I spent $70 the other day. I called and said my THC-A flower was short some and was opened and unsealed. The other same products were not sealed!!! The girl didnt care to make things right or have owner call me. She acknowledged products are not sealed for tampering and blamed it as a new product. I wish I used credit card to dispute transaction

Alyssa (hopefully that is her name) is such a great employee! I knew what I needed when I went in but I didn’t know which version or brand and she was so helpful and quick to give me personally recommendations and opinions from her experience! I always choose to go to this vape store.

We stopped at this Vape shop and was helped by a CJ guy, we were from out of town and we’re looking for a vape shop that was willing to work with us on buying a large amount of juice, coils and a couple new devices. CJ offered us a discount and went over and beyond with being helpful with us finding new flavors and brands then what we were use to. We ended up spending hundreds of dollars (even though it was cheaper online for what we found we liked) the service here was great! He was an amazing sales person and it shows how valuable of a worker he is!!! We are happy with how things turned out! A+ service at this location !

Ive definitely come to trust these folks! They offer incredibly fair prices and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Few things catch my attention as much as a sales person talking me out of buying something, and the staff here seem just as willing to advise you away from a product of they think it may not be what youre looking for. They talked me into a cheaper option on two different occasions because they recognized it was more like what I really wanted instead of the more expensive thing I saw first! They also always check to make sure any products work before youve left the store, which has saved me from the embarrassing trips Ive had to make back to other places when Ive gotten home to find out I bought a bad cartridge.Absolutely worth visiting and Im sure you will come back!

Great Place!! I have been coming here since transferring to Cincinnati from California in 2019 and they have been great. They have a big selection and the customer service is always great. They stand by their products and make things right when needed. Im relocating to DC in July and I will truly miss coming to this vape store.

I visited Scarlet Smoke Shop for the first time a couple weeks ago and went back a second time just this week. It’s safe to say I have found my new regular spot! And it’s conveniently located! Jewel helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even provided some of her personal favorites as options. She was very knowledge and efficient in answering pretty much every question I had and I had a lot! Her customer service was wonderful and she handled getting a small line in the shop very well.

Aaron assisted me while I was visiting from out of town. This place is great! don’t know why we didn’t come here before! they had pax vaporizers and more places didn’t, and Aaron was super awesome. *Edit: the owner did reach out and spoke with my husband. He ordered the vaporizer we initially bought and it arrived at the store in 3 to 4 days. The pick up process was very easy and he was very apologetic about the situation. He also offered us a discount on our purchase because of the misunderstanding. Hopefully, theres no other issues in the future.Went there after finding dry herb vaporizers on their website. When asking about them, the guy handed us only 2 that were the most expensive they had. When I asked about a product I saw on their website, he told me I was wrong and these only do catridges. So I decided to just buy the product online and pick it up in store. Maybe the ones in store only did cartridges? I dont know but I recieved my confirmation text (not email like it states) stating my order would be ready within an hour and money was taken from my account. Then, about 5 minutes later, I recieved a text saying my order was cancelled and I was refunded my money with no explaination but really my money wasnt refunded yet, still waiting. When hitting the contact us, its an email address and Im still waiting on a response to why my order was cancelled. I will not shop here ever again and I will make sure to tell anyone to go somewhere else. I strongly believe that he cancelled my order bc I found the product I wanted without spending $300 and if the item isnt in stock, why doesnt the website reflect that? Now they wont get any money from me! So much for small business!

This place is so close to me and everyone there is super nice and helpful. I want to see this place succeed and do well, but they never have anything I need in stock. They havent had the baby beast coil Ive need for a month and Ive asked for circus cookie juice every time Ive walked in for 6 weeks in a 6 and they never have it. If they could stay on top of inventory this place would be a 5.

I have had such great experiences at Scarlet Vape and smoke shop in Newport Kentucky. They have one of the wisest selections I have seen both of devices and liquids as well as many other kinds of support for the smoking community. Their staff is very knowledgeable of their products and very kind and helpful. I came in once and saw a customer working with the staff on a device identical to mine and the three of us found ourselves in a nice conversation while working together to help her out. Their prices are also among the most reasonable in the entire Cincinnati tri-state area. I think they represent exactly what small businesses should be and I will be keeping all my vape business there from now on!

Great staff! Needs attention to inventory have been in three times for coils from a device I purchased there, I actually have bought 3 kits due to the fact that there are lots of times they have no coils, other shops do not carry the icare and I actually love it but it is not a lot of good if you cant replace the coils.

