Really enjoyed the experience here. I walked in on a whim because of tightness in my traps and lats from work and afterwards got a membership. They truly want you to be comfortable. Before the session started they went through a check-list to determine what level of firmness to use, which areas of the body I was okay with being touched, and which ones I wasnt. When I went to the room Cory went over the process with me, verified which areas he needed to focus on, and throughout the session he checked in to make sure I was okay and let me know which area he was moving to next. He has a very calming nature and I was totally at ease with him.

Adam is amazing!! i don’t usually share reviews but his massage is the best and once you go to him , it will be difficult to leave and find someone better. Such a nice guy and listens to your preferences.

Adam did an amazing job! Ive had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and feel so much better. Cant wait to book another massage with him!

My experience with Jason was great! We talked alittle before my massage about what issues I have with my back and left leg. The pressure was perfect and I rescheduled for 2 weeks out right after my massage was done. Everyone was so kind, informative and professional but friendly. I felt like I had been going there for years and it was my first visit. I highly recommend the Creekside location in New Braunfels.

I recently had an incredible experience at Massage Heights. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. DEB, has a remarkable touch, combining just the right amount of pressure with a soothing technique that melted away my stress and left me feeling rejuvenated. I’ve been a member of the massage club for a number of years. Have been very attached to a fabulous therapist at a location that is now very far from my house. Been trying others since we moved and just haven’t found anyone…until today! Deb was awesome- she asked questions and listened to my unique issues. She spent a lot of time working with me. Great massage therapist! I will be back!

Ive been meaning to do this forever but am just now getting around to it. I started my subscription at Massage Heights around 3 years ago I believe. I had a few before I ended up getting scheduled with Adam. After that first massage I stuck with him. I then ended up moving and just figured Id swap locations. I went one time to a location in Austin and had a terrible massage and terrible front desk experience. So I tried a different location. Front desk was okay but massage was just lackluster. That finally made me admit Id found something special in the New Braunfels location so I now drive an extra 45 mins to make sure I get to go to this location and visit Adam and Ive never had a bad experience. Front desk is professional, kind and efficient and Adam is amazing. He tailors his massages to your exact needs that week asking every time if there are any specific areas that have been troubling me recently. Im almost always so relaxed within minutes that I fall asleep (sorry for any drooling 👀). All that to say Adam is incredible at his job, and the New Braunfels location is by far the best out of the 4 different locations Ive visited!

We booked an appointment in advance for a couples massage (busy parents with little free time), when we got there they tried to take us to separate rooms. We said it was a couples and they said there were already two couples getting massages, so we could only do “a couples massage in separate rooms” or we could cancel and book for another day. The young man at the front desk didn’t seem to have any idea of what he was doing. It took about 15 minutes to cancel the appointment and reschedule for another day, saying they are going to “honor” the introductory rate like it was our fault and they were doing us a favor. I was very disappointed because we booked the appointment over the phone, so they made the mistake and didn’t seem to care about it. Hopefully our next appointment will be a good experience.

I was given an hour massage as a birthday present and when I left I signed up for the membership. Cory played a huge part in this. He’s open, communicative, focuses on pain and stress points, and is just a pleasant presence in the room

I had a great experience at this location. James was super friendly and is a great masseuse. The front desk personnel are also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book at this location again! Thank you for a job well done.

Lynn has been doing my facials for a few months now. She is absolutely amazing from start to finish. Honestly, I fall asleep within a few minutes. She is gentle and I never feel rushed. I hope that she enjoys a long tenure with Massage Heights in New Braunfels. I also appreciate the schedulers prompting to book my future appointments.

Cory is the best! He makes you feel comfortable and sets the room perfect. I never leave the place feeling sore or tense. My body and mind is super relaxed by the time my session has ended. I love that he tells you when hes about to place the hot stones on you, that way you dont flinch.

I have used several therapists at this location, all are very competent massage therapists. However, I do have a favorite, Adam, he has been my go to therapist for many years now. He always remembers my favorite aromatherapy and knows when I need extra work on my shoulder areas that are a mess from sitting at a computer all day. This is my ME time and I appreciate the opportunity for an hour and a half of relaxation every so often.

