Great military discount and rewards. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. Prices are great and whenever I have to purchase vape products somewhere else, Im always disappointed that the vape xotix isnt around. Open some more stores! You guys are great.

Employe Maria was amazing. I had asked for very specific products and she was very helpful and even with products that were out of stock or not able to be found she still informed me of more at another location and apologized for any inconvenience. Then followed up with an email informing me she had found the product I had wanted and would be happy to help me again. Perfect customer service. Give her a raise.

Amazing experience!The woman who helped me (blonde, blue eyes) made me feel comfortable, listened to me and answered all my questions. Super helpful and knowledgeable, especially if you’re new to e-cigarettes and looking for something to get started with, and always good prices and products to choose from. I can’t recommend a shop anymore than this one, and furthermore considering how supportive they are of troops and how awesome the membership rewards are I have no hesitation leaving a 5 star review.

My first experience here was a good one. I walked in and was greeted by all the employees. Its clean and organized.. a great spot to hang out and try out a few things. Their touch screen menus give you the full run down of everything they have, along with their current sales/discounts going on. We just moved to VA about a month ago and Im thinking of making this my main vape shop go to.

Great selection of everything from juice to mods and everything in between. Staff are knowledgeable, fun, and very helpful. Some of the best products and prices Ive seen and very well supported by warranties on devices as well as very informative on how to take care of says devices. Only place I shop for vape products, and a fun place to hang out with an impressive theater room that includes gaming systems and massage chairs.

Ive been vaping for many years and stumbled on this shop a couple of years ago. I was and still am blown away by the amount of mods and juice that this store has on hand. The prices on everything is great, you dont feel ripped off when you leave.The employees make you feel welcome and are eager to help and send you in the right direction. Customer service is second to none! The owner is a super nice guy and will help in any way possible! Its awesome to find a shop so dedicated to the vaping industry. Keep up the great work. At the owner expense is one hell of a theatre room for customers. Great place to buy or just hang out! My favorite shop by far!!

Prices are a little steep compared to what Im used to but Im from another state so it could just be a tax thing. Other than that they are pretty good and have friendly customer service. Even the gruff hippie looking guy

Rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming.Edit:I have deleted a lot of my original review and added a star in response to the owner’s reply about prices if what he is saying is correct then I won’t hold price against them. But I do maintain the guy was rude and unwelcoming I went to there other store before this one and had great service they were just out of what I wanted. But if the owner can’t see poor customer service when it’s starting them in there face the best they will get from me is 2 stars and someone that will not spend money at there store.

Staff not very friendly. Felt like I was being rushed and then was forgotten about. Almost always nowhere to park. Really dark and with low ceilings, feels cramped. On top of that after you are immediately ID at the door and show your military ID they will not apply the military discount unless prompted. Will never return. STAY AWAY

Always super nice and chill. Very helpful depending on the person you talk to. The juice selection is very good. Wish they did have more pure menthol flavors but that is a personal preference. Love this place and enjoy their help!

Very nice, compact but not clustered. Dark lighting, which is nice. The person who helped me, big beard guy, super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Would recommend, this is my new vape shop.

Pretty chill place they have a theatre with massage chairs and a pool table. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However there seems to be some tension with their neighbor pioneer vapes, which makes me a little uneasy. Other than that the visit and purchases made there was overall professional and enjoyable.

I love the woman in here she is so nice! I say their and had a conversation with her for freaking 2 hours! Everyone is very friendly! And if you just need something to do you can hang out and watch Netflix ! Its a pretty chill place

First time I walked into this location I was in shock. HUGE selection of both regular and salt-nic juices, friendly, knowledgeable staff and definitely had that chill and hang out with us feel to it. Product doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to buy, always has some kind of deals going on I swear after this I doubt I will ever go to another vape shop

I walked into the store with a specific product in mind. It was in stock and I explained why I choose that particular sub-ohm tank to the salesperson. She suggested a different tank which was more expensive, I was hesitant to spend that much. She was confident without being pushy and explained why she thought I would be happier with that particular one. I bought it and could not be happier about the decision. She really listened to my needs and didnt try to just sell me the one she likes best like some other vape stores tend to do. It may have been a little more than something I could have bought online but it would not have been the one I am happiest with. Kudos.I am updating my review, downgrading to a 4 star review based on their limited selection of hardware. I needed a new mod and they only had a few different models to choose from. I went to another shop and found the SMOK Alien and am very pleased; wish it had been available here.

