Everyone was so helpful and alert! I especially thank Chase Moss. He was very educated about everything and gave me insight on the products that other customers liked and some of his own likes. He made a big help in making my choices. Thank you guys I will definitely be back!

Very rude. Unwelcoming, didn’t help with anything, didn’t welcome us in. Gave us a hard time with IDs though an account is registered with them, which you only do in store as you’re purchasing. White dude with a mustache likes to flash his gun when checking you out at the counter. Never had issues with them before, definitely recommend Franklin over this location. You will actually receive help and not met with such conceited attitudes. Truly hope he doesn’t continue to work there 👍

Been going to this location for years really great spot and a large option of rellos and edibles. Nice friendly and helpful staff EXCEPT for the guy with the jacked up mullet and hat. Everytime I come in there he has the worst attitude doesnt matter rather its morning or night. Very aloof and prone to make snide remarks when you are simply asking him a question. The worst choice of personality type to put on the dispensary side of the floor. Its amazing anyone even comes back to that side of the building with him working there. If you have a short temper I suggest you do not engage with him and find another worker to help you. Buddy will surely ruin whatever mood you came in with lol

Its the only place in town Ive found that sells CBD ONLY in various products. The guys in there are super supportive and talk you through whats safe and whats not if youre looking for zero thc.

WOW just WOW!! great staff both friendly and knowledge. They have a HUGE selection of novelty items, Vapes, Water Pipes , Huka pipes, Dab Burners, Vaporizers , one hitters, and every other smoking need you can possibly!!We bought an ashtray, dab burner, pipe, etc and spent much less than Id expected. We got the Delta 8 gumnies and BELIEVE THE HYPE! Jesse is super nice and very patient explaining everything. Thanks for taking the time yesterday!

So I went here before they started selling Thca and they have a full line of smoke vapes and accessories for ALL your smoking needs. A lil pricey but fair and the store, Its very neat and products are in clear sight. The left hand side of the store sells Thc-a products from flower to vapes, edibles, dabs and other items. One of the two people in there was somewhat knowledgeable to all the letters on the vape I purchased, but one seemed like he had been hitting the stock a lil hard. Its a cool laid back vape shop for the most part. Ive purchased e cigs and mach 1 (awrite) and two of the 15 a gram flowers but they were not what I was looking for in a flower. BEWARE!!!! The parking lot has massive pot holes!😁

If I could give this shop less than a star, I would. Recently, my husband went into the shop simply to get a vape. He walks out to the car for about a minute, tries to use the vape, only to find that the vape doesn’t work. It’s whatever, we have dealt with vapes not working before. He went back into the store not even being gone more than a minute and the employees refuse to switch out the vapes. Never have I ever been to a shop that refuses to swap out faulty products after a maximum of a minute of being gone. If the shop does not allow people to return faulty products after a minute or two, they should have a policy that all products must be tested before they are removed from the shop like other places. We will not be back. I hope that this review saves someone else from being screwed out of $25.

Just left this place. Two guys were working. The white guy with a mustache, I did not get his name. So completely rude to me and my partner. It was my first time in the shop. We were asking questions and asking to look at different pipes. Each time we asked if he knew of a pipe that had different chambers his response was rude, if you see one, in a rude tone. Then back on his phone. We defiantly will not be returning or recommended this place.

I just recently relocated from Atlanta. They had exactly what I was looking for and more. The customer service was friendly and inviting. All questions were answered and they took their precious time assisting me. B is now my new best friend. 💛

My visit to Marley’s smoke shop was nothing short of a nightmare. I was appalled by the complete lack of respect and the offensive treatment I received from the staff. The way I was spoken to was utterly disrespectful, and it’s disheartening that such behavior exists in a place meant to serve customers. I hope that the shop can address these issues and provide a more welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all visitors.

The lady that sold me delta 9 was very knowledgeable and helped me make some informed purchases. I liked it alot. the glass quality is good. I will be coming back.

