She took the time to confirm and work on my areas of concern and I left feeling 100x better. I promise if you book with Natasha you’ll only be disappointed that you didn’t book a longer session. Had a massage today, with Natasha. Wow! it was great, she knew the exact pressure to apply and muscle knots to hit. She made the most and best of the 60 min. Ask for her, when you go.

This was my first time going here and omg Michelle is a miracle worker. My back feels so much better! I’ve been to a spa in nj before I moved but omg she is the best. Every single knot and tension I had disappeared. I feel completely awesome

Absolutely amazing. The amount of relief that I had was unspeakable. Sally is very personable and communicative to ensure comfortability and ensure the pressure isn’t too light or isn’t too much. She told me to come back in 4 weeks …. But I’m going back in 2 :) I’ve been getting massages for years and this is hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life.

Melissa was amazing! I was in and out super quickly (but still got my full appointment time) and my pain relief has been amazing. This was my first massage and everyone was very accommodating and really helped me relax.

Michelle was fantastic! She makes you very comfortable and is very easy to communicate with. I let Michelle , no I wanted slightly less pressure than a deep tissue- I let her know I’d never had a deep tissue massage before so I was a little anxious about being hurt but I also wanted relief from some aches and pains. There were brief moments where I felt I was at the edge of my comfort level as far as the amount of pressure, and she instinctively backed off. I knew those were my tightest areas and realize she was working them out. I’m sure I’ll be a little sore later, but it was a fantastic massage and exactly what I was looking for. I absolutely would recommend Michelle and definitely would use her again.

Brittany LMT was amazing! She released all the tension I had and anxiety for my upcoming surgery. Highly recommend her! And I am an ex massage therapist!

From checking in with a courteous receptionist to having Melissa ask me about my current health and pressure required- it was FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend treating yourself to a relaxing and beneficial massage with Melissa or one of Massage Envy’s therapists. We owe it to ourselves.

Jahzeel made my first experience very memorable. She asked and explained the process and was patient with me. Table, sheets and blankets were very warm. It was hard to NOT fall asleep, I wanted to remember everything about my visit. Jahzeels hands were warm and gentle hitting all the right places. Can hardly wait for my next visit.

Shout out to Natasha at Massage Envy in Ocala, FL!!! I don’t particularly care or like deep pressure massages, because they tend to always leave me very sore! BUT when I tell you, she has my back and legs, especially my back, feeling like new!!!!! Amazing job! Put me to sleep too! Lol

Honest review... I tried this location a few times a couple years ago and wasnt really happy. However, more that there is new management or had really turned around, much better experience and Jennifer is a great massage therapist!

I enjoyed my massage, a lot of my back pain dissipated afterwards.My facial with Kristy was wonderful. My face seemed more firm and the skin under my eyes looked so much younger.

I received a Massage Envy gift card for my birthday. I wound up getting a 90 minute full body massage from Chris. It was amazing. He worked on the areas I told him were giving me problems. Particularly my neck and shoulders. I felt so much better when I left. Make sure you arrive early to fill out questionnaire and get undressed because it will cut into your massage time. He stopped about 10 minutes before the 90 minute mark and he started about 10 minutes into my start time. So I lost about 20 minutes. Other than that, it was awesome and Id return. Oh and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming.

Really great if you want to spend 100 dollars on scrubs for one day of work that you DID want to do but then someone did a he said she said and like little children they believed each other and without consulting me or getting my side like they do with their precious members I simply get fired over the phone they just want your stupid money they talk about you behind your back go to hand and stone

Update: Received a wonderful microderm from Joan. My skin is now dewy and glass-like. She addressed all my skin care concerns and is a really sweet person. We have nice banter. Cant wait to book again with her.

Kristy helped me realize my facial skin was dry. It soaked up the masks she put on. She also gave me a hand mask that was super relaxing. Because I did the 90 minute facial, I got a neck massage too. What a treat. Kristy is great!

My massage therapist mined on to greener pastures and Michelle was recommended as some who is similar to Jen in her pressure. My massage with Michelle was wonderful! Her rhythmic technique was soothing as well as relieving. I have already booked an appointment with her for next month!

It was an amazing experience. The lady doing my facial was friendly and very professional. I really enjoyed my facial it was so relaxing. I even upgraded my service but was well worth it. My skin felt great, and I was glowing. Since I did get married the next day it really helped my wedding day to give me a glow.

