I waited until it was like my 4th or 5th time to write this review. I was searching for a salon to give me what I needed as far as nails go. I probably drive Emely crazy with my specifications and requests, but I tell her exactly what I want and she delivers. This is a “private” kind of salon. They run by appointments and it’s not overcrowded and loud. It’s peaceful. Emely and the owner are very friendly. I pay a bit more going here, but it’s worth it. I have never broken a nail at all, not once since I’ve started coming here. My nails are strong and they last very long.

First time here today and I have to say that this is truly a hidden gem in North Newark. Finally I have found my nail spot!! They honored my appointment time, and I witnessed my nail tech cleaning her station and disinfecting everything before I sat down. When I called to make my appointment the lady who answered was very sweet. When I walked in they were welcoming and I was greeted right away. It’s a very clean and inviting salon with great music. Over all a great atmosphere and awesome customer service, with attention to detail. The gel pedicure and manicure I received was the very best and I cannot wait to go back! The scrub that was used on my feet was amazing and smelled so good. My toes and feet were thoroughly cleaned and massaged. I also received a thorough hand massage after my manicure was done. Also, before you get your nails/feet done everything they use on you is individually packed for sanitary reasons. They also provide different types of massages as well as waxing and bikini and Brazilian waxing. The prices are also unbeatable!! I HIGHLY recommend this salon!!

Great place to go and do my nails. I usually get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Yari (I think it’s spelled Jari online) is amazing at what she does. She really cleans the cuticle and leaves your nails looking great! Also enjoy chatting with her in the process. Overall a great experience.

I absolutely love this place ❤️ I have been coming here for years now. The owner Eluvina is an amazing person. She gives the best Facial treatment ever! Lucy & Ari are awesome nail technicians and great people as well. If you decide to take a chance and make an appointment just to let you know you will not be disappointed.

This place does NOT honor appointments!!! I made a 9:00 appointment two weeks before the appointment date, and arrived on time for it when the day came. I sat for 30 MINUTES waiting for my services to begin and for the nail technician to even arrive!!! By 9:33, I was over it and took my business elsewhere. As a first-time customer, this experience was disgusting, inconsiderate of time, and totally messed up my plans for the remainder of the day. DO NOT go to this salon if you have an appointment or not because clearly, it doesnt matter. Horrible customer service and bad business practices. Do BETTER at scheduling clients and being considerate of peoples time!!!

This place has great nail techs who do great work at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly, funny and very loving. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk in.

Customer service was excellent! First time customer, had gel pedicure and manicure. At last minute had a relaxing facial. The owner Dina was attentive and delightful. Ari was very detailed and took care of my gel manicure. Maria was detailed for my gel pedicure. Last minute, I requested a facial and the owner gladly took me to her cozy and relaxing spa area. I had an amazing experience at Utopia Nail & Spa Salon today. I had a Mani and Pedi by Maria, and she was phenomenal. Very attentive to detail. And she gives a great foot and hand massage-Strong hands! Will definitely be going back. Great price also

This place was an absolute joke. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. The women here are so unprofessional and not to mention bad at their job. She CUT me multiple times not to mention the work was extremely sloppy. Then the one with the red hair kept having an attitude like she wanted to fight. This place is disgusting. I don’t know where all of the good reviews came from. Maybe friends and family. But this place is absolute s**t.

I LOVE THIS SALON!!! It’s my new favorite and I will be coming back every time. I’m so happy I finally found a salon that is professional, friendly, clean, and well priced. I love the ambiance too everything about it is CLASSY. There’s a new owner and she’s super friendly and all the employees know their stuff!!!

I came in to get a gel mani and pedicure and made sure to call first to make an appointment, to which they accommodated me. When I got to the salon they did their best to limit the amount of customers due to COVID. Not everyone was wearing a mask, but that’s to be expected now that mask mandates are being lifted. The reason I’m giving two stars is because of the nail tech who did my nails. I was her last client for the day and I could tell she was in a rush to go home. She thinned out all of my nail beds and dry cut my cuticles by yanking them off instead of gently cutting them. None of the nails were shaped evenly and the gel manicure immediately chipped as soon as I left the salon. My cuticles were bleeding and my nails are soft. Its been a week since the service and my fingers are still sensitive and all of my nails are breaking. This was only my second time there, but I will probably never go back. If you care about the health of your nails, be careful about who completes your service at this salon.

Ive been a customer for little over 10 years. Two owners, and the Hospitality and Service still remains the same. The Owner and Employees are very friendly and make you feel at home.

I went there on a Sunday, after reading good reviews. I had a wedding to go to and decided to get my nails done. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Not only did the nail tech make my fingers burn everytime she went over my nails with the machine, she cut almost every finger around the cuticles. She clumped a large amount of acrylic on my nails and then went over it with the machine twice. She didnt buff or file my nails. After I washed them, i told her there were some that werent even. They were lumpy. She went over it with the machine again and then started painting. I decided I would just do the French since its pretty easy. She completely ruined even that. They were uneven and she put a lot of the white nail polish. I was there for about 3 hrs and my nails looked awful. On top of that I was charged $20, even though the lady in the front knew I was unhappy and agreed my nails werent properly done. I was even late to the wedding! Never again!

Just moved to the area & decided to give them a try for a pedicure. Sonia did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be returning.

If you are looking for a place where they please you when you ask for nails, pedicure hair designs, this is the place. Aris, my beautiful black woman, has been doing my nails for years and she knows me very well. She pleases me with everything I ask of her. Nelson, I love the way she does my hair. He is Super!!!! It is my granddaughter Sulmalizs favorite and the owner Dina is super special with the clients who are very attentive and helpful and makes you feel super comfortable...everything is excellent. Thanks for your service

On Sunday I went for the first time and I was super pleased. Dina gave me my massage and I felt very comfortable. Then I got a pedicureAnd the girl who helped me is very professional, everything was very clean, pleasant, especially the prices were very affordable.

Very good manicure and pedicure, my nails are perfect after 1 month, something that has never happened, I will definitely return.