Lovely local business. Soothing atmosphere with knowledgeable and easy to talk to employees. The shop has been around for a while & has notoriety for a reason. You end up passing 10 other smoke shops on an errand to Marleys & dont think to stop by one of them instead.

I love this shop, have been coming here for about 6 years and have had a good if not great experience with the staff every time I come in. Until recently. There is a women with light teal hair that is generally unpleasant and impersonal every time we come there and she’s working. She’s not very informative or helpful when asked questions about the products and seems like she really couldn’t care. I try to smile and be pleasant with her and every time I get the same straight faced monotoned response. But the rest of the staff is so friendly and helpful!

A great selection of both local and simple pieces. Always a great interaction and able to grab what I need quickly. Also, they have a selection of papers and cones.

It’s pretty good, but once they sell out of a product it seems like it sometimes never gets restocked. Also there is an employee that is very rude and short that works there sometimes.

I think this is the best dispensary in the Metro Davidson County area, and Ive been to more than a few. Marleys does not dispense or allow employees to consume nicotine in any of its forms

How does this place have any stars?? Literally the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Check out Nashville Vapor or Good Deals on Everything instead — good people who are honest and not jerks. They’re both in close proximity.

I visit this store weekly. They have a good selection of everything. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I always leave a tip when paying bc they’ve always been helpful and nice. I love all the stickers I get and all the flyers . I’ll never go anywhere else.

Buyer beware. Sold a faulty product for over 400 dollars and would not refund. Buy your hardware from a reputable place so you can actually get what you pay for.

Love, love, love this place! Very warm and welcoming feel, definitely different than many Ive been to in the past. Amazing selection, literally everything you could ever need. Theyve got custom hand blown glass, as well as production pieces, vaporizers, e-ciggs, accessories, and much more. If they dont have it, just ask, they are very good at getting in requested product. Customer service is also amazing. The employees are very knowledgeable on the product and very friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out if youre in the area. Hell even if your not, make a trip down, all the art is definitely worth the drive.

Devin was amazing! He took the time to patiently answer all my questions, very insightful, and he had excellent product knowledge that made me feel comfortable in what I was recommended and bought. Also I am enjoying the growth the store is making in its expansion and it seems everytime I go there are new items and resources. Next time Id love to look into the new dab bar section. Keeps growing and keeping up with this newer world of legal alternatives to medicine.

I really appreciated the kindness & professional attention the two young men gave me even when I was the last person & clearly they were about to lock up. They werent rude or hurry me out . I always panic whenever Im trying to choose my vape flavors. (Stupid) But the guy was helpful & patient. I loved my choices. Great overall experience. Cant wait to go back when I have more time to really shop. Such a fun atmosphere.

I’ll don’t even want to give this establishment one star, if I could give it zero… I would. Do not go here!!! this is the third time dealing with incompetent rude employees and it’s always the same guy.. A white man with long brown hair, a beard and glasses. well this time he took it way too far. He cussed out my fiancé who is a man of color. The cashier then proceeded to pull a gun out and flash it at us… I do not think that pulling a gun on a PAYING CUSTOMER should EVER be something that is appropriate or a way to deal with ANYTHING. Marley’s, if your employees are just going to pull a gun out at a costumer for some miscommunication this man is a threat to this community. In no way is that appropriate.

Used to seriously love this store. One employee completely ripped me off by telling me certain items were the wrong price in order for me to turn to something more expensive. I went home to find the same Items I purchased $100 less than what I purchased it for. Also went to another smoke shop to find a way better price too. Maybe the man that helped me was new? or this store is just dramatically overpriced I suppose? For me, this experience and ripoff was so bad I plan on never returning even in emergencies. Do yourself a favor and order your glass online. Easy store for little things I guess.

When we went there the employee pretty much ignored us the whole time. I have been going here since the day they opened; over the year or so Ive noticed the staff changes and lack in inventory, also a skyrocket in prices for things that arent worth the money. Today was the last straw for me. The employee straight up ignored me when I got to the counter, I felt like I did something wrong by disturbing him. Then when a issue came up the owner got mad at me. He did give me a small discount but that doesnt make up for the terrible customer service and terrible attitudes displayed by both of them.

