Whenever I come to MStudio, I feel pampered. Anyone in the studio could do my nails, but my go to girl is Aida. She did my nails for my birthday and she did not disappoint! Also, in case you didn’t know, this is my natural nail🫣 so you can see why I keep coming back. The area is also really clean and the workers are polite and friendly. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to get my nails done 🩷

I saw Anna once to get my brows done and she was amazing. However, manicures here are dangerously bad and very disappointing. Firstly, the technician was rough with my nails and extremely rude from the start. I didnt want to be difficult, so decided to proceed with the manicure anyway. The next day, my fingers were swollen on one hand. Having gotten Russian manicures with gel for over 10 years, Ive never experienced anything like that. My fingers were swollen, extremely red, and irritated. I called the receptionist to explain my situation and get maybe some advice on what should I do next. She basically just laughed it off, claiming it happens to her often, which is clearly not normal. She neither apologized nor offered any guidance. My finger was in pain, and I was considering visiting a doctor because I suspected an infection. At around 10:30 AM over the phone, she said she would get back to me after getting more info, which seemed reasonable. However, she never followed up. Only in the evening did I contact her again, only to find her utterly unprofessional and rude, absolutely dismissing my concerns as if I were overreacting. While I understand that the technician might have been inexperienced, it is the responsibility of the salons management to address and resolve such issues. It has been a week now, and my finger is still swollen, with white spots now appearing on my nails and indicating a possible infection. I plan to have the nails removed at another salon tomorrow. Thanks for the infection and waste of my time. PS: I called another salon to get my manicure removed same day and when I explained the situation, they were super professional, nice and supportive. They explained what I needed to do and advised to wait couple of days before seeing a doctor.

Absolutely incredible experience, I had nail extensions 5y ago and wanted to do it again. My natural nails are soft and super short, we had to start from scratch!Nara - was amazing! Not only did she take all the time for the detail, she was also very gentle and professional.I couldn’t be more happy with my results, the length, the form, the design and thickness, it’s just perfect!Now, I just hope they will stay on for a couple of weeks 🤞🏼

I recently had my nails done by Master Karina, and I couldnt be happier with the results! My nails look absolutely beautiful—nice, clean, and perfectly shaped. I love this place! Ive been coming for a year now and everyone is amazing, meticulous, kind, detailed. I always do a design (french tips, flowers, sparkles, free-hand drawing), and its always perfect. Karina, Baya, Alex, etc are my go-tos ❤️

I got my nails done on 8/7 evening. It is 8/14 evening and my nails have chipped. I’m on vacation at a resort and have done no harsh things to my nails. I haven’t even gone swimming. It sucks that I spent $174 and it didn’t even last as long as a regular gel manicure. I have to go to a wedding in 2 days! This is unacceptable. Absolutely terrible experience as a first time customer. Additionally the nail tech made my cuticles bleed during the service, I said nothing at the time but they were sore for a few days after. Still I wouldn’t have cared if the manicure lasted!! Now I have to go to an international black tie wedding with chipped nails, after spending close to $200.

I love this place! Best nail salon in the city. I always come here to get a top notch manicure with Baya. The place is very clean, and Baya does an amazingly meticulous job shaping and manicuring each nail with such precision and care. Highly recommend it!

This place is Amazing! I went back today because I wanted my feet to be more polished and my nails more square and Maria made that happen . This place made me quit my old place from 12 years . I will definitely be seeing Maria next time I go. But in reality every one there is great.

Came here last minute for a dry manicure and had the pleasure of having Tonya as my manicurist and WOW! She’s incredibly detailed and talented - the best manicure I’ve had in NYC. Book with Tonya you won’t be disappointed! 💅🏽The salon is incredibly clean, friendly staff and stylish. Will definitely come again.

Best Russian manicure in New York. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. When you arrive they offer coffee, water or tea and bring you chocolates. Fairly priced Russian manicure that will last 4+ weeks. The same service is $180 at competing salons. All the girls are amazing but Carrie did my nails most recently and did an amazing job. So much attention to details here, you’ll leave with PERFECT nails every time. Very clean, relaxing environment. Everyone is Russian or Ukrainian so their technique is amazing and authentic Highly recommend to anyone in search of a Russian nail salon.

