She’s that good.I have chronic low back issues, and Jennifer took the time to listen to my complaints and understand the mechanism behind what’s wrong before she set to work. Pleasant and talkative in the best way, she checked in often to ensure I was having my best massage ever. And I did! As she worked close to resolving an issue, she generously adjusted our session to fully address my problem. She also provided gentle guidance for preventing the issue in the future. Thanks to Jennifer, I walked away pain-free for the first time in months, maybe longer.This was truly the most helpful therapeutic massage of my life, and I get massages monthly all around the world, often at high-end places. I was highly satisfied with my overall experience at this spa. The entire staff was very friendly from the front desk to the actual spa workers. I had the signature facial with Rene and the 60 minutes hot stone massage with Jennifer. I was pleasantly impressed with both services. My massage with Jennifer was excellent and a game changer for me . I wish I could have pack her up and brought her back to Miami with me. My body is always tense and muscles are so tight. I do suffer occasionally with sciatica. Well she work every pressure point of my sciatic and loosen my muscles until they were relax without vigorously hurting me . I felt no pain during or after the massage. She’s very knowledgeable she gave me some tips about correcting my posture which helped and pointed out a few exercise and things I could do at home to relieve pressure from my lower back. I wish I would have scheduled for 2 hours instead of one., that’s how much I was impressed by my massage. It was one of the best massage i ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JENNIFER. My facial with Rene was excellent as well she had my face glowing and my skin soft. . If you I every in New Orleans please check them out you want be disappointed.

The owner is fantastic! Messaged with me well past business hours and got us in VERY last minute for a couples massage. Highlight of our trip to New Orleans!! The massage therapists were both incredible. Took away all of the walking a zillion miles aches that prompted the after hours message.

Ana and Maria were the sweetest nail techs! They made good conversation and did an amazing job for me and my husband! They made him feel very comfortable for his first pedicure!! They are the best and we will be back!!

This is not a spa. This is a small area where they provide some spa services. No relaxation area, only small bottled water offered. Very small and outdated rooms. Old towels and supplies. Nail tech used the same nail brush at sink to clean tools that one of our women was told to use to wash her nails moments earlier. Brought 3 people for special biz treat and was embarrassed. If youre looking for a spa experience, this isnt it.

I had a long travel day to New Orleans so I decided the first thing I wanted to do was get a massage. Booked a 90 minute about a week before my stay and dont regret it. Sky was the perfect answer to my travel pains. Very attentive and even got the spots that other therapists tend to tickle. Will definitely be back next time Im in town, maybe even again on this same trip.

My wife and I had a couples massage and what we thought was a great experience turned out to be an actual nightmare after.My wife was given a massage and later that day began to experience neck problems. Low and behold, we wound up costing us much more than just a massage. We had medical bills afterwards and X-rays pointed to her neck being misaligned.We attempted to contacted the spa staff to potentially avoid others from experience the same issue and express our concerns but the stupid completely ignored or feedback and concerns.I dont recommend this place. Very disappointed with the whole experience afterwards.

Clean professional place. Wonderful massage from Emmy, in a quiet and welcoming place. They even supply bathrobes and spa water, makes you feel luxurious! I highly recommend adding the chakra bath as well, the shower jets are amazing.

My wife and I went here for a couples massage about an hour ago and when I say our bodies feel amazing after the massages….everything was nice and clean….real professional. It was worth everything penny….the best we ever had. Most definitely going back in the future…

Amazing experience. The facial was amazing. I cant say anything else other than it was phenomenal. I usually am not one for a pedicure (hate my feet being touched) but Maria was amazing and was so much fun to talk to.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage for 60 minutes. It was wonderful and I wished it wouldnt end! I cant remember her name, but she works on Sunday. Relaxing!

