I recently found this place while walking down Magazine with some friends; they had a sign about THC seltzers that caught my eye. The two men working were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The seltzers were so good that I ended up purchasing an 8-pack the next day! The woman working there the following day was great as well. Apparently the laws recently changed that limits the amount of THC per serving, and she explained all of that to me. I will definitely continue going here, and I recommend you check it out if youre looking for THC edibles on Magazine!

Justin, the whole crew, at EVERY STORE are so kind, and I’ve always felt like they have treated me like a VIP member. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anything vape related. They always have little treats!

Wasted $60 on products which the store clerk lied to me about. I asked for THC-A on the phone before coming. He said yeah we have THC-A flower. I went to the store and he showed me the THC-A flower. The jar didnt say THC-A, it said delta 9 THC. I asked him about why it said that. He said theyre the same thing. I asked what the concentration was. He says he didnt know, its not for inhalation. This was also a lie. What he didnt tell me is that by law the delta 9 THC concentration must be below 0.3%, whereas most weed will be 12-20%. Not only did he lie to me on the phone about having a product he didnt even know existed, he bummed me out of $50 for a jar of weed which has 0 psychoactive effects. And the 8mg serving for gummies and seltzers may as well be 0. You will NOT get high off of anything in this store. And dont expect the staff to tell you the truth. As soon as I left the store I even heard them laughing, perhaps about the swindle they just pulled.

The person who helped me was knowledgeable, taught me everything Id need to know to use my new vape, and gave me tips on what not to do. Will definitely be going back!!

We decided to drop in to get more CBD oil while we waited for our food to be ready nearby.The store is clean, organized and overall visually appealing. We were helped by Patrick, he was super friendly and helpful. He showed us all the products that fit what we were looking for and answered all the questions I had. Overall, we had a great experience and left satisfied. We will be coming back to this location.

First time customer, the store worker was very nice but there was not a large choice of vaping juice to pick from. I gave them my phone number in order to get a receipt, that was a big mistake. Been slammed with spam text ever since. I never received spam text before the visit to their location on magazine. If you shop there an need a receipt, give them an email account.Not sure if they are to blame or SquareUp which is there merchant, but either way I will not be returning back.

Crescent City Vape is amazing!!! By far the best vape store in town. Where to start? Their tasting bar is truly one of kind and seriously alleviates any buyers remorse on liquids. I cant even remember the number of times Ive purchased liquid at other stores, without being able to sample it first, and absolutely hated it. No wasted money here - try it before you buy it! On top of that, their staff is the best. They are super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super patient. Whether youre a beginner or a pro they will spend as much time as you need walking you through different setups, teaching you to use the equipment, answering all of your questions, and generally ensuing that you are 100% satisfied before you leave the store. In addition to their helpfulness at your time of purchase, it has been my experience that if you go back in with questions about the equipment youve purchased, they will be glad to help you. This weekend my battery and tank were having issues and suddenly stopped working. I popped in to Crescent City Vape and within TWO minutes they had fixed the problem and got my device working 100%. No charge, no push to buy anything else, just excellent follow up and 100% customer satisfaction. I was a two pack a day smoker and thanks a great deal in part to Crescent City Vape, I have not smoked a cigarette in over six months. NOT ONE. Check them out - you will NOT be disappointed!

I was looking for Crescent Canna...While it was a nice, airy and clean facility, no one was in the front to greet me upon my arrival.The address on the website is incorrect, (it says 4505 Magazine, not 4507) and nowhere on the website does it indicate that their products are available for sale at the many Crescent City Vape locations around town, like the one in my neighborhood just 6 blocks away! I had to wait until it was convenient for me to travel uptown to seek out what I wanted. Needless to say, I am not at all impressed. I was so flustered I forgot to ask about the 30% discount that was advertised in an email I had received.The product I bought does seem to work, however.

Such a great staff here! They were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to get my order shipped out of state, which was definitely more than I expected. Great product line and a great staff, stop by next time youre around!

Shawn is great!! Definitely someone to ask for who knows his flavors and products!! Reasonable prices. No tasting bar or housemade juices, but they will let you taste the juices directly! Will definitely be returning

The young man at the counter was on his phone and so rude. I had to ask questions, and he wasnt interested or informed. He was scrolling thru his phone, and the experience was blah.