If you want perfect eyebrows, go to MStudio! Thanks Anna for doing a great job (microblading and shape).I’m also doing lymphatic drainage massages using Icoon Laser technology and I’m very satisfied. Thanks again Anna on helping me with my summer body.

I am SO happy about Ouina’s manicure! Been coming here for a year almost now and so far Ouina gave me the best friendly service. She is also VERY VERY GOOD at what she does. I wish the studio had a loyalty or reward program in place to be even better. It’s THE best russian nail salon. I have tried other ones but believe me when I say here is where you have to get your perfect and stunning russian manicure! I also did the pedicure one time that was great too. Keep in mind when coming here that the technique is the most important part of this type of manicure, it takes at least 1h30 to get a result like this. So clear 2hours of your agenda to make sure you appreciate your nail appointment ✨Last special mention to the different women at the front desk that are always very nice

First time here and I’m beyond happy with my nails! My technician was amazing and everyone was so nice! I’ll be back here for sure! It does take longer than a regular manicure so make sure you have around two hours to sit and get your nails done.

Omg where to begin, such a wonderful experience!! Came to the salon with my month + old nails. Which stayed on the entire time with NO CHIPS!! I had gotten my old set on Jan 6th! Pic attached is from Feb 5th. And the French tip is my new set, SO PERFECT AND LOVELY EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED !!!When I was finished, Julia was the absolute sweetest while checking me out. She literally made me a tea of my choice to go since it was so cold out. Like, how thoughtful!!!

Best manicure in the city. Vanessa was kind and professional. Yes, the price is a little high but when you think about the results and how long it lasts, it’s worth it. The whole team is very kind and even when there were some communication issues, they did everything to make sure everyone was on the same page. Thank you to the team and thank you Vanessa.

Can’t recommend this salon enough. I’m a nurse who washes and sanitizes constantly. The Russian mani with hard gel lasts me 3-4 weeks. Staff are all amazing, overall service is excellent.

I got a $150 gel manicure here. First of all the price was outrageous but I thought it’s good quality so I did it so I got it done right off bat I didn’t love that the technician didn’t fill in all the way to my cuticles. And after two days one of the nail chipped and then I called them went back in they repaired it, but after five days, another nail chipped and then I called them again and they don’t respond at all. Very disappointed with bad quality of work and lack of communication. Do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Absolutely loved the place, its clean and very pretty. As for the manicure, they did a great job. Cuticles and surrounding area was thoroughly done and the gel itself was beautifully filled and properly covered on the entire nail. Tech even made sure she covered all nails properly, at the moment my pinky was not fully covered and without saying anything on my part the tech noticed and immediately fixed it.For my pedicure, they did a great job too! They took their time and also made sure they covered the entire nail with color. They were also clear about the extra charge for a design on my nails which I was okay with. At the end, I had a massage and they brought socks with my name printed on it. Very thoughtful! I loved my experience.They were professional and Id highly recommend. Thank you MStudio!

I went to Jessica for gel manicure and im super picky and I like how I can just come here and don’t need to say anything and she just understands what to do. Obsessed with my nails and love the russian technique nails.

I’ve been a customer for over a year here. Last month I booked an appointment for 4 hands manicure and pedicure and mentioned that I want a specific nail tech for manicure.The admin called me and asked me if I could make it 30 mins earlier to which I agreed. I did not expect that they will change both nail techs for the job. So I didn’t get to get my manicure done with the person I wanted. Not every tech maintains the same quality.Additionally at the checkout time I was informed that I would pay 110$ for manicure and 110$ for pedicure. Although the website says that the price for the regular nail tech manicure is 90$ and pedicure 100$.I didn’t want to spend more time there so I paid what they asked.The services has been always great here but this was an unpleasant experience.Still go here for eyebrows with Anna. But unfortunately not nails anymore.

