I just had the best facial of my life at the refinery with Emily ! She was so knowledgeable, she knew exactly what my skin was needing. She was very professional and made the experience over all relaxing and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back for my next session with her! Thank you Emily!!

Istarted going to the refinery and met Nicole when I was turning 50. Ive never done a spa treatment before or a facial. So this was very new to me. I kicked myself every single day that I did not start sooner. I see her every 6 weeks without fail. And my skin looks so much better and feel so much better. On top of every time I leave there Im so relaxed and feel refreshed. Highly recommend the Refinery!!

The Refinery Spa has been a life changer for my entire family. Nicole is the a master at everything she does. The Spa provides hair grooming, facial treatments, massages and so much more. She takes very good care of my entire family. I have 2 teenagers. A son and a daughter. They both love her! Nicole takes care of their teenage skin needs. My husband raves about her massages and I have never had better hair in my life! What makes Nicole and her staff so special is that they are all very family oriented and they genuinely care about their clients. The spa is comfortable and charming and the service is absolutely the best. I leave all of my family’s beauty and relaxation needs in the hands of Nicole and her fabulous staff because they have proven over and over again that they will not settle for anything less than the very best for their clients. I highly encourage everyone to experience the Refinery Spa for themselves. Your hair, body, face and mind will thank you!

I got the Refinery Signature Facial, and All I have to say is Olivia is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend setting an appointment with her, the atmosphere is extremely peaceful, very clean instruments, and excellent service! Olivia gave me a perfect pamper session, will be coming back! Also loved how much she explained what she was doing to my face, and the suggestions to improve my daily regimen. ❤️

Olivia is absolutely amazing! Besides having such a sweet and bubbly personality, she has helped my teenager so much with her acne. We plan to go back and have her do the same procedure periodically as well as continue to use the suggested products. I certainly recommend Olivia and The Refinery Spa for any of your needs. Ive had two amazing facials with Olivia. They were the most relaxing and professional facials Ive ever had. She first asked me about my skin and what products I use. Durning the facial she explained what she was doing and what products she was using. She is very knowledgeable. Not only did my face and neck look and feel amazing, but she also did a great massage on my shoulders, neck, arms and hands. I bought some of the products she used on my face. Ive been using them for several months. I love them, my skin looks great. I highly recommend Olivia for your next facial.

Great spa. Highly recommend. Tawny did an eyebrow and eyelash tint for me and its probably the best they have ever looked after one of these (Ive done HUNDREDS of tints in the past ten years). She was so professional and friendly and I will definitely be returning. Thanks Tawny!

I had the best day EVER!! Today I enjoyed the ultimate facial and full highlight hair treatment. Nicole is not only the sweetest person ever, but soooo extremely talented and knowledgeable. I have never been more happier with my hair. I feel like I’ve been trying to get to this color for so long and she totally nailed it! Nicole is amazing! Seriously. She knows what she is doing. I have some weirdly kind of curly hair. I have had many a hair cuts that left me feeling like a Christmas tree. That was not the case here! I left with a perfect bounce to my curls, a beautiful color job, and feeling relaxed and refreshed. Again, this woman is amazing and you need to go to her for all of your beauty needs.

My experience with the staff has been amazing. My son has been struggling with severe cystic acne since he was 12 and I tried EVERYTHING to help his skin, including dermatologists and medications. Nicole was amazing with my son and she truly cared and wanted to help. My sons skin and his confidence has dramatically improved because of her. I highly recommend this spa!

I had the Refined and Radiant facial with Ashlyn. It was the very best facial I have ever had! Most places I had been to in the past made it seem like they just lathered my face with tons of creams, but Ashlyn at The Refinery Spa made my skin feel rejuvenated and glowing!

I had the most relaxing experience, getting a haircut and style. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do, but I wanted something different. Nicole is so intuitive, with very little direction I got the perfect cut/style and re-emerged feeling so much lighter! So thrilled with my new hair.

Nicole gave me a spray tan today. I’d never had one. I have veeerrry fair skin and was super nervous about looking like an Oompa Loompa, but she took care of me. It looks so natural!! I’m so excited to not be the whitest bridesmaid this weekend. I am also very modest, but she was super professional so I felt totally comfortable. Highly recommend this place :)

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Tawny Jewett is incredible, so friendly, very knowledgeable, and super experienced! Usually, when I go somewhere my eyebrows are super red after leaving and sometimes the waxing even hurts!! I’ve never experienced such a smooth waxing process! I’ll NEVER go anywhere else!

I get monthly facials here along with nano needling and little peels! My skin has never looked better!! I came to Nicole with an angry rash on my face from hormones and she worked with me and cleared it up and the inflammation is gone! I have my clear skin back! Highly recommend
