Tried this store out AMAZING, I am slowly becoming un thrilled with my other go to shop. This place just became numero UNO!! Was super impressed with this place , sales clerk really new his stuff! Super helpful , like he actually cared !! Will definitely be the FIRST choice go to , from now on! Cant wait to try the other available products !!

My husband and I have been coming to this shop for roughly 2 months now and we absolutely love it. Its clean, always fully stocked, they have everything we need, and the stuff is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, they truly care about their customers, and are always very helpful. I recommend this smoke shop out of all of them and if we could give them a hundred star rating we would. Truly a quality smoke shop. These shops are hit and miss, I shop here gladly. The owner Evan really knows his stuff and his crew Veronica, Lindsay and Chad are brilliant also. I haven’t stepped into the tattoo parlor yet so I cannot comment on that aspect of this merchant

Let me start out with I normally don’t do reviews but I was so impressed that I just had to. You walk in and the shop is super clean, smells great and the staff were truly friendly and welcoming. This is by the far the best smoke shop that I’ve been to! No matter the reason for stopping by, they have great selections in literally everything they had. They went above and beyond to bring so many different choices to their customers. Vapes, wraps, glass, flower, you name it, the selections were plenty and great! The prices are the BEST I’ve seen by far. Plus they have great deals on top of that?! Yes, please. The customer service was top notch. They took their time and answered all of my questions and I had tons! They didn’t make me feel bad about asking questions in fact I would say they encouraged them. Took the time and the patience to explain everything to me. I’ve never purchased flower from a smoke shop before. And now I’m kicking myself wondering why? The flower here looks way better than at the dispensary!! The kind that I purchased was amazing! I’m still shocked how great it is! Do yourself a favor and stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

Alrighty so I didn’t want to have to write a negative review on this business but they gave me no other option . Me and my wife go here at least every two weeks and spend hundreds.. we did so because we were told anything is fully refundable by them if it breaks , we bought a very expensive overpriced btw lookah sea horse max pro and it was defective day one of bringing it home and they told me to come in to switch it out the same exact day I bought it … we went and we were denied for a replacement and was told you have to contact the people who make the vape pen … I’ve never heard or seen a business that won’t replace an item that they sold you but I would not purchase from here , none of them really know what their selling , and have countless times tried selling me the wrong tips every time for their vapes . I recommend going to the place on 200 next to Pizza Hut , they are cheaper then lucky bucks . Lucky bucks OVER CHARGES for their lookah stuff anyway . There seems to be no manager that I can get ahold of either . So much miscommunication and money lost at this place . We thought we could trust this company . I will no longer drive 30 minutes out of my way for a place that isn’t loyal to their customers . I’m stuck with a defective vape pen and tips I can’t even use now ! That were So now I’m out of over 200$Image below shows the defective piece that broke the same day , also won’t detach for me to be able to switch the mouth pieces out

I bought a can of butane, a glass piece for $100, and a torch for $49. The piece leaks and the torch wont stay lit long enough to heat the nail. Would not exchange or refund anything. Left junk in store and left vowing never to return. Out $149 PLUS TAX

Very clean and organized and welcoming. If they are out of what you need they do their best to get it back in stocks ASAP. Overall great place run by even better people! Third time repeat customer that will not be taking my business back. Went in to the store today looking for a replacement glass piece for my Magna Carta 2. Was sold a nice custom glass piece, that the employee confirmed would fit my Magna Carta 2 for $199.99. As soon as I got I home I noticed the base of the glass didn’t fit my Carta 2. If I had known it wouldn’t fit I would not have bought it.Went back to the business 1 hour later same day for a return or exchange and the employee felt bad for giving me incorrect information/selling me an incorrect product but then only offered me in-store credit due to policy. I also brought my Magna Carta 2 to confirm the glass didn’t fit. Employee tried a few other pieces of custom glass but none fit. There was an option that fit below $100 but with no glass filter and not of equal quality. Employee offered to order me a piece of glass from Carta’s website but then said it would be 1-2 weeks and I am a medical patient that can’t wait that long. I could just order the same piece from the manufacturer’s website myself?I just needed my money back so I can buy a replacement glass elsewhere. Now I’m stuck with $200 of in-store credit I don’t need and I don’t have the money for my replacement glass. Wouldn’t take my business here again. Would really appreciate if the business made this right. Just need my money back for an incorrect product that was sold to me.UPDATE: The Manager Ian actually reached out to me first hand and was able to make an exception for me on return policy. Truly appreciate a business who goes above & beyond to make things right. Updated to a 5 Star Review and happy to give the business a second chance. Thank you, Ian!

Weve checked around at other vape stores.. but one is the best!! Staff is great.. owner is very nice. The store is clean an they have alot of stuff an reasonable prices. That have a couple of tattoos artist an Ill b going to a tattoo soon. A memory one. They no a lot about all the products they sell!!!

We love this place! Always a great vibe and smiling, helpful employees. Victoria is always the best to ask for help, she will answer any questions you have or just have a good conversation with you. Sometimes when we’re bored, we pop in just for the vibes in this place. They also have really cool stuff to look at and new stuff coming in every week.

This is my favorite spot in town. Ian and Victoria are very knowledgeable about anything I ask them and very friendly. I like how they have a reward system which promotes loyal customers. I always feel like they take care of me and all their products our top quality. I highly recommend lucky bucks. Google will only let me leave one review so I’m adding that Ian always goes out of his way to make sure his customers are getting the best deals and product available.

