Calluna Spa at The Equestrian Hotel

We just got back from our couples massage appointment here and it was so nice! Booked in advance for my husband’s birthday and it was fun. The technicians knew what they were doing and used the hot stones we booked as well all over. The spas I have gone to do not do that. We parked in the back but if you’re coming here I would just use the equestrian hotel on your gps since it’s inside on the second floor. They gave my husband a birthday card, super caring staff. It was not busy at all and we got to see some of the horses perform outside in the back. Would recommend!

I love all of the accessories and the cologne at the spa. All of the massages therapists and estheticians exceed all expectations. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming. I appreciate the variety of high quality products that the spa has to offer. Grace is a superstar. She always goes above and beyond to make things work.

Visited the spa for massages. The facility is beautiful and peaceful. Truly an experience. Drew and Jeannie were amazing. Very attentive and put me and my husband at ease. Will be coming back and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and destress.

Not a luxury spa!!!The relaxation room looks pretty but furniture is stiff and hard, very uncomfortable. They only had stale pretzels and lemon water available. Its coed, so if you dont mind hanging out half naked in a robe (thats worn and thin) with a fat old man who is half naked in a robe, youre good. No where private to relax, except the bathroom. My manicure was terrible, the polish she used was so old and clumpy she added nail polish remover to it. My facial was subpar, and she didnt mention when asking me if I wanted to upgrade that it would more than doubled the price.My massage was fantastic, Ashley is outstanding. And the woman who guided me and brought me coffee and checked on me, I cant remember her name but she was wonderful. The only good parts of my experience there.It was my 50th and I scheduled a whole spa day, the works! $1000 worth of services. when I scheduled they said they would do something special and my husband called to set up specifics, like chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling juice because I dont drink champagne, flowers, balloons and they would add it to the bill, theyll take care of everything and they did NOTHING! No one even knew it was my 50th birthday until I told them. I was super excited for this day and was very disappointed.Responding to the spa comment:what does me needing a smoke break have to do with your lousy service? There was no need for you to even mention that. You didnt try to accommodate me for my smoke breaks, I set up all my appointments so I had 15 to 20 minutes in between them for a break. And you were not informed at check-in, I walked in a month earlier to schedule my appointments and I told them then thats why we set it up with time in between, and they told me then they would do something special for my birthday. And I didnt mention it in my first comment because we all make mistakes, but even my services were scheduled incorrectly. I was supposed to have a female for everything and you set me up with a male which made me end up waiting an hour for the next female to be available . I didnt say anything to the front desk about not liking the color of my nails, she did a terrible job, it looked like an amateur did it, and she was using clumpy nail polish. And then on top of it I was charged twice for the manicure . You absolutely did receive the request for strawberries, balloons, things like that and told my husband everything would be taken care of, I know this because I was there when he was on the phone with you. And the gift was nothing but a bunch of free perfume samples, I cant even wear perfume. There was a candle and a bar of soap and they both smelled bad. 😭

OMG THIS PLACE IS TOP NOCHE! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly staff and are offered a verity of different beverage options. The lady locker room was so clean and organized I had to take pictures!!! The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! My therapist Natasha really knows her stuff and was able to really get into those knots I had. And when I went to check out I was greeted by the spa managers Penney and Kendra who were so polite and helpful. I definitely will be coming back and I 100% recommended a trip to Calluna Spa for the ultimate relaxation experience!!!!!

I just had an amazing dip manicure with Sylvia. My nails have never looked better. I highly recommend her. The salon is also beautiful.

I sincerely want to thank Calluna Spa for save the day! For 5 years I have not been able to find someone who can really do my hair the way I wanted. I highly recommend Oscar who did a great job for my hair cut. He was so patient, kind, sweet and really took his time to go through the details. I highly recommend him to anyone. Also want to thank Mrs. Penny for her excellence and amazing hospitality. Shes such a beautiful lady.

I am a spa girl and have visited many different spas throughout the United States and after my first visit yesterday at Calluna I have to say It is just AMAZING!!!!!! Starting from the first minute that you arrive and walk in the doors to the grand lobby at the hotel you are wowed by every detail. The spa itself is so glamorous and elegant and peaceful. Every staff member I met was extremely friendly and wanting to go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable and comfortable. I had an 80 minute signature massage with Drew and It was fantastic. He was a great communicator and really addressed all of my problem areas and concerns. I also had a blowout with Charles so I was already to go right out to dinner. I absolutely cannot wait to go back….. And as an added bonus I got an email yesterday that there are some services that are 15% off to Florida residents through December 31.

I had an amazing massage with Drew this morning. This was a birthday gift from a friend and was the BEST! The facilities are beautiful and the staff made me feel so special. Thank you ❤️

My husband booked a spa day for me for my birthday and I am so glad he did. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I was pampered more than I have ever been. Everyone was so incredibly nice, accommodating, and made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. Natalie was my masseuse and even though I only had one treatment with her she checked on me through the entire visit, made me tea, offered me Prosecco, it was just incredible. Between treatments I had lunch in the Yellow Pony and the staff there was amazing. They were extra diligent at making sure I made it back in time for my next appointment. The whole day was absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to go back.

Love, love, love! Kelly is hands down the best nail artist I have ever gone to. She does an amazing job on my pedicures and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else now that I have found her.

