420 Vape and Smoke Shop

What a pleasant experience I had last night at 420!! The man with the man pony was such a big help and helped me find a specific vape i have been looking for all over!! He answered all of my questions, and was patient and attentive. He made my experience 6/5!!! I will definitely return!!

The man with gauges and longish hair is awful. so extremely rude, will not talk to you, and has horrible service. Now i don’t expect much from a smoke shop worker, but he could at least say hello when i walk into the store. Small talk is a nonexistent term in this bums brain, and if you try to make any with him expect silence and a disgusting ugly glare. This is the second time this has happened, and next time I see him working I will not be a paying customer, nor will my family or friends. I also have found out that he was kicked out of the army… quite the man you want working for your store huh? If he can’t serve the country i don’t want him serving me! Ask him about it! (he doesn’t talk much so goood luck)

On vacation from Bama and stopped by for some product and was treated very well and given top class service. Great job guys and thanks for your help. Will be back next year when I come back, and will probably be my first stop.

I stopped here on the way to work one day because I forgot my vape and I’m so glad that I did. This shop has such a great vibe. The owner, Dan (manager) and Jimmy are awesome guys. Joel isn’t there anymore but he was fantastic, too. They treat you like family. There is usually at least one dog there, too. What’s not to love about that?! I’ve found them to have some of the lowest prices around, especially in Naples. I’ve never asked for a discount but almost every time I go I get one. For those who say otherwise, your attitude goes a long way. They also have a basket of highly discounted vapes. If you don’t see it, just ask them. I bought one that had 5500 puffs for $10. Can’t go wrong with that! Thanks for the continued hospitality guys. I appreciate you.

First time at the store I was recommended. Joel was helping us, super friendly. Great shop a lot of selection hospitality was on point felt very welcomed.

They may appear to have a great selection of products, but this place is not a comfortable place to shop. Police have been in and out of this store. From their past employees and shady disrespectful owner, to the frequent kids coming in and out doing their own business, which in turn has made it a hot spot.Be careful with the vape shops out in this area. A lot of products gave me throat inflammation after use.UPDATE: Attached to this place is Egyptian Glass in Fort Myers, heads up!

The only shop you need! These are the best people in the business. Very experienced and knowledgeable of every product they sell. You are always treated kindly and will find everything you are looking for. Do not pay more at other shops, these guys have the best of everything and at the best price.

Usually have poor quality vapes here. Not much of a selection of brands or flavors. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming the few times I have been here. Every time I have purchased a Cali plus vape here it tastes burned. Have even tried waiting 1 to 2 months and then going back.. same problem. Prices are too high and no discounts offered. Pass this one by, save yourself the hassle and the money.. Youre welcome. 😉

We visited 3 different stores in the area and ended back up at 420. Their selection was the best and they had a deal we couldn’t pass up. Steve was great and very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible owner, poor business practice. Bought a vape from here that was defective. Returned to the store to exchange it and the owner refused. The owner is so petty they insisted I just purchase another. Avoid this place and go somewhere that will stand behind their products. Trying to save a couple bucks cost this place all of my future business.
