Not sure why they have bad reviews as their service was exceptional in regards to price matching having a fair selection of products. Granted, I mostly shopped for Kratom products. That’s a big shout out to Abdul for always matching the best prices and being a down-to-earth fella.

They are my new go to vape shop. Great people always well stocked

Out of all of the vape shops near me this is by far the best one! They always have what i need in stock and are helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I drive further for this one and its worth the drive every time.

They don’t even know the prices of the items they sell, they ask you what you usually pay so they can charge you more. They charged me 65$ for an 8oz bag of kratom where I can get the same exact item for 30$ at other places. Super money hungry not impressed

Just one visit(so far), but strongly recommend. Never had a problem with staff, so dont know what people are complaining about.

I went in to buy a mod coils and juice after my old vape died. They were amazingly helpful going over my options and pointing out each vapes features and settings. They helped me pick juices and suggested juices I hadn’t considered but I love. I will definitely be back to stock up on more supplies and they have a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

Revised review: I am editing this review only because you guys showed interest in addressing a customers concern. I dont care about the toddler crawling in your store, my only concern was him inhaling the vapor and I dont know to what extent its harmful to the little ones. Dont waste your time here. They are not very friendly and have always given me a hard time. Darn shame, was a nice place back when it first opened. They act like they know everything and will recommend/suggest false information that I have not heard anywhere else. Went with a friend once who was unsure what he was looking for and they kept on interrupting me when I would try to advise my friend on what he should buy. They also have a very limited selection and almost never have items in stock. Good luck finding 0% nicotine juice. Not to mention they charge more than nearby shops. Sadly its all about the $$$ to them, thats why they almost never have deals and discounts (yes I am enrolled in their rewards system, absolutely pointless). Thankfully I found a great shop right up the street, will be taking my business there from now on.

Went in to find the Smok H-Priv 2 and the guy said he could order it next day. Came in next day and he told me he ordered two just in case the first one didn’t worked. Sure enough, it didn’t so we tried the second one. Worked!The fact that the owner went through the trouble for two is phenomenal. That’s some grade A service! Great price as well. Owner is really cool, super nice. I’m so coming back when I need coils and/or juice.

Edit after 4 years of patronage: Recently Ive been consistently disappointed every time I visit. The variety of flavors has dwindled since I started buying here and they just carry the same junk as everywhere else. For the past half a year, they never have Wet Liquids in Grape in stock, stopped carrying Lunar Harvest, as well as a number of other great flavors. Ive stopped calling ahead to see if a product is in stock, since the answer has been No every time and I just go elsewhere. Im so disappointed since this used to be my go-to store.

I’ve come here over the past 3 years when close by to get nicotine and d8 when the shop by me is closed Past 9:30 as this ones open later. I called to see the price difference between a nicotine stick at this shop compared to the one closer to me because 3 days ago i saw the device there. and when I called they refused to tell me the price of said device and were viciously rude. I don’t plan on ever coming back and past 9:30 i will just Take the ride to the cbd smoke instead. I’m more than unhappy with my experience

I walked in with high Hopes of finding a new vape shop to buy my juice and accessories. I have been vaping for over 5 years and have never encountered such bad customer service in a vape shop environment. I was highly disappointed that one employee was on there phone not paying any attention and did not greet me when I walked in. The older gentlemen noticed me from his computer he seemed more interested in, after a minute or two the older gentlemen forced the younger man to get off his phone and help me also not acknowledging my presence personally rather forcing his other employee to talk to me. Both seemed disappointed to have to help a customer. I could go in to detail but bottom line is their customer service is terrible and will not be recommending this shop to anyone including you who have took the time to read this. Spend you money somewhere that the employees care enough to acknowledge your presence promptly and kindly. It is my understanding that this is a family owned chain. I hope the other stores have more attentive employees, however I will not be giving any Smoke O Vapor my buisiness which is disappointing to say the least. Thanks for reading my experience.

The owner/manager was very helpful and nice, his name is Shabs. Took the time to help me pick out the best mod, set it up for me and got me ready to vape in a very quick and friendly manner. Would recommend to anyone to shop her for all of their vape needs!

My friends and I have bought vape supplies from this Vape Shop for several years, they have the best supplies for the best prices and their service is very good. I usually call them and get my order ready to be picked up; they have always been what an excellent customer friendly business should be. Their prices are unbeatable and I love them for that. In short, this store offers pretty much everything you could need from a vape shop.

