This was by far the BEST massage I have ever received!Julie was amazing, and listened to my concerns, and truly delivered a spectacular massage.I workout 6x a week, so I am always sore and have knots. This was the 1st massage that completely got rid of them with only 1 session.I will be back!!

Nice atmosphere. Great receptionist. Nice people. However, the massage felt like it was their first time. Pressure was extremely light, more like a partial full body back rub. It was cold in the room. The oil or lotion used was cold. The masseuse listened to my requests but seemed to have forgotten them during the massage.Might be great for some, but not for me or my wife. Im sure its dependent upon who your masseuse is.

I love coming to Elements Massage! The staff is always so friendly & it is very reasonably priced. I typically see David for a deep tissue massage & both times he really listened to my concerns & worked through them. This is my go to massage place in Nashville.

Booked a 90 minute massage plus cupping with Kailey R. Hands down the Best massage I have ever had. It was sedating and relaxing! Post day 3 and I am still feeling great! Thank you Kailey!!

I have been a member since 2020. (Which says a lot about Elements Massage.) Hands down, Elements Massage Green Hills is the best. Their therapists have all been there since I have been coming - says a lot about Elements Massage in Green HIlls owners and staff! I love that for any issue I have going on, there is a list of therapist to match that issue. Ive been to many other spas, but I love Elements Massage Green Hills!

I began Elements salon for my first massage since years to relieve stubborn sciatica pain that has not abated in spite of a cortisone injection and six weeks of physical therapy. I was delighted to meet Ali at Elements and I hope to see her regularly to find relief.

I have muscle knots in my upper back and upper traps, and I need very deep pressure during my massages. Elizabeth did such a great job.

I bought a Groupon and went to try out Elements Massage. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly, pleasant, and attentive to my needs. They adhered to the COVID protocol and cleanliness was top-notch, I felt comfortable and safe. My therapist Julius put the icing on the cake, I got off his table with a renewed body. Elements massage is my place of choice for my massages even though its a hike from Lebanon.

I visited Elements Massage during my engagement trip in Nashville. We got the 60-minute Swedish massage with hot stones. It was our first time ever getting massages. Absolutely amazing. The facility is super clean. The ladies at the front desk were so kind. David did a wonderful job. He was professional and friendly! I felt so relaxed at the end! I also loved the blue and purple lighting. The entire place smells amazing as well. It was a great experience. I will definitely return.

When I first saw how attractive my massage therapist was, I felt intimidated but I am so happy I stayed - it was amazing!!

I treated myself and my mother-in-law to a massage while on vacation and we both had such a great time! I had Julius and it was the best massage I have ever had; I visit a lot of Elements all over and it was seriously the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout by verbally checking in. I highly recommend him! Elements always does a fantastic job, but he was on a whole other level. 🙌🏻

Amazing. I have been a client here for about a year now. David, my massage therapist, is one of the best kept secrets in Nashville...(I hesitate to leave a review because if more people book him then I may have a harder time getting on his calendar! Ha).Seriously though, hes outstanding. I have had about 200 deep tissue treatments in the last 3 years (I am a touring musician and require regular treatment to perform). Elements Green Hills is one of my main massage homes.Thanks David and the Elements team for great experiences again and again!

Have had a great experience at Elements Massage. As a dancer, I am really picky about massage quality, but so far Ive been pleasantly surprised by both the quality and affordability of the massages and for the first time in my life, Im getting one each month!

I really liked this place in the beginning. Then the last massage I had, the therapist was falling asleep during the massage. I decided to try and give it one more chance before canceling my membership. I went today and I had a 90 min massage scheduled. It was supposed to start at 1:45. She didn’t got me back late (2pm) bc the one before ran over. No problems, I figured I would go until 3:30. No, she finished at 3:15. Highly disappointed!

Elements Massage Nahsville Green Hills is one of the best Elements locations to get a massage. The staff is always nice an friendly and very welcoming. They have a nice quiet lobby to relax beforehand. They offer me water every time I come. The therapists are professional and accommodating and they listen very well. The ambiance is amazing! The colored lights in the rooms are my absolute favorite.

I booked and planned a day for someone so very special to me. Not only was the staff beyond helpful and easy to work with, truly above and beyond the call of duty.I want to give the biggest shoutout to one particular employee. Kailey, not only made recommendations on flowers she made it a priority to go far beyond the call of duty. The grace and service given by Kailey has made this experience hands down the best. Thank you to the team here but more importantly to Kailey who did far beyond her job description.

I love that the staff Elements wants to know me. They make an effort to be personal. They are never pressuring me to set a second appointment or make any upgrades to my service booking. Elements cares about me and my well-being as their client. They give me aftercare advice following my massage. They make the whole booking process simple. I feel very safe and very comfortable from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I leave. Elvis and Julius have always been superb. My massage therapists always offer me water prior to services and of course the beloved chocolate square following my massage. My massage therapists listen to my needs, and they are very clearly capable and knowledgeable of my care plan. I have always had respectful massage therapists. They are friendly and professional. Elements offers fantastic services at realistic prices. I cannot say enough about the Wellness Program. It is comforting to know that my unused massage session will roll over to the next month(s) as well. I cannot say one bad thing about any of my experiences at Elements Massage. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.I could not leave this review without mentioning the kindness of Mr. Tom and Mrs. Laura Drew. They have always have a smile on their face. Whether we are speaking over the phone or in person as I am checking in/out, they are always so friendly and welcoming.