Unfortunately, be warned, I had decent service up to the past couple weeks. My first appt. with a female therapist (no problems with the male therapists) was cancelled a couple hours on the same day by this location. I rescheduled and came in today. I mentioned not feeling well this week- could be pollen, allergies, whatever and was aggressively told I could not be worked on. I was CHARGED for services NOT RENDERED. Basically, this is theft and will be handled. Be careful with the manager and some therapists there they will take your money while not rendering services.

Joe is the cream of the crop! His 90 min deep tissue massage relieved stress I did not know I had. Your muscles are tingling and you have an overall sense of well-being afterwards. He was absolutely right about drinking plenty of water afterwards. What an energizing experience!

Felt so welcomed and everyone was so friendly. Cody was amazing and so friendly and concerned about if I was in pain. I explained to him that I was a diabetic and had so pain in my lower back. I came out there feels so relaxed and renewed. Can’t wait to go back.

James was a great massage therapist! Highly recommend. Z-Lynn was amazing with the facial they gave me, it was my first she did great explaining everything and was so nice!

It was my first time going here and Diana was my massage therapist. I absolutely LOVED her. She was so nice and super super funny. She made me feel comfortable and feeling so good afterwards. Wonderful service, wonderful smiles! I was in severe back pain when I visited and I was met by a sweet and smiling receptionist. My massage therapist, Lydia, worked wonders on my back! Lydia patiently listened to my back pain story, and was so compassionate. Definitely going back!

DO NOT book or get a contract at this location. It is terribly mismanaged with substandard receptionist staff. I have been a MH member for over a decade and have visited many locations. I have never experienced a staff and management that is so disorganized and uninterested in serving their customers. Ive had okay massages here, but now avoid it completely due to the administration.Canceled appointments, interactions that take three times as long as is necessary, asking customers to do the work of receptionists, booking people with therapists that do not match their needs, etc. etc. One or two of these things happening would be a fluke, but seriously every time Ive come here over the last couple of years there is something about my experience that is negative. I have failed to leave a review in the past since I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but all these things have added up to demonstrate how ineffective the management is here. Compared to other MH locations, this one is just awful.I now have a family member who is asking for some very normal customer service due to life changes (a move) and the staff is showing their true colors yet again by refusing to serve their customer. I have had several negative experiences here without leaving a review, and this is the last straw. I highly encourage people to look anywhere else for their body work services.

My experience was great for the first time. Emmalee was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. Lydia was great on the massage. Made my body feel amazing.

Massage Heights did not let me down. After a wonderful first experience, we went back and this was even better if possible. Haigee was so skilled and so amazing, and I felt like a new person afterwards. This will always be my place!

Love this location! The staff is great and I haven’t seen a massage therapist I didn’t like. However, Deb is my go to.. she really is THE BEST!! I like a more firm pressure, but she has always been able to customize to my needs that day. Whether I’m looking to really focus on certain areas or I’m just in there to relax.

As I write this review, I am a little sore and feeling amazing!!! I asked for a medium to firm massage due to my tension and guess what!!! Lydia knocked it out of the park! Lydia is amazing and she pin pointed the areas that needed attention the most…perfectly. She deserves a bonus ;) beautiful person inside /out and will deliver 10/10 service reflective of the front office staff! Great staff! Great atmosphere! Very welcoming! You won’t regret it! I’ve tried a lot of massage therapists and many don’t listen when I tell them I hold my stress in my neck and Deb does a great job of listening to what I need every time and makes sure to spend time where I ask. She’s got a great touch and I feel so much better every time I see her!

James made sure I was comfortable with the level of pressure he was applying throughout the massage and he always made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is my third massage by Jason and he is consistently the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have a high stress office job and carry that stress in my neck and shoulders. A massage every month along with exercise keeps me pain free. Worth every penny!

Deb is always great with her hands and can find every knots in the body that needs work. Never disappoint and the place is clean, staff is nice.

