This is a great shop to stop in and see all the cool stuff, the only problem I have is the horrible painting of the eagle on the building. Its a disgrace to the American bird, yeah I know someone tried their best at painting it, but it really needs a new one, like the one on your old building thats still there today and still looks brand new. That person really knew what they were doing. Call that person back......would love to see what they can do again.

1st time I went here was a great experience, 2nd time great as well as the guy who attended me was great. But by the 3rd time he wasn’t there and there was this guy there I was asking for an opinion and some teaching on the different products they guy didn’t speak at all just said huh…. Ended up walking out and I will no longer go there again… sweet leaf is very welcoming and knowledgeable to every product. More items and bigger. If you want good service go to sweet leaf located across the street avoid going to a place that doesn’t ever go the extra mile to explain the products to you.

Great vape shop! Lovely staff, lovely options and great prices. Between the great prices, the buy 2 get 1 free deal they have on most products and the phone numbers points reward system they offer, some purchases are a steal! Definitely my favorite smoke shop in Ocala 😊 plus the vibe of the shop is just too cute (:

Unhappy at this time. I thought an honest mistake was made for a purchase by the sales clerk considering I asked for Cuban tobacco vapes, buy two get one free. Oh! Dont forget to check if they are working. The receipt said bring back within three days before use. Here is the catch. If you open the product to see if it works before leaving the store as advised, you breach the policy for return on receipt because the product has been used. Granted I should have checked to ensure I was being sold Cuban instead of coffee tobacco vapes, but I do not believe it was an honest mistake. Not only did I lose money, but points, and I gave back the products because they were tasteless to me, not my brand. BEWARE!!!

I was looking around for the VIHO turbo. They have a good few flavors of them and a decent deal for them as well. They are 24.99 each or buy 2 get 1 free. You go with that and drop 50 bucks they come out around 16.40 each. Pretty decent deal.

By far the best store in Florida. Always stocked, always good prices and deals. And their reward point system is actually useful and helps pay for items often. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Elo helped me today and answered every question I had and walked me through the devices I was looking at. I cant recommend this place enough.

I asked the sweet employee, I believe she said her name was Z (forgive me if Im wrong, I was really distraught the night I went in) I asked her if there was something of leash or item I could attach to me so I wouldnt keep losing them!! She gave me a complimentary lanyard that is perfect!!! She made my rough day just a little better!! God bless her!!!

Skinny guy with glasses rude as hell to my 70yr old grandmother who doesnt know terms of tobacco products! Kicked us out, as paying customers for saying Bong! Will never go there again!

Will never buy anything else from here! Won’t stand behind their products! I guess I’m not the only one! Selling faulty products seems to be their way of doing business! Just save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else! The reviews speak for themselves… wish I would’ve read them before giving these scammers money!

I went in for a particular item and Elo knew exactly what I wanted. I didnt know what it was called. Elo is very knowledgeable on what is what! I got my purchase home and it didnt work properly.....so I went back, again Elo fixed the issue (I was the issue), got me all fixed up and away I go. My new favorite place to shop!

Dont buy from here - Kevin and Nadia sell broken vapes as clearance knowing that they dont work. All sales final but they sell something that doesnt work.AFTER FEEDBACK FROM OWNER....Appreciate the feedback, but if you know they dont work, its really not ethical to continue to stock these items on your shelves. It certainly isnt good for winning new business.Call your losses, get rid of the trash product, and move on.

I’ve spent $600 a week in this store, I know the employees by first name. I go everyday and buy my wife who has pancreatic cancer 7OHMZ Kratom tablets. The product helps her very much with pain. They were buy two get one free at $32.99 each. They said that their promotion ran out and no longer offer the product. They buy the product through OPMS which is another brand of Kratom capsules. I asked if all the opms products lost the promotion and they said no. Just the one product that I buy $500-$700 a week of. Now my wife has a tolerance for the tablets and is either forced to take a smaller dose and be in pain (not an option for me) or my bill rises 33% I also have been loyal and have referred 30 or more of my friends and family to xfusion. Unfortunately, they are the only shop that sells the product. I really liked the store, I spoke so very highly about the owners and their employees. I thought we had become friends so to speak, but it’s business.

First time experience.. employee was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I got a glass bowl and concentrate tool. However, he sold me a cracked bowl in 2 places. I cant imagine him no seeing these. And I just took it at face value never expecting or ever had a cracked bowl from a shop. He thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap and zero drops or bumps so was there for sure. Not worth going back and arguing the point to be told I broke it or its used now. Just a bad first experience. Doubtful Ill return even though Im very close to the location.

