A & K Smoke Shop

This place was cool when the female was there. But without her, everything has a different price depending on which guy youre talking to. I brought my business partner with me this last visit to buy a few vapes and I was letting her pick the flavors. She doesnt vape but she likes the different scents and flavors. At checkout the guy ringing it up wanted to sign my partner up for buy 10 vapes get 1 free club, and she told him the vapes were for me and I was already signed up. He refused to give me the credit for the vapes because she was the one swiping the check card. Not that it is any of their business, but the card she swiped was issued to her as an authorized person on one of my accounts and the money used to pay for the transaction is mine. So regardless of who physically swiped the card, the transaction was mine as its being paid from my account. My partner, (who again, doesnt vape) asked how many vapes I have bought from them in last 90 days and I went through and counted more than 15. Odd that I never got a free or discounted anything. The solution is Im just never returning and Im going to stop promoting them to friends and clients.

Purchased the Pacha berry skittles last night, and thankfully when I went to Ella ems to continue to wait on my food I checked it and it didn’t work. So I went back and he gave me a free charger and he said po I was just closing. So boom I go pick up my food I’m trying to charge it no light is lighting up nothing is happening. So I will be back later to just get a refund cause I’m so annoyed. And I hope they can accommodate me cause for one I already expressed last night this was my first time buying one cause I prefer blunts and now look I couldn’t even user I could’ve just went and picked up thinking I was making it easier on myself. So I’ll update when they open at 10 and I go back. Cause no….. Update gave me a new one that works. Gave back the charger and old one.

Excellent service. They really care about getting their customers to keep coming back. I have gone out of my way after moving just to stop in.

Sale person was extremely rude. Asking questions on products and she had no knowledge. I asked for a product that was on the top shelf and she complained about having to get a step stool to reach it for me to see the instructions. I ended up not buying everything I came to purchase.

The price of merchandise is not dramatically different from other Smoking Accessory Stores. Ive never purchased, or even eyeballed any product that is of low quality at A&K. They are my preference over others in the surrounding area. The staffers who are employed here are knowledgeable about the many products that they have. Its always, always, ALWAYS BEEN as clean and neat as a hospital emergency room and very nicely well lit without a solicitor or loiter squad in view for miles. If you have any problems with the store being able to make you feel comfortable enough to return, you should go for a second time when you are having a better day. I am sure you will have a better experience and a different perception of the store than you think you had beforehand. 5, FIVE STARS, 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟, Do The Mathematics !

I have been frequenting A & K on and off for more than 2 years. The owner is professional and the store is well stocked. The store hours work for me.

If i could do zero stars i would, but i wanted to write a review so others dont go here. This place is so cheap and uneducated ! I bought a rig, when I got it I asked the worker about it and he said it would be compatible with the titanium nail i also purchased.. I used it once and the rig completely broke. When i searched online its because the objects do not match due to excesive heat.. mybad. But i asked the guy working there that exact same question and he said it would be completely fine.. unfortunately i did not know this and brought it back but appearently they have no refunds or no exchanges... rip off

We go here twice a week to buy kratom. They carry the best kind for a great price. The staff is friendly too.

They have a great selection for tobacco, vape, and other smoking needs. Prices arent too bad, and the employees are cool. You can get cigarettes, pipes, lighters, incense, grinders, papers, you name it.