I booked a massage online and logged into their system for the booking and everything. Online told me it would be $80. Showed up and it turns out the massage is $150. But online let me book for $80. I tried to cancel the appointment once I got there and was informed about the price change and they said Id still owe them $40.Their online system should not make it possible for a returning guest to book a massage that isnt meant for returning guests.Once that all got figured out it was 11:10. I went back for my massage and by the time I got undressed and ready it was 11:20. The massage was over at 11:58. So I paid for a 60-min massage but only got a 40-min massage.Im giving them 2 stars because the front desk ladies were super sweet and tried to help me the best they could. If it wasnt for time Id give no stars.I left feeling scammed and forced to give this company money. I felt like a hostage. NEVER GO HERE.

Don’t visit this money hungry establishment. They made it clear it’s the only thing they’re interested in. Very rude staff. Look at one of their responses below how they handled a situation. Let them go out of business.

I never had a massage before Im 50..I have but my body threw alot over the years and James took every pain I had away I am definitely going back to see him and the staff was great thanks again James your the best

I had a specific request for intense work to be done on my left leg. My muscles were so tight it was causing tension in my knee. Adam worked on the calf, shin, hamstring, ITband and quad muscles. I left felling to tension in my knee! Adam does great with targeting specific areas as well as finding those tight spots.

Haigee was amazing! If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, hes your man! Massage Heights in New Braunfels is an amazing facility. Great customer service from the front desk to the massage therapists.

Adam is simply the best! I’ve been going monthly for about a year—thank you membership—and Adam never fails to impress. He’s polite, professional and a skilled masseuse. Adam always asks if there are any areas that need special attention, but also knows my chronic areas and works them out.

Cory was amazing! This was my 2nd session w him and I asked him to focus the entire session on my shoulder bc I was having problems and was loosing range of motion. Not only did he work on it he also gave me stretches and things to keep a look out for should it continue.

Excellent work. Jason does exactly what is asked and is not talk much. Which is a good thing to me.

A couple weeks ago, I came in with shoulder issues and neck tension. Adam’s technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. I was finally pain-free for a few days after a year of constant pain! More progress has been made after a second massage, and hopefully a couple more will get me back to normal!I appreciate how Adam listened and treated the areas that needed the most work, while still including the full-body for an overall relaxed outcome!

I was able to book an online appointment for the price of $80 for returning customers. When I arrived they wanted to charge me $150 and proceeded to argue with me at the front desk. The front desk staff was unkind and not helpful, I gave them the opportunity to make things right and they chose not to do so. Afterwards when I left, I received a phone call from a woman who works here who decided to pick an argument about the situation over the phone. Very unprofessional and do not put the needs of the customers first. I will not have my time wasted, it felt like they were scamming for money. I have been a reoccurring customer for almost a year and will not be going back.

I just have to rave about Adam at Massage Heights! He is, hands down, the best massage therapist. He has a super calming presence and really listens to your bodys needs. He customizes each session perfectly to target problem areas and relieve tension. His hands work magic - he knows how to apply pressure without discomfort. Hes the BEST!

Throughout all my massage experiences Steven is hand down the best I’ve had. I had sooo many bad experiences with massages. I really lost hope in going back to any place. He had such great pressure throughout my massages not to hard where I couldn’t handle the pain and not soft where it didn’t feel like I wasn’t getting a massage. He got all my harsh knots out of my back. He is worth getting a membership there. Definitely recommend Steven for your massage. Thank you for a great experience

James was great ! I felt like a new person. He took the time on the trouble spots.