My favorite nail salon in the city! After trying a Russian manicure, I can never go back to anything else, and after trying multiple Russian manicure salons in the city, I always go back to MStudio. As a regular, Ive experienced consistently outstanding service and quality. Ivanna and Liza have helped me grow my brittle nails to be long and healthy while naturally restoring my nail beds. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I wanted to love MStudio like everyone else. The salon is great and staff are friendly. However, my cuticles were cut too closely and some were left bleeding. A day later my nail beds are still tender and red. I’ve had Russian manicures before and it’s definitely not supposed to be like this. Really disappointed as it cost $140 with gel removal, manicure, tax & tip which is insane and adds insult to injury.

I had a wonderful experience at M studio. Everyone was very kind and helpful, Lara did my removal and manicure. She was very knowledgeable in helping me pick the best kind of gel and a nice neutral pink, she was also very quick and efficient which I love!

Although my actual nails looked great, they lasted a total of 3 days before chipping then falling of, probably because my technician was rushing. they charged me to fix them even though it was clearly a lack of quality and also tried to charge me extra since the nails had a design (a very simple one) AFTER i confirmed the price of the fix and showed them which nails needed fixing. they also charged me for every little thing including my previous gel removal- i’ve never had a russian manicure salon charge me for gel removal. for a $150 manicure i expected more.

I started coming here last year and while I never thought Id be the type of girl to spend a decent chunk of money on her nails, here we are :) I always try to go to Tonya or Nara and they always treat me well. They do such a great job that my nails can easily last 5 weeks, and I am ROUGH on my nails. Ive never had chipping and I only end up having to go back because they grow out. I definitely think its worth the money even though it is a little pricey.

Nazira did an amazing job on my nails!! The attention to detail the nail techs have is incredible. It was my second time at this salon, and I couldn’t be happier. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the nail tech from my first appointment, but I was equally pleased. My gel lasted 4+ weeks without a single chip. The staff is so professional and welcoming!

I went to MStudio for the first time a month ago and am actually typing this as I head back for another appointment. Needless to say, I loved it.The studio was very sleek and cute inside. It was also very clean and seemed well organized. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. Prices were on par for what you would expect in NYC.I arrived a little early and Asya was available so we got started right away. I got extensions with a milky pink chrome color and they were STUNNING! Asya did an incredible job and was so professional & efficient.I got so many compliments on my nails while on vacation and honestly could probably have waited a few more weeks before my next appointment with how well they are holding up. (And would have if I didn’t need to switch to shorter nails for a work event).The pictures don’t do it justice (because I’m so awkward when it comes to taking pictures of my nails) but I highly recommend coming here!

I was hesitant because it costs double a regular gel manicure but totally worth it given that it lasts twice and then some longer. I came into MStudio with some of the most catastrophic cuticles I’ve ever seen. I’m an acrylics girl through and through usually - until I tried a Russian Manicure. My technician, Aya was unbelievably sweet and gentle as well as a great conversationalist. She had such great attention to detail and didn’t irritate my cuticles even slightly, she was extremely careful and precise and I really am shocked at how perfect they look now. The manicure took around 3 hours and the time passed by very quickly with her. Truly, my nails have never looked better. You get what you pay for and in this instance it was well worth the money!

I’ve been going to MStudio since they had a location in Murray Hill. All technicians are great, but Tonya is my absolute favorite. She does an amazing job and I always hear lots of compliments on my manicure.

This was my third time coming to MStudio. The service and experience in the salon is great and the nails always come out beautiful…at first. I hate giving bad reviews but these names just don’t last. I got a hard gel manicure ($120+) and the nails don’t last even three weeks before lifting starts. I’ve given them many chances but I just can’t justify the money anymore because for over $120 BEFORE TIP these manicures should last minimum 3 weeks but honestly 4 weeks would make the price worth it. I would unfortunately try a different salon.

Im so glad I chose to visit Mstudio! The friendly administrator with black hair greeted me with a warm smile and even brought me a delicious coffee. The atmosphere was super inviting, and the work by the artists was simply amazing. I highly recommend it!

