Omg!!!! So I came in the store looking just for a battery for my vape and in the process I find out that Ive been sold a model that should ONLY be used with traditional juice🙃 So that was not ideal by any means however, the staff at this store were utterly fantastic🥰🥰🥰🥰 I mean the info dump and cheat sheet we created were exactly what I needed...Gosh, I wish I could truly tell you how appreciative I am for all the help I received today...I walked away with so much info and a 2 new fave juices...Ty ty ty so much for being patient and understanding with everything...I swear I cant say enough awesome things about these guys🥰🥰

People here are always very informative and kind. The gentleman that usually works there, I wish I caught his name is so nice. There was a sketchy man in the parking lot coming up to my car. The worker made me feel very safe. He had his eyes on the door the entire transaction as well as he walked me out to the front door to make me feel safe. I’m a short woman, and I know I don’t look intimidating, it really means a lot.

Chad was wonderful and figured out a problem Id been having for 2 weeks! What a nice establishment! They have so many products to choose from and again, the help here was so appreciated!

Employee treated me like I was an idiot even though I literally came in with a smile on my face and knew exactly what I wanted. I’m not coming back, but the store is nice.

I came in today around 1700 and the gentleman with the long hair that was tied was extremely helpful and very professional. Also there was a lady most likely his coworker was also very informative and engaging. These to work really well with each other. I will be coming back soon.

Such a nice clean store! Love how they are starting to carry delta 8 and delta 10 products! I used to have to drive about ten minutes to get my delta products but now I can come here and whilst I’m getting items for my vape.They have a nice rewards systems which where when you buy you get discounts on orders. However none of the delta 8 or 10 or any delta products count as rewards. I don’t know why this is and wish they would change that. A purchase is a purchase.I love the staff at this location they are so extraordinarily helpful. Literally everyone I have seen working here has been so nice and informative. Whoever hired these people are doing a great job. They have some of the best. Impeccable knowledge wealth and so personable and friendly. Down to earth people.I live right down the street from this vape shop so I frequent it often, it’s a great place!!

I really wish I knew her name. But I walked in tonight and noticed it was jam packed slammed I debated going to a different store but I love this place and as always it doesn’t disappoint. The amazing girl working was great and having the store flow and making sure everyone was taken care of ! Wonder women if you ask me 10/10 will keep coming back :)

Awesome vape show with pretty rad employees. Super organized and professional as well. The employees are very informative about rules and guidelines and communicate them without being rude. You can ask any employee a question and they know what theyre talking about. I love how clean and neat the shop is and think they have a great selection of disposables, equipment, and juice. I love this vape shop. The prices are great. The workers are fabulous. They are all very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. The manager is great. I think he is the shirt guy with glasses. I believe his wife also works there. He recently had a baby. I think he is the manager. I always have a great experience when I go. I highly recommend

Very nice place. My favorite thing is they have a touch pad that allows customers to browse for in stock juices at their leisure. No more scanning shelves to pick out new things. And theyre all separated into categories so if you wanna browse for fruity juice you dont have to go by brand if you dont want to. Very convenient!

Staff is amazing! They are always informative, helpful and polite. I visit the military highway and the general booth location. Both are always clean and well stocked. The employees must rotate stores which is awesome because I see the employees from my work store at my home store. I also love that I collect points when I make purchases and its always a nice surprise to see what Ive earned. Pricing is average among their competitors but the service makes me go out of my way to get to vape exotics. I literally pass three other shops from my house to the military highway location, all of which I have patronized and this one stands out because it shows they know I can spend my money anywhere, but choose to come here. I like being treated like a guest! I recommend anyone starting out vaping to try them out, they are very knowledgeable and will help get you set up, and for the seasoned vapor definitely stop in they have tons of brands and some amazing sales (I got a grab bag for $25 came with 12 juices and 2 tanks). If your in the area give these guys a shot, you wont be disappointed. And if the employees read this keep up the good work!

