Omgggg. I don’t know where to start. Me and my mom went for her birthday and we had the best day. We walked in and was greeted right away. They confirmed our appointment and we took a seat. We both gotThe food and body combination. They had the biggest chairs and yessss they laid allThe way back. We started with a feet soak, then our masseuse came and did us a head and neck massage for about 7 mins. Then started the foot portion, we had Jenny and Steven and they were heavenly. Me and mom went to sleep during foot massage, after we transferred to our room for the body portion. We filled out what we wanted worked on and they did just that. We had hot stones, warm towels, and full on greatness. They were overall perfect. I’m so glad i found themBecause they did exactly what we needed. 10 outta 10, RECOMMED.

We went for a couples massage, it was great. They were very courteous and on time. Rooms were clean and service was very intuitive. Steve was AWESOME! He worked ALL the kinks out of me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the best experience with David. I have lupus so I have a lot of pain. I came in unexpectedly needing relief, I asked for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with cupping. He did not disappoint. I love the feeling and vibe here, very peaceful and relaxing! I will definitely be coming back🫶🏼

One of the best massages I ever had.We had no problems making an appointment for 4 people. I enjoyed my massage here more than I did at the Woodhouse Spa. I think my massage therapist’s name was Tommy. He was very professional and had the right amount of pressure and knew what areas of my body needed relief. All my friends said their massage therapist was very good too so you probably can’t go wrong with anyone. Can’t wait to go back. I def recommend if you make an appointment, don’t be late if you want the full time.

I went for a couples massage, it was great. Highly recommend. They were very courteous and on time. Rooms were clean and service was very intuitive. The massage itself was thorough and the massage therapist could intuitively tell without me speaking exactly where I needed the most help. Overall great experience.

This is my third time coming here and it’s time to give this place a great review. I called to make an appointment to get a deep tissue massage and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I had one of the best massages ever and it included hot stones. After a long week of working out and working long shifts, this is exactly what I needed. I had a chair massage here on vacation two weeks ago. Life changing. The gentleman had his work cut out for him too as I am a big woman and had about 6 years of cemented stress in my back. He also noticed that I needed a lymphatic drainage support on the back of my neck and it was incredible the relief I felt afterwards. Its been two weeks now and I still feel incredible. Highly recommend.

Around this time of the year I’m extremely busy with school alterations. I’m Sewing all day and night.. I felt a weird feeling in my back. I looked up the nearest massage spa and they were several. I’m SEW happy I chose you guys. The 20 minutes chair messages with Mike last week and 30 minutes with Steven this week, both were amazing. Thank you guys for shaking me back. Highly recommended!

My masseuse, Lisa, was absolutely lovely. She was very kind and made me feel very relaxed! In addition to targeting the areas I requested she also somehow found the areas that I didn’t even know needed attention, and expertly kneaded all areas. Disappointing Experience at Wellness Massage Spa.I had an appointment scheduled for 5 pm CST, but unfortunately, it didnt go as planned. Despite calling ahead to warn them Id be about 30 minutes late, and being assured that the staff would be available at 5:30 pm CST, I arrived at 5:18 pm CST only to be told that no one was available to perform my massage.I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication and coordination among the staff. The host had assured me that the staff would be available at 5:30 pm CST, but this didnt seem to be the case. I was instead told to call the manager (after I got there) , who suggested a new appointment time of 7:30 pm CST. I was not able to get this appointment as I was passing through New Orleans from a long drive.I hope that the management takes my feedback seriously and works to improve their scheduling and customer service protocols. It was a frustrating experience, especially given the 45-minute drive I had to get there.

I had a 30 min chair massage with Steven that loosened up my stiff neck muscles. He checked in on me throughout to make sure the pressure was good, if I needed water. He paid special attention to the side of my neck that was stiff, and was still balanced overall.

The setting was relaxing and the massage technicians listened to our suggestions. The massage felt wonderful and was very relaxing. Every time we come here they never disappoint !

I drove all the way from slidell to here because it’s just that good. I’ve been coming here for years! Steven was amazing and I would request for him anytime I come back. I strength train and do a ton of hiit workouts and Steven made sure to get all the knots out my back.

On vacation from FL, where I am also a LMT. Took a chance and was pleasantly surprised! My fiancé and I got a couples massage for a good rate. My therapist found some trouble areas in my upper back and addressed them well. At times, I caught myself all absorbed in the experience. I would certainly recommend and would go back if I come back to NOLA!