The studio is very clean and the technicians are lovely. They even offered me coffee and water. However, they were very rough on my nails. I went in for a gel manicure for the first time yesterday. For a single color, it took an hour and a half and cost $97. I had pain for several hours afterwards from the way they pushed my cuticles back, and today my cuticles are swollen and feel raw. I’ve gotten dozens of gel manicures in nyc, and have never felt pain afterwards or left a review that wasn’t 5 stars. I was disappointed that I spent almost double the money I usually spend for gel nails, so much time out of my day, and also have to deal with the pain from this experience. Would definitely not return.

I really liked this salon until they told me they couldn’t change the nail polish one applied. I realised I didn’t like the colours after doing 3 nails and they said it’s too late to change. After that moment the nail tech became impatient with me when I accidentally knocked one of the nails going into the drier. I understand if I had to pay more to accommodate for the work but I was just told I had to deal with. When paying $100 for an appointment I expect to like what I come out with. I treated myself for the first time in a while and instead I came out crying and out of money.

Just had my nails done the other day and absolutely loved how sweet, professional and efficient tech Moona was! Got out of there much faster than I thought 😊 10/10 highly recommend!

I was really excited to get a Russian manicure & pedicure, especially with all of the hype around it. I came to this salon because of the affordability, availability, and the reviews were decent. However, my service wasn’t as superb as I imagined. It seemed the lady who did my nails was upset because I had to do a removal first, I even ended up apologizing because of how I felt I was being talked about. My manicure also wasn’t done to the expectations I seen others. As you can see, my cuticles are butchered, which led to some cuts throughout the service and left them looking raggedy afterwords. To top it off, there were so many additional fees that were not explained to me throughout the service totaling it almost $100 more. I didn’t even ask for any additional service outside of a gel manicure and pedicure except a removal of the nails I came with. Overall, I am disappointed, I will probably try another salon next time.

I had my brows shaped and tinted by Anna. Before visiting the studio, I was always afraid to trust anyone with my brows, but Anna was very attentive. She did a natural tint and gave me advice on how to care for my brows. Her work deserves a higher price than the salons listed rates.

I’ve been a loyal customer of M Studio for a year now, and I can’t praise them enough for their outstanding service. I regularly get my nails, pedicure, manicure, eyebrows, and eyelash lift done here, and every visit has been perfect!

Fantastic, meticulous manicures - they do a great job with cuticle care, shaping and attention to detail on any nail art. Their gel manicures also last way longer than what I normally get at other places. Ive been really pleased with their service, and their prices are reasonable.

THE BEST MANI/PEDI I’VE GOTTEN IN YEARS!! I came in last week for a mani/pedi as well as brow lamination, the staff was able to arrange me getting the 3 services at once, which I appreciated a lot, saved a lot of time and they were able to squeeze me in. The mani/ pedi was absolutely spotless, perfection, the products used were really good quality. And the brows too!! After a week everything is still intact!! They also offer you coffee (nice touch) and the staff is incredible nice.It’s a bit pricey but I 100% reccomend.

Margarita and Mila are Gods gift to nail techs. The best of the best. Simply incredible. *Chefs Kiss* They are both so kind, welcoming, warm and I can not recommend them or this studio enough. It’s cute and cozy and I will continue to come here as long as they allow me! My nails last a minimum of 3 weeks but I can usually push to 4! Five stars!

Really disappointed. $20 extra for hard gel and 3 days in most of my nails start lifting. One week later and half of my nails are chipped. This was my second manicure here and experienced one chipped nail the first time but excused it. This time around I’m really upset. I don’t have this experience at my usual Russian manicure salon but came for the convenience of the location. In my experience, the price is not worth the quality. My first nail tech did do a better job than the second though , wish I would’ve gone to her.I will add that the ladies are always super sweet and nice! I’m just disappointed in my nails. Would you pay $100 for these nails?

