It’s Planet K so I don’t expect the greatest customer service but the older guy that works here at night seems bitter that he has to get off his butt to help customers. I went in there knowing what I wanted but was made to feel like I bothered him if I had a question at all. The guy put off a vibe that not everyone was welcome. He’s a liability in my opinion and will deter business. The younger employees were a lot nicer hence the 2nd star.

Honestly, I couldnt be happier. This shop has been absolutely phenomenal with product selection and staff. Ive been to a phulthera of shops but have never gotten the A+ service that I got here, especially from Justin. He definitely went the extra mile and helped me find the right product for me and gave me the best recommendations and laughs. Dude treated me like a friend instead of a customer, and I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. The products are great and the service is exceptional. Thank you Justin!!!

Came in for some vapes and they had some name brands a good price. Keagen helped us and super nice and knowlegable. Appreciate the help.

Remy was noisy listening to my phone conversation while I was trying to decide on a flavored vape. They didn’t have any vapes I usually buy so I was talking to my friend asking if she’s tried any of these because I’ve never seen these brands and he said he wasn’t gonna sell me a vape because he thought I was trying to buy her a vape why would I buy my friend who already has her own vape with my money. Just a weird experience overall

Had a great experience as usual. This location has a super large selection in comparison to other locations. But an employee Rae went ABOVE & BEYOND for me today which hasnt been an easy one..so I VERY much appreciate ur kindness to me today and the help of course.

I live in San Antonio and the planet k locations I frequent look lame compared to this location I go back and forth from San Antonio to San Marcos every other weekend pick up my daughter from Texas state Ive been saying I want to stop by every time I see that big planet k sign from the highway well I finally got a chance to stop by I was impressed

One of th coolest shops Ive ever been in!

Went in for a water bong and their service was trash. There was 3 people at the registers not acknowledging customers and then sold me a broken water bong. Once I got home and noticed that it was leaking/broken I called planet k and the “manager” Alexis was not helpful at all, didn’t offer an exchange nor refund. This location sucks.

The only thing we stopped here for was to take some pictures on that amazing Mural. We loved it and enjoyed it taking lots of pictures. Very well done!

Place is a little over priced and not a very good selection but other then that its pretty chill and friendly environment

Theyre not the cheapest head shop in town, but they always have a helpful and friendly staff around to assist you. An excellent, easy-going store with some great art that wraps around the outside of the store very unique and neat!

The quality of your experience really depends a lot on who you get here. At least the mgr is there most times. He is good and knows what hes doing.

Stopped in today to pick up something for our special day and Raven helped us out. She was so friendly and kind, making sure to get us exactly what we wanted and offering suggestions! We enjoyed her personality and taking the time to help us find the right items. There are a lot of Planet K stores out there but this one is special and so are the people working here.Thanks for helping us out!

Love this store, huge selection. Staff is polite for the most part, I did have one lady who was working seemed like she didnt want to be bothered and eye rolling is not the most friendliest or very welcoming. But I will be back still love the store.

About 4 people working in the store and can’t answer the phone before I came. I called 5 times. New Braunfels answered right away when I called them to ask them a question about a product. They don’t accept Apple Pay when I’ve used it at least 3 times and the policy is don’t accept Apple Pay when Apple Pay is an option with their card reader… then I get a bland “have a nice dayyyy” when I’m clearly not a satisfied customer. The store is quite small. Literally like 300 square feet.

The crew at the store this evening (8.25.21) 5:30pm, are amazing and extremely friendly. I’ve been stopping by after work for the last three weeks and have run into the same smiling, helpful faces! Great vibe, great energy! Thank y’all!

Its always been alright every time I have been. Really friendly people. You can even bring your dog inside. I like the wooden instruments there and the nifty little hide away boxes that look like books.

Customer service is VERY poor here at this location. Went in to purchase something, the guy behind the counter with the dog was sooo high & rude!!! the other staff members had to step up to help me. I know items are sold here for recreational purposes but at least stay alert to do your job!!! Never went back to this location again!

