Went to 9 other smoke shops trying to find an in-line percolated bong and not one other store had one and most of them didn’t know what I was talking about. I was honestly just looking for fun at the point I walked in smoke life and found a really cool guy who I didn’t get the name of but he helped me out and instantly knew what I was talking about and gave me a deal on his price, mind you I still paid 160 and the bong goes for 120 online, but also mind you this store has quality bongs that nobody else has and you don’t have to wait for the shipping and you can’t even see it when you shop online, so I would happily go back instead of shopping online and I recommend you do too.All in all best shop on the strand if you’re looking for good glass that’s not too high in price.

They opened up at 8am sharp, I got in and grabbed the most 🔥 new vape and got on my way. The manager there is always working 💪 to keep the best stuff on the shelf 👌 a little something for everybody in there ✨️

Amazing atmosphere! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of vapes, CBD, pipes, and all arrays of smoking accessories. I’m a disposable vapor, so this store was right up my alley.

Smoke life is an essential stop when we’re coming to our vacation spot. Jon is always externally helpful and very educated on everything in the store. Also too, that I personally appreciate is how clean the store stays. Coming here every time.

Best place and staff ever! I came to the store extremely late and they were about to close, but were nice enough to wait for me and still provided impeccable service. I want to go back first thing in the morning lol. One staff member, Brice was so nice and knowledgeable about everything and helped me find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this store.

Man have I found the shop for me Ive been going here for years and my favoritism definitely shows I cant explain how much I love going to this shop the atmosphere and selection truly got me into collecting rigs and much more and when I break a downstem/bowl or need something to clean my pieces with I know that smokelife and my main man Brett will have a replacement ready for me they have a wide variety of delta products smoke and edible wise and even a new lost Mary and fume 5000 that I havent seen in other shops yet definitely check it out if youre stopping in town or a local you wont regret it!

Clerk could use some good .training in customer service etiquette … store Merch nice selection but the associates poor attitude made me decide to put back most of the stuff I was getting.. he acted like I was such an inconvenience so ✌️ Iola

I was visiting this town and this has got to be hands-down, one of the best vape shops in the area. Brice, the person who helped me was outstanding, and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of what kind of vape would fit my needs. Definitely will be going back again soon. My wife went into the store to purchase some product and tried to take a photograph and was rudely told by Freddy not to do it again or she would not be allowed back on the property instead of just politely explaining to her why for some reason a retail store a customer cannot take a picture of a product then when I called to ask why such a policy existed he hung up on me and was extremely rude and cocky his name was Freddy and he said he was the owner

I love this store ! And they have everything that you could want there when it comes to edibles and things of that nature , the person that was working there the several times that I visited that store while on vacation, was so nice and very knowledgeable...I TOTALLY recommend this store to everyone !!

First, this shop is OVERPRICED. 3.99 for a regular 2 pack games. And secondly, the young man tonight was SO glued to his phone, anyone couldve came in and took whatever. Was barely responsive and was not knowledgeable to products. Great selection though, but professionalism matters.

Was there on vacation and bought the cbd chocolate bars, they were great. Brett was great. I tried to get them online from the distributer but the were out of stock. No one in my area even knew about them . I called and got Brett on the line and was pleased to hear he had them in stock and would get them mailed out to me tomorrow. He even gave me a discount for ordering four. Thanks Brett. You just gained a mail order customer.

Very poor customer service. Walked in, there was other customers that were being helped. We waited for them to be done and asked for our items, while the female employee was showing us said items she said to her coworker shes done and leaving and did not continue to help us or get us what we needed just stood around on her phone. We stood around for 10mins waiting to be helped and when we finally asked if someone could help us get what we needed they gave us an attitude. NEVER GOING BACK. COULD HAVE HAD A LOYAL LOCAL CUSTOMER.

For real though, the chicks at this place are amazing! They know their stuff about all of the products their selling and super friendly. Im only here for the and left my debit card last night and when I went to go see if they had it, they made me verify my ID so Im so happy they care about their customers. Next time Im in myrtle beach, Im definitely stopping in.

All was well the first time I went. But the second time, the only employee working was on her cell phone. We waited 5 minutes then kindly asked if she could help us find something and she said, hold on. We proceeded to wait for another five minutes before eventually just walking out without spending any money. Great store. Awful employees. At least that one. But one bad apple spoils the bunch I guess.

We stopped by this shop because it was close to our hotel and we are from out of town. Ally gave us AMAZING service, she was very informative, funny and kind. Definitely would recommend going here best product around. We will continue to go there when we visit.

Disposables are very faulty but pretty. Your not going to find a pack of papers under 4 dollars and a uni twist that used to be sold at the shop I worked at in fort lauderdale for 35 a pop. They wanted 45+ tax. The greeting is much duller then I am accommodated to. and I even asked for a replacement disposable the next day and 2 days later I end up with this burnt Ayo taste on both ends of a two-in-one stick (not a one stick by kangervape)

Felt froggy got some nitrous. Dude was helpful and even though I thought I paid a arm and a leg after comparing prices online. They actually had pretty good prices especially for the beach. I assume locals shop there too.

They have A LOT of products, but they are RIDICULOUSLY priced. Go online and order for half the price... 100% mark up at these types of places. Staff was nice and helpful with any questions. They dont allow photos to be made of there products.

Huge selection of just about anything youd ever want from a place like this. Prices were reasonable, service was good, and there were several ongoing sale specials.

Everything you would want at a huge co$t. Very attentive and answered all of our questions with a smile. Could not find anything under $10. A friend went there after and prices changed. He was told an amount higher than the one I was given. Seem trustworthy and I know they are here to make money but dang people!