Kinda sad that I’ve been dropping $60 a month on candles with them for the past 3 months and again this month I spend another $60 in candles, only this time I have a candle to exchange because it won’t stay lit, and yet with all this money I have dropped and would have continued to drop every month, I get told no exchanges. The young man behind the counter flat out refused to exchange a defective product for one that worked. He told me to call the manufacturer. That tells me this store doesn’t stand behind their products.I have decided that I no longer need to go to this store anymore. Now that I know I can call the manufacturer, I’ll just ask them where else I can buy these candles. I’m sure they are sold online somewhere.

Came in here today 12/7, and received very POOR service. They have really great products but as far as the people they employ terrible. My second time in here. The first time I came they STARED me down because I gave young features but surely 21 years old. Ok, showed ID. Second time, the one rotten teeth red headed guy bothered me, and kicked me out for saying the B word?!? Not the curse one. Ridiculous, as I was as leaving he yelled LAWS and attempted to keep up his point of conversation with a bothered customer. NEVER coming back to this place. They have a great variety of incense tho.

Jake is absolutely so knowledgeable and kind! I’ve been coming here for months just because of him, he can always reccomend something new to try, his customer service is incredible and his personality is awesome! he clearly emulates great management skills and is extremely personable.

Went to the store to buy a new vape. As mine was not working correctly. The gentleman working. Advised I should try a different coil that he recommended first before buying a new vape. I took his recommendation. Got home and they didnt fit. Went back the next day. And a different employee refused to exchange. Stating I have opened one coil. Well, obviously I have to try and install to find it doesnt fit. I didnt ask for these and I sure didnt pick them out. I appreciate your trying to save me money. But I should have to pay for the employees mistake. I bought a new vape from a different store and will not be returning

I was traveling with a new mod and ran into an issue. This place was close to my work at the time so in I went expecting to have to buy an entirely new device. The wonderful woman there worked through troubleshooting and we decided I needed to buy a new tank. Even after that, she continued to make sure everything worked correctly. The result, it was a bad coil. She saved me a lot of money and I couldn’t appreciate it more. I bought juice that I didn’t need and a box of coils from them. So appreciative of the customer care and if I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular. Thank you!!

Was in there Wednesday, with my wife. Was dealing with one male associate, about to spend almost $200.00. When another female associate came up and started asking questions about what we were looking for. Wasnt even her sale in the first place..But anyway asked about water bongs,and we were immediately ejected..If you dont use proper verbage, such as water pipe..NO SOUP FOR YOU.... Anyway went across the street to sweetleaf and got everything we needed at better prices and way better customer service, plus got to tell them about how lacking the customer service was at their competition across the street..

Love this place, and normally have a great experience.Went in last night, and there were two guys working. The thinner one was fantastic. More than willing to help, and even took extra time to show me a product (a hand pipe) that I probably would not have bothered to even consider otherwise. Which I ended up buying.The other guy a slightly larger individual seemed a little rude, and made some comments that seemed to insinuate he didnt believe I was capable of making a purchase in the store. He helped me pick out a grinder. But seemed annoyed by having to show me several options.If you are reading this man. Maybe dont immediately assume someone doesnt have the finances to buy something in the store. Idk if it was the way I was dressed, or if you were having a bad day. But I very almost left because of the way you handled our interactions.

Opened a disposable vape in the parking lot already started firing before even using it. Went back inside and was told they can’t help it because I already walked out of the store. Will not be returning.

Great store, have everything you can need for all levels of smoke/vape. Employee Flint was an amazing help. He was knowledgeable and great customer service skills. His expertise helped me get a better Salt vape and saved me money! (The entire staff is amazing, but ask for Flint and your sure to get the best advice for your needs!

I’ve come here quite a lot and the guy that helped me last time was great the woman with the red hair is quite unfriendly, rudely asked for my id then gave it back and didn’t help me. Stood there and waited for some other guy to help me he didn’t say a word to me the whole time even when we asked him a question about a price. There was no price on the incense so I just got 11 and I told her that so she didn’t have to count and she ignored me then counted and told me I had 11 and supposably only allowed 10 so she told me I need to put one back but I would have rather pay an extra 20 cents it’s worth or 2$ for 10 more instead of her demanding I pull one out of the bag and go put one back. I don’t care if staff is super friendly but being rude is why I will not come back.

