Angel gives an amazing massage and Trish does an awesome job with hair. They each have excellent listening skills, and adapt their individualized services to meet the clients needs. My husband prefers a relaxing massage, whereas I have trouble spots requiring a firmer, more therapeutic touch. Angel was great with each of us. Trish took time to discuss my hair, the texture, how it doesnt react to styling, etc. Therefore, she chose a dry cut for my fine, fly away hair. Then she washed it and rather than fight to style it, it fell perfectly! Bravo, ladies. We will definitely return.

Amazing! My daughter wanted purple in her hair so for an early birthday surprise I took her to see Kim on a recommendation. Her hair is beautiful and she is ecstatic. The woman next to us was getting her hair braided and it looked beautiful as well. We will be back.

I got my fist perm back in March, I didnt know that my hair was supposed to be checked for thickness and how healthy it was before the perm, my stylist Denise said my hair was good, and permed me with very small perm rods, I said I wanted a Mane like the blonde off Carrie Diaries. The perm solution burned my scalp and face, I may have been allergic? But no test was done to check. After the perm was rinsed out I looked like a poodle! Some of my hair on the right side of my head didnt even take my perm. She offered to re-perm it in a day or so, Which I declined to do b.c it would have further damaged my hair. Before the perm my hair was long to my bra strap, I have since had so much breakage I have had it cut into a bob. MY hair is falling out in clumps. I spoke with a different salon and she informed me that there should have been spacers in my bands for the rods, to minimize breakage and that the perm rods she used were the smallest and not the right size for Fine hair. I am so upset. I have spoken with the salon twice and she refuses my phone calls. I spent 150$ for this disaster! And a 50$ tip.... The perm was to Relax to the curls I wanted In afew days... And nothing to show but my head balding! I would recommend you stay clear of this salon! I am almost in tears my hair is so ruined!

Do not go here!!! I called to make an appointment 4 separate times and no answer. I saw a review that recommended Facebook messaging so I did and got a pretty quick response. Their hours say they are open until 8pm, and I was looking for a wax, but they would not agree to a 7:00 appointment, saying it was too late. I was asked if I could do 6pm instead. I showed up at 6:30, the agreed appointment time, after rushing to leave work, and no one was there! A woman inside let me in and called the owner to find out. 35 minutes later the woman showed up yelling explicatives we could hear from inside. She came in flustered and limping, with a massive mark on her leg, saying she had more down her chest. She was acting weird and we could hear her crying in the back. I quickly and nervously left. I was concerned for safety and sanitation. I do not recommend this place. I am appalled.

If Google allowed zero stars thats what Id give. Received a groupon for cut and style. Called a couple times but no response, so I sent FB message, responded quickly. Made an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked. I messaged and called again. She messaged back that she had an emergency. I rescheduled. Again same result. I looked in the heavily tinted windows and the entire place is empty.

If 0 stars was an option, thats what Id give. My daughter and I had a groupon for two facials. First time we called, never called back. So we went over. Waited 15 minutes, in the rain for them to open. Gave up. Tried again. A nice man with spiky black hair greeted us right away. We didnt realize there was a price difference for someone with acne (daughter). So I offered to pay difference. He agreed. Nice guy. Hence the one star.We arrived the day of our appointment, only to find theyd put us down for the wrong day. The man there was very nice, extremely apologetic, and agreed to give us what we needed for no extra charge the following weekend.FANTASTIC.Well, We showed up, and the lady there said he had no right to offer that, and wouldnt honor it. Id have to pay an additional $60.00 or something like that. I refused, as this was our 2nd attempt, wed been promised, etc etc. She dug in. I asked for the mgr, who was conveniently not there. So she texted said me. But by then, I was so angry at this lady that I wouldnt have enjoyed a facial from her had she given in. So I just said You know, this is the worst customer service I think Ive ever experienced! Very unprofessional! Just forget it. And we wont be back. And we walked out.And will NEVER return.DONT GO THERE.

I love the people here and how simple everything was. For my first experience with a massage here, the masseuse called in a friend to cover and nothing was less than expected. I did a combo deep tissue massage and a hot stone massage that was worth every penny. I left feeling inclined to come back soon for another.

I had an extremely upsetting experience. My 4 yo granddaughter had her hair done...was in there for 1 hour at the most. When done...she charged me $400.00 for a 4 yo!!! I was in shock and would never go back or recommend!!!

If I could give this salon and stylist 0 stars I would. Anyway, went to this hair salon got a natural kinky style cut and color and left out with a butchered hairdo. It was uneven and looked undone all for the bargain price of $145. I got home and was crying my eyes out. My friend wanted me to call them back 10mins after i got home and she saw my head, but, i refuse go back and allow them to touch my head ever again. I would rather cut my legs off at the knees with a chainsaw. If you have natural hair, do yourself a favor and avoid this amateur hair salon. Spend the extra time and money and go to ATL. Smdh I look a hot damned mess now, and I dont want to even go to work tomorrow

Trish did a fine job cutting my hair last week. Even though I live in Pensacola, I will be back. I will be in Gainesville for some time soon, so I will make another appointment. Thanks

Love it! Great place to get your hair done . Kim and Denise are awesome ! They both will hook ya up with great Hair cuts ,color, extensions, waxing and all .

I have had sooo many bad experiences in my past ....until i met Kim. I absolutely will go NO where else. I adore her...and the friends i know who come here, have REALLY been happy with their results.

Worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional. Between the cursing and sexual innuendos I couldnt get out of there fast enough. On top of that, my hair was a train wreck when I left. I went in for a trim and came out with 6 inches chopped off and still had to go to another salon in order to get the cut fixed because it was so horrible.

May be good at their job. However, very Unprofessional when it comes to keeping appointments. You call to make an appointment and no one return your calls. You show up for your appointment and no ones there. Sign said walk in welcome you showed up no ones there. Left and came back an hour and a half later no one there.....

Aesthetic interior; and friendly, professional staff members. These stylists know what they are doing, and do a swell job at it. (Locations not too bad, too.)

How are you supposed to make an appointment? Theres no way to do so online and they dont answer the phone. It just keeps ringing. No voicemail anything?!
