I recently embarked on a journey to improve my health and wellness, and I couldnt be more thrilled with the fantastic support Ive received from Lifestyle Solutions MedSpa . Their meal prep and weight loss program have truly exceeded my expectations, making my wellness journey not only manageable but enjoyable. The staff is full of friendly faces and overall a great vibes. I have also received a free facial for my birthday.Ive not only seen positive changes in my weight but also in my overall well-being. The nutrient-rich meals have boosted my energy levels, and Ive developed healthier eating habits .

LSMedSpa Is absolutely the best practice Ive been toIts so phenomenal to finally lose weight that Ive battled for years. From Dr. Holloway to each and every staff member, they literally make me feel like family. Each of them become as excited as I do as Im losing the weight. Every single member of the staff always has a smile on their face and laughter can be heard all during your visit. So much is gained by being involved in such an atmosphere. I would not trust any other practice to help me through my adventure to a healthy lifestyle and weight.

Went in today for laser hair removal and it was so good! it didnt hurt anywhere near as bad as i was expecting and i wasnt uncomfortable really at all. everyone was super informative and very sweet! cant wait to go back!

I started the Lifestyle program at 50 years old, 265 pounds and 34% body fat in September. 2 months later I weighed in at 238 pounds and 29% body fat. If you’re there for weight loss which I have been in the past, they’re discreet and make you feel proud for every ounce or pound you lose. Dr. Holloway is supportive and realistic. He tells you want to expect and how to get better results each and every time. The beauty services are also amazing. Jaqueline, their esthetician is beyond beyond beyond amazing!!! She makes you feel beautiful from the first step you take going up to her floor. She made my skin feel 10 years younger, and I’m only 34 years old. I am scheduling my lips to be filled by Dr. Holloway in the fall when I return to work. I am not even nervous about it, because he makes you feel so comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends & family anytime. They have such a wide variety of options available for anything to make you feel better about the skin you’re in.

I love Lifestyle Solutions. They are all exceptionally professional and friendly. Dr Holloway is a super nice man and he fully explains each procedure and he is gentle and respective of my skin care. Jaclyn is the best skin care professional Ive ever encountered. She is very experienced in many aspects of skin care and I absolutely love her Irish accent and personality. She is funny and will engage in nice conversation with me. I always feel very comfortable with her. She is a very talented lady and knows her stuff!! I really want to give at least 10 stars to the staff at Lifestyle Solutions!! If you have not tried cool scuplting its a great way to rid stubborn fat for good and Jaclyn is the best in Ocala to go to for these treatments. I love all the staff at Lifestyle Solutions...everyone is efficient and super nice.

I have been using Lifestyle Solutions for a few years and without question a amazing staff the doctors are very understanding of what you are looking to do and achieve they have many services I have been using the weight lose service without doubt as long as you listen to what they tell you the lbs drop off I have lost total of 55lbs since being on there weight lose program. So if your looking to lose some weight get in shape live healthier stop by I would recommend them every time.

Highly recommend this establishment! All the associates are friendly, patient, and very capable. I look forward to my next visit. A particular young lady named Risa attended me on my second visit. Blood work was required for my participation in the weight control program, and it was the most gentle, pain-free experience I can ever recall. Since I am not technically proficient, she helped me set up my account on line and gave me a brief lesson on how to use the APP. Patience and compassion seem to be the rules in that office, not to mention excellence in what they do. Im very happy to have made their acquaintance.

It is a amazing place to work and an a even better place to get treatments. I figured what is the best way to decide for myself how good a place is every month I get a hydrofacial. my skin has never looked better. I recently started doing laser treatments on my underarms and legs. I cannot wait to be hair free. I love the people that I work with.

Ive had quite a few treatments here and I really love Dr. Holloway and his staff. Jackie has done Cool Sculpting on my chin and the results were amazing! Racheal has done the Hydro Facial and I have loved the results. I just had Botox again and this time it was with Dr. Holloway and he was great. They do not pressure you into things and I appreciate that. They give you their opinions and let you make decisions on what youd like to have done. Been a patient since 2010 , This is a great place to go for many different services.The staff all have great, helpful attitudes, and go out of there way to help with anything you need. And Dr Holloway ...I Wish he could be a primary care doctor also!!The latest service I had was the Hydra-facial and this is awesome. Your skin is so clean and smooth afterwards. (I had 1 treatment )

Dr. Holloway did the absolute best lip fillers!! He was clear and concise on what he was doing. He made sure to numb me first and that I was completely numb before starting. Took 2 syringes for me to get what I wanted. He did 1 syringe waited a month, and then did my second. And I couldn’t be happier. I’m pretty sensitive to pain, and the only part I felt was the numbing which was pretty quick. And I was able to eat and drink normally a couple hours after once the numbing wore off. I would not go to any other doctor but Dr. Holloway

Cant say enough nice things about Dr Holloway and his lovely wife Shannon. As a local business owner I only wish that they would support local businesses as well. As a travel agent and business owner I would be able to afford more treatments and be able to patronize Life Styles more often. As to the services we utilize the weight loss program with the shots. Staff is always helpful and accommodating.

