Posted hours are wrong; I drove across town and got there at 10:30 to find the store empty. The hours posted on their door also said open at 10:00. If they cant be bothered to stick to their hours, I wont be returning.UPDATE: The owner was very responsive, and I will be giving them another shot. My experience here has historically been very good, and they have a great product. Maybe call to check theyre open before you drive out here!

Such a Wonderful experience! The sales representative was very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job they where oh so very patient with me while i made my selection they pointed me to the begginer vaps since i lacked experience. Also took the time to explain how they worked. Then we went over to the flavor areas to help me pick out what flavor was right for me. Explaining the strength of each flavor.i can not begin to explain how professional nashville vap was and also very hospitable. If you are a new to vaping or a veteran this is the store for you! I highly reccomend this to anyone beginner or veteran and for now on this is the place to go for any of my vaping needs. Thanks again for all your help nashville vap made me feel so very welcomed. I usually dont write reviews but in my opinon this was more than deserving of one for going the extra mile! By making me feel right at home..

I went out of my way to come here since they closed the Madison store. I expected the same experience..., but they have a new owner, and their prices went up almost double from what the Madison store was less than 6 months ago! $50 for the large bottle of e-juice??!!And, they refused access to their restroom, which is against the law.Im going to start getting it online!

I went in to get a new pod mod. The girl helping me was very patient and helped me decide on a mod, and also gave me a demonstration after i bought it. The customer service was A+ in my opinion, and the prices were pretty competitive. Ill definitely be coming back to the Charlotte Pk shop.

The shop was organized, spacious, and airy. The lady with stars on her face was very welcoming and knowledgeable about every flavor. Customer service was exceptional and I will be back for future purchases.

It is so absolutely wonderful to go to a place that has folks that know what theyre doing and talking about. Theyve got a great stock, and options that arent for teenagers. Ill be going here from here on for all my vape stuff. 10/10

If I could give them 6 stars I would! The employee was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended the absolutely perfect thing and I was in and out in less than five minutes! Absolutely would go again and recommend you to as well! Also as a bonus, this was the third vape store I visited and the first one that actually cared about covid safety precautions!

Friendly young lady patiently explained the differences in price, technology and function of various mods, tanks and all in ones you help make a decision best suited to my equipment and budget. Almost want to leave off a star for the lack of strawberry banana mixture of vape juice, but since the prices were good and the loyalty program gives a decent discount it gets 5 🌟. Will definitely return.

Preston is a fantastic salesman/ employee/ repairman, and knows so much about the products. Im there 2-3 times a month, and he has never been pushy trying to sell anything. The most important thing to me is that they listen when I tell them what Im looking for. They always seem happy to answer any questions. Best customer service of any industry I have seen in a very long time.

Nashville vapor is a one stop shop for all your vapor needs. Since the first time visiting this unique laid back shop I have not been anywhere else for any of my electronic cigarette needs. This is one of the best vape shops I have found! My husband & I decided to quit smoking months ago. We searched numerous vape shops for the mods & tanks we had researched online & decided to buy. My husband couldnt find the mod he wanted anywhere! They were even sold out online! This was the only store that had the mod my husband wanted. Although this store is about 2 to 3 hours from our home, its well worth the drive. They have a huge selection of high quality merchandise to suit the need of any style vaper from pens, to mods, to drippers, to squonks. In fact they just added a new display case! They carry a great selection of ejuice. They also have a great rewards program that will earn you discounts on your purchases. We have already earned 3 discounts of 95 percent off our ejuice! The store is very spacious, has seating, & offers nice cold beverages. They have great free reading materials on vaping, info on things going on in Nashville like awesome concerts, & free stickers. Last but most certainly not least, they have great people working there. The staff has been absolutely wonderful to my family. They are very knowledgeable concerning all things vape (as well as things going on in town to do)! They are very polite & sociable. They are truly concerned with helping you to get set up to vape enjoyably. They understand that there are numerous styles of vaping & aim to help you get what you desire. They try to fit your needs rather than just pushing what is profitable or popular. I would recommend this place to everyone! I know we will return. Despite the long drive for us, its worth it. It is far better than the vape shops close to our home.

I went to Nashville Vapor two weeks ago, knowing nothing about vapes, and kind of intimidated about buying one. Brian was AMAZING and so kind and full of knowledge. He answered all of my 5,000 questions and made the experience really easy and enjoyable. Ive since been in a few times to buy juice ( awesome selection!!!) And met Sam who is THE vape fairy goddess ..she exudes crazy kindness and knowledge, and is super willing to answer any questions. This shop is 11/10 THE best and I havent smoked a cig since ( its a Christmas miracle!) So glad they are here.

The staff gives 100% to make sure you leave satisfied. Their selection and prices are standard, but the customer service is what keeps me coming back over other shops. The parking seems atrocious at first, but there is an actual parking lot around back.

This store has a wide variety of vaping merchandise, including many higher end items not carried by other vape shops. Another vape shop that I will not name actually recommended this store saying that they had better products. I purchased a Voopoo Drag mod here that I had been unable to find anywhere else. Every other store & online site were out of stock. I also bought a Smok Cloud Beast King tank for a great price (about $20 cheaper than the other stores I visited). I got a great price on batteries, a charger, & juice as well. The atmosphere in the store is super nice with one side primarily for hardware & the other for juices. They have seating on both sides and even offer cold drinks. The staff is very knowledgeable & polite, offering recommendations for products they have used personally & like. There is a large selection of mods & kits to fit any vaping need from beginner to advanced. They have a great selection of tanks, coils, drip tips, etc. They even sell a kit for people like myself that enjoy rebuilding. My wife & I sampled a bunch of flavors of their juices. They carry high quality juices in brands & flavors that arent available in the stores close to our home. I got a delicious Glas O.F.T. that is a sweet watermelon taffy & an awesome Vape Pink Cookie Butter that is just like cookies. They enrolled me in their rewards program to earn points to save money, get discounts, & receive special offers. I was extremely pleased with my shopping trip here & look forward to returning for more great products. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone that vapes or is interested in starting to vape in order to quit smoking. A beginner would benefit tremendously from the helpful staff that can get them set up with the right equipment & a great satisfying juice. More advanced individuals can benefit as I did by actually finding high quality merchandise that most stores dont have in their inventory.

The girl at the register, the only 1 in there,was so helpful, nice down to earth friendly, that is what makes me want to come back to a place smells so gud, in there, she made my selection so very easy all the selections of everything, I think here is the place to go and the prices are not so bad..

I have been shopping here since they opened. They have an awesome juice bar with a vast selection. All of the vaping equipment is top of the line and the staff is very knowledgeable. These guys are the pioneers of Nashville vaping. They carry everything from beginner equipment to the high end mods. If you have questions about vaping, this is the place to go.

This is the only store I use for my vaping needs! The staff know me by name, they know what I like and suggest new products, and theyre always super friendly and go well beyond the call duty. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so!

Very limited in both product and knowledge. Black haired, tiny girl was argumentative and rude. Didnt know the difference between a cartridge or a battery. Would not recommend for the sorry attitude alone even it werent for the lack of knowledge

Prices were high compared to other shops in the area I was on my lunch break and could not spend much time here, the staff were not Vape users and could not give any good recommendations on the juices. Took a chance and try to Local 1 pretty okay