I had a really wonderful 90 minute combination foot and body massage here. Alan was my massage therapist and he is so strong, practiced, and professional. He was respectful and asked how the pressure was for feet and body (it was always great). I walked in feeling tense and walked out feeling so refreshed and relaxed. If youre looking for a great massage, this is the place!

My wife and I went to this spa. We enjoyed it tremendously. It was well worth it. I had a girl her name was Kelly. She was just terrific very professional. I would recommend this place to everyone if you are looking for a satisfying massage.👌👍

I slept wrong on the unfamiliar hotel pillows and kinked my neck, and came in for a 30 minute chair massage. My masseuse, Mike, was very intuitive and skilled, and I ended up adding more time onto my massage because I was enjoying it so much. Afterwards, I felt great and bonus: I can turn my head again! You can easily get a mediocre massage at these places who cater to one-and-done tourists, but this place was high quality, clean, and a good value!

We (my beautiful wife and I) on a whim, thought that we should treat ourselves to a massage. She did a quick Google Search and this place popped up. We booked an appointment last minute and they were more than accommodating. We arrived, dress down to our comfort level, and those massage technicians went to work on our wrecked frames. My wife felt that the guy working on her would change to different appendages just as he was just getting into rhythm. I, however, faired much better. The young lady overhauling this train wreck of mine was on point. She was thorough, practiced, and professional. She didn’t speak much English so I wasn’t able to get a name but she was quite awesome and I am definitely a fan. Next time I roll through here I will definitely be hitting this place up for another tune up.

Booked my boyfriend a full body massage for his birthday. You can request female, or male. they were nice, and very thorough with everything. My boyfriend loved it, he said he feels more relaxed. He was smiling so hard lol, it was something he’s never done. He says I HAVE TO GO!!! So i’mguessing it really is amazing.

This place was great! My husband and I got a couples massage at a different place a few days before and it was terrible. Left me in more pain than when I went in. So we came here, and they were so great! They listened to what I needed, where I hurt, where I couldnt be touched, etc. They even went over the hour I paid for and were constantly checking in with us about if we liked it and how we were feeling. It was an amazing experience.

Overall, we enjoyed it, except for one lady, she did not do anything for the foot massage just rubbed my feet up and down, and had no clue how to massage people. So pick I picked another masseuse for the shoulder massage and it was great.

First off I would like to thank Wellness Massage Spa and our couples massage technicians, thanks very much. Now let me explain my Queen and I experience. Our 12th anniversary was approaching on June 23rd and normally we travel but with the pandemic and actually things started opening back up but didnt want to take any chances with such a short time to plan. So weve been working some long days and night leading up to our Anniversary. I had decided that since well be spending it home this year that a nice full body massage and romantic dinner and night out was a good idea,not knowing that a lot of massage parlor or spa would be booked up for weeks to a month(that was for couples massages). Now at this point I started to panic a little cause I wanted something nice and relaxing for my Queen to enjoy. I laid up there and googled couples massages and a nice bit of places popped up but some of them was places I had tried already so I just called the ones that I didnt call and I looked at the website of some and the reviews wasnt comfortable enough for the occasion even though Im a person who likes to find out for myself but this time. I cant remember the name of the first place I called but it was actually some blocks further down from Wellness massage spa which was the second place I called and didnt get no answer so I left a message on they voicemail and sent a email to they email address. I didnt get a return call or email so now Im worrying now, I looked at the address and noticed I wasnt working to far from there so I took a ride over by the place of business and as I was following my GPS I passed right in front of the first place I called but kept going to pull up at wellness massage spa and find them close( not sure why) but they had a note on the door stating that they will be open tomorrow which was our Anniversary day. At that point it was take a change on wellness massage spa or visit the other spa, of course I put it all on wellness massage spa because it looked better outside and I just felt it was good choice so I put all my eggs in this one basket. So the next morning when I wake up I waited patiently but very nervous because my Queen didnt know what was going on so as soon as they opened I gave them a call and spoke with the gentleman who answered the phone to see if they had any couples room available and when he said yes for 12 noon I was so relieved and excited. So when we arrived I must say everything was clean and well organized with mask requirements, safe distancing and hand sanitizer to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. The prices were very reasonable to me,everyone was nice with friendly attitudes which made it comfortable as well. We get into our room and meet our massus(Jenny and David) if Im not mistaken. They were awesome, good relaxing sounds and they was strictly business the only time they talked was to ask was everything alright and to let you know they were finish( we did a 60 minute massage) and oh my gosh they did the hot stones and we out done, so amazing and felt wonderful, since we been getting them we never had the hot stones before so that was a new experience.The only thing was once we got dressed and getting ready to leave we couldnt find the massus responsible for that wonderful relaxing experience, so the gentleman at the front desk told me that we could leave it at front desk and hell make sure they receive it which really no problem Im just used to being able to give it to them and let them know how much we really appreciated it but other than that thanks a lot Wellness Massage spa for making the beginning of our day wonderful. We will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Brandnew, relaxing spa with spotless interiors, quiet music, and good prices. Walk-ins are welcome, and the warm, inviting atmosphere is genuine. The place is very calming, and the staff is curteous and responsive. There is even shady, off-street parking in the back. We have been there a bunch of times now and will keep coming back.

