Usually like this place but went in last week and the owner sounded horrible and very sick, a few days later I started feeling very sick and now missed my son’s first Easter because I have the flu. Thanks a lot. Real class act.

This is hands down the best vape/smoke store in Delaware. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly knows an extensive range of the products in store but go above and beyond to help the customer find exactly what theyre looking for and in the rare times a product may run out of stock or backorder they always seem to provide an even better alternative than what I originally intended to purchase. The staff is very patient and so friendly especially walking me through this first vaping experience thing for me and answered every question and made sure I had all I needed to leave a happy customer. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend anyone who hasnt already make this your go to vape and smoke shop.

They have the best selection of glass in town. They even play great music. What I didn’t like was the initial customer service. The Blonde hair guy was no help at all. I asked questions and he gave me one word answers. Didn’t seem to want to explain to me how certain things worked. I was going to leave the store empty handed and take a walk up the street to the next shop. A guy who reminded me of “Kevin Smith” works there and he actually came to help. Dude knew his stuff and made my experience there personal. I felt like he loved his job with the positive attitude he had. Now the prices are decent but after buying 3-4 things you’d think they would give you a better price. Hopefully some things will change there

Beautiful store with handmade pieces from a lot of local people. Staff is friendly and helpful. A little pricey for my blood on certain items but its mostly handcrafted art and Im sure well worth it. (5 star experience! Its not the stores fault Im cheap :) Thanks for the response!

My husband and I have been frequenting this shop for a few years now. I wont go to any other smoke shop for my needs. The selection and product are fantastic. On top of that, everyone who works there (especially the shop manager Kevin!) is very knowledgable and always answer all of my questions. And trust me, I have questions...every single time. They never make me feel stupid for my questions and are always extremely friendly. I highly suggest going to this shop for all of your needs or for even just expert advice. Thanks for everything!

I went to Newark to visit frolic to get a new pipe. I wasn’t aware all in one but saw it and stopped to look there first. Kevin was great, very knowledgeable and personable. I explained that I wanted to check frolic too and left. At frolic the service was terrible. They had 2 employees helping 1 customer with a roor while completely ignoring me! I went back to allinone and picked up a liberty503 pipe and Kevin gave me a great price! Frolic didn’t even have and L503 pipes! This is my new go to glass shop

Been going here for about 2 years now. Lately theres been production issues with the vape juice I get. For about 4 weeks now, I asked to speak to the owner regarding this issue. They told me they couldnt give me his info. I spent good money at this place, After today my money will be spent elsewhere. At this point I dont wanna speak to the owner.

Was knowledgeable in different smoking materials. I ended up buying a volcano from here hands down best thing Ive ever smoked out of. I was thinking of not buying it cause of the 700$ price tag, but after talking to the employee I bought the product. Hands down best thing Ive ever smoked out of!

I just traveled through 5 states on the East Coast. This is by far the best shop and people Ive come across, no hyperbole. Absolutely fantastic service, shop was cool as hell, great selection. Trifecta, game over. Go here.

This smoke shop is best ive been to and seen so far i asked some guy as soon as walked in asked about a quartz banger he asked wat was the size the style and kind i wanted he was good sales person no hesatation at all good response. This place doesnt have a very big selection, and what they DO have, is EXTREMELY overpriced. I was being shown mods that were priced double what you pay online. I didnt see a single vape that wasnt at least 20 or 30 dollars above the actual price you get from the manufacturer. I was also all but ignored by the employee. The only reason I was shown any products was because the employees friend was there hanging out, and he pulled some things out for me. The friend (again, not an employee) is the only reason Im not giving it 1 star.Pros:-Convenient location-Pretty cool 9 foot bong (even though I dont smoke anymore)-The employees friend was pretty coolCons:-Very limited selection, especially considering its a VAPE SHOP-EXTREMELY overpriced (you will pay AT LEAST 150%-175% manufacturer price-Awful customer service, the employee never said a word to me either time I went in

Need to work on your customer service. Especially the Sunday afternoon staff. My first and last purchase from the store. You do realize their competitors right up the street walking distance away.

Staff was really awesome and helpful. Itsca great atmosphere. Told them I had about $60 to spend and they found what I wanted for $45.