I stopped in today looking for juices and possibly new hardware. I was greeted by friendly staff and a large selection of hardware that was a little more than I had bargained for. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, and answered all the questions I had very thoroughly. I already had a vape setup, but these were a bit more technical than the one I already had.When it came time to look at juices, they carried a brand I liked but not the particular flavor. They took me over to the sample area where they let me try at least a dozen different flavors that were similar to the one I was looking for.In the end I wound up with new hardware and two new flavors of juices that I thoroughly enjoy. One of those flavors is even made right here in New Orleans! (Buy Local!)Thanks for all the help, and I look forward to stopping by again!

Go to the shop all the time. Have always been very helpful. Called today because my uber was running late. Tell them IL be ther at 705 when they close at 7. Get there at 705 he tells me his register is closed. I ask for management. He says hes it. Any management I know would have taken my money. Jonathan you lost a customer for life.

Nice people, clean shop, but STAY AWAY from these Delta9 gummies if you’re prone to bad reactions to cannibas. I only had a quarter of one gummy and was nightmarishly paranoid for nearly 20 hours.

Great selection of ecig products and awesome environment. I tried several flavors at the tasting bar while my buddy got set up with a starter kit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back next time Im in town.

Went in to find something simple and easy. The woman there was very helpful and didnt try to push anything else on me and was very knowledgable about her products. So a small shop they have a good variety of products.

Should change their name to Cresent city CBD or Cresent City Head shop. Very small selection of juice compared to the amount of CBD and head shop products. They have 2 display cases for vapes one is juice the other is mods. Very few of the juices are in 3, most are either 0 or 6. Workers didnt seem to knowledgeable of the vape juices they had either. Used to be a good store.

Tristian was amazing. I was in there for a good 20 min.! He answered all my questions and did not make me feel like a bother. Ive been gradually moving up into different types of vapes and he has been an awesome guide a long the way. I am most thankful for quitting smoking, but I honestly think I could of not done so without having such a welcoming team. So thanks yall and keep doing yalls thing.😊💭

I had to replace my Vape pen, I dont vape much so I had a Budget. I met Patrick who works there. (I hope I spelled his name right) It was honestly like walk I g into a close Friends place. I kinda forgot i did noy know him. He was Out of his way Helpful full and answering every Question people were asking. 4 people and he made you feel like a Friend. He made sure I knew how to use the new pen, And put in the coil. And he made sure the Juice I was getting was one I 100% enjoyed.

This vape shop is awesome. The guys in there really know what theyre talking about. I went in new to vaping and was given a complete guide on how to use my e-cig. Unfortunately my kanger tank broke within 2 months, but the store gave me an employee discount on a new tank!! They have a lot of flavors, but if youre new to vaping understand that the sweetner used in most flavors will make them taste almost exactly the same. Uncertainty is the best flavor in my opinion and definitely different from the other flavors with the same sweetner. Dont make my mistake by going with anything else. The apple jacks flavor I purchased got old really fast. Overall I had a great experience, one of the guys there is even working on my old tank to try and get it working again! (forgot his name.. but super cool dude) Theyre very professional, offer a ton of flavors, and their shop is aesthetically pleasing unlike a lot of other vape shops I went to before finally choosing Crescent city vape. If you want quality, try their shop out! I was very pleased.

Heard it was a vape shop, got there 10mins before maps said they closed, turns out they mustve changed the name to simply cbd. It was closed .

The tasting bar of all the flavours is amazing. I didnt know what flavors I would like but I know now. They recognize me when I walk in and I havent been anywhere since.

As a smoker with a 30+ year, two pack a day habit, the vape is my last resort where all other smoking cessation techniques have failed miserably.The guys at Crescent City Vape are indispensible! After I found the starter kit to be insufficient they took the better part of the afternoon working with me to find the exact device and juices that I need to try to put down the cigarettes. Covering everything from how much vapor the device produces to the finer points of priming it properly they patiently and expertly worked with me to make sure I had *exactly* what I needed!Now I have an IPV Mini, and it is making all the difference. For the first time I feel like I really have a good chance of putting down this horrible habit before it kills me.Expert, friendly, and smiling service across the board! Highly advised!