My experience was with Michelle. She gave me a 90 minute derp tissue massage. She was awesome!! She has strong hands and she knows what she is doing. During the massage she asked how was everything feeling and I liked that . She was great..I think I had her only twice. When I go back for massage if its not Michelle, I dont want it. For my facial Kristy is my favorite. I always look glowing after she gives me facial. She has a very pleasant personality, and welcoming.

Self-care is essential! I like to think of the travel analogy modified, Take care of yourself first, so you can effectively do the same for others. Massage Envy helps me towards those goals. I am pleased with Kristy. She is so personable, knowledgeable & pleasant. Any question I have, she helps educate me about my skin & explains the professional grade products to me. Jen was great! I was in substantial pain from poor ergonomics. She found knots that I didn’t know existed and I was much better when I left. This is not a problem that can be fixed in one session but we’re clearly on the right track.

Bit pricey but they have a deal on a membership. Really really nice place though they have warming tables and really experienced people. Also just the environment and how they do things is very professional and calming

I received a gift card for thus place and it would be my first time. I came in for a facial with an add on of an ozone wand. It was suppose to be a 60 minute facial. The girls were sweet and professional however my facialist only worked on my face for 45 minutes. My appointment was at 11 and I got there 5 minutes before for paperwork and left at 11:48. even with a 15 dollar add on which was waved over my face maybe for 30 seconds total. I will not be going back again. Please be accurate with your time expectations on you website. If I am paying for the 5minutes it takes to setup and break down a session that needs to be included otherwise i was expecting a full 60 minutes or at the very least a full 50 minutes of the actual facial.

I have membership as I need monthly massages due to my job. Jennifer is amazing! She listens to my concerns and adjusts my therapies as needed. Deep tissue can hurt some if youve never had it, but its necessary for my knots and Jennifer does a great job.

Jennifer took great care to work out a stubborn knot in my back and she knew just how much pressure to apply, to still making it a relaxing experience.

Massage was okay, but the experience was lacking. Increased price with less amenities, such as guests no longer receive hot towels on the massaged areas. That small omission dampened my experience.

Noelymar was very patient and informative while working on me . She explained what I could expect and what she was doing every step . My facial was everything. My face feels and looks amazing. LeAnn is the BEST. My biggest complaint is securing appts wanted. Been a ME member for over 15 years and coming to Ocala for last 6 years but means nothing. I ask for appointments out as far as possible for same or close to time slot wanted but once a new calendar section opens it gets filled without any notice to your long term clients. Aggravating as he@&

Jen asked and listened about what sreas needed attention. She crafted that massage specifically to my needs. Jen and staff were personable and professional. Will definitely return.

Orlando’s Massage was absolutely amazing and such a relief. The deep pressure massage always hurts in the beginning because I have a lot of knots but it’s worth the pain. As soon as the pain is over I relax and turn the whole world off around me and just breathe. These Self Care days are needed definitely recommend.

I had a microdermabrasion facial by Kristy. Kristy was very knowledgeable about skin, products and prevention but also professional with an approach that felt like I knew her for years! Definitely will be getting another one & recommended her 100% (ps -my skin looks amazing)

Had a facial with Kristy at the Ocala Massage Envy--Kristy is great!! Just wish all 60-minute sessions (this includes massages as well) were actually 60 minutes, not the 40 minutes you actually get. Expensive for 40 minutes. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.

Wonderful! Michelle gives awesome and relaxing massages;always ensures my needs/areas of pain are fully massage and relaxed. My first time going I asked for a lower back (Ive had lower back pain for years and it got worse) focus with a full body massage, and she completely re-alined my back and Ive had no pain since! I have been a member of Massage Envy for probably 5 years. The one is West Palm Beach is great. The one in Ocala, is awful. They can never get you in with who you want unless you book at least a month out! Their employees also work crazy hours so if you do find someone you like good luck fitting in to their schedule!

I’ve given this location a few chances & I agree with my coworkers who say the same thing. While yes it is relaxing, the massage therapist here do not give a therapeutic massage & if you have a career that depends on getting regular massages I do not recommend.If you want a light relaxing massage yes, but if you have any knots in your back they only get to the surface level and you leave with the same knots you walked in with just slightly smaller.

90 minute massage with Lian: she used hand held massage gun on my tight upper back and hamstrings, then firm pressure full-body massage, some stretching, finished with head and neck massage. She provided a very nice service!

