This is my go to spot for all my vaping needs. Really cool guys that work here. You can order online and pick up, have it delivered by mail,or go into the store and pick your flavors. They have the best blends that Ive found in the new Orleans area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks me about a vape shop. They have a location in baton rouge as well.

Honestly. This is a no frills shop with a large selection of juice. The gear is hit or miss and you would do better to look elsewhere if your interested in variety. The company specializes in juice and they are wholesalers for local shops so the prices they have in-store are good. Dont expect hand-holding if you are new to this vice. The guys here dont care about your feelings, but they know how to make good juice.

This has been my go-to vape shop for over a couple years now. I find most of the employees to be a bit cold, but they are still knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, their selection of house made vape liquids is really great. Ive tried several that Ive enjoyed, but my personal favorite is My Bloody Valentine. I think their liquids are very fairly priced, even on the cheaper side compared to some other local stores and online stores. the mods/devices/ sets are standardly priced, but I think you can typically find them online for a little cheaper, so I stick to just buying the vape juice from them, as well as any things I may not be able to wait for to ship (like if I need a new coil that day). Plus, they give discounts for paying with cash, and they have a pretty sweet rewards system (which I think is: spend $200, get $20 off). I know know theyre about to move to a better location, so Im excited to see the new shop on Canal St. Hopefully the parking isnt a hassle. Anyway, to sum things up, definitely check out these guys original line of vape liquids.

I went in there the other day and got some juice. They did not offer any quality. All juice is handmade, so you can not expect consistency. All the other shops in the area said they were open, but were closed. I swung by here and I havent been more disappointed in a purchase. The battery I got was one of question. Just looked like a re-wrapped battery. The juice I got was supposed to be a king cake flavor. It has a FAINT hint of king cake, but just tastes bland. They lacked any type of gear comparing to current vape stores on the Northshore. I do not recommend coming here unless you have bad taste and want cheap gear.

Ive been in there a lot. The customer service is really good, and they are very helpful. They also have a rewards program that you can use. Ive had two $20 off products because of using the rewards program.The juices they make in house are usually great. Some have been hit and miss, and some have been out right awesome.I would recommend anyone going there. I will be back again, and again.

Id never go anywhere else. Everytime I go in, the gentlemen always go out of their way to help me and make sure I get exactly the right thing Im looking for. Their flavors are the best for my taste buds and I have tried other places closer to my house but I dont mind driving a little bit longer to get the service and product Im looking for. Give them a try. You definitely wont be sorry.

So I used to go to this place all the time for my juice. I stopped going right before covid happened. I needed to get some batteries today so decided to swing by their store here on Canal. I had The funniest thing happen. I walked in nobodys at the counter and all I can hear echoing through this very empty building is snoring. Your boy was taking a nap instead of helping folks. I said hello. Three times. Four times maybe I just got snores back. I cant blame the dude for being tired . 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I use to love this place but the staff there seems to not care about the customers like they use to. Short on supplies frequently and they seem to have quit giving first responder and military discounts. I cant argue that their vapor is amazing but if you are looking somewhere that gives customer loyalty this place no longer cares.

Ive had nothing but positive experiences with my purchases and interactions with the staff. The prices are competitive with what I have shopped for online and the staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. I shop there mostly but have shopped in several other places around town. These guys are my favorite and my go to for major purchases.

Reasonable prices, super friendly and helpful staff, and they will go out of their way to get you the best deal for what youre buying, including letting you know about upcoming sales before they arrive so you dont spend too much money any given day and instead come back on the sale day. I have no issues with them. Theyre awesome.