Nice store with nice staff but they are a bit pricey as are most of the vape shops along this stretch of the beach. Decent selection if youre in a hurry and need something right then and there. Dont be fooled however they sell fake smoke... looks authentic but its not. Otherwise okay selection of Vape fluid and your mainstream brands. They will work with you a little as far as price and sometimes will negotiate depending on what you need. I would go back again if in that area and really needed something. Nice people

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Over priced, false advertising, and not professional at all. Any store who cares wouldnt screw over their customers, I can see now they wont be open for long. I would definitely recommend taking your money else where.

We went in a couple days ago and the male employee that helped us was amazing and very helpful. He explained everything that we asked about and even chatted with us for a bit. We went in again today (08/09/18) and there was a female employee in there yelling on the phone cussing and arguing with what seemed to be her mother. She was behind the counter screaming at the person on the phone. It was extremely unprofessional and really ruined the relaxed vibe you generally get when you walk into a smoke shop. There was another couple in there trying to look at things and she was very rude and dismissive to them. I don’t blame them for just walking out. We avoided her like the plague. The other guy in there was helpful and we cashed out with him.

Stopped down to the smoke shop and the staff was very knowledgeable about the product I was asking about, he told me the difference between the two items I was asking about

Tourist trap prices! Expect to pay 3X or 4X more here. With so many tourists in town they can get away with it. MB does have honest shops, this is NOT a business that should be in business. Are you so desperate that you will pay? Are you too lazy to find reasonable prices? If you are shopping around for good quality equipment keep looking this is NOT the place to go. But if you have plenty of vacation money and just need something to get by till you get back home stop in. They will look you in the eye and say what a good deal. Dont expect to return ANYTHING fo any reason. They sell only and will not send anything back for any reason.Dont fall into this trap, you will lose!

I love this place and am SO NOT OFFENDED BY THEIR PRICES. These shops are privately owned and thrive during the wonder lust of Myrtle Beachs peak seasons. That means for a good solid 5 months they make the brunt of their money and thrive on it all year long when its slow. They do have to keep their lights on. Being on vacation, I totally expect to pay higher prices at a destination that is well know for travelers and vacationers. They have everything! In my small town, we are lucky to have gas stations with any of these products. Very good to have shops like these when you dont want to hit up shady locals. Their CBD bud keeps you safe from the authorities and you can still have a great time. Wonderful staff and Brett is definitely the fuel that keeps this machine running smoothly. 5 star for me!

Stopped by smokelife on my way home to pick up a new vape stick. Great customer service, the guy there helped me pick out the best flavor that i would like personally. They have a wide variety of flavors and all sort of goodies. Definitely will be back there!!!

Ripping off local tourist. I bought a bottle of juice. Took it back because it tasted like perfume. He refused to give a refund. I left it on the counter and told him to sell it to somebody else. I disputed the charges with my bank. So good luck idiots. I got my money back!!!!!!!

I just stopped by this store to pick up a coil but when i saw their wide variety of vape juices i had to grab a bottle and the guy that works there helped me figure out which juice was best for me. Will be my new go to store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍🏼

DO NOT Buy disposable vapes or Kratom from this place until June or July. Bought two disposable vapes neither work and the person selling says their distributor does not allow returns of defective items. Even though I opened them in the doorway and never got into my vehicle. Their distributor probably said if it is more than 4 months old they wont return it and because it is not beach season they have Very OLD stock. Kratom is of poor quality companies and surely the same way. Plenty of other stores within 3 miles with better deals and service.

They have a good variety of vapes & juices but their prices are way too high. They are a passing by so stop in store versus a vape shop that people specifically want to go to & their prices reflect this. Instead of trying to be competitive with prices & concentrating on customer service & getting people to want to go a little out of their way to come to this store because their prices are worth it, seems like they raise their prices to make what they can off drop ins.

I was there to purchase a new vape and juice since i broke mine during evacuation....usually cloud 9 is my go to store but since they were closed i decided to hit this store cuz its close to home. NEVER AGAIN! THE CLERK WAS RUDE AS HELL....IVE NEVER FELT MORE UNWELCOME BEFORE IN MY LIFE. HE DID NOT ASSIST ME IN CHOSING A GOOD MOD, HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HIM. I FINALLY JUST PICKED ONE N ASKED ABOUT JUICE N HE BLEW ME OFF. I WAS THERE AROUND 6:15 ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 18. I hope the owner of the shop elimates that employee hes bad for business n i will never be taking my business there ever again ill wait for cloud 9 to be open again. I ended up leaving without juice and went down to vape shopon ocean blvd by Ripleys belive it or not n bought juice. Always great customer service from that crew also very accommodating to my needs. I ask for something fruity in 12mg n she pulls a great selection for me to choose from.

A 60 ml bottle of juice for $40? LOL I understand stores have to make their money, but just do yourself a favor and dont shop here. A quick google search for any of their products and you’ll quickly find that their markups are completely unreasonable

Went to get a dry herb vape pen and I get it home it doesnt charge at all... So we bring it back and they opened up 2 more to test them before giving me a working one. Or so I thought. I charged it all night and it died literally 2 mins after turning it on. Im so pissed I wasted all the money on a non working product.

They charge $14.99 for a cleito 120 coil, the highest Ive ever paid for that coil anywhere else is $6. Crazy.

Mods are very over priced was looking at a mod there and there price is $180 but online price is $39.99 i feel that they should be able to make a profit but over 4 times the price is a bit much in my opinion
