This place is under new management & has been better recently. I now check every item before I leave the store!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive shopped here for years and spent *many* hundreds (usually a satisfied customer). I just attempted to return a non-working disposable pen I bought last week, and was told it happens sometimes and I should have tested it when I bought it. (I have never been told that before at any vape shop!) They offered no solution. I even asked then to look me up in their system to confirm Im a longtime customer. They said they have no way of doing that. Now I have to find another vape shop in the area.

Extremely friendly and informative. Would recommend to people new to vaping or just interested in a new shop. Very inviting atmosphere. Incredibly nice artists. I dropped in one day needing juice thinking it would just be a one time thing and have not stopped going back since. Worth going in at least once (but I have a feeling if you do, you will find yourself there again).

The smoke shop didnt have what I was looking for but deserves 5 stars due to the clerk who practically bend over backwards to help me find something comparable and at a good price. She was so friendly and helpful that I was super happy with my purchase even though it was not what Id gone in for. The customer service here is stellar!

Today is Super Bowl Sunday and sadly the first 3 smoke shops near my house are closed. Ive been to 5 separate smoke shops in total that dont carry the replacement coils and/pods for my vape. Lucky for me the Vapor Spot & Smoke Shop stayed open despite being Super Bowl Sunday. This was worth the drive already at this point, to say the least.When I walked in the door the first thing I noticed is the large selection of ejuice. In terms of selection and new product, this shop has its competition beat. At first glance I could tell this place has a wider selection of mod kits, starter kits, tanks, coils, pods, ejuice, disposables, d8, accessories, etc. than any other smoke shop Ive been to in Ocala. I found coils, pods, and the exact mod kit that I spent months searching for. What a relief...They also have a full smoke shop but what stood out to me the most about this store was the feeling of excitement and content I was bestowed with after my visit.The shop attendant, Andrew, undoubtedly had extensive far-reaching knowledge across each product line. He really was a genuinely kind person and seemed thrilled to help in a way that created what can only be described as the most welcoming feeling Ive ever had while being inside of a store. He took his time to listen to my ideas or thoughts, address my concerns, and answer my questions with generous and helpful information. Andrew did a great job to cater to my best interests and take initiative towards all of my needs today. After finally quitting smoking after 9 years this has created a positive, impactful, and valuable one-of-a-kind experience.Id rather come here and get what I need than go to different smoke shops looking for 1 item to still come out empty handed.I look forward to my next visit when I have more time to look around at their new stuff. Coming from somewhere that has far better vape shops. Ive visited 5 so far in this area and none have impressed me, this one included. Bought a vape juice from this location out of desperation to avoid real cigarettes but in less than 24 hours Im coughing really bad and my chest hurts. Ive been vaping since 2013 through a trusted company and have been using the same vape juice for 8 years and have never had this issue.. Not all liquids are made the same. What I was sold, is garbage. If you want to keep your health, Id avoid places like this that dont know what theyre selling people. Also, the fact that you cant try flavors, Id give you negative stars if I could. This is not a vape store. Its a bong shop with some vape juices. Dont mistake the two.Ill update my review in response to your lack of care for my concerns. It was 100% the vape juice I bought from your store. The second I stopped using it, I had no more issues but whatever you have to tell yourselves to help you sleep at night knowing you sell bad products. Yohr customer service is atrocious. If you at all cared about your consumers youd take my complaint more seriously but I can see you dont want to accept anything Im saying as truth or even offer me a refund for the wasted money. So now we can add poor customer service to the list of complaints.

Great and friendly staff. They always have good deals, but they always out of stock. I go there because its closer to home and dont really want to drive down town. for vapes.

It’s decent. I’m on a trip from out of state.Been in only once wasn’t too bad. Xfusion is still the best headshop I’d say in Ocala. Prices are reasonable. Could be a little friendlier. But definitely no reason not to shop there.If I’m that way again I’ll stop back in.

There friendly and helped me find what I needed. I was able to talk to then casually while shopping without feeling rushed they helped understand what is better there selection is decent. Will be coming back

New to the area trying to find me a local vape shop I like to stay dedicated to one shop and I think after visiting several shops I found the one for me also Id like to give a shout out to brian great guy to deal with knows his stuff about vape devices and liquids would definitely recommend this shop to any one but if you go make sure you see brian..

Guy was patient with my gf had her smell and try several different types of juices impressed with the way he treated us and other customers its a 45 minute drive but well definently be back

Very helpful staff. He is trying very hard to help me solve the voopoo Gene mod that leaks . The manufacturer will not help even under warranty.