I came in on the twentieth and i just want it noted that i had the best customer service here that ive had since i moved to the state from colorado. the whole staff greeted me the moment i walked in the door, everyone smiling and cheerful. but i do want to give Chris and the nice lady with red hair, i didnt catch her name, a special shout out, their product knowledge was on point and every second i was in the store they had me laughing and i left with a massive grin. and not to mention the water pipe i bought is a dream come to true!! these people rock!

Nice enough staff, but they dont sell parts for some of the items they sell. Purchased a vaporizer & the 3rd time heating the element up the ceramic broke into 2 pieces. I go back to the store and they dont have any replacements. Didnt offer to order any replacements for me, just said I hope the rest of your day is good. Stopped by another store & they didnt carry that brand but at least offered to order them for me. Wanted to like this place but doubt I will be going back.

Not sure what her name was but she was very helpful. She had pink or redish hair. I bought some disposables, vape juice, and coils. She recommended me tons of flavors. But the deals are OUTSTANDING! I mean come on, who cant decline a deal of buy 2 get one free on jucies and disposables am I right??Overall this is my favorite vape shop and I adore everyone that works there. I would recommend this shop of you want to get some sweet deals!

Owner has horrible customer service. Products will break within days and store policies are not in place to Protect customer. Owner will not care! You will get ripped off!And it seems the owner is more worried about responding to each review she gets instead of providing exceptional customer service in house. Love this place but tired of the constant disappointments. I can understand not allowing returns and exchanges once you leave the store BUT IF I TRY A PRODUCT AND THE PRODUC DOES NOT WORK OR A BRAND NEW (OUT-OF-THE-BOX) ITEM IS PULLING AS IF ITS ON ITS LAST LEG AND THE STAFF ACKNOWLEDGE IT, IS IT INSANE THAT IT CANNOT BE REPLACED. The policy is basically, ONCE WE GET YOUR MONEY, EVEN IF WE SEE A PROBLEM OUR HANDS ARE TIED. WHICH IS BS ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE OF US THAT HAVE BEEN LOYAL CUSTOMERS SINCE OPENING DAY.I doubt the few dollars that make a HUGE difference to us make the same difference to the owners and if you truly cared about your patrons, if something does not work in the store, you would NOT want the customer leaving dissatisfied and feeling screwed!And here I though there was a light at the end of a rainbow with this store. Same Ocala as always.

Manager did not give fair warning on using the word Bong when in other states over 20 now that are legal it is referred to as multiple tools. I corrected myself mid word and had him stop a sale when I was not buying any water pipe items I was just looking around. I attempted to buy a cleaner. And got told no im using cleaner for illegal purposes. Edit: the manager followed up by telling me I can buy items across the street, but he was telling me I could be doing illegal activities? So guiding illegal activities. Smart.

I give it 4 stars for only 1 reason. I have been in there a few times to get my coils and vape juice. Dealt with a few characters that were not helpful and had kind of an attitude towards me. It felt like i was wasting their time to go back to playing their game on thier phone. Other then that its a super awesome store and the only place i visit for what i need with my vape. Super helpful staff (except the one idiot) and awesome owners. Pricing and selections are on point and better then other stores in the area.

Not very friendly sales associates. Try another shop in the area for better service. Husband was describing a problem with a battery from a dispensary and got scolded for using that word. Then after I pointed out they had products with marijuana leaves on them the guy tries to say its hemp...like it all doesnt come from the same plant/species. What a joke!!

Went in a few days ago (Nov 2016) and was welcomed warmly. I really only needed some coils but I mentioned I was unhappy with my current tank capacity. With some help from the gentlemen there (forgive me, I meant to write this earlier and have since forgotten your name), I was pointed to a tank that would work with my current box and paid attention to the concerns and wants that I needed. He tailored his presentation to my needs and it made the purchase much easier. Also provided me with a great suggestion in E-liquid and gave me a great price for everything. Highly recommended. Excellent selection and very inviting and personable staff. Do yourself a favor and get your smoke related supplies from Fusion.

Employees are very helpful and informative, prices are average to below with high quality items for any smoking needs. Love the CBD bath bombs for sure. Highly recommend coming here first if you’re in need of smoke stuff and more!

Store has an impressive inventory and I mean impressive. I would recommend this store for new purchases but I would not recommend to go back to buy parts for vape equipment there, I ordered a part for my vape and after 6 weeks I had to purchase the whole thing again because they kept forgetting. Then they told me good luck. Their communication between their stores is non-existent, so do not try to order anything and expect to get it.

I have crossed paths with a lot of smoke shop clerks in my day. None have given me pure joy like Sam does every time I see her. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and has been a huge help to me on countless occasions. Xfusion has a true asset to their company in this young woman.

