I took my daughter here a day before her prom for a wax and facial.. my daughter experienced bumps and tenderness a few hours after leaving. Her facial was over so fast and was only 2 steps. When I take my daughter to our local Spa it’s about 7-9 steps plus a little massage of the neck and shoulders. My daughter was disappointed to say the lease. Two days after I called Key to let her know what my daughter was experiencing and to ask why did her skin on her face break out a day after the facial and the owner Key was extremely rude and unprofessional she then posted a picture of me and my daughter on her instagram talking badly about my daughter skin. She even posted my daughter’s baby pictures to claim that she has eczema since a baby when in fact my daughter does not have eczema. My daughter then got teased for her prom pics….this Spa was a nightmare

Went and got serviced by Kaye and I’ll definitely be a regular! I even told her, “thank you for being here for the cry babies like me!” That’s how much care she puts into her craft! Felt like home, everything was straight to the point after I specified how I felt about waxing after giving birth. I appreciate her care and her instruction so much! First time in my life I didn’t share a tear while waxing! I went in, asked to use the restroom after a drive and there was a little cubby to freshen up before your wax, should you need, with feminine hygiene products.

I’ve heard horror stories. Thank God I don’t have have one. I’ve only gotten waxed once because I wanted to try it. To my surprise it was rather relaxing. She didn’t make me uncomfortable and answered all of my questions. This was my first “lip service “ but I definitely want to come back. I didn’t break out, there was no irritation and it didn’t hurt. Never thought I’d be able to say that about waxing.

I’ve gotten waxed by Kay before & it has been nothing but high praises each time! She has such a warm & inviting spirit about that really distracts you from the actual service ! In the blink of an eye we were finished because she was great at conversation. Definitely will be returning & advise everyone else to book at Key Essentials!

Super disappointed in the facial I received here. On the bright side, was very easy to book and appointment and nice enough staff. A few weeks later though, still trying to understand what exactly was done for the money I paid. Was kind of in shock when I checked out and paid $100. Should have done a better job voicing my displeasure in person but was in shock and felt guilty since it is a small business. Service was 30 minutes at most and 10 of those minutes was warming up the equipment. Typically, with other facials, I would receive a massage on my shoulders and neck but nothing here. Other facials are an 8 step or so process and I leave feeling like a new man. But no feeling here. It was like 1-2 steps and patting down my face with a towel. Not sure what was actually done? I have had better facials using Noxema at home.

Ive never appreciated the quality of the work. I regularly found myself with bumps and tenderness that I never experienced with any other aestheticism. But her prices and location were convenient, so I compromised.However, my recent visit was the final straw. For my second appointment Kaye was 10 minutes late to my appointment, as went over with the client before me.Yet, on my recent appointment I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and she charged me a $25 inconvenience fee. Keep in mind I called to let her know I was running late and when I arrived she had no appointments ahead of me.One-sided policy. Very unprofessional.--Note the manner in which they responded to my review for an insight of their lack of professionalism (making excuses to validate their behavior/deflecting the issue as my lack of understanding).

Kaye is awesome! I came for a Brazilian and full stomach wax. Prior to booking my first appointment here, I called her in the morning and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she returned the call (within minutes). She was really patient and took the time to answer all of my questions.The day of my appointment, I actually arrived about 45 minutes before my appointment due to a personal transportation mistake on my end. Despite this, Kaye welcomed me into her center and said that we could start as soon as the wax warms up. The center itself looked nice, with two sofas, large windows, and a high ceiling.During the actual wax process, Kaye was very gentle and efficient. I was impressed by her waxing knowledge; she explained what she was using and doing without me even having to ask. She waxed my full stomach and also a Brazilian. The stomach didnt hurt at all, and the Brazilian also barely hurt at all because Kaye was careful and made sure I was ready at each step. I felt extremely comfortable with her, even though it was my first time here! I was very satisfied with the service.Kaye has a very warm and friendly personality, and it was a pleasure to go here. I highly recommend K&A for any waxing needs!Edited to add: also thank you so much to the people who reviewed K&A before me, I hadnt heard of this place until a couple of days ago and these reviews along with calling Kaye on the phone really helped me decide to go here. So glad to discover this place!

Great place to relax and receive your esthetic services. Waxing is painless, and her wax is very gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin! Kay is a doll!

It was a pleasure having Savi as my wax specialist today. As soon as I walked into the building Savi was at the door and greeted me with a smile. Today I got a Brazilian, and Savi was very gentle with me and talked me through the process step-by-step. She was very thorough and I am thoroughly impressed with my results.I met the owner, Kaye, and she was very personable. They are very professional in speaking with and servicing myself and their clients. I would definitely come back. Five stars all the way!

My first experience with K&A Day Spa was great I loved it!!! the space is beautiful nice & clean and Kaye was so wonderful her customer service was amazing and her work was beautiful I left there not only loving my wax but I felt so good internally it was really a good time and she made sure I was comfortable gave me some great tips I really enjoyed my time there! When I say the most professional!! Clean!! Spacious Day Spa I’ve been to!!Im always there that’s my second home!! I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed my eyelash extensions added and also a jelly pedicure!! Kay is literally Amazing!!! I’m actually on my way there right now I can’t stay away!!! Highly recommended!!

I booked a waxing with her. She called to reschedule me because she wouldnt be able to get back from lunch for 1. Granted I scheduled at 12:30ish so I agreed even tho it pushed my schedule. I get stuck in traffic so now Im 14 mins late I show up to a closed establishment and the same person who called me to reschedule my original appointment ignored my calls and cancelled my next booking for the following available appointment. GREAT SERVICE.
