They have a huge selection of vapes. Beware buying from the $10.99 rack. Used to get Hyde banana ice flavor two years ago at MSRP, now they’re discounted. Thought I was getting a bargain but there is something wrong with this vape. The flavor tastes like a cigarette. And it doesn’t hit well. Edit: vape doesn’t even work anymore

Staff is friendly caring and very helpful, I came in not sure what I wanted they helped me find what I needed at a low price quickly and efficiently. Ill definitely go again.

If I could give 0 stars are would. They see HIGH POOR QUALITY products. One vape came apart when I unplugged it from the charger and the minute I left the store for buying 1 and getting 50% off the other, NEITHER WORKED and of course they refused to do anything. Don’t waste your money or time here unless you want to throw money away

I bought a bottle of vape juice which cost 27 dollars and they had no smaller bottles. The juice had zero taste and they would not return or exchange. They basically told me tough luck

I do not recommend this store to anyone anymore. The staff has become lazy, bothered, and sarcastic- but the nail in the coffin is when trying disposables and they are already semi-clogged, staff will be pushy about I still see smoke and not want to exchange product. Im not an argumentative person but I am not going to waste my money on products that dont work. Clearly the staff are unable to do any kind of return or exchange without risking their job, and that just doesnt work in the vape industry.

I didn’t get his name but maybe Sam?…he handled himself and a situation like a boss and he should be promoted to management…The girl turned an unfortunate situation into a problem but the guy ran out and gave me his own money right from his pocket to make it right. he should get his money refunded from the store and promoted.

Its decent for getting vape juice. Just purchased some gummies and realized they werent the right ones, went back 5 minutes later and they will not return it. Lame.Update: Went in to exchange the item in question and was told they would not do it as its been more than 48 hours. The product is still in the original packaging and sealed up. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL THIS IS MADE RIGHT. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Mr Smoke was our go-to spot very recently, last 3 months the staff have declined to a level that is disappointing and below standard. Rudeness and laziness is no way to behave to any customer let alone a regular. The staff are unprofessional always with a lag like our presence is an inconvenience they have flat out rejected our requests to order common purchased merchandise and Ive called in prior as this is not close to our home and i like to verify they have what we need in stock multiple times ive been told theres plenty and once i arrive there was a miscommunication on the mg level or whatever excuse which is more than not unacceptable. I hold myself to a specific standard and Mr Smoke has shown they fall utterly short.

Best shop in town, they have the best selection and are open late! They had the flavor I was looking for that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The prices are excellent. The owner/employees are exceptional. Only smoke shop worth the trip.

I was referred to this store by another vape shop so I entered thinking I would find the device for me. The young lady that assisted me was nice & helpful. After deciding on several to choose from she showed me one that I chose to buy. Even though it was overpriced I said what the heck. I asked all pertinent questions then asked what was the return policy? She then asked mgr I presume & she replied 48hours. I thanked them & left their establishment. Seriously...close to 100$ purchase and only 48 hours to return if device is defective? Smh...

This place has everything I needed and Kirstin made sure I knew of all the rewards and everything there was to save me some money.

Mr Smoke, although listed under tobacco shops and has a name like Mr Smoke, does not offer products that contain tobacco. One of the clerks informed me that I couldnt purchase cigarette tubes or a mechanical machine to fill them anywhere. She got a little huffy when I explained Id already purchased the tubes yesterday and now realized I should have bought the machine they had also.

The selection of vape juice is vast, and includes 0% in many of their flavors which is great for those of us trying to ween off 3% and finally quit.Their low and no nicotine vape bars are mediocre, but I assume it is a much harder product to find and less popular.They offer some deals, sales, and rewards programs if those ate important to you.They have delta products, hookah products, and misc other products that don’t come to mind right now.

Super friendly staff. Great rewards system. Usually has good sales. So much more than a vape shop. However, I think they changed vendors because lately the Esco Bars and Fume bars have been burnt or no flavor straight from the package. Many more options to choose from though.

First time going to this store, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they have a wide selection of oils to choose from and reasonable prices, I will definitely come back again.

I went and purchased two pens and 3 deltas. One didnt work I went to take it back after spending almost 200.00 and they refused to give me one of the same value as I had paid. I had to argue just to get the cheaper version. They wanted me to purchase another one with 10% off and the one they sold me NEVER worked. They will never get my business again very poor customer service. Please check your product before leaving that store. Oh and they dont check I.D.

Bought 2 vape batteries and neither worked. They would not exchange or refund. If you like getting ripped off then this is the shop for you.

I have bought vapes everywhere and after tons of wasted money and aggravation I have realized that every gas station and some smoke shops that I have bought my favorite Escobar from at a discounted price tasted totally different or totally disgusting or even worse went out in a day. However at Mr. Smoke my favorite Bubblegum Ice Escobar always tastes great and lasts all week. Ill always drive the extra distance and pay a couple more dollars for quality!