I started going to Lifestyle Solutions at the end of July 2017 I have lost 52 pounds so far and am very pleased with the services there. I am 56 years old and have tried for years to lose weight on my own and was very discouraged. I have to say this is the easiest way I have ever lost weight and st my age it’s very hard. If you follow Dr. Holloway’s suggest plan and do what he tells you then it is possible. When I started I was on blood pressure and cholesterol medication now I’m not on anything. I feel 100% better and my clothes are now normal size instead of having to buy big sizes. If your st a loss and tried other things that don’t work like have for years you really should try going here the staff is the best and each week they are so encouraging. This is the best decision I could of made not only have I lost weight but I have learned to eat totally different. You couldn’t of told me a year ago to eat every two hours and you would lose weight but guess what it works. It’s what I was eating that made me gain year after year. This experience has changed my life in so many ways I still have more weight to lose. It I am very confident I will get there with support of Dr. Holloway and his staff.

Dr.Holloway, Jacquelyn Sexton and his caring staff are amazing. I walk in with a body that has its own plan of aging 🤦🏼‍♀️ and I walk out feeling great with a plan to regain some control over an aging body, the tools to conquer and a refreshed image that I want to feel and express as I age.

I know everyone says If I can do it, so can you, but there are really no other words for the weight loss program. I am a mom, wife, and work full time. Time and energy are things I have very little of, while in the meantime my weight was just going up. Their staff is with you 100% of the way guiding you and cheering you on. I lost 30lbs (and staying off) and the best part of it all is, THERE ARE NO STRICT DIETS!

They dont truly care for their patients. Its only about the money. I had the shots done and coolsculpting and it completely ruined my body. This was one of the worst mistakes I have made in my life. I was always in good shape but I just wanted to lose a little more weight and I should have just done it naturally. My entire metabolism is ruined and coolsculpting disformed my body. I went to their office for a check up and they said its a coincidence. What a convenient answer. Honestly going to this office was the worst decision I could have ever made and getting those weight loss shots have ruined my once very healthy metabolism. I even specifically asked Dr.Halloway could these shots effect my hypothalamus because I read this online and he said no absolutely not he should have said there is a chance so I know my risks. GO the natural route! YOUR body does amazing things on its own stay away from this place and injections.

Best spot in Ocala if youre doing something extensive like botox or fillers or if you are just getting basic facials! I wouldnt go anywhere else. I tried a spa next to Bonefish Grill. Another that offers perminent eyebrows near cala ... I wont mention either name, but I can only tell you that they both were true nightmares, dont go there and do that to yourself. These people are the only way to fly, plus its a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing setting with professional kind individuals!

I started my weight loss journey with Dr. Holloway and his team at Lifestyle Solutions MedSpa, My weight was 281.5 lbs March of 2020. With there help and plan I had lost 70 lbs. by September 2020, by sticking with there plan I had lost 100 lbs by Dec 11 2020. Here we are 2 years later March 2022 an I am at 170. Save your money !!! I did the 3 month HCG combo shots that you get once a week with the low calorie diet and working out …I can not believe that i blew this money ,At the time it was over 1200.00 for 3 months as they did not offer the month by month ( Now they do ) and after the first 30 days i was like what the heck did i do ? The staff of girls where great ,the doctor i seen i think a total of 3 times .I lost a total of 7 pounds in the 3 months and yeap i did mess up on this diet but you would think i ate a anything and everything with the way the weight held on IT WAS CRAZY !!! I ate so little that they said that was the reason i was not losing faster ..WTF …No kidding i ate good food but very small amounts or would miss meals and they said thats why i kept the weight ..Plus i have horses and work around 60 hours a week so i am always busy plus i rode my bike ,not every day but at least 3 times per week for 30 to 40 min and the weight was like Nope anit going any where ..Then my skin & muscles started to do weird stuff …SAVE your money Hire a personal trainer 3 days a week and get fit the right way … This is a total waste of money .The program should cover a Gym membership with a trainer plus the modification of the diet that way your skin and muscle wont look like its melting and sliding away really gross looking !!! Itll take a lot of weights and spinner classes to get the firmness back in your skin and muscles !!!