I had a terrible experience with the therapist James and a horrendous experience with the area manager Tim J. I was told James was trained in deep tissue. He went from no pressure to elbow in spine pain. He caused injury that I had to go to a specialist for. It was the second time I was told the therapist they referred me to was trained in deep tissue but they were not. The on-site manager looked and informed me that neither he or the other bad experience I had were trained for it. I then spoke to Tim the area manager. He called me several days after I was told he’d call. I explained I didn’t trust his companies recommendation for therapists so I’d like my current credits from my membership refunded to me. He said he has a rule that if you don’t leave the massage early then you don’t get a refund. Laying on a table with no clothes on is a very vulnerable place for some people so no I didn’t address the issue until I was out of there. I’ve had several massages without requesting a refund but this was horrible. He also said he canceled my membership so the saved up massages are not eligible for a refund. And even though I was told by the receptionist I could transfer my massages to my husband, Tim said I couldn’t. He then began to argue with me about the technique James used and I was blown away, I asked if he was in the room with us or had a camera in there because what I experienced was not the right technique. Bones aren’t supposed to be massaged and elbows shouldn’t be in the back of your skull. I guess keeping me from those two massages and not refunding anything was worth the negative reviews on google and social media. Thank you Tim for not helping me feel safe and validated through my terrible experience. I will inform everyone I can that your stores are not safe. As the area manager you refuse to acknowledge a problem and bring positive change. Instead of taking responsibility you further victimized the customer.

Celebrated our 16 year anniversary with a couples massage at Massage Heights in New Braunfels. Jason and Harry were AMAZING!!!! Lorna was so sweet and informative about the membership. Excellent staff and exceptional experience! Highly recommend!

Just go ...it is so worth it. Jason is amazing and everyone was super niceEDIT: I just tried to go for my first service after getting a membership and I had to deal with Tim. I read some of the other reviews that had a bad experience with him and I 100% believe it. He claimed that weeks had gone by trying to reach me and I had no form of communication other than automatically generated messages to confirm me showing up. I get there and nope no service for you. If he is the owner/GM of that location I wont be going back to this chain. Sad thing is the rest of the staff I met was great. Pity

I told Adam of a problem area and that I was getting over a some sinus congestion. He made sure to focus on those areas and helped open up my sinuses! As always, I would recommend him all day everyday to anyone!! He’s the absolute best!!

Booked a prenatal massage around 2 and was still in an obgyn apt tried calling got vm they called my husband about the apt and said cancelling because I was a no show took 40$ from us didn’t get the massage called back and asked front desk again got an answer stated anything I can do to get a later time front desk lady said I only work here in the front said no we cancel and take 40$ for my inconvenience when my obgyn appointment went over never will do business here who really don’t care about people just take the money because we inconvenience them on a late arrival when calling does nothing but people have to get paid some way scam

Be careful when scheduling because the system apparently glitches. My husband and I tried to go in and have a couples massage or at least have 2 done at the same time, even if it was done in different rooms, and they didnt have enough therapists on site to make that happen. The actual massage was decent but be specific if you want a quiet calming massage because mine talked the entire time.

It came recommended to me 5 years ago, and I’m still very happy with the Massage Therapists and Aestheticians, Tim & Heather provide ( owners ) a very nice welcoming environment. My to go to Massage Therapist is Ms.Tamika she is just wonderful. I recommend the Membership, you can mix and match facials & massages.

Don’t wast your time management sucks. They have access to cancel your membership but use an excuse saying they can’t, Just cancel your card with the bank and get a new one. They only pick who can share credits and discounts on massages. Couples use each others credits and is allowed if Heather or Tim know them.

Deb is amazing! I do not normally leave reviews but I wanted to share. I have been a member for a couple years and have bounced around massage therapist. All great, but Deb really stands out to me. I was contemplating cancelling my membership as I was having trouble finding the right massage therapist for me but Deb has saved me as a member and I look forward to seeing her regularly!

I always go to Jason and in my opinion, he is hands down the best. He just seems to be able to read and understand you. I always leave feeling so much better.