Massage envy of Ocala is awesome. If you like a firm massage definitely book with Orlando. He is always professional. He works out my kinks and knots in my back like no one else. You might have to tell him to ease up sometimes as he has super strong hands but overall, one of the best massage therapists I have been to!

Called for an hr and a half massage, scheduled for 8:30pm and was called 2 hrs before appointment time. I was told because I worked with this location I cannot come back for any type of service. Joan said it was a corporate policy, yet when calling another location they had no idea what I was saying and couldn’t believe that I was treated this way. I choose this location as it is close to home and so I wouldn’t have to drive out of town for a good massage. This is discrimination by not allowing someone to come in for a service because they had worked here. Many locations said it’s not a corporate policy it’s just a location policy as they have previous employees come in for services to the same location they had worked. This location has nothing but horrible policies and really bad discrimination acts. I do not recommend this location period.

Alexandra was amazing she was able to find all of my knots and make them go away without the pain of massaging knots away. Front desk staff were very polite helpful. If you get massages regularly this place is great if you join as a member. They also keep you covered well and can adapt to your level of comfort.

Great massage therapists. Ralf is wonderful. He really helped release the tension on my back and my vertebrae started to align themselves. Its the only place Ive been th a t have breast pillows, particularly good for women that had mastectomies and implants.

Orlando is a very skilled therapist. He had just the right amount of strength to ease the tension in my body seven weeks post surgery. Thank you Orlando.

I bought my dad a $75 gift card, he called to book it and they made him give his credit card info, ok!!! But when he got to his appt they charged his credit card another 65$!!! When I called the manager was extremely rude refused to reimburse my dad his 65$ back!!!The manager said she doesn’t except the e-cards. But they took it and they still charged his card!!! I would never recommend them to anyone. They apparently don’t care to correct what they did, just stole his money. What is a gift card for if it’s not to pay for the service

Had my first massage at the ocala location and Jennifer was my massage therapist, I am use to light to medium pressure. Jennifer gave me the pressure I desired however, I feel like when I was asked to turn over and lay on my back she did not spend more then 30 seconds on each arm, leg, and neck area. I know each massage therapist is different and has their own style of massage, I just feel that the time couldve been utilized better so that my entire body was cared for and not what felt like 40 minutes on my back side and 10 minutes on the front. I signed up for the membership because I need massages but I will be trying another massage therapist to find my match. All in all though Jennifer was good but not the best I’ve had.

My masseur ( Chris) found more problems than I thought. He worked very hard to “fix” it , but I think I’ll be seeing him again.Very nice , very professional .

I typically love Massage envy, I travel a lot so I like the option of all their locations. This one in particular I set up a 90min massage over the phone. The front desk female answered very unwelcoming, which is rare for most massage envy’s. After taking a while to set up my apt (which I wasn’t upset about, I know some people are new and take a little longer) but there was absolutely no customer service involved. After me thanking her she just hung up, so I called back Immediately and cancelled. I’d rather save my massage (since I’m a member) for a better location with quality customer service.

Enjoyed an excellent facial with Hannah! She was gentle and really creating a space and experience that promotes true relaxation.

Terrible customer service, do not fall for being a member, it is not worth the cost at all. The bill you for a whole hour but cut out 10 min before before to discuss the massage and to get undressed and 5 min after to get dressed. Why am I pre-filling out what I would like via a survey if we are going to reduce time for 10 min to discuss? And why am I paying for a whole hour then? By the way you cannot cancel your plan, even though they say this when you sign up, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THIS QUESTION, you have the option to freeze your account for 6 months max but will resume as normal until you hit your year mark. You can also transfer your massage to someone else (provided they meet the exception and still pay 10$). Find your self a regular massage therapist who has their own practice and wont hit you with rules, regulations and fines.

So my girlfriend seem to like the service she got for the facial and the massage. But unfortunately upon scheduling myself I had to reschedule due to work and instead of rescheduling they just charged my debited card the full amount which I had already bought a gift card to cover the massage. We will never use this place again. I was planning on purchasing gift cards for relatives to this establishment but not now! Bad experience would not recommend you cant reschedule.

Orlando is a very good message therapist. I go to message envy once a month to see Orlando for a great message and 30 minute stretch

Oh man, where do I start? Stephanie is a goddess with her hands. Went here before work and I guarantee I will perform better with my customer service today because of her. Will be coming back 100% will not see anyone else. If shes not available, I will come back when she is. Best massage Ive ever had. 10/10. I will spend the rest of my day care free and relaxed.
