Truly the dream team of angel workers. My husband treated me to a hydrafacial and a microblading treatment for my non existent eyebrows. Paola performed the facial treatment and she truly has such a gift of healing and craft at what she does. Most definitely will be part of my routine! Alexandra crafted me the most beautiful eyebrows I have never experienced before. My confidence alone through her work combined with the facial I can’t thank them enough!! 12/10 recommend these ladies!!! So grateful to them both

Edited post 2/18/24: Alexandra did my laser hair removal and I’m already noticing a difference after a month of my first session. I am so excited with the progress!!Alexandra did a phenomenal job on my facial and eyelash extensions. She completely cleared my face and minimized my pores and now I have this beautiful natural glow. I’ve also received many compliments on my eyelash extensions!A few years ago, she also did microblading on my eyebrows and her work is always professional. Highly recommend her for all of your cosmetic and skincare needs. I won’t go anywhere else or let anyone touch my face unless it’s Serenity Brows.

I had such a pleasant experience. The staff is very knowledge about their products and procedures they perform. I had very old faded microbladed eyebrows from a different place years ago. Alexandra and Paola fixed my color and shape so beautifully! I’m in love.

I did my eyebrows like 5 months ago “microblading and some other technique she has” that I didn’t even want to, but based on my rookie I experience I went ahead with it. The eyebrows right now look as if I have done very little and wasted $800.00. They’re pricing techniques are approach is very shady, I also did a facial which I went off the pricing list and then Alexandra added some serum and a “cream to add at home” because the effect would be better, and that point what are you going to do? After you finished your facial you don’t want to not have all the effect ( I know I could have said no), but they need to have more pricing transparency. And then their sales tactic is weird, by the time you’re out they’ll be “oh we are booking you for your next facial does this xyz date work for you?” While this is a business and I understand is for the money I see little education on how many potential sections you need for full effect etc. lastly, going back to the eyebrows most of the reviews are most likely as soon as you get out “don’t forget to give me 5 starts” on the day you walk out the eyebrows look really nice and you’re happy, I would say wait 3-5 months to give your honest review. Not coming back here

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial at Serenity Brows Organic Studio. Alexandra (the owner) welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Alexandra is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough in explaining what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. My face and neck have never felt better. I love to come to this place, it’s clean and smells so good, and the ambiance gives you a relaxing feeling so much that I hesitated about leaving when my facial was over! Thanks Again, Alexandra. First of all I’d like to mention that this spa is very clean, cozy and perfect for relaxing and pampering. I met Alexandra the owner when I first came for a facial. She is a very sweet person and knew how to properly assess my skin care needs. After some chemical peels and use of great products she recommended, I am glowing!

I was referred to Serenity Brows; Alexandria about 3 years. I had really bad cystic acne which also caused major scaring & dark blemishes. Alexandria has done nothing but wonders for my skin since walking into her business. I no longer have the acne & have minimal scarring due to being consistent and from her taking care of my skin as well my eyebrows. The studio is very clean and welcoming. I had the best first facial treatment here. Alexandria was very knowledgeable in the procedures and helpful in prescribing what to do next for my skin. The environment was really clean and relaxing, I even managed to fall asleep at the end of my appointment while my mask was setting. I purchased a Groupon for the microdermabrasion facial and the service was so good I wouldve happily paid full price for my treatment (which I dont say often for new places). Will definitely be back!

Love the results of my powder brows! As a physician, I am very particular about where I go for my care. I initially started with Alexandra doing eyebrow waxing, then facials before finally taking the plunge. Perimenopause and thyroid disease had snatched up my eyebrows:(. I asked for microblading but she explained why that wasn’t a good choice for my skin. That meant a lot to me as she could have just taken my money and run. Her prior work had already convinced me that I had made the right choice but her integrity sealed the deal for me.