The woman who works here is awesome, kind, and knows her stuff. The ONLY reason I will ever go back to this store is because of the help she provided for my girl and I. The men, not so much. Rude, told me the lowest costing delta 8 cartridges was the kind he pointed out to me and wasnt the lowest by no means. I bought it and when I went back the next day, the woman informed me that that wasnt true and provided me with ALL the information I needed. She took the time to actually look on the computer and verify it. The 3, not busy mind you, men working the day before treated me like they had no time. It was a bad taste but the woman made up for it 10 fold while working SOLO. Boom, make her a manager if shes not one already. Thats the kind of work ethic a business needs.

Awesome store. Amazing selection. Had very knowledgeable and helpful staff there. She help with all questions we had for juices and for mods. Showed us new products and helped us figure out any misunderstanding we might have had with anything to the best of her knowledge.

Some of the most rude people I have ever met in retail. She was not helpful nor did I feel very welcome when I walked in. Even after scanning my ID. I didn’t even look around, I just left.The second woman who spoke with us was much more friendly and directed us in the right direction. I appreciate her apologizing and going out of her way to speak to us.

My experience here started out really good but has gone way downhill recently! Revolving door of rude staff when weve spent on average of 200 dollars a month there. My husband hurt himself and couldnt come out and they wouldnt let me use his card when like i said Ive spent 580 dollars there in less than 3 months..i drive out of my way to give them business and they dont show any understanding. My total was 54 and if its over 50 the name HAS to match, like i couldnt video call him or anything to verify it was okay. Every time i go is a different person. Ill be going to papa joes as soon as i use up my points, these people take their jobs waaay to seriously.

They were so kind and helpful, and even though I waited in line, it was some of the fastest service Ive ever had at a vape shop! They have a very efficient process and their rewards program sounds like its awesome. Im new to the area, and I definitely just found my new go to vape shop

Good vape juice selection. Staff seem to rotate frequently which means not knowing where a lot of the juice is located or being told there isnt any until another employee says we have plenty! Its right here. Very minor annoyance and not a huge deal to me since I go often enough to know where my juices are. Clean store and nice lounge area.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. I bought a Vapengin disposable from them on 9-6-22, and less than 24 hours later the coil is auto-firing, the product is obviously defective.Even though I purchased this from them less than a day ago, the worker on the other end told me they have know way to know for sure how new it is, or that I did buy it from them the day before.This is horribly poor customer service, and its not my first time buying defective items from Vape Xotix and getting burned a day or two laterOther vape shops have offered me assistance with defective items in the past, and vape xotix seems to be okay with selling long term customers defective productsI shopped hear weekly, and this is the final straw, not happening again.if you buy from them, expect zero support or anything slightly useful the second you walk out their door(how much do you wanna bet the owner is going to reply with the same script about return policies)?

Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you tell them what you are looking for they will find the best fit not just the most expensive and tell you if its worth the extra few dollars or not. They will tell you yes, no, or its a preference thing on the way you want your set up. Best liquid prices I have seen. If you show them your tank they will know what kind of coils you need and tell you the differences between reg, mesh and others. Really great for experienced and rookie vapers. They explain everything you need to know and tips on keeping your device going as long as possible. They can also help you troubleshoot your devices.As long as you are a customer you can also hang out there and watch movies and or play video games. They also hold video game competitions. They will listen to you about ways to improve or complaints and figure out a resolution as long as its reasonable and fix it or talk to the owner to get it fixed. Everyone that works there has a great attitude and is excited to help you and work there combine that with the other stuff I mentioned and that provides you with the best service you could ask for. Best vape shop I have been to.

The best local shop Ive been in yet! They have a wide variety of RDAs, RTAs, and even tanks. Most other shops Ive been in only offer the tanks, a couple of mods, and not much else. Not Vape Xotix! They actually give you choices! Its definitely worth your time to check them out!

Fantastic service, have great advise, genuinely want you to pick a good vape rather than push out gwrbage for the sake of salws. Noticed today they have a VIP section with a PS5 and stuff. If I had time I would totally hit it up.