Very clean and organized store, huge selection of disposable vapes with great deals. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, Eric is very knowledgeable on the products and very patient while I take my deciding what to get. The store is across town from me but I will continue going there because of the good vibes and environment.

Sam is amazing !!!! I was skeptical walking in there because being a girl going into a vape shop can be intimidating but Sam helped me so much and she is the vape flavor queen !! Worst Vape Shop EVER!! They have amazing products but the employees are just horrible. The Redheaded women who works there is the worst. I will not be going there ever again after my terrible experience with her. And seeing other comments it seems I’m not the only one saying the shops is a nice place but ruined by the bad employees working. Going to Sweat Tobacco Leaf now every time.

Small Shop compared to the Giant Over Priced Sweet Leaf Tobacco Shop across the street from them. BUT! Friendlier, more helpful staff and they KNEW and HAD exactly what i was needing. Unlike Sweet Leaf Tobacco and the wasted time i spent there. Definitely going here from now on.

Great place! Went here with my family and smelled my way through their gigantic selection of incense. I ended up buying some and the lady who helped me was very sweet and nice. Will definitely be back!

Although I had some is issues with the product I purchased, they were very helpful and understanding. It was not their fault it was a manufactures issue and they gave me a different better product of my liking in place of the new one at an even better price. All in all very satisfied.

Unknowledgeable about their products and no customer service. Guy with glasses and long dark hair turned me away because I asked for something that someone prior had asked for?? So I guess you can’t ask for the same thing as prior customer??First and last time I ever walk into this establishment. Poor way to run a business. If you are in the Ocala area I suggest Sweet-leaf first and foremost.

Staff was knowledgeable. Asked if they could assist me right away.Downside no prices are visible so you have to ask staff price for every single thing. I most likely would have spent more money if prices were visible.

Walked in the store to purchase a last minute gift and clearly unaware of the closing time and before I could even say what I needed an employee says “Umm we close in two minutes and if you don’t know what you want you’ll have to come back.” First experience with the owner was nothing like this, but because of their employee I definitely won’t be returning nor recommending this place to anyone else like I’ve done in the past.

Great people here. And very knowledgeable about thier products. They didnt carry the exact brand of vape juice I normally vape, but after explaining my tastes the clerk was able to suggest an alternative that I really liked. Will definitely do business here again. Excellent experience.

My fiancé and I were in the area so we decided to run in this Vape shop because my fiancé wanted a Vape he seen online. The staff member told my fiancé it’s the newest Vape available and charged him $60 for the Vape we get back three hours away where we live and we find out it’s not the newest Vape in that model and that this Vape is worth $20 online we also looked at the receipt and we paid triple for E juice that we would’ve paid for fruit monster online. I feel like the owners should know that their employees are not aware of what they are selling and they should not lie to customers and say that’s the newest model when it’s not that’s not right. We are always in that area and will not be returning. I don’t like posting bad reviews but that employee lied.

The staff is knowledgeable and nice. The juice options fill the wall. And the prices are the best in town. I dont go anywhere else. They have everything you need for just about any mood youre in as well. Whether its for vaping, tobacco or incense needs.

I’m tired of being sold product that is broken or doesn’t work correctly this has happened more than a few times now and I’m very disappointedCause I like coming to fushion.I’m happy you guys are more than willing to exchange it I appreciate that but I have to drive 25 minutes to get to you and I pass atleast 4 other shops to come to YOU. I go to fushion cause I love your selections and some of the products you sell (when they work) also the people who work behind the counters are awesome but Something has to change. Start checking your electronics making sure they all work whatever you gotta do. I see from other reviews I’m not the only one who has this issue.

Many of my friends go here and the people that work here are extremely professional. Wide variety of products to choose from and the people are incredibly helpful with advice on what to try.

Although they have a lot of different products its really hit or miss with the customer service. Sometimes I get a really helpful person who seems really happy but other times Im made to feel like Im bothering someone to help me

Friendly and helpful.They have enough staff to help more than one customer at a time. Most vape shops tend to have blinders on and cant even acknowledge a new customer when they walk in the door.Most importantly they finally started carrying Cassadaga, so will buy it from them instead of less friendly competition. I love this place so far. Just moved from detroit so it was nice to find a vape shop close by. Also they are very helpful. Prices are good and there is a reward system where you can out your number in. The staff is readily available and were very helpful.

Like this place but one of the workers seemed angry and the other one highly recommended mostly very high priced items and didnt mention any bargains even though Id asked to which I found after Id made my purchases. Otherwise this place has quality stuff and good CBD but not at great prices.

