Great massage but was harassed and begged for a large (33%) tip after. Left a 20% tip solely for the good quality of the massage- very uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend.

I really enjoyed my experience, I brought my boyfriend along. It was his first time getting massage so he didnt know what to expect. The lady who did his massage was very rough but it wasnt so bad, he says. He is very muscular so we can understand why she probably thought he needed it hard. Very relaxing.

I definitely recommend the facials because Amy is very professional and the place is very clean. I had a deep facial for $79 that included everything including extractions. Amy took extra time to do the extractions my face needed and didnt charge me extra. Im going back very soon.

I’ve tried all of Amy’s services.I usually have one of her staff do my massages. They are extremely professional and I always receive a great massage. I only have Amy do my eyebrows which she spends the time to make sure they look great. I’ve recently had Amy do a facial for me. It was my first time and a very positive experience. Amy spent the time with me and did an excellent job. She has great attention to detail and really cares about those she sees.I’ll continue to see Amy and her staff for all my needs.

A great place to go to relax unwind and relieve the daily stress, I prefer a strong massage and they were great. They did not rush the time and took the time to understand what you needs are. The place was quiet and very relaxed I even fell asleep at the end.

Massages are good they are a little rough but decent. They are not very welcoming and ask to pay first rather than paying after the massage is done. A little trust in clients goes a long way.

I did face cleansing and Amy is the best esthetician I found in the neighborhood. She is very professional and attentive to details. Massage service was great too. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Best facial I have ever had, the 79$ facial include everything including extractions. The owner took an extra hour to do my extractions (my face needed it) and didn’t up charge. Will definitely be going back more consistently.

Omg, Amy is the best esthetician in NYC! I came here last week with “eh” expectations and Amy far exceeded them. She is SUPER knowledgeable and incredibly honest with her skin assessment. Went here on Wednesday because i bought a Groupon and i didn’t know what to expect but the facial I received was truly amazing. I didn’t catch the woman’s name but i do believe she was the owner. I upgraded my facial for a small amount and she really made my face look and feel so much better. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend and do want to go back in the next coming weeks.

I have not had a facial in May years and was given a groupon gift certificate.OMG Amy was just terrific. Very professional and GOOD!!I went for the extra 1/2 hour for $20. It was so worth it .My skin feels and looks GREAT. She has 20 years of experience as an esthetician and its evident that she cares deeply about her customers. She has spent more than two hours on my skin each time I have visited her. Fantastic job! Amy is very thorough and takes the time to extract each and every whitehead/bump that I have on my face. My skin feels super clean and healthy after her deep cleaning facial treatment. She also massages my arms, hands and shoulder while the mask is working its magic on my face. A+ service!

Amy was very thorough, absolute and attentive to detail in my microdermabrasion. I also love how educational she was and provided me with much insight. Called ahead to make sure there was an open spot for me and my two family members. Upon arriving, all of a sudden there was no open spots and a line of people who had also apparently booked the same time.

I went in today to get a facial from Amy and it was AMAZING!!! Amy examined my skin and recommended the perfect facial for me. during the facial, she let me know what was going on with my skin and offered suggestions. Amy also provided a very good face, shoulder and neck massage then while I was waiting for my face mask to dry, she massaged my arms and legs. while i was leaving, Amy offered some natural remedies incase I get any irritation from my treatment, gave me an orange and some candy. Super sweet, extremely skilled and fantastic customer service. I will be back!!!

This was my first time, Amy is really nice, and very meticulous, you can tell she loves what she does.The cabin is clean and cozy, she does lots of treatments and has all the latest skin techniques, like LED, DERMABRASION, laser.I had a DERMABRASION and a deep cleanse.My skin felt very clean, she removed lots of clogged pores, I’m planning another visit soon.I would definitely recommend Amy !

This is my second time at this spa and it was a amazing massage! If you want you a deep tissue massage this is the best place for a strong, deep massage. They will release all the stress and tension in your muscles. The spa is very clean, and the owner and therapist are very kind and welcoming. I’ll be back to try a facial soon!