Amazing spa! I send my hubby every Father’s Day for the old fashioned massage special and he loves it! I’d skip the hair and nails from my personal experience but the facials and massages are amazing

Calluna Spa is by far the best multi service spa I have ever visited. First and foremost, Penney runs the most professional, clean and aesthetically pleasing spa whose staff caters to your every need. From the beverages to the beautiful decor and warm hospitality, Calluna Spa hits it out of the ballpark! The facials by Nishi are phenomenal, the deepest cleaning hydrafacial ever. Jody is the absolute best nail aesthetician I have ever had. She is the most meticulous and my polish lasts forever. Kim is my top notch hair stylist, a real gem, who can do both color and cut so well. The combination of Nishi, Jody and Kim’s warm, welcoming personalities combined with their ultra seasoned skills set the bar to the highest level in their industry, making Calluna Spa the only place to go.

Had the most amazing day at the Calluna Spa. The facilities are absolutely beautiful, serene and provide the utmost relaxation. All of the services today were impeccable with wonderful therapists. Be sure to ask for Drew (massage), Nishi (facial) and Jody (pedicure) - THE BEST!

Steven worked on my back and shoulders with just the right amount of pressure to get rid of all the knots of which there were many. He ended our hour session with a little reflexology on my feet. The worst part was that it had to end.

This was my first visit to the Equestrian hotel and more importantly the Calluna Spa. I have been fortunate to enjoy many different spas in many places throughout USA and Europe and this spa was truly a fabulous experience. The staff were very kind and attentive. Jody carried out my spa treatment which was amazing and she was also great company. Thank You Calluna Spa. I will be back!!

I had a great experience at Calluna Spa at Ocala Equestrian Center yesterday. My visit to the spa was for having a manicure and a hair full color. Both professionals Chris Ryan - Master Stylist and Silvi for Nails where excellent and I had all the attention from the staff. I left very happy with the results and planning to come back soon.

I just had an amazing massage with Drew. He focused on my neck and back to work out the kinks from riding horses, standing on my feet all day and walking 15,000 steps per day. He consulted with me prior to beginning and knew exactly what my concerns were. He then succeeded in identifying the fatigued muscles. One of the best massages ever. He also offered suggestions on ways to help myself at home. I highly recommend !

Wow is all I have to say! I had such an amazing experience at Calluna Spa! Everyone from the front desk to the technicians were so friendly and skilled. I had a the hydrafacial and a full body massage both of which were excellent. I especially enjoyed the hydrafacial given to me by Janie, she did such a fantastic job explaining what the process was and answering all my skin care questions. It was also very relaxing and my skin felt beautiful and so clean afterwards! She also gave me the option to see the dirt that was extracted from my skin which was shocking and so satisfying!! Definitely recommend the Calluna Spa!

My massage therapist, Drew, was fabulous, and I highly recommend him. For a high-end spa, there were a few quirky things that shouldnt have happened.When I arrived I was taken to change. The locker room has no changing rooms, only bathroom stalls, so you are changing in the same room as a toilet.When I left the changing room, there was no signage pointing me where to go but luckily I ran into staff who directed me to a lounge.The lounge SHOULD be for patrons only since we are all in robes only. When I walked in, half of the women were in robes, but there were two men in normal clothes just sitting there waiting for people. It was SO uncomfortable and inappropriate.One of the men said he was leaving because he felt too uncomfortable. I was supposed to be relaxed, but I was very nervous trying to make sure I was covered since I was only in a robe in a room with two random guys not there for any services.

Jeannie and Drew were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I had the best treatment!!!! Julie was friendly and there was no stress at all!!!!!!!!!!

Went to this spa for a luxury trip. The service was 5 Star! My massage and facial were incredible. I felt like royalty and were waited on hand and foot throughout our day! I am already planning our next trip back. I recommend the Spa to anyone that enjoys a five star experience, bravo!

Booked my wife a surprise day at The Spa for her birthday. We have been around the world and to some pretty impressive spa but this spa tops the list! Our massages were incredible. Wish we lived here locally this would be our new go to spa.

My Mom and I had the most wonderful, luxury experience at Calluna Spa last month (January 2022). We both scheduled the Lavender Milk Signature Pedicure and the Lavender Milk Signature Manicure, and Donna and Yoni took special care of us. My hands and feet have never felt more refreshed. Yoni did such an AMAZING job restoring the soles of my feet and getting rid of the dead skin and calluses. She polished my toes perfectly afterward as well. And Donna is truly the epitome of 5 star service. She gave my Mom the most amazing leg massage and did an awesome job on shaping, filing and polishing my Mom’s fingers and toes. Both women are incredibly professional and friendly, and their work and care was exquisite. Of all the mani/pedis I’ve ever had (and there have been many), this was by far my favorite experience. We will be back for sure!

Came here over the winter with my family. We’re from Canada and have spent many years coming to Ocala. We found out about this spa through a friend and he raves about how good it was, man was he right lol. The staff is incredible, the service is top notch. You walk in expecting one thing and you leave with those expectations completely blown away

Calluna Spa at the World Equestrian Center made me feel like I was a queen. The services were outstanding and the staff was very impressive. Annie guided me throughout my stay was so gracious and helpful...manicurist Yanni, massage therapist therapist Natali, facial esthetician Nishi services were beyond any of my expectations. I am grateful for the staff for giving me such a wonderful experience.

We were expecting a great experience, but it was much more than that. To say the staff over delivers would be an understatement. My only regret is that we don’t go on vacations weekly so that we can stop in all the time. Thank you for a great, relaxing afternoon.
