Interestingly, Ive been coming here for awhile. But I feel like recently theyve been selling fake ones. I bought an airmax bar and the packaging and material of the vape feels so cheap and made out of plastic which isnt how it usually feels. Also the puffs werent as hard hitting as usual. Pretty sure its a fake as Im an occasional vaper lol sad Ive been sold a fake item by them for an overpriced value. One of the guys was trying hard to sell two for 40$... either way, disappointed in their quality of products

Tried liking this place, the vape items they have are sub par. As I went back to get my broken disposable vapes replaced because they first ones I spent 50 dollars on didn’t work. Their were other customers there replacing broken devices as well. I wish they did have better devices and products since it’s closest to me, but eh. Actual vape shops are much better.

One of the best smoke shops ive been to they have everything a smoker needs. Went there for disposable vapes and they had a huge selection like 20 different brands at least. I walked out with a couple vapes for a really good deal will definitely be coming back here havent seen better prices anywhere else

The employee whom worked the A.M. shift was mostly a great help at doing his job with good assistance and made good communication when conversating and all but also, he had accidentally forgotten to place my Original RAW joint wraps pack in my bag of other new goodies I had purchased with it the morning of 10/21/20 so that was a bit upsetting since I originally went because I needed joint wraps anyway sadly lol... Then again as my overall review is that I am still happy with my other products I had purchased there that morning regardless though at least hah.. 😅👍😊

I bought a sourin air and it stopped working after 2 weeks. The guy working said all he can do is give me $5 off a brand new set up. If you’re going to purchase a vape from here I recommend going to a shop that knows how to fix sourins or replace them for free. Disappointed with my purchase.

This guy is a joke. He told me he had a glass for my smok x8 that I purchased there , over the phone he very rudely and eagerly said he had it but when I got there he had a bunch in a small box very unorganized. He tryd to put a bunch of different ones on and tried to sell me one that clearly did not fit. He flat out made me waste my time, money and resources.

The guy tried to cheat me cuz i tried to buy a three-pack of pods that were pre-opened(i have a nicotine addiction so i need my fix). after about 4 times, he tried to sell me another 3-pack for $20 rather than $15 that he previously charged me. i mean its fine if he sold me an UN-opened box of my favorite flavor, but to charge an extra 5 bucks? im taking my business elsewhere(at least somewhere they DONT pre open the damn box)

Went there to get hardware for my sons skateboard. Very friendly gentlemen helped us and let us use his wrench to fix his board. They also have lotto! I dont smoke, but they have a lot if interesting things.

This place is over priced and the minute you walk in the cashier rushed to stand next to you asking you what you need in the first 30 seconds of your visit . You feel like you cant walk around too much or browse too much because of the heavy presence.

I bought 2 Puff disposable cigs... 1 didnt work and they let me exchange for a new 1 with no hassle. That to me is great customer service!

I went to buy and the long-haired guy treated me very badly. He didnt want to serve me because he was busy and wasnt doing anything, and when I told him to wait on me, he insulted me and didnt want to sell me. He was disrespectful. I called the owner. Check that detail with your worker.