Horrible experience, and I never even got the massage. Im new in town, in state. I booked my first appt ever with Massage Heights online. I set up an account and scheduled for the next day at 1:30. I even screen shot the screen showing my appointment was confirmed. Showed at my appointment time and was told there was no appointment. I showed my screen to the receptionist. She asked if I put my credit card on file to reserve the spot. No. There was no prompt to do so. Well, if you didnt put a card on file, it did not make the appointment. They were booked the rest of the day and stated they had time today. She began listing times and i stated my work schedule would get in the way of making 6 or 6:30. How about 7? I mentioned I would be nasty and sweaty from work and I would have to hurry to get cleaned up. With everything I mentioned, at no time was a cancelation fee mentioned. Crazy long day at work and i would not be able to get home and change for the appt and i cannot leave work equipment in my car. I called to cancel and got an earful about a cancelation policy. I asked what the policy is. 50% of the cost of the appt. I asked where this policy is stated. She did not know off hand and placed me on hold, for a very long time. I tried calling back multiple times. Finally she answered and informed me my confirmation email should have had cancelation policy included. So, Im being charged for all the inconveniences of this business and their lack of communication. When I asked if I can charge for them messing up my original appointment, she said they are not responsible for a computer glitch.So, how does one know the system did not schedule if they have a screen saying the appointment is booked? Is a brand new client supposed to know exactly how the booking system works?I needed a massage for my migraines. Instead I received an even bigger headache!!!!!Massage Heights, Ive seen your responses to other reviews. Save your breath. You do not right your wrongs. You just try to smooth things over with loose apologies.

Do not get a membership. I have attempted to cancel it multiple times now, and will realized months later that my bank statement shows I’m being charged still every month. I have cancelled debit cards multiple times in order to stop their payments, and they still withdraw from my bank account. They require you to go to your “home” location (the location that you signed up at) to cancel, so I drove all the way back to New Braunfels months ago while we were not living here to cancel (again) and went in to do it. The front desk people had me fill something out and then told me their “manager would need to approve” my “cancellation request.” It’s not a “request” it’s a notice to cancel. Well sure enough it’s been many months and I just noticed I’ve still been being charged every month. This has been going on for YEARS now. I cannot get it cancelled!

My wife and I had a 3 pm appointment for a couples massage. We arrived at 2:50 pm, and signed in with receptionist. She asked us to sit in the lobby and someone would be with us soon. At 3:24 pm the woman at the front brought us our sign in tablets to fill out. We finish and turn them in and the massage people come and get us to take us back to the room. As I undressed I looked up at the huge clock in the room and it was 3:41 pm. They came back in and did their routine and said they were finished. I looked up and the clock said 4:12 pm. I asked my wife if she made 2 thirty minute appointments. So we asked the receptionist how long our appointment was and she said an hour. We have a picture of us in the lobby at 3:35 pm after we handed our tablets back in. She seemed as if we were lying about the time. I don’t know if anybody else has had this happen, but to the people thinking about going there…… Better watch the time….

It was my first time getting a massage there. I was pleasantly surprised.The time management , flow and pressure was spot on. I definitely will be returning.

I’ve been a member 3 or 4 years. Everytime I find a masseuse that I love they leave. (Being in the same industry… usually that’s a big hint as to how the company is ran.)It got to a point where I was only getting facials because I had to find a masseuse outside of MH that was consistent. And just come here when I really wanted an extra massageDiana seems to be the only one with free time because I always wind up getting her if I book last minute. Which is fine, she really gets my knots out and stretches me, I just wish sometimes she’d stop talking.Although these are all small details I feel like it’s just one thing on top of another that I keep getting annoyed at…. But today I had a 2 hour facial with Michelle.And 30 minutes prior, as I’m leaving that house, I got told she’s canceling because she sick. (Again I’m in the industry so I completely understand canceling for being sick) but not 30 MINUTES BEFORE!!The receptionist then said “she was even out yesterday” … so maybe call me yesterday ?? And if I cancel on my clients last minute I do anything to squeeze them in to make up for it, but With my schedule and them not trying to work with me it would be for 2 weeks til I could be seen for the same service.If I were to cancel 30 minutes before an appointment I’d be charged. This was handled unprofessionally so I told the receptionist I’d like to cancel my appointment and my membership.She said I’ll have one more charge then 30 days after the charge to use all my credits. After that charge I should have 4 or 5 credits to use.I will use them and still tip but I sadly won’t be back after that.I have heard about funny business happening when people try to cancel so I talked to the receptionist and now writing it here so we’re all on the same page.