Hi everyone, today I received the 60min microdermabrasion elite facial. The ambiance was inviting and beautiful. I loved their layout, love their organic and cruelty free concept. You will feel like a queen. The place is well organized and I could tell Alexandra and her team put a lot of effort into decorating the place which shows her passion for her business.The facial was thorough, I felt cleaned and refreshed. I have clogged pores and she really took the time to extract those pesky bumps I hate lol. The products she used felt light and calming, breathable. Alexandra is so professional! Shes passionate about her work and never rushes the appointment. I did my eyebrows last year in July and came for retouch this year. My eyebrows look so perfect and I just retouched to make sure I will have they done for long time again. Serenity Brows is an excellent spa where you are able to get your brows, facials , massages, and Botox and more all in one place! I’ve had only but the best service here and I highly recommend you getting your brows by the owner Alexander who is a professional in her craft and a very personable person. It saddens me to have to leave this review but it is my honest experience. The place is beautiful, clean and has lots of great smells. The employees are all very nice. I have had a hard time with my skin for years and after reading reviews I thought I would try out the spa since people claim to be leaving feeling beautiful. I initially wanted a chemical peel for my acne scars but they told me I needed a facial first so I did thinking they are going to help me with my skin. I went in for my facial and there was no talk about my chemical peel what so ever or talk about my skin concerns. Fast forward after my facial I spoke to a few other aestheticians at different spas, they told me that there’s no reason to have a facial before a peel and they probably were just roping me into their service.The overall experience of the facial is very relaxing and enjoyable except when she was doing extractions. I don’t have cystic acne but I do have deep under the skin pimples in clusters on my check and chin area and old scars from tying to get them out. I have gotten facials before and know that you usually break out after because the facial brings everything to the surface but this was by far the worst I have even broken out in my life, cystic acne everywhere. I didn’t have much congestion in my skin going into the facial yet she was picking at my face in places I have not seen acne before like my forehead. The extraction hurt but I didn’t say anything because I figured they were the professionals. Again I went in there initially for help with my acne scars but I left with more redness on my face than I did going in. Again I know this is expected but usually redness fades in a day or two, I got my facial Thursday and it’s now Saturday, the redness is still there, acne everywhere and even worst of all I am starting to get scabs on my face from where she was digging in! I canceled my next appointments with them because I’m devastated on how bad my skin is right now. I would post pictures but I am truly embarrassed, I am 23 years old and look like a pubescent teenager having angry break outs all over my face. It looks like I am going to scar even more from her poking and picking at my face. I just do not think this was handled correctly and again my concerns were ignored.It hurts my heart because they seem like such nice people and they do take care of you very well! Like I said the place is very clean and the experience was amazing besides the extraction part. I just do not think this is a place where people should go if they have acne concerns but definitely would recommend trying them out since everyone has a different experience):

This spa is beautiful!You can tell the owner, Alexandra, has poured all her love and dedication into her place. The decorations are tasteful and elegant, it is small, but she has done a wonderful job at making it work.She is talented at her craft, she definately knows what she is doing. She takes her time, even if it takes her 5 hours, she will make sure you are satisfied and that she is happy with the work she has done.The services are priced a bit on the higher end, but it is compensated with professionalism and great quality work. Which at the end of the day, is what everyone wants...a job done well!

Alexandra is hands down the best semi-permanent makeup artist in CT. She is honest in giving feedback and will advise on what looks good on me. For example I have small eyes and she suggested I NOT do eyeliner on bottom. I get so many compliments on my 3D Brows and top lid eyeliner. It is great not having to wear mascara or filling in my eyebrows! I strongly recommend Serenity Brows!

So happy with my microbladed eyebrows ! Last year I went else where to get them done not once but twice and I had NO strokes whatsoever. I was so disappointed and blamed it on my oily skin, but I took the courage to get them done with Alex after following her on Instagram and I am SO happy I did. When you walk into the spa, you already feel relaxed. The place is very nice and clean, but the ambiance is very zen. I got a microdermabrasion facial and she (i dont recall her name) did a really good job, everyone told me my skin was glowing afterwards. She also did a good job at cleaning out my pores, they were non-existent! I definitely am going to go back again and maybe try something else!

The studio is very clean and Alexandria makes you feel very comfortable. So far I have had a facial, chemical peel and microblading done.

I had the absolute best experience at Serenity Brows! I had old microblading which had faded and never really gave me the shape or look I wanted. Gloria helped me decide on a color and shape and was able to mix me the perfect custom color for my brows. The whole process took about 4 hours which was very relaxing. The spa is stunning, clean and modern with state of the art equipment. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. Gloria and her staff took such good care of me from start to finish. The actual brows were not painful or uncomfortable at all and Gloria was as gentle as can be. My results are INCREDIBLE. Its now the next day and i have no pain and they look wonderful.I will be back in a few weeks for lips amd eyeliner and facial treatments. This place is a hidden gem!! Seriously...GO HERE

I purchased a microdermabrasion session thru Groupon and ended up also buying an eyelash tinting. Alexandra and her Assistant were warm and friendly and the services were top notch! She went above and beyond with my facial, providing a coffee scrub, extraction, etc. as well as the purchased microdermabrasion. Often I feel that services purchased thru Groupon result in a subpar service but everything I got far exceeded my expectation and the cost of purchase. Ill be going back again for regular facials and eyelash tinting and I recommend their services to everyone!!

I could never have been happier with my eyebrows than today, Alexandra does an impeccable job in everything she does and I am very happy with the result, I would return a thousand times.

Went in for an eyebrow wax and the customer service was below average. Plus she dropped wax in my hair. She doesn’t ask the customer what they want or what they are looking for out of the service. Then charged me $21 for a horrible wax job. Will not be returning. Very mediocre and outdated way of waxing. I am positive she is buying reviews.