The staff at marleys is the best. I look forward to seeing them almost as much as I enjoy my goodies.

Very clean and nicely maintained storefront. A lot of high quality glass pipes and bubblers on sale in varying price ranges but without so much stock that the place starts to look like a warehouse for bongs. Cashier on shift was also very polite and very knowledgeable of the products he sells as well.

This is by far my favorite smoke shop in Nashville! Not only do they offer high quality delta-8 & CBD products the have the best selection of glass products and accessories. The manager, Hayden, is super friendly and helpful! The whole staff has great customer service!

Was surprised how expensive their prices are for glass pieces. I noticed all the Nashville smoke shops have pretty much the same glass pieces too not sure if they all buy from same supplier or what? Employees were nice and the store was well organized the shop is just overpriced.

Amazing deals and customer service!

I dont normally frequent these types of shops but I appreciated the cleanliness and selection. The man who was running the shop today was very helpful and polite despite there being several customers he was attending to. He even took time to show us a quick demo of the vaporizer we had called about.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The customer service is garbage. I had to track down a worker 3 times while shopping. The first time i finally got the guys attention, I tried to ask him about the vape I was looking at, and he seemed annoyed, but hey didnt hurt my feelings I just thought he was having a bad day. I then told him I was going to buy the vape and he took it to the front for check out. I was still in the back picking out oils and he never returned. I had to go find the guy to let him know which one I wanted and of course they were out. So I looked around some more and ended up choosing a different oil. I had to again flag down the guy and let him know which one i wanted. Usually Im a pretty understanding guy, if a store is crowded and the staff is short things happen. But if theres only two customers in the store and youre not helping either one of us. I should not have to beat you over the head to get a little assistance. First and last time I will ever be shopping here.

They obviously dont want any future business from me. The younger clerk was quite rude and complacent when I told him the product he had just sold me three minutes before didnt work. I asked to exchange my battery, which I just bought and only walked with to my car. I was told all sales are final and I would need to purchase another battery if thats what I need. So, I did. I went to Smoke Token and purchased a new battery which actually worked for my purpose. The clerk was super friendly and helpful. Screw Marleys. Their crappy customer service lost all my future business and I would recommend you takes yours elsewhere too.

Franklin location is horrible. We were there for 40 minutes and the guy just stopped talking mid sentence and went to hell someone else. It was bizarre. Called the Charlotte pike location... they said the guy was new. Shouldn’t be there alone then I thought. We all eff up. Nashville location is good service.

I do believe this location (Charlotte Pike) racially profiles. I came in with family members and wasn’t greeted at all. To add insult to it all they happily helped everyone else but not one time said anything to us while we looked through glass at products we wanted to buy. I would give zero stars if I could. This location doesn’t want your money if you’re black so I wouldn’t waste time or energy coming here.

I came in, and waited patiently to receive service, they saw me standing there but they continued to just unbox stuff while I was still standing there. Shortly after, I asked if there was someone I could speak to and they guy was like hold on, give me a minute, as he continued to unbox his items.i personally work in customer service and your customers always come first. I told him I didnt want to spend over 100$ but he persisted to show me 80-90$ dollar mods. I left without anything. Went to another shop got a nice mod, with the power I wanted and liquid for 90$. Wont be coming back here.

Friendly staff. Answered questions I had and help me picked the right product I needed. Did not rush me into some more expensive items to their time with me and spent their time asking what I need and if I had any questions about anthing. I walked into Marleys Smoke shop and was not greeted by either of the employees. One never got out of his chair and the other seemed completely disinterested. When I asked him a question about what made one product more expensive he told me he didnt even feel like explaining it. Terrible customer service.