What a experience!!! Ive been a customer of lucky bucks for about 6 months now and every visit has been awesome! Today I stopped in to pick up some vape pins and had the pleasure of meeting Victoria. The staff here is mostly amazing, helpful, and always smiling- with a few exceptions but it’s a vape shop and some young people don’t take jobs like that seriously. They do have a really awesome selection and it’s easy to get lost, but not usually what I actually am looking for or for the right price. I’m slightly tired however of purchasing devices/disposable/ coils that have all seemed to be defective in some way but never replaced, and rarely offered a reminder to try my product or grab a receipt to make sure they work or in attempt to make things right through the products company. You may think, ask for your own receipts, remember to check your own junk…. but they’re getting paid to remember for me. All staff isn’t knowledgeable or informative on products either, you can tell which ones are involved with the industry as a whole compared to who’s in for a paycheck. All that being said, it’s the best shop I’ve found in the area with the MOST fair prices. Also offer loyalty punch cards.

Way over priced and bad customer service was my experience here. It is smaller than most shops in FL but had a reasonable selection of vape and glass products. The glass is wild over priced and China quality. I was there to spend possibly a couple hundred and the person working there was not very interested in making a substantial sale. Handled 3 people in the middle of our blown sale that all spent $20 or less. I would find staff more service and sales orientated. Have been to shops all over the world for 30 years so when this happens I leave. The guy with hundreds to spend was ignored so I went home and got what I needed online for 1/3 of the price and way better quality. See how that works.

DON’T GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS! I called for a price and they charge $60 for a conch piercing that costs $30-$40 at other places. This is crazy expensive for a piercing! Definitely shop around for better prices!

I’ve been to every place within a 50 mile radius, Lucky Bucks just keeps bringing me back in and I’ve been a regular(2-3visits/month) for a couple years now. From rolling papers to glass pipes to incense to kratom and CBD and everything in between, these guys not only know their stuff but have the best inventory in town. As the young man behind the counter once said, “if I wouldn’t want to buy it, why would I try to sell it?” That’s a business model I can get behind. I’d like to give a special shout out to Victoria, she’s been there about a year now I believe. She has come a long way, from a shy young girl keeping herself humble about what she was still learning to one of the most friendly and knowledgeable members of Lucky Bucks’ staff. I’ve seen her treat the man counting change to make a purchase the same as myself pulling out my Platinum card and dropping a couple few hundred dollars at a time. Courteous, respectful, and easy on the eyes, she’ll make you feel comfortable and never acts like she’s “doing you a favor”. Lucky Bucks has my business for the foreseeable future so long as they keep themselves with such an excellent staff. Ian is a great dude as well, so great in fact I nearly forgot to mention him as he’s become “Mr Dependable”, the guy I can always count on for the right advice. This strive to keep only the best staff is a huge part of what keeps me coming back. Even the owner, whose name escapes me at the moment, is a great dude with a great attitude who you’d think is just a really helpful employee and not the boss man. If you’re in doubt, hesitant, or simply don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, any member of the staff will quickly make you feel comfortable and put you on the right track. I’d give six stars if it were an option.

Great selection and unparalleled customer service

Been coming to Lucky Bucks for about a year and a half but no longer will I give them my business. I purchased a non rechargeable vape on Jan. 3rd. Quit after about 6 days and I am not an avid user. Took it back on the 21st as I was in the area, and was told there was nothing they could do. The employee said some people take them apart and figure out how to recharge them. Purchased a rechargeable vape at that time. Got about 10 draws out of it and it quit working. So I recharged it and it still didn work. Took it back on Sunday the 29th and they would not replace it. Told me they would sell me one at cost but couldnt replace. I had spent over 50.00 on two defective vapes and they wanted more money. I will be taking my business elsewhere as they have lost me as a customer.

I must say the go to spot for all the smoking needs pretty competitive prices on everything and they had a variety of glass and wraps to choose from. I delt with Victoria who was very knowledgeable and recommended me to the best flavor swishers I’ve ever had. High recommend and will be my go to shop for now on. Thanks again Victoria

The girl that they have working there needs to improve on her people skills. Most of the time they dont have coils in stock. They told me that they can order it and come back in a week. Sorry if Im going to wait for a week for a coil Im just going to buy a box online. Until then I just go to another shop.The price of juice is expensive might as well go to Sweet Leaf at least the employees their are more friendlier. Every time I go to this store ether no one there or that one girl is working looking like she doesnt even want to be there.

Excellent customer service, every time! The store has a great selection and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products. I am a repeat customer for all of these reasons.

Love this place! By far the nicest and best priced smoke shop in Ocala. The service is second to none, they didnt have exactly what I came for so they ordered it for me and had it next time I came in. With that said, I was very impressed with how large their selection is compared to most.

I dont do reviews often, but im highly pleased with the selection and vibe this place has! Ive been looking for a go to spot for my vape and glass needs, I had just started on my vaping journey and wasnt sure where to start, but when I walked in Derick greeted me and was very knowledgeable and professional; He helped me pick out my first vape and showed me how to assemble it. I came to the smoke smoke for the first time as I am new to Ocala and I needed a new vape and a couple other product I was immediately approached with good service as I entered the shop I was helped by a associate named Avisha not only did she help me find what I needed but she introduced me to new products which I now am greatly pleased by keep up the good work!

This place is horrible to get any kind of tobacco. They overcharge for hookah Shisha. Every place I’ve been to for a bigger can of StarBuzz has been under 30 bucks. Not at this place it is $44 plus tax for one can. You will never see is at the store again. Over pricing everything. On top of having a tattoo parlor in the back.

In all honesty its one of my favorite shops in Ocala. When you enter expect to be grated by one of the coolest store owners you will meet super friendly super nice guy very conversational Overall if you live near this shop id recommend giving it a try
