I’ve been coming to this place since they first opened, and it has consistently been a great spot for a relaxing massage. The same management is still in place, which ensures the quality remains top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable and soothing massage experience, this is the place to go!

I call for massage and sks for the price, she said 55. When try the pay she charge 3 dollar for transacción and the counter ask how much for tips i say 10 dollars and she say is more tips is one hour. Tips is not obligation is donation. Horrible place and i see why is empty always

Blue Moon such is my weekly go-to spa in town but without leaving a single comment until now. The environment and the amenities are what make them special out of all those spas near by. My biggest recommendation is their STEAM ROOM. I’ve been stick with their steam room lately since the weather is getting super cold. The masseuse are nice and welcoming.

Bad service and the lady asked for the tips that’s weird when someone says something to the tips

It was a good session I must say, Jenny is good. I just need the massage to be a little bit longer. Its what you pay for not Massage Envy or a Spa resort but just enough to get the knots and tension out. Ill be back as I always do. Thanks guys for doing what you guys do.

The manager forgot to write down my appointment, so I have to wait about 30 mins for the service. Then the staff did really quick to finish, so they could take the next appointment.And the staff is ask for at least $20 (%40), when I said I only agreed for $10 (%20 tip), she talked about me by Chinses with other staff and attitude to me.Never come back again !!!

Just clear and short! After the massage they stand in front of the door and avoiding me from getting out without paying them tips. Never ever will go to this massage center again, and l suggest you all for NOT going to this massage center at all. 👎

One of the few legit place where you get a good massage without any funny business or tip gouging. As an added benefit, they have a steam sauna room you can use that does miracles for the tired body.Rooms itself are very clean and most of the masseuse speak limited English; but they do speak enough to understand if you want them for a hard or medium massage. Rates are reasonable at $45 an hour but if you find the right masseuse go for their 90 minute massage instead. One minor critique (and its probably because of space issue) is their shower stall shares the same space as their washer/dryer and mop bucket. Place does get busy so make sure you call ahead.

My normal spot could see me in the two hour window I had. So, I took a chance on this new place. I was pleased the second I walked in the door. The place looks nice and professional. They had an opening and took me to a nice room that was clean and nicely appointed. The masuse who entered the room began by ask one questions about my pain and my preferences. Form there i had a wonderful massage. The price was the same as my normal spot, but the ambiance and quality of massage was better. Bulue Moon Spa is my new spot for weekly treatment.

I loved. It was amazing, a gem of oakland, glad I went. These people complaining about tips🙄🙄 if you dont have money for a massage+tip, you shouldnt get this type of luxury.

You get what you pay for in this situation. Affordable, not necessarily the most professional place. But overall, not bad. But I do agree with the other comments mentioning privacy, you can hear the door opening/closing while your on the table, possibly exposed.

I would not recommend this place, since the massage is mediocre but what seemed very strange to me was that the masseuse demanded a higher tip after we already tip her.

Was in town. Looked around for a massage. Decided on this one based upon the reviews. Loved it! Only thing was they didnt do my feet at all which i found strange. Maybe its an add on or something. Other than that one of the best massages i have received.

Massage is good here but expected to pay at least $20 from tip they asked for more when you give them $10, if a massage is $50 tip $10 is 20% at at $20 tip is 40% tip which to meet is ridiculous but a lot of massage parlors are doing this now

Old ladies in their 60. Dont know how to massage. Worst place I ever go in my life. Never come back. Dont come here waste your money!!!