I came here for a wax treatment since the Spa I normally go to isnt providing those services yet. However, they recommended I see Trudy at Spa Aria. I booked an appointment with Trudy and decided to book a last minute massage as well. I discovered that Trudy is also a licensed massage therapist so I got her for both services. Shes so amazing, very attentive and detailed oriented. Both professional and patient. Im truly grateful for finding her because she made me feel so comfortable throughout both services. Cindy, Crystal and her team were extremely accommodating, they treated me like family. My expectations and experience was exceptional! Ill definitely be returning. Also had breakfast at Criollo restaurant beforehand and Michael the manager and Michael my server took very good care of me. Best DAYcation ever! Thank you guys 🤗

We did a couples massage with champagne and chocolate strawberries. The massage was top notch and quite lovely. The pressure was nice and they really worked out some kinks. There was also lots of private time in the end for couples time. The spa itself was nice, clean and staff friendly. I wish there were steam rooms or a jacuzzi, but this is still the best massage in NOLA. We will be back!!

Booked a spa day for my friends for a bachelorette weekend and these ladies were so easy to work with. From coordinating and setting up appointments for 7 of us to having champagne that morning I was so amazed at their service. We had three different masseuses and we all raved about how great they were. The two ladies doing nails were very sweet and made us feel nice and relaxed.

Absolutely wonderful spa!! I went to New Orleans to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I scheduled the full monte which was a relaxing massage, the best facial I’ve ever had, wonderful product line (Prevonia). And finished with a mani and pedi. Just a wonderful experience. All the women were welcoming and very professional. Absolutely loved every minute of it. Will definitely return the next time I visit NEw Orleans.

Last week, I got a text from my husband telling me to check my email.A gift certificate to Spa Aria at Hotel Monteleone for something called a Full Monte Spa Package. He told me it isnt for Christmas, it is just because you are the glue 😭😭90-minute massage.Manicure and pedicure.Deluxe facial.I was at the Spa for almost 5 hours today.It started with the most incredible massage with Amy, she was magic! This was followed up with a refreshing glass of strawberry water. Then on to the pedicure where I enjoyed another amazing foot and leg massage with the patient and joyful Miriam. I sipped on a hot cup of almond coconut tea that may have been the best tea Ive ever tasted. Next was the deluxe manicure with a paraffin wax treatment as well as another hand and arm massage. I had a quick little snack before heading into the facial. Ive only had one before, so I didnt know what to expect, but now I know why people get them!! Mercy. My face feels amazing! Also, more massages! Another for my feet and hands as well as face and scalp by the skilled and delightful Lauren.What. A. Booked a massage, pedicure, and manicure last minute...these guys are amazing!! The receptionist was super warm and inviting. She helped us get food delivered, even recommended some of her favorite places to eat. Jeremys deep tissue massage was outstanding!! Millie did my nails perfectly and has a lovely warm personality. Spa Aria is a gold star shining in New Orleans.

Very rushed experience. As I booked a bridal party of 6. I was told through email we would receive 2 complimentary bottles of champagne because of our party of 6. Then when I was called to confirm my appointment the day before I was told we would only receive one due to 2 of our guest were pregnant. Half of our party wasnt offered to change into gowns and 3 of the girls schedules 60 min massage and was given 40 mins. Also some massage rooms were outside the spa in hotel rooms. I called the spa 10 minutes prior to our appointment to tell them we were looking for parking because there is no parking in front of the building.Lastly due to covid we were placed in a conference room in the hotel due to COVID restriction. I would not recommend this place. Not what I was expecting.

Absolutely amazing experience. Friendly staff, great masseuses. My wife and I had a couples massage and were treated very well from start to finish! We also stayed in the hotel and enjoyed the whole thing.

Had a facial here and it was both relaxing and helpful to my skin. There were some gentle extractions, and the products used where customized for my skin type. The products also smelled fantastic from natural scents. Had a papaya and pineapple peel and a green apple mask. So worth it!

