Glass N More Store

Terrible customer service. Felt rushed, and cashier was impatient/rude. I was given the wrong pieces while asking for help figuring out what I needed. Nothing even went together and then found out there was no refunds or replacements even if pieces are unused. The lady was even rude when I called about insisted I was wrong when I was literally confirmed it myself giving me a sarcastic attitude. Id strongly suggest other places in town they have better selections and better prices anyways.

I was denied service by the young lady just because I touched the corner of the glass. When I asked why was she getting upset at me for touching the corner. She then responded Because YOU ARE OBNOXIOUS! Ive never been treated so unfairly and I was humiliated and embarrassed.

Truthfully, the guy that waited on me acted like he could care less that I was even in there! And I thought I spent a fair amount of money in there, no thanks to him..Really!!I totally expected a bit MORE customer service than what I GOT! It was like pulling teeth just to get my questions answered.Very upsetting, to be honest with everyone.

There is one sale person there that is pushy and rude she open my breeze threw contain away and told me I bought it all other sale clack mention it is recommended to try it before you leave not her she will open it dispose it then tell you you bought it .... How so if she open it she bought it if shes working I will return the next day would not give me her name neither not a fan of hers I did how ever give her my name and phone number dont get me wrong I love this store just not her..

First time going into the store was Aug 5th, 2019. Edibles are now legal and I heard they carry them there and I wanted to try them. Walked in and was instantly greeted by Jaime, who answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products and super friendly and the store was clean too. Only bad thing I can say is I wasnt even sure they were open being that the sun beats down on their OPEN sign and I wasnt sure if they were open (even though it was after 10am) and was going to leave till I saw someone walking out. So glad I saw that! Lol. I guess I could have tried the door as well...lol. I am headed back over there tomorrow so get some more edibles since I will be going to a couple other stores as well.

Id rather drive 25 minutes out of my way to go to Kali Daze in Sandusky, than support this mediocre place.

Just left the store. One other customer in the store that was just browsing. The clerk couldnt even take 2 seconds to acknowledge I walked in the door . No biggy, went about browsing.... 5 mins or so later I was pretty settled on my choices. So i stood at the counter about another minute or two. Mean while the clerk and the other individual.were mildly engaged. So after about 10 mins of not even being acknowledged I walked out, hoping to hear an apology as I walked slowly to the door but still nothing . You obviouslyappreciate your customers so Ill take my business elsewhere.

Have went a few times and store was closed during buissness hours. Prices are high also same kratom available at smoke shop across town for less then half the price. New location is cluttered and set up strange.

Friendly staff, way over priced items. Prices are double compared to online. Items also missing parts, no return policy. Friendly staff but needs alot of improvement.

Great selection and pricing. Also has rewards program. The guy working was very helpful is making decisions. Great incense, oils, glass pipe, hookah selections, and more. Will definitely be going again.

They close at 8 i called just before 8pm because i really needed an item and the employee was awesome to stay open a few more minutes to help me. Great place. Awesome workers!!!

I personally think its bad for business when you show up to a store that says open online just to find out they are closed! Thought i would give this spot another chance but once again ive been failed!Ill take the extra time out of my day and travel to rainbow daydream in Amherst!

4 stars with the price being the main reason not a 5. Unless that one condescending girl is working...then 1 star on those days 😂

LMAO! I took my children here to buy glasses. Turns out they do not sell glasses or stem wear. Thats my bad. The store was clean and the clerk was nice and understanding.

Very helpful staff. Made sure all of the products I purchased worked and charged.

This is the brand new location of the Glass N More stores. I love this group, and am happy there a place besides the local Puckerfish.It has all the for tobacco use only stuff that people seem to enjoy, but I come here for the juices. They make their own, and they have some incredible flavors. Acai, huckleberry, their version of Swedish Fish, and tons more. They also make mine in 24 nic, which is refreshing from stores that dont carry it.Since they just opened, they dont even have a phone number, and still have to get the store filled- but a good start so far.

Everything is ridiculously over priced and my ooze 1100v battery broke on the same day I got and wouldnt do anything about it I spent over 30$ on thier product they SELL AND WOULDNT EVEN DO AN EXCHANGE..

Helpful sales people.Nice clean place.Wide variety of smoking accessories.Mostly everything is inexpensive.
