Andrea was absolutely amazing - I could tell she knew body/muscle anatomy and manipulation extremely well. As someone who does CrossFit 5-6 days a week her pressure was perfect for me and she did incredible work on the sore mommy muscles. Will definitely be back and always request her when I do! Very impressed

I’ve had a few massages before in the past at other places, and THIS is the best massage Ive had so far! Great staff, convenient to get to, fair pricing, and the environment is really relaxing and it’s like you’re at home. My massage therapist was Alecia! She was very sweet, easy to talk to and I felt SO MUCH BETTER after the massage, I’ll definitely be back! So, if you’re wondering if you should go here, just try it! You won’t regret it!

First time here wanted to try them out for the specials they have via email keep them coming, awesome. Sierra was great took her time and her expertise shined thru.However, spa should offer wine after all it is a spa and women come to relax and get pampered. Champagne there is an upcharge to your service… BOO 👎. Should be complimentary. I’m sure they profit enough to offer at least one glass. Quite please signs all over the place..made me feel you can’t talk or even whisper YIKES 😳

My husband and I got a couples message. His therapist was very cognizant of his skin allergies. She made sure she didnt use anything that would have made his experience unpleasant. My therapist was kind and quiet. I truly appreciate therapists that do not talk all through the message. That allows me to actually relax!!!

I would have driven past this spa without noticing if my husband hadn’t bought me a gift certificate. I had a 1 hour facial and a 1 hour massage. Both services were great. Robe I was given was really small, but otherwise a good experience.

I had a Swedish massage and a foot rub by Lucy yesterday - and she was wonderful. It was one of the best massages Ive had in the past couple of years. Lucys technique is excellent! I felt completely renewed after her massage. I also liked the ambience of the place.

Just had the most wonderful facial with Kim. My skin looks fabulous. Kim did a fantastic job explaining each step beforehand. I loved the massage as well. Thanks so much for a great experience-I’ll be back!!!

I absolutely LOVE Lucy at Evelyn Kate Spa. I have had a hand full of massages & she exsided every one I have ever gotten before. I left there feeling literally like a brand new woman! I will be booking with her again & again. I highly recommend that when you go...see Lucy!!!!

I had a wonderful facial with Kim at Evelyn-Kate Day Spa this week. Kim is friendly, kind, and gentle, and her years of experience show in her skilled touch and individualized procedures for each client. She explains every step well and is a genius with extractions! The massages Kim did of my hands, arms, and shoulders were deeply relaxing. The spa itself is well appointed, very quiet, and relaxing, something you might not expect in this simple commercial center on a busy road. I felt totally pampered and well cared for, not only by Kim but also by the friendly front desk staff. It was a really great experience and I highly recommend Kim and Evelyn-Kate Day Spa!

Just finished with the get away package and it did not disappoint. EK is clean, super comfy, well organized, courteous and overall wonderful service. My massage with Alicia was absolutely 💯, woman has some magic hands! My facial by Kim was more than I expected as the massaging between facial masks continued. These two ladies combined got me right. I had the best day at EK day spa!I started out with a massage from Alecia and she was fantastic! I’m a talker so I probably talked too much but she was so amazing! The perfect amount of pressure - and the ambiance was phenomenal!Then I had a facial with Kim! I have never had someone touch my face the way she did! Booked a custom facial with Kim and LOVED everything about it! Kim took the time to hear my concerns, pick products specific to me, and was informative. She was the absolute sweetest! As for the facial, my skin has quite literally never looked or felt better. Kim used a variety of masks and serums for during my treatment that helped clear and minimize my pores (my biggest insecurity). I received two upper body massages during the treatment that nearly put me to sleep. I could feel the tension leave my body during each one! Kim was truly the highlight of my experience. Knowledgable, patient, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. Im very happy with the quality of service and will definitely be returning!

We took my 6 yr old to get her ears pierced for the first time and boy am I so pleased we came here! My daughter is thrilled with her gorgeous new butterfly earrings. It was a better and a much more personal experience then at Claire’s. Sharon was super sweet and very patient, she double checked and even triple checked that I was comfortable with the alignment on my daughters ear lobes. I will definitely be returning here for when my toddler is ready for her ears to be pierced as well. :D

Just love Aimee the lashes she does are amazing! Reasonably priced and so serene a place to visit. They also do massages and waxing. Staff are so friendly too.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had today. I had a lymphatic massage with Casey followed by a facial and jelly mask with Claire. Everything about my experience was beyond my expectations. The building and ambiance was so nice and relaxing. It was my first lymphatic massage and Casey was so reassuring and educated me about everything before my fantastic massage. She even accommodated my request to work on my sore back from kayaking a couple of days before. After my wonderful massage I was greeted by Claire for my facial. She also educated me about my custom facial process beforehand and during the procedure. She was so nice and easy to talk to also very knowledgeable and experienced. I absolutely loved every moment spent at the spa. I absolutely recommend Evelyn Kate Day Spa for amazing massages and through refreshing facials. 10/10

We got my 6 month old daughter’s ears pierced here and I was so impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism, and patience! I was nervous taking my baby in but they were so sweet and made us feel comfortable right away. They weren’t in a rush and really took the time to make sure she was as comfortable as possible and that I liked the placement of the piercings. I HIGHLY recommend using this spa!

