I recently had the pleasure of visiting Be Relax Spa at the airport, and it was an outstanding experience. Nadine, in particular, stood out with her exceptional professionalism and welcoming demeanor. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease with her warm and attentive approach. Would definitely recommend!
I had an extremely delayed flight during my layover in Newark and as a priority pass holder i checked the app to see what kind of option i had on my 5+ hours here and it was Be Relax. I was excited to get a back massage after my long morning of travel, but when I got to Be Relax I was greeted by an extremely rude employee. She immediately acted annoyed that i was there at all and asking about priority pass. she kept trying to tell me I could not use the pass here because I had purchased it with Amex and I repeatedly told her I did not. She was waving her finger in my face telling me I must not understand so she needs to repeat herself. We had an extremely hostile exchange for about 5 minutes before she even attempted scanning my pass which allowed me to get the chair back massage for 30 minutes. It was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, let alone in a “spa“… I did continue with the massage as i had time to kill and pay for the pass to use it- which felt great, but I wish i never encountered that employee. She did not have a name tag on, but was a 30-something african american female with blonde and brown braids and was a massage therapist. I would highly reccomend not having her speak directly to customers, especially in an airport where people are already having long travel days. The male employee i interacted with was pleasant and the facilities were very clean. I am not one to typically write a review but i had to say something here after how uncomfortable she made me
Not sure how you advertise massage services but not have any message techs working. Open at 9am, stopped in to get a massage, was informed the only service they offer is a massage chair, a massage tech should be in at 1pm and I can come back then.Ill be at my destination before the masseuse arrives for work.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They opened late & I had to then wait an additional 15 minutes for the nail tech to come—which I understand isn’t a long time, but given that we’re in an airport, timing really does matter.After waiting the initial 15 minutes the nail tech rudely passed me by & went straight to the back where she spent another 10 minutes. At that point I had to leave because I wouldn’t have time to get the service and make my flight—which I made know as soon as I got there.Don’t waste your money here.
With the Priority pass you can get complimentary chair massages at this location, great way to relax after a long flight. Staff were happy to help and cheerful.
Walked in - no wait on a THU morning. Staff is pleasant and attentive. Very nice neck & shoulder massage & excellent foot massage. Would go back again. Recommend getting in the online queue if rushed or is a crowded time

Service hours not advertised. Opens at 9am but nail service doesnt start until 1pm.Rude customer cut in front of me and lectured person opening who was kind and recommended contacting manger with service availability concern.

Was an overall pleasant experience with Ashley, our massage therapist who was helpful in getting us on the waitlist and greeting us when we came back for our chair massage. We were in a bit of a hurry to get to our gate after the massage, and Ashley asked us about the gate number and boarding time to make sure we would make it in time. Thank you!
