Spavia Nashville

This was my first time going to Spavia for a facial. The staff could not have been any nicer. Very pleasant to talk with on the phone and very informative.Brooklyn was the best! She understood my concerns and addressed them with ease. The best 50 minute facial I have ever experienced. My husband even noticed when I got home and said how great my skin looked! He rarely notices when I get my hair cut so that was a huge compliment! lol!

I’ve had massages from many therapists, but Chris stands out as one of the best. Chris had very skillful hands and calming demeanor made for a truly relaxing and healing massage experience. I felt like I was in good hands with Chris, and I left the session feeling like a new person. 5 stars for Chris!

10/10 Recommend Brooklyn!I recently had my first facial with this amazing esthetician, and it was an absolute game-changer! Not only did I leave with glowing skin, but I also left with a newfound appreciation for the benefits of facials. This experience has opened up a whole new world for me, and I can confidently say that I am now a dedicated fan of facials, thanks to my expertise with Brooklyn. Ill definitely be a returning customer for life!

It really is the best massage experience all around. The change room and robes so you dont have to worry about your belongings in the room, the lockers, the shower facilities, the storefront .. its luxurious without being pretentious.

Veronica is very rude and condescending. I had two memberships there for over two years. I let one lapse because I was in the hospital and could not receive spa services (I had broken my back and massages would have been torture) but the contract states you can use your credits for up to a year. Now they’re claiming my months of payments for unused services (I’m counting 9 credits between my two memberships) can’t be used. They’re basically stealing my money and not giving me the services I paid for.I called and asked for a copy of the contract I signed for both memberships as well as the full accounting of my memberships and was denied the documents. You are legally required to provide me details of my own membership!

I have been a member here for a couple of years. I had some issues with a couple of services recently. However, the manager was quick to remedy the problem and was very kind and professional. I had an amazing facial with Theresa and a good deep tissue with Dan.

Spavia is a very nice spa. The atmosphere is Very peaceful & calming. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly & cheerful. I go to Brooklyn & she is wonderful!

The massage was wonderful, wish I booked a longer one. The atmosphere was soothing & everyone was very friendly. The smell of the robe and neck warmer wasnt the most pleasant. It wasnt offensive, I could tell it was clean but it did have an odd odor. Maybe old oils trapped in the fabric? Also wish I couldve smelled samples of my scent before choosing. Other than that it was great! The massage was wonderful, wish I booked a longer one. The atmosphere was soothing & everyone was very friendly.

I have been meaning to write this review. My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage and were in heaven. It was a beautifully calming and dim lit atmosphere. This was back in June so I truly apologize for not remembering my therapist. I loved the bathroom amenities and cleanliness. Candlelit bathing areas with scrubs and creams that were delightful.We were treated well and I would recommend and return

I came with a group of 4 ladies for a bachelorette party in Nashville and we had such a wonderful time. We had a private room to lounge in and bring snacks if we wished. The Masseuses and facialists were so friendly! And it was reasonably priced too. It was such a good idea after a weekend of celebrating. I would recommend to all my friends.

I hardly ever review places I go to, but after my second massage service with Hayes I had to throw out the kudos. I usually have a hard time finding massage therapists that are thorough and firm, yet have that intuitive touch...and Hayes not only possesses this ability but is an absolute massage magician! Never have I been so relaxed and satisfied with a service as I have been with him. I also have to shout out Courtney - she was masterful with my facial and is very knowledgeable about all things skin related. She had me glowing and grinning once she finished my service. I highly recommend this spa - its very clean, friendly and professional environment! Treat yo’self!

I went in with pretty severe muscle pain in my back. Sarah worked on it patiently and with skill. I feel almost completely better today. It has been hurting for two months. Nothing else worked. Sarah is amazing! In fact, all of the therapists at your location are true professionals.

First time there, my husband and I booked Signature massages for our anniversary. We both had Tasha and thought she was amazing. Im picky, and she gave me the best massage Ive ever had. Perfect amount of pressure and a really sweet person. Giving four stars because the relaxation rooms, locker room, and robes were all pretty basic. Overall, great place that Id love to return to.

Best massage I have ever had!! Sherondia is who I went to. This is my second time seeing her, I have had massages all over nashville and she is by far the best therapist I have found. Her flow and technique will have you so relaxed in minutes!!!

Best facials ever! I was so impressed with my first one last month that I instantly became a member to get the best economical value from the spa. The ambiance of the lounge area with tea/water, fountains, fire place reading material and lavender neck sachets is very relaxing. Vicky is amazing, knowledgeable, professional and does not hesitate to answer any questions I may have regarding my skin and treatment. She even helps me with recommendations for the kind of facials I should book based on my skin type and goals. I cant wait to get a massage and try more services in the future. I am so glad they are here in Bellevue and look forward to everything they have to offer me, the residents of the area and the community as a whole! Definitely the place to go for🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service!

Kate did my facial and she was incredible. She was attentive to details, assessed my skin, offered suggestions, made sure I was comfortable, gave me a phenomenal facial, her massage technique was perfection. I was very close to falling asleep, if thats not relaxation, Im not sure what is. I will definitely make another appt with her.

I love Spavia Bellevue!! The atmosphere is wonderful, staff is great, my therapist was spot in with the right amount of pressure and is very professional! If I could, I would rate Spavia Bellevue way higher than 10!!

I had an excellent experience at Spavia. The changing suite was stocked with nice, thoughtful amenities (loved the chocolates!) and the relaxation room was simple but effective. Even better, Elizabeth provided a stellar massage. Ive experienced dozens of massage therapists over the years and I would put her up with the best. She gave me some very useful tips and seemed clued-in to my specific needs.