Smoke shop is nice, quality items. The OWNERS and MANAGEMENT are awesome, but beware you get one of the younger blonde women checking you out. Not only will she let you stand at the cash register for 10 minutes waiting for assistance, but when checking out people buying pipes always are allowed to skip before you, regardless off your wait. God forbid all you want is glass screens. Hiring people who actually enjoy their job would be a great start.

Some works if art in there, definitely work at least a walk through, but some of their glass ornament pieces are amazing. Friend staff, clean store. Highly recommended.

Trying to quit smoking is hard. Went to this shop for a vape. The salesmen didnt even acknowledge me the customer had to say something in order to get some help. Never bought a vape but when asking questions the guy seemed annoyed. The vape he sold me was too much nicotine and my heart was racing. Never will I go there again. I will spend my money with someone who offers valuable customer service

This is a retail store who doesn’t want to sell retail by the experience I have had at this evening. The doors were locked 10 minutes before closing time. There were 6 potential customers trying to come in, but the doors were locked. It was a Friday night and they wanted to close 10 minutes from 10pm. It’s a tobacco/headshop that wants to close early on the weekend. Maybe the employee had a date and didn’t want to be late, but I know one thing, the owner should change toe hours.

My boyfriend said it’s the real deal. Lol. He came out very happy. In way better spirits. I’m going to bring him more often.

The service was very bad. The worst I have ever received from anywhere. The young man acted like he didnt want to be bothered at all. The e-juice prices were too high also. Ill for sure take my business elsewhere.

I am a regular, and I’m done with this place. The people working here are the rudest people I have ever met. I’ve been ignored and straight up called stupid and insulted. Ive had that girl working there roll her eyes at my questions, say idk bro we just mark it up and stick it out front! then notice her ride arriving and said oh thank god and left the building mid helping me, just walked away without saying anythinelse and left me alone. I just called to ask a question and mentioned I see the owner whenever I go and get help from him. The dude replied I was a liar! Just in response to my casual jovial conversation. Forget this place. Hey marleys! Don’t act like you’re better than your customers, and try to make them feel stupid and small! It’s poor businessing.

Not a bad place, but their prices on a lot of things are considerably higher than at other places. If you are looking for an inexpensive replacement for say, something you accidentally broke, like a grinder, this isnt the place to find it.

Bluntly, they have a great layout, good prices, great glass art pieces, and a decent selection of E-juices. However, the staff is hit or miss depending on which one you meet. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful, but rarely there later in the day and busy when he is there.The curly haired girl is sweet but not as knowledgeable in some things as the rest. The girl with the Miley Cyrus hair is somewhat knowledgeable but arrogant and short also like the other review said she assumes she knows more than you and doesnt think she can be wrong. The rest of the staff I havent dealt with much or is fair. The Shoulder Length Pink/Blonde is very knowledgeable and helpful and by far the best to deal with though. If you know what you are looking for or want a pipe it is a decent place, but if you are new to vaping or interested in trying it, I would recommend going somewhere else if there isnt someone good there should you decide to visit.

Got my first vape pen here and that told me they had a strick return policy i had my vape for 3 weeks now it dont work at all i spent over 100 $ that day and they wont even offer an exchange or upgrade me with even more down just to keep my business not the best help when it came to keeping a customer just a little disappointed when i go here to get the rest of my smoke products all i can say hope they can fix it cuase the product i was sold has a warranty but the web site dont even exist so this made me feel roped off or as a faulty or bootleg product and they tell me theAt cant help me

I bought a vape from here. The one I purchase was one that was on display. I took it home and it would not work with any of my cartridges. I knew I head some rattling in side the vape so I took it apart and the white wire was not even connected to the thing it was supposed to be connected to😑. Also trying to remove the original cartridge after putting it back on. It broke ....

Always have what you need. Kinda pricey compared to other places but they are the only shop for a good distance and always have really knowledgeable staff that can always point me in the right direction.

Nice store but what smoke shop doesnt sell cigars? Everything else about the store was great except for having the name smoke shop and not selling cigars.

Nice shop if u need a pipe or bong to smoke out of. Other than that I see no purpose for it but it is nice and clean.