I can only give this shop a below-average rating, which is sad, because I really was open to liking you. Ive been there 3 times and each visit my experience was GREAT > Neutral > deteriorating to OFFENDED. And thats my lasting impression from several months ago.I want to commend MATT GAUTHIER (his name is on my receipt!) for helping me when I first came in and making it a pleasurable experience. Not my first rodeo, though, I came in with equipment I purchased in 2012 when I sent myself away to graduate school. I also had my cigarette habit licked but school and moving back to Louisiana was too stressful and I lit up again for 5 more fin years.Before I go on, just want to comment on other aspects of the store. I had NO IDEA theres military discounts, which frankly is _odd_ because my drivers license, which they check EVERY time (twice one day!) It says bold as brass VETERAN! Come on, man.. Also, theres a charge to taste the juice before you buy it! I think $0.25 - For reals?? Smelling is free, though. Wow. Im sure theres no refunds on juice either, as taste is subjective is the usual line. Other than that, you walk in through a heavy haze and since space is pretty tight so I felt pressure as everyone wheels around to look, and awkward while I browsed the counter and asked for prices. The shop does have a couch and free water/coffee (was empty twice), but I didnt feel tempted to hang around with what seemed like a clique of geek bros (sorry LOL). In fact Ive only seen one other woman in there. I tthink itd be cool though, with all that know-how to host demos or autopsies on the geekware. Yeah, Im a geek, too, especially about flavors and recipes. Maybe some weekend taste-testing or something thatd show customers what the CANNOT live without. Have you done that? Itd make for an open community kinda feel... Yeah, thank me later by doubling my discount OK? Also, Im available for consultation. Anyway!I came into the shop with older basic equipment, saying I knew there had been advances in technology but I was down to only 3 cigs/day and wanted to keep it simple and use what I had that worked as I just quit for good. MATT understood, didnt pressure me but introduced and sold me a glassomizer while explaining replaceable coils. It was a bit of an upsell for me, but took me a comfortqble one level up. I got a battery like I had in the past, a FABULOUS juice which Matt chose immediately based on what the flavor Ive liked in the past and DID NOT laugh at me when I tried vaping several times but forgot I had to press the firing button. I was able to laugh at myself. He threw in a couple extra cheap silicone drip tips when I bought plain 510 atomizers for dripping/testing, but it was the thought that counted! GREAT EXPERIENCE - make that man your go-to customer service manager, promote him with a raise! Seriously.My final time was to return for a replacement on my battery which was malfunctioning before the 30-day window. I was made to feel like a fool by some know-it-all, wannabe arrogant but only flippant man child who - though already agreeing to replace it - made it a point to argue with me several times about whether there was a malfunction at all (as if I have nothing better to do than drive 30 mins. across the entire city)! When I directly said I was insulted by his attitude and talking-down to me about irrelevant technical aspects, he feigned innocence so that I actually apologized. Though later I thought it through and, yes his attitude was terrible and I was absolutely right -- and that PISSES me off. That guys name is on my receipt, too, though I wont publish it here.Remember, Im available for consultation and can work with your team on customer service, too! Seriously. Give me a reason to come back cuz Im buying everything online now.

Prices are alright for an in town store. Still prefer to order my juices online, as I am trying to quit smoking to save money. Shop is located in hollygrove. Not the best part of town but I havent been messed with in that area yet. Would go there if I needed hardware in a pinch.

A lot of flavor variety! Liquids are made to order. Store appeared to be clean. Didnt appear to have much in the way of coils, replacement glass tubes, etc.

Costly juice and an extremely limited equipment selection. Once upon a Time they were my go to, but now theyre my last resort. The counter help is always friendly and the juice selection is expansive.

I travel a lot and so Im always looking for a new vape shop. I like this vape shop because the prices are very competitive, the selection is great and the staff is very friendly. Also, they have a lounge area and a TV which is great and tables to work on

They will mix whatever flavor liquid you prefer while you wait or they will have it ready for you if you call ahead. The prices have been consistently lower than other local vape shops.

The staff is so friendly and so knowledgeable. They have great flavors and are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Did not have no muds thats something they should always have in stock always have great deals and good juice it wasnt for that they would have had a rating of a 5 cuz thats the only place we go

Wow, thanks for making me feel like the local idiot. No i have almost no experience with vaping but yes, Id like to buy a mod to maybe get off cigarettes. Whoever that douchebag is working behind the counter can kiss my ass. I certainly dont need to be made fun or talked down to by someone whose major accomplishments in life all involve world of warcraft - im a veteran and Ive been through too much in my life. This place is cute and quaint. Really close to home for me so thats a plus. Nice selection of flavors and devices.

Its where I get all my vaping supplies and DYI gear from, and send others there as well.. they offer special flavors. vaping mods, tanks, batteries, starter kits and a large selection of juice. and no, they dont snicker at the new vapers, they encourage them to take the healthier route. they also take part in local regulation hearings.

I like this place because most of the employees except for like one are pretty awesome. I do have to deduct one star for the hours because as a person who works in the service industry 7 is not nearly late enough to stay open.

I have never in my life gotten such a strange waxy mouth feel from a totally flavorless vape juice before in my life.Can’t advise you to avoid this stock-less place more

So I quit smoking about a year ago. I wanted to impulse purchase an ecig to fill with no-nicotine liquid and kind of just chill occasionally. Thankfully due to the lukewarm reception and lack of display items in the store, I realized I was just going to impulse purchase something I didnt need while I was waiting to be attended.Instead I just left the store and still have the money in my wallet.woot!