I scheduled a couple massage here for my spouse and I while we traveled down for the first Saints game 9/9/23.. this place was horrible.. No aromatherapy or relaxing music in the room, too much light. Did not feel relaxed at all. Very plain atmosphere. The male therapist I had was horrible I paid for an 1 hr full body. He worked strictly my back for 45 mins bare hand, no oil, no cream just ruff hands until I had to lift my head several times to que him that I did not enjoy what he was doing. I did not want to cause distraction for my spouse who had a female therapist so I attempted to deal with the discomfort of the service I was receiving. I’ve had many professional massages and by for this was the absolute worst. Then once I get to the front desk to pay the receptionist ask so you are not leaving a tip. I didn’t want to be rude and just say Hell no because I hated it.. so I politely said No . He stated, did you enjoy your massage? I lied and said it was OK, and his reply was so you not leaving a tip? Again I looked at him with a face of are you serious and replied NO! The reviews on here would fool you! This place or shall I say my experience with the therapist I had was horrible!!! I don’t believe he was certified or knew what he was doing! Seem as he was taking ques from the female therapist that was attending to my spouse.. I do not recommend!!

As a massage therapist myself, this was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I got the 2 hour with scalp & foot. Pressure was perfect. Special attention paid to the areas I had pointed out that were bothering me, he would check in with me to make sure each area felt better before moving on, the hot stones were amazing. Thus will be my goto massage therapist.

Side note: the couple who left as I was arriving didn’t tip, even after saying they were happy with their service. Makes me so angry! If you can’t afford to tip ANYTHING to service industry workers, don’t get these services.

It is a clean, professional, no-frills place. The value was great. Luke was my masseuse and did an awesome job, I even extended my massage for 30 extra minutes. His pressure was great and he checked in various times to make sure.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good massage and can’t book far in advance.

This visit was not good as others. It was my birthday present and I was super disappointed. No one cared or offered any compensation to coming back.

I had a two hour much-needed massage from Luke. It was absolutely perfect! My feet hurt from walking around New Orleans this week and my whole body feels better after this experience. Firstly I love this place. Today my person and I had a little communication disconnect. Normally I fall asleep its so good. But what I wanted and was provided was lost in translation. I did share with management that this will be my 4th time coming and this wasnt my favorite time. They were very apologetic and for my surprise my service was free. I wasnt at all looking for that because they provided a service. This company listen to their customer and provided a solution. I begged for them to take my CC but they didnt. So I tip the ladies that they didnt want to accept. So I demanded they accepted it. I said all this to say maybe this wasnt the best time. But the customer service for the disconnect was excellent. The reason for the 4 stars. I will come back. Everyone has a off day.

I sent my wife for a second massage here but 3rd since weve been together. She gets the 90min deep tissue and she comes home in such a good mood because she isnt in such pain. She has some back issues that cause great pain, but she brags on this place and the service. It makes it worth every penny ,which isnt expensive to begin with, but so worth it! To have her happy & pain free ill do this biweekly if i have too.. 100% recommend.

This was our first professional massage in life and I must say it was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I did the couples massage and having the intimate vibe of us being in one room and escaping from society for a short time seemed like forever. The staff were very professional, attentive and on time. Our service consisted of (2) full body massages with myself have a male and my husband being services by a female and both performed their job duties as expected. The head man ensured we were extremely satisfied before we left our rooms.Wellness Massage Spa also has some of the best prices on the Northshore and Southshore. They ensured us we wouldnt find any prices cheaper with the services they would provide and I must say ever word was true. We will be booking again for the experience!!!

I love how professional and respectful the staff are. I felt extremely cared for and felt like I was floating when I walked out of the studio after my 1 hour massage. Im in my feet 40 hours per week for work, in addition to walking a lot. So much of my stress was released through my massage therapists skillful hands and Im grateful for that.