Management is not great, no call backs or feedback after completing surveys that are sent to you after you get services , I submitted two surveys that should have been concerning to the management since they promote relaxation and decompression from their services. The location in New Braunfels does not have properly trained therapists and when someone complains about the service I feel that is out of common courtesy and concern that someone in management should follow up with a call. I was also not happy with the availability of appointments. This sort of reminded me of getting in on time share but never being able to utilize the service you are paying for. Also, even if they tell you that it is easy to cancel the membership that is not the case. The front desk personnel is clueless as to what the process is to cancel the membership. Mostly though I am not pleased with the management of this facility and the harm that someone might suffer at the hands of some the therapist that are not properly trained or managed. RM

Would have loved to leave a better tip and a review but the guy giving me a massage made it impossible. He was really good at giving the massage, heavy hands and well-trained but..he had some of the worst BO ever. I’m not talking I smelled it once he was up close and personal giving the massage, I mean I walked up to meet him and almost took a step back. I felt bad not knowing how to address the issue so I suffered through a 1 hour massage absolutely nauseated. Not even the lavender spray he put on the bed helped. How am I supposed to relax if I’m just smelling something foul the whole time?? I hope someone there has a talk with him about hygiene cuz he’s good at what he does, he just needs to wash up before he does it.

Same experience as the review before mine. Set a couples massage up and my wife woke up with Covid/flu something. We called and informed them so they could hopefully fill the spot… they told me they wouldn’t charge us the 50% cancellation if I came in but I am home taking care of my wife. I asked for management to call me numerous times and haven’t heard from them and just saw they charged my card before my appt time anyway. Just being greedy and trying to double dip on appt times.Management is horrid and refuses to call me back and just leaves the reception to deal with all issues, worst management I’ve ever seen.

This location is fantastic. The environment is relaxing, and the associates are friendly. Tamika was my massage therapist, and shes wonderful! Will definitely be going back.

I been a member over 2 years and I love the entire staff - always friendly and welcoming.

At first I didn’t want to get a massage, but my bossy older sister insisted I go and try it out. When I walked in, they put a warm neck wrap on me that had the most delightful smell. I could have set there for an hour and left perfectly content. Oh my though, I’m so glad I ended of going in for the actual massage. The lotion was so smooth and hydrating that my skin felt like it was being painted with clouds. The table was adjusted to make me feel practically weightless. I had a bit of anxiety going in bc I had never had this service, but I was so relaxed, they had to wake me up to leave. It was a beautiful experience and this one time only, I’ll admit my sister was right.

I enjoy the massage that I get from Lydia. She’s working on my sciatic nerve and doing such a great job.

Have tried twice to have a couples massage. First time was on our anniversary and the appointment was canceled by the company due to cold weather. Rebooked for today, Valentine’s Day, and specifically asked for a couples massage. Took off work for the appointment only to have them book us incorrectly for two separate massages. Don’t believe I’ll give them another try. Very, very disappointed!

Being an oil field worker I am not one to pamper myself but today my back was killing me and I was driving through New Braunfels I decided to try and get in. I was hesitant at first because the only availability they had was with a male therapist. Haigee went above and beyond my expectations! He met all my needs and hit areas of concern I didnt even know I had. From the time I walked in the door I felt relaxed and at home. Everyone here is professional and welcoming. I will be back next time I am in town! I wish I could rate this location higher than five stars!

When I initially went in it was because I had a coupon. I was expecting an ok massage, but nothing spectacular. I was so wrong!! I got a one of the best massages in my life!! Ive had a few more and a facial. Im never disappointed when I go there. I wasnt convinced of the membership, but because of my great experiences, I purchased one. So worth the money!!

