Went in the other day to look for something for my husband and the store was very clean and well stocked! The associate there, Fallon, was very helpful! I wasnt sure what I was needing but she was super patient while I explained what I needed and helped me get exactly what I came for!

I recently celebrated my 21st birthday, and one of my longstanding wishes was to share a cigar with my grandpa. Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting this shop where Alondra, an extremely knowledgeable employee, assisted me in selecting a fine cigar for this special occasion. I will definitely be coming back to buy more!!

Great place, huge selection of goodies. I get incents from there, cant partake of the other products. They do have specialty batteries that work in electronics though. Clean and staff is pretty laid back. Smells great inside.

These three stores are some of the nicest and best stocked shops I seen anywhere. Clearly intended to be a premium store when you walk in. Be prepared to spend some time taking it in. All the sweet leaf stores are on my daily drives at work so they are convenient. I use the 200 store the most...Kiersten is excellent. Most other area shops could learn service from her and the staffs of all three stores. There is a service culture obviously pushed by ownership and management.Older customers are a huge in the market share of head shops ( why not..., we invented them), but most shops dont treat us the same as they do younger customers.Not the case in these stores...Ive noticed they are aware of the value of customer service and retention...thats why I go to Kiersten the most.

They have good cigars there at this sweet leaf but they dont stack their cigar packages right? They keep them up top when you go to get one. It the rest of them fall on you but thats okay. Theyll work it out now. The other sweet leaf down on 200 is real good. They keep the boxes up on top with a little rim. Can hold them and they put the packages down below which is easier and they dont fall on you either. They got good cigars

The shops.Sweet smoke shop. LOTS of stuff, if partake in alternative ways to enjoy tobacco. Personally, I’m only here for the cigars. They have an amazing selection. Something for every taste and budget. Backwoods to Cohiba Rivieras.The staff.They’re always friendly and attentive. Regardless of how busy they are, they seem to find a way to assist quickly. I’m somewhat of a regular, but I’m always asked if I need help finding anything. Some might think it’s a bit redundant. I, however, find it nice that no matter how many times I walk in, someone is there to help.I’m sure everyone knows about the location on 40. But they just opened a location on SR 200. It’s tucked away. But worth finding. It’s smaller than the 40 store., but really nice. I didn’t spend much time in there. Kiersten was able to find me a cigar with a quickness.10/10. Would visit again!

Do not buy from this provider as they will mislead and sell you products for double the price that you can buy right on Amazon. Additionally, those same products are less than 50% of the value that you can find anywhere online as well as even even other smoke shops, the manager as well as another employee both gave me direction on how to use a detox product to then turn around to go on a company website of a product they sell And they gave me incorrect directions. That would’ve caused me to fail a P test and lose a job so if your money and time is worth any kind of research, do not use this distributor.further when told i could not even exchange product so was forced ultimately to still spend more money because pf time clench. So when opening there second profuct there was no seal under the lif of the bottle i was sold. Now i dont know if my product has been altered from manufacturer. Shady business do not trust.

Sweet leaf used to be the most affordable tobacco shop in Marion county but since new ownership has taken over they have greatly increased their prices.by greatly increased their prices I mean a pack of cigars that was $14.99 just a couple of weeks ago is now 19.99 a 25% increase in price making them just as expensive as all of their competitors and removing any reason for me to drive from the other side of town just to shop at their storeI used to drive six extra miles to save $5 why would I drive six extra miles to pay $2 more per pack than the tobacco store a mile and a half from my home.they went from the most reasonably priced shop in town to just as overpriced as the cigar shops in The villages...... but we dont live in the village

Went there today for the first time, waiting for a family member to make a purchase. Met the owner, what a sweetheart! Family member loves the selection and the personal attention he gets...and I see what he means just with my brief encounter today. Seems to be a very popular place, well stocked, clean.

They ate 3 times more expensive than the shop right across the street! It is absolutely insane and such a rip off. I will NEVER go to this store again. I paid an insanely price and literally 2 minutes later I went back to return it and they would not let me. I mean 2 minutes. Went in parking lot and went right back in and they wouldnt. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing that to people. Especially in todays society!

Ive been in here a few times. 2 stars for having such a wide variety of products but they lost 3 stars because every time Ive been here and purchased something it was difficult to get someone to help me by answering questions or opening a glass case. Although I interacted with a different employee each visit, all seemed annoyed and werent particularly friendly. Theres another vape and smoke shop down the street from Sweet Leaf I like much better. They dont have the same huge selection, but they will probably have whatever youre looking for. They are always super friendly and helpful!

Sweet Leaf Tobacco has a great staff that usually remembers your name if you go in there more than two times. I love their selection and to be honest the prices are very competitive. This shop is hands down the best in Ocala. Stop wasting your time at other places and go here. They are worth the drive from wherever you live. I don’t know their names but they are all so helpful and the cute girl that works there is a sweet heart always smiling, puts off sincere vibes and truly wants to help you. She deserves a raise!!! I have been to other vape shops and they are usually rude when you walk in to ask a question or their prices are ridiculous.

