This place is great, and the 5 stars are for Marie specifically. From the moment I called with a question, she was patient, knowledgable, and kind. When I went in to inquire further, she took time to make sure I understood everything and didnt place any pressure on purchasing. She also interacted with other customers while I was there and had a great rapport with them, as well.

VERYYYYYY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SPANISH GUY W LONG HAIR VERYYYYYY RUDE AS CAN BE, MY WORST EXPERIENCE WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR HIM TO JUST BE VERY IGNORANT AND HE DIDNT WANT TO DO MY PIERCINGS FROM THE BEGGING!!! The smoke shop was cool & very respectful tho .

Radha was very professional, helped me and my wife get tattoos on the right place and with a great design. Explained to us what color would be best and was very detailed with the tattoos. 110% would recommend her. My new go to tattoo artist.

Highly over priced Vapes, the young lady who helped me was very dismissive. I went I for a Lava Plus and was charged $23 when everywhere else I go to they are priced between $10-$14.

I don’t like messing up people’s names so I will just say that her name began with the letter “A” (Adriana)? Outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable on all products. When I first started vaping she took the time and patiently taught me how to operate, clean, and maintain every device I have (total of 5 vapes). Adriana even found me on Facebook to return my credit card I left in the store. This was almost two years ago, and because of that I am a costumer for life. Now that’s customer service at its best. Most places just tape it to the glass and wait for you to return lol. The last time I was there I was helped by the other young lady that works there and she was great. She recommended the best flavor I ever had so far.....(Reds Iced Watermelon). “You Ladies Are Awesome.....!” If you really need vapes supplies and the “know-how” it is a must you go take a look. I am always a satisfied customer and you will be too. And No, I am not an employee. I really am a customer

I have always loved the laid back atmosphere and can still say they have excellent customer servive. Their staff is helpful, and knowledgeable, they know there inventory very well, with very fair, and competitive prices. I have never bought anything here that I regretted.

Ok so I go in there to buy a pen for my cartridge and literally the next day BOTH the pen & the charger were broken. I was very gentle with it and it literally lasted me a day. Very disappointed & will never take my business here again.

Terrible would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could. The piercer is very unprofessional as well as the workers. They don’t know what they’re doing or selling.

Place changed a lot went to get my snake eyes piercing my this new guy now working there and it came out crooked and when asked if he could redo and discount since he messed up the first time only wanted to give discounted price for crooked piercing

They literally have everything you would need! Including a tattoo. My only thing is they tax everything except roll-up . It can be pretty pricey depending what you buy.