I wish I could rate this business with 0 stars! I was part of a membership package for several months, I terminated membership due to a change in income. I had 2 remaining credits for massage/facials (I paid $70 for each, total of $140) that I didnt use before some arbitrary deadline in October 2018. Due to my work schedule and holiday chaos, I didnt have a chance to follow up until early Jan. I called to schedule my credits, only to be told they were no longer available to me, $140 down the drain. I spoke to the manager Wendy about using these; she told me the only way I had access to them is by joining another membership for 3 mos and the credits would show up on the account, no wiggle room for an exception. I sent email to Corporate headquarters to inquire, they directed me right back to the NB store as each one is independently owned, corporate was no help at all. I then spoke to the Assistant Retreat Director (co-owner) of the NB store, Tim, about the unfairness of having to join again with financial commitment of $180 (3 mos) in order to have access to the $140 I already paid. Tim held the party line, said the credits were not accessible, that the store is held accountable by corporate and he further said that the 3 mo membership (offered by the manager) was no longer being offered, I now had the option of a financial commitment of a 6 mo or 12 mo membership to get these back! Tim was very rude in our conversation and began yelling toward the end of our call. I asked to speak to the main owner, Tina, for resolution. Tim said he would pass on my message to her. I learned from a NB store employee that Tina is actually married to Tim. I emailed corporate again about this exchange with Tim and about the conflicting info about whether corporate office has any authority to open credits again. I never heard back from corporate OR from the NB owner, Tina. I am outraged at the treatment I received from this company as a whole and from Wendy and Tim, especially with the conflicting messages. It was crystal clear NO ONE from the company valued me as a customer. Again, I paid $140 to this company as part of my membership and have not been allowed to use it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I caution ANY customer to avoid this location and avoid joining a membership because CUSTOMERS DONT MATTER!!!!!

These guys go above and beyond to make sure they are meeting your needs. I’m a very busy person and things slip my mind 24/7 but I can count on them to send me a text the day before my appointment to remind me and if I don’t reply they will call me to confirm. 100% recommend them.

I recently went to visit family in the New Braunfels area for the holidays. I love them a lot, but 3 WEEKS is long enough to make anyone a little crazy! I was so fortunate to find MHNB and get the self care and alone time I desperately needed. Each time I visited, I was greeted by warm friendly and knowledgeable staff. Jessica and Wendy were extremely kind and patient as I asked numerous questions regarding services and products. Also, Justin was a shear cutie pie... bless his little heart! Best part though, Tim and Jordyn found a way to save me money through a holiday gift card promotion and a short term membership. The 3 month membership allowed me to get special pricing while I was visiting and I could use all my credits since I paid in full!I had my 3 membership credits, so I booked a service every week. I initially had a facial with Hannah. It was purely invigorating. My sister has always been the beautiful one in the family, but now with my refreshed and glowing skin, I’m not only younger in age, but younger looking too!!! Next I received a massage and hot stone peppermint foot scrub from Kassie. I must of been of Santa’s nice list to deserve such personalized and relaxing care. I went home so mellow and calm that I curled up with a cup of hot Ovaltine and my brother and I had a restful evening binge watching Criminal Minds. My last visit before leaving was with Haigee. Between the warm table, the soft linens, and Haigee’s magical touch, I embarrassingly enough, fell asleep! My slumber was so sound, that I just knew I had to have a set of those linens. I spoke with Justin and he said he had a set and they have remained soft and in good condition through many washings.I’m looking forward to my next visit because I’ve heard Brianna, Tameka, Karis, Lizette, Deb, Laura, George, Brian, Jason and Klarissa are just as fantastic as their peers.

I was told when signing up for monthly subscription that it would not be a big deal if I needed to cancel my account. I specifically asked about this because I have been stuck in long term subscriptions like this before. Well now that I’m needing to cancel because my situation has changed, I’m being told that I cannot cancel and will continue to be charged $60 per month. The manager was not helpful or understanding at all when my wife called in. Whatever you do, do not sign up for a monthly subscription! I will never use this company again and will gladly pay half the amount of my subscription per month to put a stop payment on my credit card. I will not give this company another cent.

I have had massages by many LMTs, but Adam at Massage Heights in New Braunfels was one of, if not the best massage Ive ever had. Everything about it was perfect, except one thing: I wish I had booked a longer massage. I know some women may feel uncomfortable with a male LMT, but Im telling you it is 100% worth every penny and more. I cant remember the last time I felt so relaxed. My body has been so sore from getting back in the gym, and this was exactly what I needed. Go see Adam.