First time vaper. Shabs was very helpful, showed me around, explained everything I need to know. He gave advice and directed me to what I need to know. The prices were great and the service was even better!

This shop sold me a bad pack of coils that continued to break on me within a few days and then wouldnt let me exchange the defective pack of coils. I dont think its right to let a customer suffer and spend more money for a faulty product they sold. Bad business practice.

I would never go to any other shop. The guys that work there are awesome, they always know your name, and know what they are talking about. They don’t just want to make a sale, they want people to leave happy and satisfied. It’s a place where people who like to vape go and are able to play pool and chill.. you walk out with new friends every time. Just stopped by to buy a Sourin Air Pro and some juice/replacement pods. The man working there was very knowledgeable and friendly and he recommended the best selling nic salt juice and it is amazing! I would definitely stop by here again!

I was looking for a specific vape. i called the store and spoke to the gentleman and he told me he had it and even sent me a picture. I then arrived and he also set me up with some good juice and even explained the operation and how the device works. Very clean environment and the guy is very informative and respectful. 10/10 reccommend.

Went in to buy a simple item, but got extremely bad service by a man who kept talking over me and being super obnoxious. He kept saying all the information that I was stating was irrelevant and that he had plenty of items I could choose from but with no help as to which was best, treating me as if I was ignorant. It was an extremely confusing and weird interaction. My first and last time stoping at this store.

The place was clean and organized.They have all the staples plus some rarer brands I dont see too often.Shabz was the one who helped me out and he has all the qualities of a good businessman. In town from St. Louis for work, needed a new coil for my Vape and this was the closest place that sold the coil I needed individually. From the minute I walked through the door I felt unwelcome because I interrupted their game of Pool. I use a coil that is not recommended for my Tank so the guy immediately demanded that I buy the right coil. Unless he was going to pay for it, he shouldn’t tell me what to buy with my money. He started getting mad and couldn’t calm himself down as he was ringing me up arguing up and down that I should buy the other coil. So I just told him he was right and I was wrong just so he would be quiet and give me my merchandise. Since I knew he was salty, I asked him if I should take my business elsewhere to try out a couple juices to go with my fresh coil, he told me that it’s illegal to sample flavors. So I told him back home in St. Louis, every Vapor Store I’ve visited have a dedicated test bar so you know what you’re buying. He got a little more angry because I called him out on his ignorance and told me that it’s illegal across the country. Save your time and go to another store, these guys obviously think they’re Harvard Graduates when it comes to running a beat down Vapor Store and can’t accept the fact that they will never have anything better going for them. They make the Chicago area look bad to us out of town guys.

I am a veteran vaper (started in 2012) and have developed a picky palate when it comes to e-liquid. This is an awesome little shop with a great selection of some quality juices.I don’t live in the Aurora/Naperville area, but frequently visit on the weekends, and this is the only shop in town that I’ll go to. Service has always been spot-on as well.

Great products and great customer service. I have a bunch of buddies that literally stay at the shop for hours. They never get tired of it because of the great atmosphere that is within the shop.If you are wanting to quit smoking cigarettes the guys at the Naperville shop will help you with that. They know what they are talking about and can answer any questions you may have about vaping to help you quit smoking cigs.

The guy that helped us seemed irritated to have to work while he was at work. He seemed to be annoyed that he was pulled away from whatever he was doing on his computer to check a customer out at the register. Definitely did not make me want to come back.

Almost double the prices of everything that you can get shipped to you for free if you buy online elsewhere. Do your dd, lookup reviews before heading there and throwing your money away. Would not recommend.

This place is a total scam!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Bought a vision battery and kangertech tank after 6 days the battery stopped working brought it in they spend 20 min trying to figure out whats wrong then they ask for receipt for warrenty then go nope you see that tiny mark on it its damaged your fault. Then he try selling me another one saying that the new one could possibly only last a week and if theres a scratch on it they wont warranty but this 200$ one is solid it wont break sounds fishy right? Then another customer came in said I bought that one and it broke so I bought that one and it broke so I bought this 250$ and its good didnt break. Does anyone see the scam Here? Unless you buy top of the line your screwed I do not recommend if you are new to vapeing NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU OVER AND OVER UNTIL YOU BUY THERE MOST EXPENSIVE PRODUCT!