I had a facial here a few months back with Claire and absolutely loved it then, but I finally made my way back in for a massage after being gifted a certificate at my baby shower and oh my goodness. Not only was it the best prenatal massage I’ve had during this pregnancy (and I’ve had several), it was certainly up there with one of the best massages I’ve ever had. While I’m now wishing I would have been coming here my entire pregnancy, I’m thankful my last massage before this baby is born was here. A huge thank you to Debra and the blissful state of relaxation she put me in at nearly 38 weeks pregnant. I cannot wait to come back for some “me time” postpartum!

OH MY GOODNESS! I literally just came from this place & all I have to say is 2 words. SIMPLY AMAZING!! The 2 ladies that work there, Daniela & Sharon are the sweetest! They were super friendly & helped my daughter out a lot with getting her ear pierced! If anyone is going to get a ear piercing, you need to go to this place. The best place I have ever been to! They have a boutique too! I will definitely be coming back to them!

We took our six month old to get her ears pierced here based a recommendation from our pediatricians office. Daniela was gentle and caring. She explained everything, which made us so comfortable, and took her time to make sure that placement would be perfect. Both Sharon and Daniela were warm and welcoming. It was a great experience, and our daughters piercings are great.

My daughter got her ears pierced for the very first time since she was 9 months. Unfortunately, they closed at a very early age and she has been terrified to get them done again. She is now 9 and finally decided she wanted to get them done. We were recommend here by a good friend and the experience was amazing. The lady there really made my daughter feel comfortable and excited about the process. She explained everything to her, showed her the piercing gun and made the moment special and so quick. I definitely recommend this place. My daughter is now looking forward to her 2nd piercing!

My 3 month old just got her ears pierced with Rebecca and oh my gosh it was amazing!! The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. They made the entire process quick easy and comfortable! Both of my daughters have been scared to get their ears pierced but my 5 yr old finally wanted to. We found this place and the turnout was awesome. Both of my daughters ended up getting their ears pierced without shedding a single tear! Rebekah was so good with them, not nervous or scared at all. And Emily was very welcoming. My daughter had her ears pierced there today, and it was a great experience. They were so kind and patient. Because they took the time to use numbing cream, she did not experience any pain. In addition to providing excellent ear piercing service, the store is also a boutique with some great merchandise!

The BEST facial I have ever had in my life!! The Spa is beautiful!! There’s even a second waiting room in the back where the lights are dimmed and tea and cakes are waiting to help set the tone for a relaxing appointment!! Claire did such an amazing job with my facial. I loved my experience at Evelyn Kate Day Spa and can’t imagine going anywhere else!!

Amazing Experience. We visited to get our 4 month old daughters ears pierced. Rebekah was very patient with our little princess. She took the time to make sure my wife was completely satisfied with placement. The actual piercing was done as gentle as possible, and the device they used did not make a loud noise. After each ear baby Brooklyn barely cried as the numbing cream was very effective! I’m so happy we found this place and that daddy was able to buy his baby girl her first pair of diamond earrings!!

Love this place !!!!! Cortney is so professional and very informative about what she is going to do and what to expect before applying my set of lashes. I have been to other eye lash places and paid a lot of money to leave the salon with hardly any lashes because the lash techs kept telling me that I had no lashes. I went to Evelyn Kate and I now have beautiful lashes. I have been coming here the last two months and will continue to make this my go to place for lashes, brows, and make up. The staff is very friendly and very helpful ❤️❤️Love my lash tech ❤️❤️

On Thursday I went to Evelyn Kate spa where this place in New Braunfels is so relaxing the staff are just awesome. My experience for the first time was exceptionally great from the time I walked in to get my ear pierced. The owners are just grand and this place is very family friendly as well. I just wanted to say thank you Danielle for taking care of me without an appointment and the courteousness and professionalism you have in making people be relaxed to the point you don’t realize within seconds it’s over. The earrings are very reasonable for pricing for all ages and they make you the customer feel very welcome. I drove 60 miles to get my daughters Avery Rose ears pierced who is 6 months and these ladies did a really good job and were really good to my daughter and me. My 10 year old was excited, but very nervous about getting her ears pierced. The ladies here were both great! Took their time and examined everything to her. Used a numbing cream. And she didnt feel a thing! Highly recommend them. Great selection of earrings and fabulous pricing too!

