They have always given me good suggestions and great prices. There are so many juice options, and they stock stuff that I cant seem to find anywhere else. When my vape broke I went out of my way to go here, and stop by every time Im in NB.

Literally don’t go to this vape shop. Bought a vape - was burning up first puff, went inside & the guy literally got a second vape box ‘ opened it - hit it first then gave it to me. I told him, you are going to give me a vape that you put your lips on first. Smh. He said - i can clean . That vape was also bad . So i just asked for my money back. Theres a vape store across the street - go to that one. Much better. Also they have all these opened vapes on their counter so people can try it before buying . Yeah everyones lips on those testers. So disgusting . How dare you try a vape before giving it to me smh. Disgusting.

Great place! was in New Braunfels to float the river and sunk my vape during the summer..Googled vape shop saw vapetastic SUPER close, right down the road & on the way back to SA. After informing customer on products customer needed a minute to decide what to get and guy behind counter helped me right away while waiting. Great multitasking and highly knowledgeable. Alot of inventory . Ever since then Ive been going back everytime I visit new braunfels. Sometimes I make the trip even if I have no plans in NB. Very welcoming .highly recommend 👌

Me and my wife was out in New Braunfels, he stumbled onto this place. Seeing it had a near perfect rating we thought why not give it a try and see what all the hype was about. Best decision we did make there. The owner was a really great person, he made our visit an experience we won’t forget. It’s been about a month now since we’ve been here but I’d recommend anyone to go in and give them a try. Went in today to get a coil and WILL NEVER go back. Person behind the counter was extremely rude, doesn’t care about his job whatsoever. After paying he flicked the coil towards me. Price on the coil was also 3$ more then Ive ever previously paid anywhere else. Would not recommend this place.

This is by far one of the best shops I have ever had the pleasure of going to in my life.Im from out of town and my Vape was malfunctioning. So off my husband and I went to the closest legitimate Vape shop. Doug was there and he is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are off the chain. The prices are very comparable and the atmosphere inside is very comfortable. The artwork on the walls are a great conversation starter. This business goes above and beyond for its customers. We definitely left with more than we expected. Yall gotta stop by this little gem if youre in the area.

My husband and I were in town and stopped in here to purchase vapes. They were amazing. I highly recommend going here over anywhere else. Really good guy... 25% discount on mod, batteries, and tank, and also set mod up, filled and primed tank, and set color on display as well as wattage. Also he explained to me how everything was done. Other customers were in store, and he knew them all personally. Really nice place. Will definitely be back, when Im in the area. Appreciate it.

Man where to begin. I will never go to another vape store ever. The owner/co-owner Hunter was unbelievable. Im a noob when it comes to vaping and by the time i left that store my mind was blown. This is the most expensive price gouging vape shop Ive ever been to in my life I will never shop here again and you shouldnt either. Was charged $30 more for a vape and coils then every other store Ive been to. They are ripping people off.DONT SHOP HERE ...BE AWARE..

Im not from around here. Lost my vape to the river and drove a good 30 minutes to this shop since it was the first that popped up on Google maps. According to Google, it opened about 2 hours before I arrived. Doors were locked, nobody there, no back in 10 min sign. I waited for about 10 min just in case it was an honest mistake. Guess nobody decided to go to work that day. Edit: changed to neutral review just in case Im in the wrong. I was at the location next to the tattoo shop with the painted windows. It was a little after noon when I arrived. There was 1 truck in the parking lot. Im fairly certain I read the hours and location right as I was going off Google maps and I typically check hours thoroughly before I drive 30 minutes somewhere. Either way, it didnt ruin my day.

First time going there as I am new to the area and I was blown away. Everyone was very nice, inviting and willing to answer questions. When I asked for an item they had very few of (1 to be exact) and he said he would try to get a few in by the next day, if not he would call me when they were. Family owned, plenty of options, very good juice options 100% will be coming here from now on.

This place is AWESOME! My girlfriend and I went in originally to buy more juice for our stick vapes but expressed an interest in upgrading to a better mod and Jason worked with us for almost an hour making sure we had everything we needed and gave us incredible pricing on everything. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and they have such a huge variety. Definitely worth every bit. I have several shops near where I live in Converse but Id much rather travel to New Braunfels just to do business with this company. Will definitely be back for all of our vaping needs!

I have been to a few vape stores and until my daughter and friends brought me into this store I had not been a vape fan. Feelings of being overwhelmed, no knowledge and just a $, was not what I received with Vapetastic. They made me feel welcomed, like family and best of all provided me with options and knowledge of how to work their products. Jason and staff are the go to.

Been going to Viking vapor for over a year. They were out of my juice. I heard about Vapetastic and tried them. Best customer service anywhere. Super friendly. I paid the same price for a 120ml bottle that I get a 60ml bottle from Viking! The flavors are better, prices are way better and service is exceptional. My daughter suggested we go to Vapetastic in an effort to curb a terrible candy craving habit I have. I thought that sounded kind of weird but she says they have some really good sweet vape.! She has raved about the store to me in the past, although I dont smoke or anything like that, I said okay lets try it. My daughter and her husband consider Jason, family and now I see why. If you live in New Braunfels this is the only place you need to go. The owner personally gave me VIP treatment, made amazing suggestions, answered any question I had without a pause. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left he made sure he was 100% available for me and even had 2 suggestions for flavors before I finished the first without any push or making me feel rushed. I will absolutely be coming back and suggesting this place to anyone that vapes. He even made sure to inform me of coming soon products that fit my profile and when to expect them in.There is a reason this place is 5 star, I havent had service this good in fine dining restaurants.

I love this place!!! Everyone is so nice there. I can just come in and sit, chill, and vape. They also are always really stocked up. I think there was only 1 time I came in and they had no new juices. Theyre great.

I went in needing to replace the glass on my tank (oddball size glass) the owner is a super nice lady. She took my tank apart and pulled out a small box of different assorted glasses and went through seven or eight different pieces before she found one that fit perfect. She noticed my cotton was becoming discolored and pulled out a handy little tool kit and asked me if I wanted to rewick my tank while I was in there. We got it taken care of filled up the tank made sure the glass sealed right. She hooked it up with a vape band so I wouldnt break my glass again and then told me that the band and the glass were free! Super nice family-owned shop she even had little alcohol wipes to clean off my vape and my hands when I was done lol.whenever Im in New Braunfels this is officially my new favorite vape shop very highly recommended. The selection is excellent 👌if you need something, chances are theyve got you covered

Ive been going to another place in town for 3 years. I went to Vapetastic for the first time a few weeks back. I wont go anywhere else but here from now on. They are lovely! Prices are great! Incredible selection of juice and vapes. Excited to go tomorrow for more juice and next month for a new vape! I cant believe I didnt know that theyve been here a while year!

WARNING…First experience here was great so I went back, second experience is why I am putting this review. Went in to buy the same thing I purchased before for $38.00 and when went in this time they tried to charge me $59.95 for same thing. When I said something they guy said “Oh” and just changed price. Just letting everyone aware, that is something that does not sit well with me. No posted price so just charge whatever you feel!
