Been going to vapestreet for years as a whole it has been awesome…. Lately the Craig location has either closed early or opened late multiple times . It would be the only criticism. Other than that it’s a awesome shop and source for a wide variety of vape juices

They have everything you need and want. So many choices, so little time. Grab the $15 for $30 off your purchase coupon on Groupon or go to their website and sign up for their email rewards program and get the same deal. Look for sales and discounts throughout the store as well

Bought a disposable vape that was fried after the first charge (not the stores fault but the manufacturers fault). Went to visit today to replace/repurchase and the store was locked and closed. Two other customers were waiting outside. It was 1 hr and 30 mins before closing and the open sign is still on.

I go to this place idk about once a week? And the customer service I receive every time is always top notch. I typically deal with Zack and Brendon a lot and honestly they have never disappointed. They always delivered with the answers to my questions and always great recommendations. The vibe in there is calming and modern feeling. Nice music. A very large variety is mod kits and juices. And lots of collectible merchandise too. I love this place so much. Thank you Zack for your help today!

I went in this store for the first time a few days ago due to a referral from a friend. Great products but the service was not the greatest. I went in and was unfamiliar with the products they offered the guy that was helping me seemed as if there was more important things for him to do. Which is confusing because when I walked in he was just sitting down doing nothing. His energy made me not want to ask any questions because it seemed like I was bothering him. I still ended up spending $100+ but that was because I needed stuff fast and didnt have an option to go somewhere else. He made my shopping experience feel very rushed and I didnt feel comfortable asking any questions.

NEVER open on time. I’ve been here multiple times 30+ minutes after opening and the store is closed. Just change your hours if you don’t want to open on time.

Fantastic customer service, great prices! Just check your disposable mods before you go because we’ve gotten a few duds, no fault of Vape Street of course, they come from the manufacturer like this, so check them before you go. Sometimes the parking can be tricky especially if you’re disabled as I am, there’s no a lot of parking there but they are worth either waiting for a spot or walking if you’re capable. The selection they have is outstanding!! They know their products extremely well and are knowledgeable about new products that are coming out soon. They check you out fast so no waste of time which I love👍🏽👍🏽

Absolutely ridiculous. You open at 10 but sit in your car while customers are waiting to shop?? I sat for 30 mins past the time you open and decided to go somewhere else. I don’t see how you could just sit in your car knowing people were waiting. Especially 30 min past the time you open. I’ll be sure to let others know not to come here.

The people that work here are always really helpful in selecting different new flavors of juice. I really like coming here. Great point reward system. A lot of selection. Cheaper prices than if you order of their site.

Shopping here was a terrible experience. I was told that the Vape Street store honor promotions and they didnt have single promotion. The prices online compared to instore are outrageous. For example they have vape pod products on line going for as low as 17.99, the cheapest pod vape system available was $30 plus tax. They have a great selection of products but this shop isnt any better than a high priced smoke shop. I dont plan on coming back here. The gentlemen working there was the least helpful person Ive ever encountered at a smoke shop, didnt know anything about the products and gave 0 recommendations. I would hire someone else who is friendly to customers, and knows a little more about the products.

Always chat with the guys and they always have what I need for the most part. But I do find myself having to make multiple trips as the shop is closed during business hours half the time

We’ve been dealing with Vape Street since we quit smoking and started vaping which was back in 2016. Thankfully for us there is now a closer location to us here in North Las Vegas.Vape street always has the best selections, a good amount of them and at very competitive prices. That allows us to shop in one place for all our vape needs without having to stop all around town to get everything.Vape street has excellent customer service!! I’ve never went in to make a purchase and come out not singing anything but their praises.Each transaction is fast and efficient due to the low staff turnover, which allows them to know the products well.

Why tf are they never open when they say they will be?? I had to go to a different store to get help with products I bought from this shop. They also close like 1-2 hours early. Who is running this place?? I won’t be back.

Its sad because you have good products and your location is convenient but the fact you dont open when youre supposed to is frustrating. You have a line of people waiting to buy things after 10am and no ones here to open.

This store has a pretty large selection of vape juice , vapes and accessories they also have a nice glass selection. Last time I was there the bottle bought was expired Im guessing it was just a mistake. Everytime I go here they have what I need.

I come here semi regularly most of the time its ok but this is the 3rd time Ive asked for tfv 18 single coil and gotten the double coil which is really frustrating cuz it makes refilling the tank time consuming as the double coil blocks the hole that you put the juice in and it over flows before even a 10th of the tank has been filled and I have to essentially fill it drop by drop instead of a steady stream

I get my salt nic juice here. Pretty good selection, and the counter help is good.

Was here and purchased 2 bottles of liquid will have to say as a long time customer of Vape Street, never again will I come to this location. Customer service is non existent here, no type of customer service skills or interactions.

Usually good experience here, but Im here 43 minutes after theyve supposedly opened and theres not a person in sight.