I live nearby and figured I would try a different store rather than drive to oswego. I bought a Phix and some pods to try something more simple and easy. The guy seemed knowledgable, showed me some options, but seemed like he just wanted me to buy something and get out. After the first pod the other 3 in the pack were bad and taste burnt. I went in two days later and explained my situation, the guy went to the back and then came back and said there was nothing they could do. Normally I wouldnt say anything because sometimes you have a bad pod or coil, but when there is 3 in a pack of 4 that is unaceptable. I told the guy I wasnt spending money there ever again and all he said was good. I read that you pride yourself in good customer service, maybe you should tell your associates that.

Great vape shop with a good balance of quality products, customer service, and cheap prices. The selection isn’t a big at the Plainfield smokeovapor, however this has never been a problem for me since they still have a lot of great products and are constantly getting the newest juices and hardware.The Plainfield location is 5 star material as well, but I personally prefer the Naperville Smokeovapor because of the personable customer experience and the great prices.

So people are aware. You cannot exchange or get a refund. I had an employee help me get my first vape pen. After i had chosen my pen, the employee at the store set up my pen for me. I had return 5 days later because the vape pens juice heated up too much and burned my tounge many times. I returned to get some help. Another employee helped me and said its the coils. Not wanting to get me a new coil and replace it, he used the spare one in my kit. His coworker set up my vape pen, its not a user error. The employee decided to give me 3 dollars off my next coil, but only after i asked why he didnt replace it instead. After all that my pen is still not working and still shooting out hot vape juice. My issure is not resolved nor will they exchange it for a new one. This was a $70.00 purchase. Sorry for the lengthy review. Will not be going back.

They got some good selection but the employees seem like they dont wanna deal with you and they just want you out of there. Great if you know what you want and if you wanna get in and out but horrible if you are looking for something new and thinking about trying something new

Typical vape/smoke shop. Tons of people hanging out vaping and the place looked like somebody set off a gas grenade inside the place. They didnt have the SMOK alien 220w kit that I wanted and their prices were a bit high. They do have a good selection of stuff.

The first time was very good because the person who attended me was a guy who explained all my doubts perfectly, but after I returned I was treated by a completely ignorant Indian, with a really pathetic customer service for that reason I do not return to that store.

They dont have as much variety on salt nic for being a big store. We purchased several items, a posh plus included which was not in the bag when we got home. We called them regarding this matter and the person on the phone was rude and not helpful at all.

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and worked with us for almost an hour until we selected the right vape for my mom. Thank you for taking the time and helping her quit smoking!

Been vaping for over year, visited many shops. Headed into this one because it carries Five Pawns, was hoping to test BFF, purchase it and a couple of other mass produced liquids. We were greeted curtly and as I approached the counter to look at the testers, the majority of the labels were falling off and the tanks were dirty. Not only that, there was no liquid in any of the half a dozen or so that I was brave enough to pick up. When I looked up at the shelves behind the counter, I noticed BFF and asked if there was a tester for it. One of the guys behind the counter said no, quickly pulled BFF down and told me I could sniff the bottle, as he exhaled impatiently. The other guy behind the counter just sat there doing his best to stare off into space and avoid anyone that came in the door. Awesome. From what I understand, this is a chain and if this is what a vaping chain is going to be, Ill stick to the professionals at Elixerz in Glendale Heights and Elgin; they may not carry designer liquids, but their homemade products are amazing. Every once in a while I like to try the mass produced stuff and I was excited to find a retail shop nearby that carried Five Pawns. However this experience convinced me that if I want Five Pawns or Suicide Bunny, Im better off ordering it than wasting my fuel and patience visiting any of the Smokeovapor locations. The two guys behind the counter, aside from being exceedingly inhospitable, clueless and rude, were hygienically inferior to feral pigs.

This place used to be pretty good before the new employees started working there, now the prices are outrageous. Basically unwilling to work out deals, even after you buy a lot of juice.

I went in looking for RAW king cones and a specific rolling tray, didnt expect them to have the tray. But I walked in, found the RAW stuff, I asked for king cones and he showed me the huge ones. The huge ones no one can afford to fill. Just kind of confused as to why they dont have a super common cone size.That is all