Thanks to Courtney, I am LOVING my new lash extensions! I originally started with a full classic set, but once I got comfortable I upgraded to the hybrid and it was the best choice for me. I always feel presentable even without a spot of make up on, just my lashes! Courtney is so gentle and definitely made sure I was happy with my choice. Cant wait for my rebooking!

Ear piercing is done at a counter inside the Merle Norman store. We called ahead on a Saturday and were told they would have two ladies on staff to pierce my 5 year old daughters ears until 2pm (one on each ear at the same time). We arrived at 1:45pm and the ladies were extremely nice. They talked my daughter through the process and didnt rush anything. They let her take her time picking out earrings and working up the nerve to move forward. They let her check out the handheld piercing gun and ask any questions she had. And once my daughter gave the green light, it was all over in 3 seconds! Great process from thoughtful and patient people; highly recommended!

I walked out of here with beautiful lashes, Courtney did an amazing job! I am very picky & they look natural yet full & dramatic. The lashes she uses are so lightweight. She takes her time and is very gentle. I’ve tried another place (DLashnBrow) in New Braunfels & the quality & service here is so much better. Everybody is very nice & welcoming! I will definitely try more of their services out.

Took my son to get his ears pierced today and the staff was so friendly, helpful and patient. Daniella did amazing job and made my son feel super comfortable. I highly recommend this place. We drove all the way from San Antonio (about 45 mins) just to go here because of the great reviews and I am so glad we did.

I have visited Evelyn Kate Spa several times recently and received incredible facials & waxes from Rebekah. I have always struggled with breakouts after facial waxes, but not after visiting her. My skin looks and feels incredible. The spa is gorgeous & has such a relaxing atmosphere. Rebekah is so knowledgeable about skin & really took her time with me. She is very friendly & detail oriented, which I greatly appreciate. The spa follows all of the safety guidelines including face masks, constant sterilization, and hand sanitizer. I felt completely at ease. I will definitely be visiting again!

My skin esthetician is Rebekah and she did a fabulous job on my skin. & she provided me relaxation, she heated my body while I was getting my facial so I wouldn’t get cold, she misted my face so well & they rest of the facial is for me to know but what I can tell you it’s worth it. It was so fun getting it done with her. I will be going back! & my friend was with me too and she loved her esthetician, Katie. Lovely people and great atmosphere!

Mariana and Laura did an incredible job evaluating our areas of concern, applying the correct amount of pressure and communicating to us every step of the way. It is a great plan to get you ear done it was a nice and evening peaceful place. there were many options for earrings and they got you done in a really quick. they didn’t rush you on your decision for what earrings or And they took the time to talk with me about The different type of places they could put it in they mark your ears and make sure you like it where the holes gonna be before they actually put that earring on your ear

I dont write a lot of reviews, but I had to share my experience at Evalyn Kate day spa in New Braunfels. I have been to many spas over the years, and I have never felt so relaxed and pampered as I did in this hidden gem. When I arrived, I was greeted by the sweet girls upfront and escorted to a beautiful relaxation room that was beautifully decorated and had lovely music playing. It was very relaxing! I was offered hot tea while waiting for my treatments to start. Debra was my massage and skincare therapist. She was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to my needs and educated me on some at home stretches that might help my lower back pain. She used hot towels and did the best foot scrub on my achy feet with hot towels, Heaven!! After the massage she had me change into a robe and slippers and escorted me to my facial room. The table was heated, and the room smelled like fresh lavender! She took her time explaining what she was doing and why. She did an anti-aging hand treatment on my hands too. I got a peppermint scalp massage while the mask was setting. This is what sealed the deal for me!!! I was in Heaven!! When I was finished she gave me some samples and educated me on what to do at home to keep my skin healthy. My skin has never looked or felt so smooth. Then I went back to the relaxation room for a glass of Champagne and cakes. I did not want to leave. I had to have my ears redone and came to evelyn kate as a walk in. Daniela was great, friendly and very helpful. It was done very quickly and I am very satisfied with the service. I am thinking about a second piercing and would definitely return. I would recommend to all.

W O W !!This spa went above and beyond my expectations. I came in to get my lashes done with Cortney and let me tell you, she is incredible! She is so professional and precise with her work I will not be looking for someone else to go to. She is my go-to person from here on out. Good lord almighty. Please go get a massage and/or facial with Debra at EK spa!! I have had many many massages and even more facials and I have never been treated so kindly and professionally by someone. She explained what she was using on my face and taught me techniques and I fell asleep it was so good. But before that, I had the best 60 minute massage of my life. I suffer with back pain and she healed me, I’m not kidding. I go to a chiro and with massage added in, I have no more pain! Debra is a healer and I will be booking again and again and again!