Usually a good place with good prices, this time I asked how many coils I could buy because Im going on deployment and the dude asked me for orders to my deployment, or my page 2. Page 2 is where you claim dependents and orders to a deployment dont exist. Not a big deal, but he argued with me and implied I was lying instead of just telling me 1 pack limit. Business will permanently be going elsewhere for the combative responses from staff

I like this vape shop because the workers are always nice. You can actually try flavors at this location again! They do have a smaller selection than most smoke shops though.

Staff was extremely helpful, and made sure we got the best equipment for the money. New laws required them to not build my wifes setup but they walked her through it and taught her to use it. Will definitely be back

This place is awesome! Friendly,helpful staff!I dont know much about the new vaporizers.They made sure to educate me and even had my favorite brand of fluid in stock. They didnt try to upsell me like some shops do. They sold me the vaporizer that fit my needs and at a decent price! Will definitely be back!

Have ID ready before you go in. Nice staff. Recent upgrades to store are really nice. Bathroom can use some work. Wish they had a better way to sample flavors. Thats my only ding.

I purchased a defective Delta 8 card and they refused to replace it or give any discount just no customer service what so ever. Its their policy that defective items can be exchanged yet I was just told its nothing they can do.

I guess this store may be okay or good. Ive never really purchased from this store before. So I really dont know on this one. But I guess if you need a vape device and dont want to order one from online and have to wait on it to get shipped to your residence; then I would try this vape store probably. Good luck. Went in today to get new pods and juice and my boyfriend went in for a new device all together. The staff was very helpful and knew their information. Definitely recommend checking this place out to get devices and juices!

Update: I went back the next day after the scenario happened below. The associates apologized on behalf of the business and explained how and why it should not have happened. They gladly allowed me to exchange the erroneous purchase for what I actually wanted with no hassle......................I went in this store tonight and asked the associate for the tank on my fiancé’s vape that I showed her in my hand, which is a Big Baby Beast. She told me if I wanted blue or black and I told her I’d take the blue one. She took it to the register while I went and tried some juices. After I decided on a juice, I proceeded to the register and checked out with what I thought was the Big Baby Beast that I asked for. When I got home, I realized it was the regular Baby Beast. My receipt says that I can’t return it unless there is a manufacturer defect!I didn’t bother to look at the box while she held it behind the counter as she rang me up because I trusted that she sold me what I asked for. I hope they are willing to let me exchange it tomorrow for what I asked the associate for because they are closed now.

This place was probably the coolest vape place I been too good selection of juice with average pricing, big TV with vid games, pool tables and idk what else couldnt stay long so didnt have time to chill

Truly the vest vape store i have ever been to. super military friendly, there reward program is amazing as well, the lounges are welcoming, employees are nice and helpful, and there option for different styles and brands are so open to. They also have a bunch of in house items such as juices (regular and salt base), mods, drip tips and RPAs. If your a vapor, need to quit smoking, dripper, or just wanna come hang out with some great people this is a great place to go. I have been a committed and satisfied customer since 2015.

Gavin really hooked us up. My boyfriend and I visited from PA, decided to stop in at a vape shop. They had a huge selection of juices, and they were able to recommend flavors based on your preferences. Gavin spent a lot of time explaining the RTA setup and even helped us build. All of the regulars were really cool, and it would definitely be a place I would chill at if we ever come back in the area.

This is by far the best Vape Shop in the 757 point blank they treat the DOD very very good!!! I even left my wallet at the counter because i was so surprised how good they treated me and a very special gentleman that worked there ran out to my car to return it to me !!!! They had my back 100% on the real so thank you !!!

I was visiting VA Beach and managed to lose the top of my tank(Disclosure; I cant take any trips without breaking some part of my vape) I chose this shop because of the positive reviews and was pleased to find that they held true. I feel horrible because I cannot recall the girls name who helped us but she was super nice and super informative!(I visited on 7/13 in the morning if that helps) I came in looking for the big baby beast tank but didnt like the color selection in store because I have a black and yellow mod and the colors didnt match, she showed me several similar options and was patient with me while I was being a bit of a pain about the color of the tank and also making sure my home vape shop carried the coils for the tank I was considering. Living in a resort town myself I was worried I would find a shop that cared more about the $$ then their customers but that is not the case with Vape Xotix! If Im ever in the area again and need any thing for my vape I will definitely be returning to this shop!