I am sure this is the newest smoke shop in Ocala and oh what a shop , when you drive up to xfusion the first thing you see are an array of painted windows with designs on them that you would think Picasso him self picked out the marvelous colors . Once inside I was greeted by a really pleasant young man that made me quite comfortable I wanted a vape to help me quit smokeing I am not into those kitty flavors I wanted it to taste as close to a real cigarette as possible he was perfect and answered all my questions like a pro . Very nice experience after I purchased what I chose I stayed in the store to just look around and the young man and a women were still exceptionally helpful . Thanks Xfusion I will be back unless I quit smokeing

Forever a Fusion customer!My experience here was great! First of all, the gentleman working was so nice and understanding about my son being with me, he even allowed him to coming inside the store! While I was there, he was incredibly helpful as I was starting over from scratch with all my camping needs. He explained everything to me in great detail and was exceptionally helpful! He also gave me a GREAT deal on everything I purchased which was a Smok H-Priv 220w kit, 3 e-liquids, 2 rechargeable batteries- with charger, and a lifetime warranty for about HALF the original price!I will be going to Fusion for all my smoke needs for as long as Im in the Ocala area!I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vape or vape accessories!

Had a mod for years and used certain batteries go in to buy more batteries get talked into getting different ones because they were on sale 2 for 20$ then they blow up and destroy my vape/mod after putting over 100$ in it then we go to the store to tell them and we end up having to pay for another vape/mod and batteries yeah they did a small discount but still its ridiculous and I didnt want to make a big deal because whats that going to do? So I am going to look into talking to the big boss.

XFusion is right around the corner from me and they have great prices, I was surprised to be able to buy a new Smok X Priv for about the same price I would have found online. Ive been a long time client of XFusion and have had the pleasure of being helped by a large range of employees over the years. Today I met Flint, he was a pleasure and made my experience more then just a stop and shop. He added alot of personality to the place (in a good way) and even took the time to show me alternate options that should improve my tobacco experience. He then noticed my phone (a Z Fold 2) and we ended up tradinf knowledge. He taught me about vape tech and I showed him phone tech. I truly LOVED how Flint made this a fun and educational shopping experience. OWNERS: Flint deserves a raise - he did a great job upsetting me also 🙂

Every time I go there for the prices change, on the same items. I guess it depends on their moods. I found the one vape shop two blocks away has better prices, better hours, better parking, and nicer people running the store.

Knowledgeable staff and there is no BS just good straight up lets fine what ya need. My new go to place for vape, juice , and other equip.

At first glance I was really excited. Nice smoke shop with a great variety. And then I made my first purchase. I get to the car and notice its already been opened and a piece was missing. I go back on and alert the staff. They looked through and verify that Im right, the piece is missing. They have another of the product I purchased in the shelf so the staff goes and looks through it. Mind you, its already been opened too. THERE PIECES WERE MISSING FROM THAT ONE TOO. The staff offered me a lesser product, but other than that had no solution for this problem. I took it with the missing piece as it wasnt essential. It was just a back up mouthpiece. Quite upset, I go home. The staff was really apathetic honestly. I go home. So I go and load the vape pen I bought. Nothing happened. I made sure everything was on. I loaded it again. Once again, nothing. I tried everything I could think of to make it work. Nothing worked. I looked up videos. I tested the pieces on other Vapes I have. Nothing worked. So needless to say, Im not happy. They sold me a pre-opened package with pieces missing. They didnt care that pieces were missing or that someone opened their imvinvent and took pieces out. Then after everything is said and done the product didnt even work.

Horrible experience. I bought two vapes from this store within a week.( around 300 dollars). I purchased a pack of coils(5 in a pack) only three of the coils worked. They were nice enough to exchange the two coils that didnt... But the exchanged coils also did not work. When the exchange happened i bought a $30 bottle of juice 6mg nicotine. When i got. Home the seal was busted and it was 0mg nicotine. I called and was told oh must have gave you the tester ... It was in a 6mg box? I will never go there again. Dont waste time or money

Ive been to nearly every vape/smoke shop in Ocala and this one, by far, has been the best in prices, as well as experience. I cant count how many times Ive gone into shops and find an RDA or RTA I like for double the price you can buy online with free shipping. The prices here are comparable to online. The section in mods, tanks, juice, and even glass is great, however, the wire selection and prices of them werent as good as I was hoping. They have a pretty good rewards system and BOGO juice offers as well. Helpful staff and will order for you if they dont have something you want or need. This place is a little out of the way for me, but well worth the drive.
