I have been seeing my massage therapist at Mellow Metta Wellness in Naperville for neck/shoulder tension and stress for a long time. She is amazing and has made such a difference in my quality of life. The office is beautiful, clean and so welcoming. I will never go anywhere else!

A fantastic place for therapeutic massage. I have had both Alex and Yue as therapist and they each do an excellent job. Areas of concern or focus are discussed prior to you session and they both check in periodically on pressure. Their office is very warm and comfortable, they have great windows letting in natural light. The massage tables are heated and they place a warm drape to warm up my back muscles prior to massaging the area. I highly recommend Mellow Metta!

Been coming here for the past one year and the duo team do an amazing job with service and quality work at a consistent basis. In fact, I refer my patients to them because I trust their honest work and a wide range of services, including prenatal massages. Rare gem of a find!

I would highly recommend this studio. I have worked with multiple therapists - They did a thorough evaluation of how my body was functioning and what issues should be addressed (I have lower back issues that have absolutely improved over time). The massages are customized to help improve flexibility and soreness. I have been good about following their specific advice with stretching, exercising...and have seen positive results. Its also just a really nice environment/studio. 5 stars for sure.

Üe was wonderful, thorough, communicative, and extremely professional. She is so talented. That was one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. Üe is a miracle worker!!!I spend more than 8 hours in front of my laptop for work (not to mention the endless amount of time on my phone!) and Ive been having neck and shoulder pain for years. And I can really see the difference after 3 sessions with Üe!! She really knows what shes doing! Its just different than any other massage experience that Ive had before. Went here after my car accident. Yue and Alex are both amazing! I highly recommend them. They took deep care into understanding my needs and pain points, while taking the time to explain their observations and treatment. The studio is very clean and calming, they have scent diffusers and heated massages tables, the whole 9 yards.

Alex will be my go-to massage therapist for the foreseeable future. Not only does she listen to your needs and probes for what you would like during the session, but her skills on varying pressure and making you feel comfortable are at the forefront of her service. 10/10 would recommend her for anyone!

Yue does massage with a caring heart and she genuinely wants to serve her clients. She would frequently check in with you and see what she can do to better serve you during the massage therapy sessions. I never had a massage like this in my life. Not only does my massage therapist offer me guidance on my posture and stretching but uses techniques like cupping and Gu Sha that most massage places do not use. Most massages relax you, these heal you!

I had Tanerykah as a therapist. It was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She asked me about my problem areas and did a great job making me feel comfortable before we started.The actual massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. The best massage I have ever had. Ive had treatment by both Ue and Alexandra and they are both so body focused and good at finding those little spots you didnt even know were tight or tense, and more importantly getting them to release. At my first appointment with Ue she immediately saw where I was holding tension and where imbalances were in my body, Ive never had any massage therapist that detailed. Truly outstanding!

I have been seeing Alex for a while now and she is by far my favorite therapist. She has such a warmth and peacefulness to her and it carries through to her massages. I always feel so incredibly relaxed after seeing her. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and I can always trust that when I’m on her table I will be taken care of. Whether that’s if I ask to relax or I have something more serious going on that calls for more specific work, she’s there to help.

Fantastic experience. I came in needing some peculiar work that usually needs specialized attention (I play cello for a living). With so much tension in small muscle groups, musician-oriented massage is not too common a request. But Yue’s got a deep body of knowledge to match her physical techniques and seems to have a sensitivity keen enough to custom tailor her approach to an individual client.