This THE PLACE for a great Brazilian wax & Liz is the the BEST at what she does! She made me feel extremely comfortable from the get go & throughout. She’s very thorough & knowledgeable and it was over before I knew it!

I visited a few days ago for the first time. As I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed to a nice and quiet waiting area. My esthetician, Rebekah, was so nice and professional. She sat me down and asked about my skin and my goals before we got started. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The facial itself was extremely relaxing. Afterwards my skin felt great and is still looking amazing! I will definitely return!* My visit was during Covid. I was pleased to see that all of the staff was wearing N95 masks the entire time. They washed their hands very frequently and sanitized everything between treatments. They do require a mask for clients until they are actually performing the facial. I felt very comfortable during my service. Rebekah even had a few recommendations to prevent acne from wearing my mask so much!

I went in today and I got the best facial done! This place is by far the best place I’ve ever gone to ever in new braunfels. The receptionist gracie is so nice and Insightful about all the products very knowledgeable. Such a great customer service

Rebecca (spelling??) did an amazing job with my facial! She was super progressional she did everything she could to make sure my facial was the best experience. The spa was super clean and every employee that I saw wore masks, sanitized their hands, and sanitized public surfaces. Outstanding experience!!

I had a waxing service done over the Christmas holiday (at my wife’s insistence) and was very impressed with both the quality of the experience and the results. Rebekah was friendly, efficient and very professional, and the results were superb. I would definitely use her services again—five stars for sure!

I had been anxious about getting my 9 month olds ears pierced and called a bunch of places then I came across evelyn kate.Daniela used numbing cream and took her time and even gave my baby a dumdum to distract her.my baby didnt even cry when she did the first piercing and then the second one she kinda let out a lil cry which went away after cuddling and soothing her.Daniela answered concerns I had and even answered again when i asked the same question a second time to be sure.now its been 8 weeks and my daughters ears look so pretty and have healed great.Thank you Daniela, I am recommending you to anyone who has worries about getting their little ones ears pierced!

I received a facial and microdermabrassion from Emily at EK Day Spa. This was my first facial and I could not be happier with the experience. She walked me through each step and explained the process, always making sure I was comfortable. She provided helpful tips for my daily skin routine. The spa is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. It was a great, relaxing experience.

I love Evelyn Kate Day Spa! Claire Stevens is a facial specialist and let me tell you, she gave me the best facial I have ever had! I had the Signature Facial and added on the Microdermabrasion and Electrolyte Infused Hydrojelly Mask. My skin is so smooth, bright and hydrated!

This is a highly rated spa thats why my daughter gifted me a spa service worth $249 for mothers day. I couldnt use it right away I was so busy between my hectic work schedule and tending to my sick mother. Then mother passed away in June. Im still trying to recover from that so I thought this could be a perfect time to use the spa gift. I made an appointment but had to cancel it since something came up. The spa told me they have to cut 50% of the GC amount for cancelation. So my GC which was paid to them already is now only worth $125. I couldnt find any cancelation policy on their website. They maybe highly rated but I dont think they are fair the way they conduct their business. I dont even know if I still want to use them after this stressful encounter.

This place is AMAZING. I went here to get my helix pierced. Everyone is super kind and they explained my healing time and all details about the piercings to me. They are also in the process of remodeling to make their store bigger and better. 10/10 I would recommend the place for all cosmetic needs

I had a sudden urge for a facial and they were able to get me in same day. They customized a routine for me, and even found me a cleanser to take home that smells amazing. Thank you for a relaxing experience and getting me in so quickly. I cant wait to come back!

I took both my girls 7 and 10. The ladies were very patient with my girls . My youngest was brave and went through with it but my 10 year old was too scared unfortunately! My youngest was very happy she got them done ! We are very pleased with our experience! I would highly recommend you take your child here .

Great place to come and get a massage and relaxation. I was able to call them last minute on a Friday and they were able to pencil me in for a quick session. The facility was clean and they made sure all guest followed the rules. I was very comfortable going here because I knew it was clean, prices are reasonable and the people are honest. I would recommend this place for anyone that has been working through this pandemic.

This Spa is very warm & welcoming just like one should be. It has a cozy waiting area that is large enough for groups. Its also very beautifully decorated which shows they definitely aim to make your experience enjoyable. I highly recommend.

It’s such a a shame that we paid $397. For a couple massage that was only $129 per person the rest was for drinks and snack that we never received and a tip. The massage was suppose to be 1.5hr full body, That was a joke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Not enough oils were used. It was just very disappointing and a waste of money.