I used to like this shop a lot, but lately Ive had bad experiences. Im pretty new to vaping and every time I go in there with a question about the setup I bought there they act like theyre doing me a favor by half-assedly answering my questions. I have never walked away with a problem resolved. If youre not prepared to back up your products and answer questions about them, you shouldnt be selling them. Not recommended.

Sweet leaf is great. They are very well stocked so no matter what you are into, they will most likely have it. The sales staff seem to be very knowledgeable . Good experience all around.

I spent almost $300 on my vape device awhile ago and I’m just now leaving a review. When I purchased it i returned home to find that it leaks and it wouldn’t charge or hold a charge. I went back to the shop and they wouldn’t exchange it for a new one. Clearly they’re selling used items and I wouldn’t recommend this place ever……

Big and Fancy but Overpriced and Not Very Helpful. They didnt have what i needed and wasnt even sure of what i was looking for no matter how i tried explaining it. The smaller shop across the street did though. I left after buying only a torch that died and stopped working completely the same exact night.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the store! The sales girl was very helpful, they had exactly what I wanted, and explained everything to me. I am very happy with them!!

The staff is always nice and helpful, but they dont have a big selection of high quality glass. The glass they have is extremely over priced and they cannot or will not give you a deal. Their selection of smaller glass pieces are knock offs and they will try to convince you they are just as good, but in reality those pieces do not last as long as the higher quality glass pieces you can find elsewhere. A decent shop for small town Ocala.

Stopped going to my usual smoke shop because they never stocked the items I used the most. Sweet Leaf carries everything I need with the best price to match (on most items). Not to mention their customer service is much friendlier than my previous smoke shop as well.

This is the only vape shop i buy from. Staff is always helpful and kind. I usually from both the Ocala and Lady Lake stores. They have a wide variety of brands and super good prices.

They worked on my unit told me not to use it for a few hours and I didnt use it till the next day and it didnt work so I finally got time to couple days later also I was shorted my Gummy Bears I paid $122 that day and my puffer was broken or seems to be broken and its a high-end unit brand new only use it for 2 weeks I just didnt know how to change the coil or anything so they showed me how to do that took it apart and I dont know how it got broke but it seems to be broken so Ive left it there for the manager to take a look at and they said that they were give me the gummy bears when I get them in stock so their help as wonderful I just want my unit the way it did when I took it in there which it works perfect hopefully theyll be able to rectify the situation

Not a welcoming attitude. All their products are out of reach of the customers, so you have to ask them to remove them from a case in order to evaluate the item before deciding to make a purchase. After the third item I asked to see, the girl got short with me and asked Are you planning on buying anything today?. That attitude, along with the extremely high prices I saw, fueled my response of Nope! I dont believe I will be. The salesman seemed more interested in getting back to the internet than making a customer out of me.

I am new to Ocala and I was very impressed with this shop. So impressed in fact that I even took a couple pics to send to my cousin in ohio because I knew she would be jealous that I lived so close to a great shop like this lol. They have a huge selection, great prices and a very helpful staff. I did read the reviews before going and because it was closer I went to max vape first. I dont know what in the world the other reviewer was talking about the place was super tiny, they didnt have hardly any product and the prices were outrageous. I will stick with Sweet Leaf!!

This is my Fiances go to smoke shop. We have been going here for years! They always have great deals on glass pieces. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the product that they sell. Hookahs, wraps, incense, they have it all. Support your local businesses by buying at sweet leaf.

I love this place! Prices on novelty items are a little high but some are one of a kind pieces from local artists! Tobacco prices are awesome. Staff is always super cool and very helpful!

Reasonable for a head shop, they sold me the wrong coils once, prices are a little over average in my opinion, staff is reasonable, military discount is respectable. Could use improvement but not bad at all for it being in ocala.

The employees are always wonderful when me and my fiancé come in. They know us by name and face and always know what we are therefore. We never have to wait long for them to open the cases for the hookah flavors. We bought a product called the hookah flip we left and right after we left we opened up the package for this product and noticed that it didn’t have all the right parts. We went back immediately and one of the employees helped us understand how to set it up and use this product he even pulled out his phone and went to YouTube to help us understand how to put it together because he was unsure also. We will always go here for anything we need for our hookahs. It is one of the best places around Ocala for any kind of tobacco or incense or Vape’s. We love the Employees here.

A lot of China glass or Id give them 6 stars but the fact that the state likes to raid these places I dont blame them.. Large selection of lots of products..crew is the best!!!!! Do your own research before you buy because you do get what you pay for.. Buy from them we gotta keep these places open!!!

Terrible customer service. Wasted 20 minutes trying to buy some scientific glass. Asked multiple times for help but couldnt get anyone to ring me up. Got tired of waiting and left. Worst first impression possible, I will never ever waste my time again going to this place.
