Customer service was amazing at this location! I stood at the counter for 5 min at a location right around the corner and not a single person asked if I needed help! Echo at the Toulouse Ra Shop was amazing! Very helpful and customer oriented! This is the best Ra Shop in the city.

Nothing crazy special about thus smoke shop we just made a quick stop here while walking past. Seemed like it had most of what a mj or regular smoker may need. I didnt end up buying anything nor did anyone else with us but the service was nice and they were ready to help out from the moment we walked in.

They are so WONDERFUL!! They KINDLY did a Curbside sale for me on busy, crowded Toulouse Street!!I found Ra Shop last year travellings from Florida back to Arizona. I love the cone style incense they sell. I drove my daughter to Florida in February of this year and I stopped in and bought some more Jasmine and Patchouli incense cones.This time were driving back to Florida because were relocating to Florida. Im driving a 15 foot U-Haul truck with a flat 12 foot car carrier. I was able to get down their street but I couldnt park. I called the shop and the young lady I spoke to said she would ring up the sale and come outside.Needless to say I bought all the Jasmine & Patchouli incense cones that they had.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS😊🥰

This store is amazing & had a huge selection! I found exactly what I was looking for! The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. It’s my go to store & was extremely helpful during this past Jazz Fest!

I used to go here all the time until last night around 8pm the girl sold me a vape that was used with juice still in it I turned around and brought it to her attention 5 mins after purchasing and she said that is impossible from that point on it seemed all she cared about is making me feel bad I didnt ask for a refund or anything but she made it clear I was the one with the problem and she wasnt about to help me in anyway :( I def am going to find a new fav shop with more respectful staff now.

Best smoke shops in New Orleans!!! They have everything you could possibly need. Prices are extremely affordable and there open late on the weekends!!!

Whether you are here for gifts or personal use, there is a lot to choose from. The store is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Items may be found cheaper elsewhere but prices are expected given the location of the store in the French Quarter.

Lots of remarkable novelties of exceptional quality and priced fairly for the location. Knowledgeable helpful and discreet service. Check it out before you hit up a gas station…it might be a little pricier but it’s the kind of quality that pays off in the end.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not shop here. They use dishonesty as a sales mechanism.I went in on Monday for a specific battery. After a consultation with 2 employees (1 associate, 1 keyholder), they suggested a different battery from the same brand. I purchased it on their suggestion, and the key holder saying that if it doesnt work out, I can return it, with receipt, within 5 days. It didnt work out. I returned 3 days later, with receipt in hand, for another keyholder and associate to deny my return. The keyholder said, Sorry I cant do that, I dont have the authority, then offered to call his store manager. Over the phone the manager also denied my return and blamed me for potentially writing up the initial associate and keyholder because the wrong information was shared with me... the customer. After calling him out on this, we agreed that we could exchange the item for a gift card. Because our schedules are not compatible within the 5-day policy, THE MANAGER told me to leave the receipt behind, taking the battery with me. He would then process the exchange, and when I returned the next day, I could give the battery for the gift card. Imagine my surprise when I returned to have another associate and the initial keyholder saying there was no gift card and calling the manager again. On said call the manager tells me, he changed his mind. The only way to get the gift card is if he tested the battery himself. Which made zero sense, because we were never available during the same time. It’s the whole reason why I was promised what I was promised over the phone. AND THEY “LOST” THE RECEIPT. This is the 2nd egregious time Im told one thing, to then deny it and say something completely different the next day.From beginning to end its been less than a week, and I refuse to spend any more time or money on this company past this post. So now I have a new battery (that doesn’t work for me) to use… as a paperweight. The lack of integrity, honesty, and competent leadership is truly baffling. I dont write reviews (its a waste of time in my opinion), let alone bad ones. But I MADE TIME to write this. All over a $16 product.

People don’t know vapes at all. Not only was I sold a faulty mod, but it also fell apart in less than a month. A mod I can get for $50 I was charged a hundred. Battery closure doesn’t even lock. Anymore after three weeks. Completely unusable now. Not to mention the customer service was horrible on Saturday morning. Been buying vapes since 2014. Never again here.

This is my go to place when Im in the city. They have great staff always super chill and friendly and a huge selection of products, all of which are of exceptional quality. Its location is great I can always walk to it from my hotel no matter where I stay in the french quarter. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for the ra shop 👍👍 they deserve their 5 stars in my opinion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went here excited walked in and the sales girls vibe changed my tuned they have nice Vapes at good prices but she seemed as if she didnt want to be there. She fixed up my vape for me but put the top on too tight so I cant get it off and fill my vape. 😣 Everyone that is saying they are nice and helpful to be honest are white people. I am black and had an uninviting experience.

So I love this store I go here regularly for hookah sisha and coals. They have natural a nd quicklight coals which I really appreciateThe employees are lovely and good at remembering regulars so I love popping by!Lots of cool glass pieces aswell. Great place to get you a hookah! My mom bought a hookah here and they will hold it for no more than 24hrs. When we came back to pick the hookah up they had given us a bunch of spare parts the had in the back for free! Very sweet of them!The only reason they dont get five stars is because their machines dont take mastercard so anyone with a mastercard debit or credit has to pull cash out at the atm in the atore or run to the banks four blocks away to get cash (if you dont want to pay the $3 fee)I hope they fix/update their system soon!Please go but make sure to bring cash if u have a mastercard!

Keegan and Rihanna helped me find the products I was looking for immediately.They do take cash as well as debit or credit card.No Apple Pay! This is good to see a business with ethics,so few businesses these days have a profound sense of decency and I am glad I went into Ra shop for my products.They have a vast selection of products and is very knowledgeable in the products sold.I myself use CBD for well founded medical reasons and am proud to recommend this shop.

I honestly would avoid this place like the plague granted theyve got cheap cigarettes and a little cigars that people like the managers and staff can be extremely rude to you especially if you are a Taurus and dont understand that marijuana is illegal in the state they can be as rude as holding up a sign saying they do not sell marijuana now I understand certain rules and regulations but they can be rather rude and mean about it you have to really watch what you say so if you are any kind of Tipsy and refer to their bongs as anything other than water pipe you can find yourself kicked out if you so much as say the wrong words they have the right to refuse you service because you implied something personally I rather not go into the store and be told what I can and cannot say I say youre better off finding the Circle K down the road or walking out 22 liquor stores and paying a little extra price

Out of all the vape shops Ive went to in the pass this one is the best one so are the best. Ive purchased plenty of vapes from other vape shops and were overcharged and all of them broke within weeks the vape I bought over 3 months ago work like it was bought yesterday and the incense are strong and fragrant

They sold me a fake vaping device for $20, the battery died after 30 minutes and when I went to ask for a refund they refused. If you’re in New Orleans and are either a local or a tourist do yourself a favor and don’t give them any business. They are just stealing your money.
