at the moment. All in all, very nice and clean shop. Great customer service, I walked in and he immediately dropped his conversation with his buddy and helped me. And the vibes of the place as a whole not to mention it’s less than 2 mins away, this shop is perfect. It’s about that perfect note and this place gets it 💧

I trust these people with all of my vape supplies and questions. They are always extremely helpful. They will actually go out of their way to try to fix problems rather than hook you with an immediate sale. When we do need an upgrade or to replace something that (I most likely) broke, they help us find whats best for our needs. And, they really do like their customers. Theyre the friendliest people. Even if their shop is further away than the one you use now or if youre just looking for a great vape shop, you will love this place.

Best customer service anywhere! Lots of great flavors, hard part is picking a favorite. Prices are competitive, rather than expensive. Friendly relaxed atmosphere, whether a quick stop or hanging out for a while. Knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. Large selection for beginners or advanced users.

Im not sure why but I always feel lost and anxious when asking for a flavor recommendation at a lot of vape shops but not here. These folks are beyond friendly and gave me a recommendation that was ON POINT! Such a chill atmosphere that Ive struggled to find at a lot of bigger stores. Jake is an excellent member of the team and so was Luke while he was there. I have never left the store dissatisfied with the level of service and its been nearly a decade that Ive been coming here. They have house blend juices, staples that the community loves, and various other flavors that the owners and staff use and review before the consumer ever lays hands on it. Ive gotten custom box builds from them, Ive gotten specialized atomizer, and for the most part everything Ive ever gotten there still works or they took care of it and set me right. Again, five stars for THE Five Star Vape Store! Make today the good ol days and get a bottle of their Apple Candy Cream! Beats Five Pawns by a country mile!

The owners and staff treat you like family! They dont try to push you into buying anything but simply ask you what you are looking for and let you try flavors to your leisure so you know for a fact that you will enjoy your purchase completely! The atmosphere and the service is what makes this place better than the competitors. You could sit and chill with them for hours and not feel pushed into a sale, which makes their customers more inclined to purchase their products. The staff are the friendliest business owners you will ever meet and they make a point to remeber their customers names. Apple candy cream is my #1 favorite juice that is still in circulation. Hands down, I love that flavor. The owner is an awesome guy from what Ive seen, and hes been in this business for a really long time. Youre gonna get what you need when you come here.

My first time in was last week. Now its my favorite store. Awesome store. Workers are really cool. The flavors are awesome. I drive all the way from Lebanon just to buy from them.

Can’t think of how this place could be any better. So happy to see they are getting the attention they deserve. I’ve been going here for years now and have had pleanty of conversations with the owners. It’s family operated and you can definitely feel it. The juices they make are even better than premium, any of the vape heads are amazing. Don’t sleep on five star, no vape store around compares.

My mother lives in the boro and has been a life long smoker! I QUIT smoking about a year ago and my mom was ready to take the plunge into the vape world so I googled the best places in the boro to buy ecigs and fluid this popped up as number 3 but I think it should have come up as number 1. the staff was amazingly helpful. They explained all the need to know stuff so well she is actually comfortable with her new vape. The prices are competitive. And their in house fluid is amazing!!! I live in Nashville and I will make the 45min drive to the boro for all my vape needs in the future!! I dont care how great you think your vape store is I swear this place is better!

Shopped around at a few different vape stores in the area. None compare to the quality of information nor the quality and selection of both the help here and the selection of goods. Just walked in to one of their workers giving a detailed walkthrough of setting up his own vape on what appeared to be a small-dollar sale. This is the best vape store in town. Unlike some others that hand mix, these guys flavors are consistent and manufactured in a sanitary environment (important since it goes into your lungs!)5/5, will only do business here again.

Was down around the Tennessee area having a job interview from being from Illinois I didnt know any vape shop down there so I just picked a vape shop there name I thought was a eye catcher so decided to give them a shot since new to the area and wow wasnt a let down I make the move to mid Tennessee in a week cant wait to give the rest of there line called Fruit Factory a try the Mango Rainbow Drip was phenomenal...

I went in to ask about things and buy some juice, ended up feeling dumb for being new to vapes by some old dude. He ended up being the dumb one because the vap I got as a gift was different and he couldnt figure out where the juice goes. He eventually found it (and for that I give one star) and then proceeded to laugh with other customers because I asked if theres anything like a necklace that holds vaps. Im new not stupid. The other star goes to the blonde woman who guided me to find a good liquid, she was fun. I had fun with her and she asked me things like do you like cake or candy? I would have given more stars because I did like the hang out scene but didnt like hanging out with rude people. Except the blonde, you ROCK! ..but honestly Im never coming back.