I wasn’t aware that you couldn’t wear hoodies in stores. However my girlfriend came in with her hoodie and and the associate told her she had to take her hood off. I’m not sure if it was racially motivated or not but wearing hoodies in stores is not illegal and everyone does it.

Went in with a full paycheck knowing I was going to buy at least 2 bottles of juice potentially another mod and a tank and was told I had to leave. I told the employee that I am going to buy 2 bottles of juice they told me that i still had to leave. I didnt cause a scene but essentially got banned from here just because I work at another shop and so has one of my co workers. They thought we were spying. Its hard to know what you want if you cant look. I thought the vape community was supposed to stick together. I have been shopping there before I even started working at a vape shop and didnt have any issues but if this is the way you want to treat fellow vapors whether or not they work in another vape shop I wont be back. Stoped by to ask a few questions about nic salt mods, was suggested Smok Nord and it turned out to be great. I just wish sales guy would told me about newer with upgraded battery & pod Smok Nord2, Id get the latter.UPDATE :Went back to get coils, and was pleasantly surprised by the cost - after factoring in shipping cost on internet orders, it’s actually less or about. Minus waiting, minus possibility of parcel loss... very happy and certainly recommend this place

The guy at the counter was super nice, IDd me like usual and was helping another customer trying to get back into vaping. He asked me if I needed any help and I knew what I wanted, a Smok Nord and some juice. He got the one I wanted from the display and I asked him for a dealers choice of juice, then decided on a high banana cream pie salt juice. It wasnt my cup of tea but hey, nic is nic. Great spot for some juice and any of your vaping needs.

I’ve went there three times and they still don’t have the juice I’m looking for. It wouldn’t be as bad if they didn’t make empty promises saying it’ll be there. I can just as well get what I need online, cheaper and sooner. That’s what I’m going to do now because it’s ridiculous.

These guys were super helpful, and they made sure to explain how my device works, and then they made sure that I knew what coils to use with the different types of juice.

This is the only physical vape shop my husband shops at. Everytime we come in were always acknowledged and everyone is always super nice and knowledgeable from the batteries to the e-liquid if you havent came here you should definitely visit.

While I was there, I experienced way more than good juice, products, or customer service. At Vape Xotix, my family expanded. The staff (veterans, new hires, retired lol) is always friendly and knowledgeable of any old or new products brought into the shop. Alex, the owner, always takes initiative to ensure all employees have proper training on all things new in the world of vape. Customer service is #1 at any of the Vape Xotix locations and it is heavily pushed by the owner to make sure all customers are comfortable and helped at ALL times. Now I am stationed in San Diego, and still find myself ordering juice from Vape Xotix VS. driving 10 minutes up the road. Also, I find myself reminiscing about all the memories Ive made with the staff, and also the large amount of loyal customers, while I was there.How important are you if you dont have people trying to pull you down from time to time? Not very important. VAPE XOTIX NATION!

This place is the go to shop. After DV8 closed down I had skipped around little shops trying to find one I liked. Its alright, decent selection, good staff, but not a super great hangout. Their built in testers are a little lackluster, but other than that its pretty standard.

I found exactly what I was looking for, asked maybe two questions, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The cashier was amiable and informative, and I will definitely return.

Second time Ive come attempting to purchase items and was treated with horrible customer 1st experience came in to store to purchase Items was asked for ID and was told there was one person in front of me would take a moment after waiting 20 minutes and 3 other people coming in behind me were served before I decided ToTake My business elsewhere I guess what Im trying to say is customer service Is lacking and to owners reply to this post You need all Facts

I got my coils a lot cheaper there then the other place I went to. A little hidden, but worth going.