Update: One of the co-owners of Spa Aria read my review and contacted me. She let me know that protocol whenever a customer expresses concern to any staff member at the spa is to contact her or the other co-owner so that they can try to make it right but that this had not been done when I had expressed concern after my treatment. She apologized for my experience, especially that my concern had not been passed on to her when it happened, and she offered to refund the cost of the eye treatment add-on and 20% of the body scrub. I appreciate that she took the time to reach out and make it right. It restores my belief that this spa really does care about providing a good customer experience. I still hope that they square their advertised treatment times with what is provided, but appreciate that she took time out to reach out to me and that she was willing to adjust the cost to reflect the actual treatment time length.I decided to get two services for my birthday. I got a 60 minute sugar scrub and a 30 minute express facial with a 20-30 minute eye treatment add- on. First, the body scrub lasted 45 minutes from start to finish, including the time I was in the shower, despite being advertised as a 60 minute treatment. I expressed my confusion to the receptionist between appointments and she told me she would look into it. Then, concerned about what had just happened, I told my next woman who was providing a treatment how I had called ahead and was told that the eye treatment was an additional 20-30 minutes on top of the 30 minute mini facial and I wanted to confirm that. She said that actually, it was probably only 15-20 minutes on top. In the end, the 30 minute mini facial plus 20-30 minute add on eye treatment lasted 40 minutes total. Meaning, the add-on eye treatment added neither 20-30 minutes as advertised, nor 15-20 minutes as stated, but only ten. When I spoke to the receptionist again when it was time for me to check out, she sincerely apologized that my first treatment had only lasted 3/4 of the advertised time, but did not offer to adjust the bill. This was a truly disappointing service. They should not advertise that services last longer than they actually do, and it is disappointing that they did not stand behind their service and make any kind of adjustment for services not rendered. The services themselves were fine- the products didnt seem special and I didnt come out feeling as fresh as I usually do after a facial treatment. As I write this, I still cant believe I spent $50 plus tip on a ten minute eye treatment that consisted of putting one cream on and then holding ice over my eyes.

They are very nice and accommodating. Its a clean place and they are very professional. A word to the wise: do not get a clay body treatment if you experience misophonia. Sounded like I was trapped in a chip bag someone was struggling to open.

GREAT massage with Ted! I am traveling for work. I spent the afternoon carrying a backpack and my shoulders were needing attention. It was a last minute decision, but I was able to book a 45 extended back/neck/shoulder massage with Ted. BEST massage I have had (and no, not the only massage I have ever had). He clearly had a strong understanding of anatomy and applied it very effectively.

Sandy runs a GREAT spa! In 2013 I enjoyed my experience at Spa Aria so much that I couldnt wait to schedule an appointment for my current trip. Amy gives THE BEST deep tissue massage; Trudys facial was excellent and very relaxing, and Nicoles mani-pedi was the perfect ending to my spa day experience

Mediocre at best. Ambiance was nice, paid $145 for 90 min massage which is a good price, but the massage was weak. I specified on the form and verbally to the therapist that my back and neck were areas of concern, yet most of the time was focused on my feet and head. I am about to walk a few blocks down to some asian massage place to try to make up for my total waste in time and money! I am 100% disappointed.

Hubby was in conferences all day so I took the opportunity to have a spa day! Best decision ever, especially for choosing Spa Aria. I did a customized Full Monte focused on de-stressing. Stacy handled head and neck and reflexology perfectly. I asked for firm but not deep tissue pressure and thats exactly what I got. Gabby handled facial and scalp, then Millie did my mani-pedi. Everyone was just lovely . Its a small space with intimate ambiance. Its all about you! Its definitely on my Must Return list!

Booked my wife a Spa day here for her birthday while we were in NOLA. She loved it and said the massage was great and the staff were all very kind.

I am writing this to warn any woman who is considering going to spa aria at the hotel Monteleone. I was inappropriately touched by a male massage therapist there and reported this to one of the co-owners. I am not sure if this person will continue to be an employee following my report but it sounded like he would. If you were planning to schedule a massage, please reconsider or, at the very least request a female massage therapist for your safety.

I received the best massage of my life from Bridget. My whole body feels brand new. I highly recommend her and Spa Aria!

Nice hotel, great water pressure in the shower. Room was fair, view was awful. N.O is on ridiculous covid restrictions still, cant enter a bars/food establishments without vaccine or COVID test and yet you can walk into the hotel and check in with no mask or proof.