I loved my facials. I had an issue with the other service I went in for, but Janna( hope I spelt correctly) the manager called me a few days later and was really helpful, understanding and proposed different solutions. I would go there again when I am in Nashville. Keep up the good work and thanks Janna

Spavia has a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere and their employees are all so nice. Preston did an exceptional job giving me a hot salt stone massage. My daughter was very pleased with her massage as well. Very relaxing!

I had a massage by Michelle earlier this week- she was WONDERFUL! I went in feeling stiff and exhausted and Michelle has rejuvenated me! She was a wonderful masseuse! She hit all my tension spots and relieved a ridiculous amount of stress I was carrying. I have nothing but positive comments to make about her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10/10! I have also had the pleasure of being given multiple massages with Marshall---let me just tell you that he understands what firm pressure means! I left feeling like putty every time. Michelle and Marshall are wonderful and I will always be booking one of them from here on out :) Thank you both!!

I had the most amazing massage with Hayes yesterday! I have had many massages in my life and this was hands down the best. He got out every knot and made it very relaxing at the same time. I will be back for sure.

Rio, my massage therapist was absolutely amazing!!!! He uses various types of deep tissue massage skills which was incredible. Spavia is an amazing addition to Bellevue. Probably the best massage Ive had in my life. I came in feeling very stressed and achey and walked away without any pain. The facility is very clean and modern and the womens restoration room was a great place to sit before and after the massage to get some water. I love the addition of the lockers and changing area and the sandals that are provided. Spavia definitely did think about everything. I will definitely be back and my husbands looking at making an appointment too. Highly recommend the warm oil scalp massage as well.

Went in for a maternity massage. I explained to the gentleman that I wanted a firm massage before we started. During the massage I asked him to apply more pressure but he really didn’t as much as I’d like. I let it slide cause I didn’t want to nag. He massaged my shoulders and completely passed over where there was clearly a knot. It was very frustrating. Definitely not worth $150 that I spent today. The place was nice and felt that expensive vibe but this momma needs to find another place that actually can get those knots out of my neck.

Wonderful experience! I went in for an hour-long massage. I loved being able to relax before and after the massage in the retreat area. The massage with Hayes was very relaxing and relieved the tension in my neck. I highly recommend!

As a frequent visitor of Spavia in my home state, I wanted to check out Spavia Bellevue. The spa is truly like being at home, very comfortable with everything you need to feel at ease.Marshall, my massage therapist, was kind and attentive and did a stellar job for my 80 minute salt stone. If I could leave more than five stars, I totally would :)

I went yesterday for the first time to get a facial and I had heard so many great things and saw great reviews on a Shandara. She was AMAZING and my experience was amazing also. I loved it so much that I bought a membership package before I left!

I had a great experience. It was convenient , clean, and friendly. I was especially pleased with the ability to get in on such short notice. I recognize that doesnt happen often.. I was so pleased that I purchased a membership for my daughter

This lady named Janna made my experience in this horrific spa a nightmare. I stayed because I was gifted this spa experience by a friend. the owners should look into finding better management personal. I dont recommend going here. One of the best massage experiences Ive had in Nashville. I had a 60 minute deep massage with Tammy to get rid of all of my knots in my neck and upper back and she was absolutely wonderful. Cant wait to go back.

The professional that gave me my massage was great. I told her I have had hundreds of massages and that was one of my top 10 of all time!

I unrecommend this business. They refuse massages to cancer patients. Discriminatory. Multiple health providers and oncologists indicate that massage can be helpful including breatcancer.org, Johns Hopkins, Dr. Anderson Cancer treatment, Australian and UK cancer treatment organizations, yet this business will not provide massages to cancer patients in chemotherapy because it might spread chemo in your body which is the point of chemo. There is no evidence that massages cause cancer to spread. Furthermore spavia was informed up front multiple times that the client was undergoing cancer treatment and booked the appointment anyway. Once the client showed up and completed their lengthy intake process, was lying on the massage table waiting for the therapist, they were refused services. A horrible business model that actively participates in discrimination against people who already are having difficulties. Way to NOT be a preferred business, spavia!The information communicated by spavia in their reply was NOT provided up front despite the fact that active cancer treatment was disclosed multiple times. Certification programs in oncology massage are rare. This business chooses to not serve customers that comprise 12 million members of the worlds population AND they do it after the appointment has been booked.

I went in for a detoxing body wrap and had a relaxing experience with Vicki.

Spavia Bellevue is wonderful. The minute you walk in the relaxing atomosphere envelopes you. You get to choose a scent, and music that is played during the treatment. The relaxation area for the womens was wonderful it had tea and water available with chocolates. The storage for our stuff is easy to use and remember the code. The weather outside was chilly so when I was moved to my room the air was set at a comfortable temp that being in the robe wasnt freezing nor overly hot. When I got in the heated bed it wasnt overly hot nor when i got out was I freezing. Hannah was awesome did exactly what I asked as to where I carry more of my stress.

Spavia is always such a treat. I have been to shandara many times and her facials are the best. I have also had a few massages with different masseuses and they all were wonderful.

I had a most wonderful massage. Marshall really worked through all the knots and sore spots. I’ve had many massages and I can tell you, Marshall is great!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!. They called me THE DAY OF our service and told me that the guy who was suppose to do my massage called off. Ok cool I was fine with that. But to offer me a facial and charge me wayyyy more was definitely UNACCEPTABLE in my eyes.

Everything was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I will definitely choose this location the next time Im in the area visiting.