Kani was amazing!Update— Kani is wonderful and all other nail techs have been great as well BUT I just had a super unfortunate experience. I have been coming here for probably 6 months now and I called at 7pm to reschedule my 10am appointment for the next day because I caught a stomach bug and didn’t want to pass that to everyone in the salon. I was informed by the receptionist that I would still be charged because it was within the 24 window.. I obviously said this is unacceptable as I am sick and she said the best they could do was charge 50% of the total for service. Could not direct me to a manager and was not willing to help me at all. I understand the importance of cancellation policies but people have emergency situations. This is just horrible customer service and bad business to lose a loyal customer for a cancellation charge.

This salon is amazing. I’m always going to come here. It’s truthfully the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had. I had a history of destroyed nails from places who didn’t know real nail practice. These ladies are all amazing, I swear you won’t be disappointed. They’re so hygenic, so sweet, and pay attention to customer detail. Mila is currently my favorite but i must say Margarita is the absolute nail queen. Arina is also lovely!!! Will forever come here!

Nothing like a Russian technique out there and this salon does it PERFECTLY. Went for the first time today and saw Asya. She was meticulous and her attention to detail was insane. These girls clearly love their art. I’ll be back!!!

I absolutely love this salon! My nails have never been more on point and the customer service is above par. I was running SO late on a sunday night due to delays and my manicurist & receptionist both offered to stay late to wait for me. They also called me to let me know an earlier appointment opened up - that never actually happens! Finally found my go-to salon in NYC 🙏🏼🩵

I recently had the pleasure of visiting M studio, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, Annas professionalism and expertise shone through, leaving me with perfectly shaped and tinted eyebrows that exceeded my expectations.

This is a gem of a nail salon! Everyone is so friendly and hands down the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. Some gel manicures I’ve gotten in the past from other salons last 2-3 weeks. My manicures from M always last 4-5 weeks with minimal peeling. Love this place!!

Long time customer - always perfect mani/pedi and always milky violet base color, lol. I never select a technician when booking, probably had all the girls do my nails at some point by now, and they’re all great. Never had an issue, never had the gel lifting/chipping. Yes, it’s more expensive than a regular gel mani/pedi at other salons, but it’s definitely worth it, you can go 3-4 weeks between the appointments, which not only saves you money but also time and hassle of going to the nail salon every week or two - plus, the work they do isn’t to be compared with the regular gel mani/pedi, this is another level. They never rush to get the job done, they pay attention to every single detail, and they will spend as much time as they need to provide you with the best service. Your cuticles will look perfect, and your nails will look perfect, for a few weeks. I absolutely love their work. And they’re always super friendly.

My mom received a Russian manicure & pedicure. Service was bad and they completed both in 30 minutes (on paper it said both should take around 1hr 30 minutes). She was rushed out without time to dry her nails. There are bumps & gaps and cuticle left.

Terrible experience. 1st, took my daughter here to get her nails done and asked the nail techs for the price. they could not understand me at all, and i tried rewording the question multiple times but it never got across to them. thought whatever, how much could a manicure be? lol big mistake. you’d be suprised by the prices. $100 for a plain manicure and nearly $200 for some “nail extensions”. 2nd, my daughter wanted long nails. they gave her a regular manicure, and nothing was even russian about it. no good cuticle prep at all. i could do the same job myself at home. i tried to get a refund but they kept telling me that i didn’t book a gel extension appointment. my daughter told them NO, i wanted long nails not manicure then they kept saying that’s how they do it in russia. 3rd, the gel polish peeled within a week. $110 for a garbage manicure lol this place is a JOKE. trust me and go to another location cause these people have no idea what they’re doing