Very knowledgeable staff, Aaron is the absolute best! When I first moved down here, my device quit working so he took it home to try to fix it and loaned me his own personal mod to use. He couldnt fix it but sold me his for a great price! The only downside is the store never seems to have a wide selection of nic strengths. It seems the owner waits until they run out of almost everything before ordering. Ive had to go to another shop several times to get the liquid I want in my desired mg. It wouldnt be horrible if they kept a constant supply of nic. 3mg/ml is hard to come by there.

Awesome experience at the Vape Lounge! 5 Stars!About 3 weeks ago I went in with little knowledge of what I wanted. Mike and his assistant gave me much help! I the prices are very reasonable! One thing I did learn is that you cannot compare online prices to store prices. You must know that you are paying a small premium for instant gratification versus waiting 2 weeks for an online order to ship to your doorstep. These guys are not trying to be rich! They just want to pay the bills! Great prices!Still with that being said AGAIN, prices are very reasonable for a person who is even on a budget! Will come back again!Bought a Wismec Reuleaux RX200 W/ TFV4 Tank, 3 batteries, 4 bay charger, and e juice liquid and the price i paid was very reasonable! Couldnt be happier!!

I bought a device from this place and within 3 weeks it was not working correctly. When I took it in they informed me that they had no idea what was wrong with it and refused to replace it... stating I must have done something to it because they didnt know what was wrong with it.Contacted the manufacture and they sent me a new one as it was a defect with the product. Would never go here again

Ive tried and tried, but Im officially DONE with this shop! Ive been vaping for almost a year. Right from the beginning, Ive had bad experiences here with low to no inventory, and rude, lazy, immature, and unprofessional staff. However, last weekend, I was already close by shopping at Eberts and needed some coils for various tanks, so I decided to stop in and give them another try. BIG MISTAKE. Right off the bat, he didnt have most of the coils I was inquiring about. So he pulled out his phone and informed me that he was looking to see if any of the coils they did have could still be used interchangeably in the tank in question. I was then informed that the vaping forum said that the tank could use an off brand tfv8 coil that they did have in stock. Forums are just where a bunch of different people give advice, opinions,etc, etc.They are most definitely not a good source of info to refer to for solid facts like a manufacturers or vape shop website would be. I have seen many, many, misinformed, incorrect people say things based off their own opinions in forums. So that automatically sent up a red flag. Then he proceeded to ask me if he usually gets the coils for that tank in a shop or online. So anotherwards, he just automatically assumed that the coils were for my significant other, or some other male in my life. I guess theres no way a girl could be into vaping, let alone be informed enough to know what shes talking about.(even though my husband has never vaped in his life, lol) He then told me that the tank is too old, and the name-brand coils are impossible to find. So my best bet would be to get the generic tfv8 coils that he had because they would fit it. I sarcastically just told him Id have to hold off and check with my husband to see what he wanted to do, as he orders the correct coils from home all the time with no problem. Then, I asked if he at least just had any coils for my Smok X-baby. He looked all confused like hed never heard of that tank but then said he knew which one I was talking about. He then told me that they were out of X-baby coils, but he had baby beast coils and they would also fit in the X-baby. I immediately knew for a fact that this wasnt true, as I have had the x-baby since Dec and its coils are visibly twice the size of baby beast coils, in addition to being top-airflow while the baby beasts are bottom airflow. I stared at this tiny coil in my hand in disbelief that he either expected me to buy that or he himself was that misinformed. He asked if there was a problem, and did I think the coil looked different than the ones I usually use in the x-baby. I told him yes, that coil is half the size and I knew for a fact it wouldnt fit in the x-baby. He then confidently argued back that those coils were undoubtedly, for sure, interchangeable with the X-baby tank. I told him I was still gonna pass on it and bought the one coil I wanted that they did have in stock. I immediately went right up the street to a real shop where they not only had everything I needed, but the guy working gladly and politely pulled out an X-baby coil and a baby beast coil and showed me the side-by-side size difference to confirm that I was not crazy, they were indeed two very different, non-interchangeable coils. I dont know if the guy working was really that ignorant of vaping hardware or that desperate to make a sale. Either way, he had no place working in a vape shop where alot of newbies trust and rely on the information given to them from the experts working behind the counter. I spend a lot of money every month on my vaping, and wouldve been a lot more likely to spend it at this shop if he hadnt tried to play me like Im a moron.

Stopped by the store today, great atmosphere as the store is clean and I was greeted upon entering. The cashier was both friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending this shop!

Place is awesome, great pricing and the point system always gets you a discount. Employees are always patient and helpful just a good atmosphere!
