I had a wonderful 90 minute table massage yesterday. I requested it to be a deep tissue, which was one of the best I have ever had. The business was very clean and professional. I will be returning again in the future. I would recommend it to all. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I had got the 10 minute message me and my sister it was the best message I didnt even tell he my back was hurting hey hit the point but he new I was tents after 10 minutes I felt free and relaxed gave him a tip I recommend you come here first before you shop

I’m a massage therapist, and the massages were very good for the price (7.5 out of 10). A lot of repetitive movements but with good pressure and mostly hitting all the right spots. Reflexology wasn’t as good in my opinion - 6.5 out of 10 - not enough detailed work.Therapists here don’t speak fluent English, so don’t expect work on any specific areas and don’t try explaining that you’ve had an injury somewhere.But for the price, it’s great value!They do charge additional $2 for a credit card transaction.If you liked your massage, don’t forget to tip your therapists ☺️

I happen to be in the mall and stopped by a little over a year ago. Got a brief massage. Felt better and muscles were relaxed in that short amount of time. Will return again

They gave me a great back massage. It hurt for a while but I felt so much better afterwords. Very nice people who work there and decent prices. I got a 45 minute massage for $40. Definetly stop in.

My husband and I took a massage for 20m and it was good and relaxing. Everything was clean and great service I recommend it!

The staff here is absolutely the best, they have new members who give excellent massages, all the way around I’ve had great massages . I would highly recommend walking in for a full body massage . Hands are wonderful. The best massage in Hampton roads

I was highly disappointed. I purchased two foot massages as an anniversary present for my husband and when we got there they didn’t honor my certificate. The lady told that they were closed. When clearly the were open. I really wanted to experience the service because they had such great reviews. However me experience was terrible. I don’t recommend anyone to get a certificate from them because they will not honor it.

They are amazing but must agree that if you want a massage thats light this will not be your place. They have a talent for finding pains in the body and taking them out, so if youre not interested in a heavy hand this is not the place for you! I knew they would be good and I am glad they work to help relax the tightness and my guy stayed in the areas that was most needed and gave the rest time but not as much. I ended up paying for another 15 more minutes because I had some major pains. I did bruise but that was because I invited the heavier hand in that area for the whole 15 extra minutes,now next time Id probably say concentrate on area but dont cause friction. They do listen to what you want, just ask! I drove an hour and 15 for that pain. LolIf you have hard muscles, these are your guys to get the job done..no lightweights.

OMG! Fabulous! I have thought about going here for a year and a half. WHY did I wait?!! Oh so amazing! Has to be the best session I have ever had.60 min chair session, and I am a new person! I will definitely be back, and cant wait to see what 60 minutes on a table will do for me. 💛

I was leary because of the reviews but......let me tell you....they were amazing!! They are a deep tissue massage place. If you like soft rubs go else where. These employees know how to soft the tough muscles. My shoulder felt so good when when I left. Thank you guys and girls I was so relaxes the rest of the day.

I came yesterday with my friend. He does labor intensive work and I really just wanted a massage. Initially he was getting 30 minutes and I was getting a 20 minute massage. The initial quote was $50 total. Okay great deal! We get on the beds, I was completely relaxed. At first it was going really well and then in the most disrespectful manner- the woman that was doing my massage started rubbing her elbow in between my neck, my shoulder blades, my spine. I would’ve said ow but I was in too much pain to even do that. In the middle of my friend’s massage, they started talking to us. I’m sure you can imagine how confusing it is to be talking about money when you are supposed to be relaxed especially after already getting a quote. She tried to confuse me into 20 more minutes and respectfully if I would’ve I think I would’ve died. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the rub on the lower have was grand. Fast forward, it is time for payment and suddenly $72 dollars are due and he asked for a tip. The reason I’m writing this review is because I legit went to work sorer than I was before and that is because this woman assaulted me and called it a massage. I have an elbow sized bruise on the back of my neck and in between my shoulder blades. If they wouldn’t have overcharged us and if I wouldn’t have been bruised we probably would have come back. I thought it would be a good experience but a baby could give a more appealing experience than here.

This place is above five stars, they truly deserve a better location than inside of Patrick Henry Mall. I prefer this over all of the Spas that I’ve ever been to. The deep tissue is a 10/10 recommend.

Came in for a quick combo foot/ body massage for my bday. I will never visit again. They were soooo rough and fast massaging my body. My foot massage hurt too. I kept telling them to lighten up a little bit but I didn’t know they barely understood what I was saying until it was time to check out. Not only this the guy massaging me passed gas a few times by my head. Then they insisted I tip when I didn’t want to after asking through a translator app. I did not want to tip for a bad massage. I would go to an actual massage spa instead of a quick spot like this. This is a waste of time.

I went here with my boyfriend due to hearing good things. When we got there, they told us to wait 30 minutes. We told them we would be back. We asked about signing a wait list and they said we were good. We came back 15 min later and there were 5 people there whom they continued to take before us stating that it would be quick. We waited an hour. The foot massage for 30 minutes was great. But then they back massage was extremely abrasive. I let asking to do lighter pressure and the gentlemen went back to doing the same thing. They massaged for 22/30 minutes. I expressed I was displeased but he didn’t say anything. When I went to pay, I gave a small tip due to the service. The gentlemen asked me if this was really the amount I was tipping for 2 people. I said yes, Tio is not mandatory and I was not happy. He shook his head and did not say anything else.