I went today with a Grouon and had a wonderful experience. She took her time with me---about 90 minutes---& really cleaned out my pores. I liked that she also explained each step of the process, & gave helpful advice for keeping pores clean & free of ingrown hair. My face feels about 5 lbs lighter now than when I came in!

Definitely worth going to. I have terrible knots in my back, neck, and shoulders. I normally go once a month to Massage Envy, but it was booked this month, so I tried this place. I received a top-quality massage and left feeling a million times better. The door to the building is locked, but you can buzz to be let in. I have already booked another appointment here.

Randomly walked into this massage place sans expectations, ended up being delightfully surprised. The owner herself gave me a massage, she was very knowledgeable and kneaded out all my knots. I plan to return after over a one year hiatus. I was out of the country and then away from the city during the worst of Covid. I always tried to get a monthly massage if not biweekly and have booked next month for weekly massages that are always out of this world relaxing and invigorating. All natural oils and creams without fragrances are used. The hands-on technique suits me as I request and receive “medium” not killer hard pressure. The critical pressure points to relieve my many stresses of life have always been found.I highly recommend this spa! It doesn’t get any better and prices have remained fantastic.

I went to this spa with my daughter on 7-17-2018. The women we very attentive and friendly. We both had a facial and massage. The facial was amazing and was the best I had ever had. The massage was also amazing. The service was so good that I booked an appointment to go back in August.

If I could leave them 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 10:30AM today and I took 30 mins to travel to this location. When I arrived at 10:30, I couldn’t get through the door and I called the location. They asked if I can come back at 11:20 because one of their staff was sick. I said I cant and asked for a refund. They asked if I can come back the next day. Today was supposed to be a relaxing self care day for me and I wasted all this time to get here. They did not give me a single heads up or cancellation notice.

I booked a facial one month ago and send a reminder fro my side. I arrived 5mm before my appointment time but I am still waiting for more than 30mm to be treated. Please manage your appointments properly otherwise you screw up everyone’s schedule. I had an appointment with my hair dresser at 3:30 which I needed to cancel because of this delay. This is not correct way to deal with customers.

Had Avery average experience and my wife was cold the entire time. We waited for them to finish with another customer and they stated the massage 15 minutes late but ended 60 minutes after the scheduled start time. Then complained about the tip at the end. Won’t be going back.

Do not go here unless youre looking for a rub and tug. I booked a deep tissue massage through Classpass... It was miserable and uncomfortable as I was mounted by the masseur on the table, straddling my legs as well as her private parts nuzzling the crown of my head working north to south on my back.... Not certified. Not trained. Once we flipped over to my front, I made an excuse to leave. This place is criminal and absolutely not professional nor are they actually trained.

Today I woke up in pain on my left shoulder I was passing by natural Spa I stopped in for massage and end up getting Facial too. I left feeling rejuvenated and full of energy. By time I got to my Job my left shoulder was feeling a lot better. The Facial I got felt so relaxing. I’m gonna try to do this at least once a month.

The masseuses are extremely professional and well trained. My masseuse knew exactly where all my knots were with little direction from me. It is certainly the place to go after a stressful day at work or to simply treat yourself. The spa itself is very clean and tidy.

I have not experienced the worst customer service and scheduling in history of spas. DO DONT COME HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT PUCHASE HERE. Dont waste youy money buying on Groupon EITHER. They will make you wait weeks for a appointment. During your appointment day, they will not be available and force you to reschedule just to do it again. Dont event think about taking a PTO day o fff or coming from across town. Waste of time. Its impossible to have all 5 stars. Its not near worth it. I continue to give this place a negative until they change their business model and improve.

Any does a very thorough job and is knowledgeable about skin. I recommend getting the deep clean.There is a bit of a language barrier so make sure you communicate clearly and show up with any booking information you have.