Visiting Mstudio nails and I’ve had the best experience here! This is the second time I come here and leave amazed each time. The location is beautiful, clean and spacious. When you come in they offer you water, tea or coffee. Now let’s talk about my nails, I got my nails done with Asya who took her time and made my nails so beautiful. A little backstory, I came into the salon with very thin, frail, and broken nails after five rounds of nail extensions from another salon that improperly removed my last set. Two of my nails were super painful because one nail bed was destroyed and the other nail had cracked - as seen below.When I came to MStudio, they took me right when I got in, the girl was brand new but I had never in my life had such a gentle manicure. My nails are very sensitive and she was so gentle, that it was actually pleasant. She was mindful of the fact that my nails were thin, so theyd burn when getting them done and she went above and beyond. She was even able to reconstruct one of the split nails and it looks like nothing happened.Im not going back to my old nail places, this is my new go-to. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal work! I came for the first time two days before my wedding and Margarita put me at ease. The skill, the care, the customer service is truly incredible. Not to mention my nails lasted more than 6 weeks. If it weren’t for my nail growing out I couldn’t have kept it longer. I will be a regular for sure. If you’re interested in getting a Russian manicure, then this is a wonderful place to try it out. Sometimes they’ll serve you tea and sweets, haven’t gotten any in awhile. Got to sent to the register to pay my $60 for my manicure.Two ladies standing there confidently said $80 and convinced me it’s not $60 that I remembered. They were so confident that I started doubting my memory and gave them $80 they asked for.When I was home and checked it they their booking system it said $60 - so was right! That’s a cheap trick and cheap establishment with awful service. I guess that’s how they made more money at the register by lying to clients.Receiving this review is probably not worth the twenty bucks they took. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

The quality of work is acceptable to me.The lack of customer service is not.This was my third and last time going there.I was 12 minutes late to my appointment and was told that they won’t be able to perform the service I booked due to them being booked out. I was offered to accept regular manicure or get charged $80 for the service I booked reminding me that I authorized them to do so. After going back and forth for a while they made it work. Maybe allow extra time btw clients? *food for thought*Doing my nails should be relaxing, their rules feel rigid and like they are just out to get every penny out of their clients. Got my nails done on 3 weeks. the accommodation from the front desk was amazing! But the service it’s self was not that good, cuticle stared to stick out in 2 days and they didn’t fill out the color all the way till the cuticle so there is a gap which is annoying. Also lady was not very helpful with a design and was in a rush. If you gotta go somewhere just don’t take client 💁🏻‍♀️And I don’t understand the math of how they are churning I paid $100 for gel manicure 💅🏼 and removal ( on their price list mani listed as 80 and removal 10) and it’s with a complimentary “fix” of one nail.

It was my first time at Mstudio, I had mani&pedi done by Margarita. it was the best manicure I had in a long time, she was so detail oriented and my nails looked perfect after she was done. She is quite famous for her manicures but other girls were all pretty good too. One girl who caught my attention was Anya who did my eye brows. My eyebrows are very light and sparse, but after she was done , I had perfect eyebrows not too dark , not too wide, perfect arch and they looked perfect on my face. At the end of the appointment she offered to apply a lipstick on my lips. And wow she made my lips look like Angelina Jolies lips :). I always thought I knew everything about lipsticks but I was wrong and the color that she mixed was such a perfect red for me. So 2 days later I made an appointment with her to teach me and my daughter her technique and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend for all girls, its better then to do fillers. 5+++++ Thank you Mstudio!

It’s unfortunate that it has come to this point but here we go so I have been a customer of Mstudio for about a year I’ve spend hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars on nails eyebrows toes you name is each time I would go dropping 400$ plus sometimes my nails were not done the best I would go back they would fix it with no problem I’ve never canceled my appointment same day always did my best to be on time and respect there time Friday I had a appointment for my eyebrows when I woke up on Friday morning I had a stomach virus and texted them and let them know that I would not be able to make it because I’m sick I have to go to the doctor ….. well don’t you know that the response was disgusting she told me I would still be charged for the service if I didn’t show up to my appointment, completely disregarded the fact that I was sick and that I was Long time customer told me that it was the company policy and that I was going to be charged later that day while I was at the hospital they charged me 54$ for a Service that was not rendered. My question is why would you penalize somebody that is sick and why would you charge me if I called and let you know what was going on regardless of the policy do you not value your longtime customers that have spent hundreds of dollars in your establishment clearly not the responses via text we’re just horrible I will never step foot in this place mind you I was traveling all the way from New Jersey just to come to this place when there’s way better places everywhere else they DO NOT VAUSE THERE CUSTOMERS! BEWARE stealing from a sick person is crazy I will be disputing this with my bank.