Love the staff the manager Raven does a great job managing the store. The staff is very friendly and get along so well they greet u as u walk in and are ready to help with anything u need. Shelves are stocked and store clean. Very pleased...highly recommended 😊

Raven is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered here. Never going here again and I’m letting everyone know about what she did to me, making me feel belittled and uncomfortable. Worst experience here! Go to Amsterdam instead, you’ll get your money’s worth and not deal with bad customer service!!

Came back to this location and its official, I like this Planet K better than any other in central Texas. Went back because I needed some things and Raven provided spectacular customer service again. She remembered me and helped find exactly what I wanted AND some more. Thank you again!

Always chill, always helpful, also always has some interesting items. I never know what I need until they start helping with my finds. Good staff, great atmosphere. Cool management.

A little bit on the pricey side, well worth though. The staff is nice and knowledgeable about their products. Great finds in there for sure.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any PK, Raven is the most unprofessional childish “manager” I’ve ever encountered. Might aswell hire an 10 year old to run the place, it’ll work better. Never going here again. Taking my business to the other shop in town.

I don’t always step out of my comfort zone for personal wellness items in the pleasure department. However megaplex is far drive. They had what I needed but more importantly Raven helped me without judgement and was a pleasure to converse with! So glad planetk hires only the best kind of people.

Wonderful little hippy vibe is a welcome change from the standard Texas feel. Great selection of heady glass and unique local gifts! Definitely a experience worth stopping in to any of thier locations throughout Texas!

I loooove the planet k in new braunfels, and that’s why I’ll leave 4 stars. The staff has always been really kind and helpful, but today one of the female employees (didn’t catch the name, but wears glasses, petite and has a large attitude) was soooo rude. Even after SHE rang me up for an extra $120, she tried to tell me she was right and I was wrong. Luckily the other employees and manager were very kind and fixed the extra charge for me. I was just very disappointed with my experience at planet k today.

I would have given them a higher rating I’ve been going here for years but I will no longer be shopping here because they don’t require their customers to wear a mask while a pandemic is going on nor do they make their employees wear masks. This is not okay we are in a pandemic still with lots of people getting sick daily I will not shop somewhere that does not care about the safety of their customers or workers.

Terrible customer service. I a 60 years old. I made a 6$ purchase and paid with my debit card. I was asked for an ID to match my debit card. Never have I been asked for an ID to use my debit card especially for a 6$ purchase. Only at the bank when I make a larger than normal withdrawal.Go to San Marcos Planet K. Great service.

Planet K, no matter where I go to one....Austin Hwy. in San Antonio, orNew Braunfels store, or even San Marcos, I get superior service, superior products, but I always feel welcomed! Great store(New Braunfels), the 2 females working today, great job....

Tried to get a product and was treated poorly by the manager, Raven. This was my one and only experience, and since first impressions last, I have decided not to use PK again.

Great place to shop for novelties. There is a great selection on glass items, wood boxes, cool stickers , posters and much more . Its a fun place to shop and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable..go by and see for yourself.

The staff here is top notch. Always smiling, informative, and willing to assist. The atmosphere of the store is always a wonderful vibe, too.

What more do you want to say about planet ks now this was an experience that I had a lot of fun on going down to SeaWorld and then Blue oyster cult concert all I can scream out is rock and roll and planet k does that at all their locations be blessed.

Easy to get in and out with what your looking for. Selection that gives you choices and service to get you down the road.

Purchased their Mothers Day special yesterday. The torch from the set had a manufacturers defect where it would not adjust the flow of butane and regulate flow during lighting causing the torch to not stay lit. Took it back the next day and they refused to exchange it for another insisting the dont do any returns. Never again will I purchase from here. These stores clearly run on a corporate greed model and do not have their customers interests at heart. My advice is to stay away from planet k and take your business to Amsterdam smoke shop in new Braunfels.

This place is soooo cool. They had ashtrays. And cigarettes, and Dunhill menthol. I have to go back.

Literally got a torch not even a full day ago used it once then had to refill it used it again had to refill it and then by the third time it was just dead and unable to use so thanks for selling me a half broken torch hope yall happy about that 15$

I purchased a geode from here 2 months back, just cracked it open a day or so ago and it basically wasnt a geode. Im very disappointed and I recommend everyone to not buy the geodes. What a waste of money. Im very disappointed.