My partner and I came in for a couples massage. We are from out of town, and after a little digging, found this spot. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of service we received. The price included hot stones too, which back home wouldve been an upcharge. Very impressed. Davy and Linda(I think) were incredibe.

The man who massaged my wife did only pressing/patting (no rubbing) while BURPING the whole time! The woman who massaged me did okay but now my back hurts more than when I went in.This was a waste of time and money. Are the reviews fake?

I love coming to this place! The prices are very affordable and the staff members are nice. I would give 5 stars, however when you get reflexology it is out in the open so you hear a lot of chatter when youre trying to relax. (bring your airpods) Besides that it is a wonderful experience.

I had a hour long deep tissue massage and Jessica did a great job. I came in with back pain and left feeling relaxed! The staff all seem friendly and the place is clean.

The overall experience was great. We were escorted to the massage room immediately and offered water afterwards. During the massage I asked the masseuse to lighten his pressure on my back at which time he said okay and continued to cause pain. I booked a couple’s massage and my partner informed me that her masseuse was a bit rough as well. Hours later we experienced pain but never mind it. Now it’s a day later and we are experiencing excruciating pain where they touched, kneeded, and pinched. My partner is unable to move her neck at this time. I made a same day appointment (they only do appointments 1 day in advance) for a foot massage. When I arrived, they were ready for me. As soon as I completed the single page intake, I was taken to my chair. Andy was my massage therapist and he was great! He only talked to ask me if the pressure and temperature of the hot stones were ok with me allowing me to just relax. I walked out feeling like I had 2 brand new feet.Note: If you do a chair massage or a foot massage, those are done out in the open. So you’ll hear other things going on during your service (i.e. other guests coming in, someone answer the phone, etc). I went at 5:45 pm on a Wednesday. There were 3 other people receiving service in the open area. And none of what was going on in that area disrupted me or kept me from relaxing and enjoying my foot massage.

The couples massage was awesome! It featured pleasantly warm oils and relaxing hot stones. The price was a great deal too, we will definitely be back!

Made an appointment for 5 pm, we made our way to the spa and right before we got there they called and cancelled our appointment, saying they could reschedule for 45 minutes later. Wasted our time getting to the spa for no reason. Not very good business to cancel 2 massages just minutes before the appointment. We were looking forward to a nice massage on our honeymoon, but will have to go somewhere else.

They tried to add CBD oil to the massage without explaining its a $20 charge. There were a lot of weird things about this place.

This was my first time ever getting a full body massage and it was AMAZING. I forgot to get the guys name but he has magic hands, he is tall and slim with glasses. He makes me want to go everyday. Will definitely be returning.

Booked an appointment here, was able to get in same day! The place is nice for a quick massage but it wasn’t the best massage I had. The experience felt a little rushed , but it was the best price for such short notice!

I had a wonderful experience with a full body 90 minute massage and reflexology. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, I was able to make an appointment same day, and the prices are great. Highly recommended.

Was in town on vacation and decided to stop in for a foot massage. Service was wonderful and the massages were amazing. Came back the next day for another massage and had just as good of an experience as the first. Definitely recommend.

Grrr. I was super excited to come here and left grouchy.The good: this is a really clean place, comfy chairs, easy-to-reach location, parking. Foot massage and neck work were both great.The bad: I went with two friends and we all asked for different services of different durations: between 40 and 60 minutes, with some head and neck work included according to the price list. We literally all received the same 60 minute treatment, which was advertised as 30 mins feet 30 mins body and cost slightly more. I didnt want body work, but 50+ minutes of reflexology. Thats why I came to get reflexology!The price difference was annoying, but the main issue is that they kept asking over and over how much time we wanted on what thing. I want the 60 minutes Im paying for! And then the included neck and head turns out to be an additional cost?My suggestion to Wellness would be to simply offer a standard 60 minute treatment to avoid confusing customers, since all three of us got identical services even though we asked for different things. I feel especially bad for my friend who expected 40 minutes of reflexology and paid for the 60+ body treatment. I suppose this is a tactic meant to disorient the customer and make them think theyre paying for one service when by the constant cajoling and asking how much time theyre actually being charged for a different service.Again, this really isnt about the money. Prices are super reasonable for the location, cleanliness, and tranquil space. But the tactic is a bit shady, and Im reluctant to recommend it on this alone. However, if youre looking for an hour of nonspecialized bodywork in a clean spot that takes credit cards, this would be a great stop for you.