This place is the Monte Carlo of vape stores. They have everything from a pool table to a home theatre. The managers are extremely nice and dont try to force you into buying anything. The online database is a nice touch and on top of that they have a rewards system to develop points. The selection is great and would definitely overall rate it a solid five.

By far the best vape store experience youll get in the hampton roads area. All of them are amazing but one thing to call out is that this young lady made a mistake on my order and she took full responsibility to it and help resolve the issue even when i was perfectly fine with it she went the extra mile to better my m here. I love this place and ill never ever go to another store. Wonderful team.P.S they have this one juice called Marea go try it out its one of my many favorite.

For the very few times i have been there, i have enjoyed my time there immensely. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in their products in the store. 5/5 would recommend.

My husband loves the Green Side juice because its mint-chocolate flavored. Weve been to the one on military hway, General Booth, and this one. Wish they made more batches of it cause its his favorite.

Make sure to stop by here!So i lost my wallet and the tank glass on my vape happened to get smooshed and shattered on a Sunday when Navy Fed is closed.. My salesperson understood and got me back up and running out of their OWN pocket with new glass, new coil and liquid how lucky/ thankful did that make me feel !I did come back after I could get a new debit card made still she wasnt expecting that really just all about just helping out a customer in need that day. I admit I dont vape a ton, but appreciate they at least have a customer rewards program

An excellent location, with plenty of choices and knowledgeable employees. Atmosphere is very friendly. Prices are fair. Theres no pressure to buy. Theyll let you get a hands on with any of their display models if you ask. Parking can be a pain during peak hours, but the McDonalds parking lot is only a short walk away and youll find plenty of parking. By far my favorite vape shop in the Hampton roads area.Whether yours completely new to vaping or experienced the staff are more the capable of help you.

Even if you show up in your military uniform and show your military id. they will not give you a discount of 10% unless you ask for it. they should have a sign. unprofessional and inconsistent customer service... i shopped there before and got a discount by showing my military id...Well then have a sign out or ask when at check out would you like a mil discount??? That is customer service. How would a new vaper know your business policies. Obviously you are no lowes or home depot!

Great place, great prices and even better people. Id say the only downfall would be not having Fume vapes and instead having Hyde. This isnt the vape stores fault but Hyde vapes dont have the same flavor profile as Fume and I have never had a dud fume. Unfortunately I cant say the same for Hyde. My friends and I stopped buying Hyde vapes because about %50 of the time we have gotten them and forget to test them in the store they end up being duds. Always test your vapes in store so they can replace them. If you leave the store you cannot get them refunded or replaced.

Store is nice and clean and well run, all of the people behind the counter were very helpful and even some of the regulars were helpful as well. Sitting areas and couches with a big tv make this vape joint a good place to chill. Good juice selection but vape mods are overpriced.

I have been going to this shop for 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience! They always have a really wide juice selection, and they are reasonably price. 10/10 always recommend!

What used to be a good vape shop has slowly become an unwelcoming ghost of what it used to be. Its cheaper than an indie vape shop, but you definitely get what you pay for. Also, the environment is nowhere near as friendly as it once was. Not being allowed to take pictures is one thing, but I was told that I couldnt even be on my phone NEAR the products. Cheap quality, increasingly strict rules, and employees open carrying with a menacing vibe makes this place incredibly off-putting. Do yourself a favor and look for another shop, this one has gone down hill in the last year.

Stopped in for the first time and had a guy that just recently started working help me. He answered every question that he could and the ones that he couldnt, he honestly told me that he didnt know instead of making up some lie to get me to buy. Id make this my regular Vape shop.

Alex the owner is a terrible businessman!!!!!!! His associate sold me a defeted equipment that I spent over $300 for and he doesnt take responsibility for it! He ignores my call, hung up on me, and his associates dont give me a straight answer, I basically wasted my money!!!! If you think this shop is dope then you should hope that your equipment is not defected like mine, or else youre screwed!!!! Terrible customer service, terrible products, Im filing a report to the BBB and the FDA today!

I’ve been to many vape shops, but once i stepped foot into vape xotix, i was shocked. I didn’t know where to start. Juice is always stocked and neat. The technology is always up to date, the reps, managers & even the owner are amazing people! Real down to earth & they won’t lie to you about anything at all! I’m giving 5 stars because that’s all i can give.. if i could rate this more this would be the highest of all vape shops! Went in today and picked up a Lost Vape Prana. Had troubles with it when I got home, went backto the store, the guys were friendly and helped resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend!!

Looks rundown on the outside, but really nice on the inside. They have a theatre area and a really awesome decorative light. Person working was extremely helpful.