I wish we would have been communicated better about the gift card policy. We called and booked the appointments over the phone as we received gift cards as a present. During the phone conversation we mentioned we would be using gift cards, however was not notified the gift cards were location specific. So when we got there we were caught off guard by not being able to use the gift cards when we were under the impression we could. However, my husband and I had a great experience. The front staff was very friendly when we arrived and the massage therapists were very professional, the experience was very relaxing.

Very soothing place, welcoming staff and great explanation of services. Julie was great as my massage therapist. She was very open and professional with just the right pressure as well as checking in from time to time. At the same time, she let me relax for long periods.

I went here for my first massage ever :) Julie made me feel comfortable and welcomed I sincerely thank her as I haven’t felt this much pain relief in my life. I highly recommend this place for your massage and get the heated Himalayan Salt Stones! So worth it, thank you Elements :)

I recently had several bad massage experiences at another massage provider. I decided to try Elements and it was the best massage Ive had in a long time. I signed up for the membership the same day and look forward to my next appointment with Karly.

I really enjoyed the massage that Karly provided, as she listened to exactly what I needed and provided above and beyond service. However, I will say that I was disappointed in the experience as a whole due to the paper-thin walls between rooms and the hallway. Every conversation beyond the room I was in was clearly heard, disrupting the calming experience of the massage. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful setting then Id suggest elsewhere.

The staff and the therapist are GREAT! It always smells so nice when I walk in and it’s always so clean.The ladies at the front always give me a warm welcome when I enter the building and Elvis does an amazing job! I definitely will be back I will be signing up for the membership on my next visit!

I followed my MT Tonya here from a previous place I had a membership with. I was nervous about going to a new place, but Tonya is a miracle worker so I decided to give it a try. I ending up loving this place better than the last!The atmosphere was very welcoming, Rachel at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. I got taken back to the room even a minute or two early. The room was SO clean, the bed was just the right temperature. Tonya always doubles checks on what we are working on, and if the pressure is okay, even though I’ve seen her several times. I’m a secretary and so I sit at a computer desk all day, and also am prone to headaches, so some days I need more attention in other places. It’s so nice because she doesn’t just assume that I need/want the same things every time. I left feeling as light as a feather, and even got a little chocolate at the end as well as a little recommendation card with everything written down about what we did, and what she suggests for next time.Due to my experience, I got a membership right after. Rachel at the front desk didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions about the membership or it’s benefits. Tonya and this company were definitely worth the switch, I’ve already got my next appointment scheduled, and have been raving to my friends to get them in as well. I also love to spoil my husband, so the fact that I can share my membership with him is amazing as well.Wonderful place, I feel really lucky to have found this genuine of a place! Thank you to everyone who works at this location to make this possible.

Delta is definitely superb to offer the needs of customers and get Better relief over all your knots such as back pain or neck pain or muscular stress - they know all customer needs and wants .,I am regular ti this location and they adjust time accordingly! Reliable, convenient location and nice atmosphere with spacious setup!

The massage was good. She did a good job. My complaint is the constant noise. Doors were shutting very loudly for the whole duration of my massage. As soon as I’d relax and zone out again, more doors would be slammed shut. Also, I could hear people talking and laughing loudly right outside the door to the room I was in. It was really frustrating. I tried so hard to tune it out, but it was very difficult to do so. It genuinely sounded like I was in a doctor’s office. Management needs to figure out a solution for this noise issue so this doesn’t continue to happen.

The facility was clean, massage table was comfortable, staff was nice, and most importantly it was a really good massage. The therapist actually listened to me about the areas to focus on; they always ask, but rarely listen. She was great. My sister had another therapist, and said it was one of the best massages she’s had.

The relaxation massage was such a great experience! It helped with soreness and my muscle knots!

This is the BEST location in Nashville, Brentwood, & Franklin to get a massage!!! Not only are the owners hands on & beyond friendly but their entire staff is amazing. You’re welcomed by the friendly front desk staff who is ready & knowledgeable to answer any questions you may have. They have created a very serene environment in the lobby so you can already start relaxing before the massage even begins! I have had Natasha, Elvis, and Jason as my massage therapists here & they were ALL wonderful & that’s very rare to find. The massage therapist truly listens to what your concerns and needs are & where you have trouble areas. They will even go as far as making sure you leave the massage with tips on how to make your body stronger or even ways to stretch to not feel so tense. The price is unbeatable for a massage membership as well. All around amazing place & convenient location in Greenhills. Will recommend to everyone!

I got my first massage at Element Massage in Green Hills this past week. My massage was incredible, the place was extremely clean, and everyone who worked there was extremely friendly. I was so happy with the place I joined their membership program right after my first massage. I would highly recommend Element Massage!

I highly recommend Elvis as your next massage therapist! I had my first session at Elements Massage just a week ago. Elvis gave me the best massage I can remember having, request him if possible! The whole establishment felt clean, and I was skeptical with it being my first massage since the COVID 19 pandemic hit our country.

Therapist stepped out of room on 3 separate occasions, no apology or extra time given me, she seemed in a rush as another person was waiting. Also they go in/out of room without even checking if ur dressed or knocking on door, definitely would not go back!