They never disappoint. Affordable and I leave relaxed every time. The combo foot and body massage always removes the stress and forces me to disconnect completely from the world. You cant beat it in the area and the flexibility of being able to walk in and still be serviced with proper protocols is always comforting.

Where do I start!? First off I was trying to telling them I’m pregnant but wanted a full body massage so I can’t lay directly on my stomach. They didn’t understand what I was saying. I ended up getting a chair massage. Asked for 30 minutes and ended up with 45 minutes and had to pay the 45 minutes. It would of been a nice massage if the lady wasn’t digging into my skin.. the pain was almost unbearable. I asked her several times for her to stop or be easy and she laughed. Now it’s the next day and my shoulder and back hurts so bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like pain or like your money taken. Ohhhhh and btw they force you to tip..

Very good deep tissue massage.(I can totally see why other comments call it too rough, it’s probably the deepest deep tissue massage I have.) but it works well for me.Communication is limited, I asked for a body massage, two masseuse came, one for body massage one for foot. I was asked along the lines of “is it ok to massage your feet?” My feet are ok for massage of course, but I missed out was that foot massage is a separate service and will be charged on top of the body massage.Foot massage is still solid. But in the future I d only ask for 1 masseuse at a time for sure.I didn’t time my massage, it felt like the correct length of time.TLDR: big yes if you are into deep tissue body massage.Don’t expect too much communication: like coming back later, reserve spots, customized massage (which are the main issues from the negative reviews) etc.

They normally do a great job. Today I’m 99% sure they overcharged me. I didn’t realize until i walked out but i agreed to 40 minutes the massage was less that 30 minutes and i was charged $10 more. Now just i realized that I don’t think i will be returning

This has got to be the worst massage... Ive ever recieved... in my entire life. My original massage therapist canceled on me last minute so I came into this place for a focused hand massage the lady quoted me $30. Too good to be true. GPS is deceiving because if youre not from around here, youd never know it was in the mall. They dont speak English and pointing at my hand multiple times got me nowhere. Instead, I recieved a 30minute focused BUTT and SHOULDER massage. And he was soooo rough. My hands hurt so bad yall, I could cry and the guy did not touch them. Not once. Now, I have to go to another place and fork out $60 for what I came to this place for. Negative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s

The actual massage is amazing, BUT… they try to force you to tip the amounts they prefer. They can be pushy.

Foot massage went WAY beyond & surpassed my expectations since its a spot in the mall. Service price was about $50 & I tipped $20. I was worth every bit. Highly recommend.

Ive had memberships to message envy, had rolfing sessions, been to many other massage centers and have had many good massages in the past but nothing like the massage I had here. Its like a combination of deep tissue and myofacial massage. The lady released my trigger points, eased my sore muscles and worked out a lot of kinks. Seriously the best massage Ive ever had.

This used to be a great massage place, but since they replaced the old crew with newbies, the quality of massage has drastically dropped. I rarely go anymore, it’s too disappointing now.

Omg. Just omg. I have been looking for a foot massage that actually hit the points that hurt. I have tried every massage place and decided to try this place out. Again... OMG. Best foot and leg massage ever. I got the combo which included a back massage as well and they hit every pressure point on my back that had been killing me. The prices are amazing and the staff is very friendly.

Need to change sheets on massage tables everything there is a nu client and reflexology chairs...people carry things on there bodies...the massage techniques are very good especially the female therapist...she rocks!!!...need more of her expertise style...the men are great as well...my favorite times to visit are 5p to closing...mall not as noisy 😀

Like the prices...little noisy as you get the mall traffic going by and cannot hear the relaxing music...A/C was not as strong...liked my 30 min combo massage .they should advise people to get water to re-hydrate their bodies after a massage...will try again just to see if things change

These guys do a good job for a decent price its not as much of a sensual massage as it is a rough one it is 100% deep tissue you will love it

No appointment needed, just walk in. The chair massage is convenient if you are short on time. The foot massages put me to sleep hahaha I always feel nice and loose coming out :)

There is no comparison to the special attention you get as a customer at this spa. I appreciate their knowledge of meridians and zones of the feet as a treatment is not only relaxing but has many health benefits.

Do no sleep on this place guys! Ive been here a few times and keep coming back.Susan is absolutely wonderful and makes me feel so relaxed. After working a full week on my feet this place is the first place I want to go! Even bring my husband with me sometimes!

Fantastic chair massage. In 20 min, the lady was so strong and skillful. Knows all the right places for a deep tissue stress relief .She is awesome!!!

I brought my very painful feet in for a one hour reflexology appointment. I thought I had neuropathy. This next morning I am without pain and very appreciative

Felt great yet the next day whn i couldnt get out the bed my spin hurt like hell it hurt whn i breated ugha my Monday was hell and painful my Tuesday was alil better wensday alol better.
