I visited this Massage Envy when I was experiencing neck and head pain. Dacquari was so compassionate, gentle, and sensitive from the moment I arrived. She recognized immediately that I was not feeling well and started our session early to try and help me. I am so thankful for her care and kindness to me that day, and for the relief she provided me from my pain. Thank you so much
This is by far the best massage envy I have ever been to. I have been to the other location near Moore, I have been to locations in Maryland and New Jersey and this by bar exceeds all expectations of a retail massage place. Their manager really helped me out with my membership from Maryland. I have received great massages and facials. Really the best around.
Difficulty booking, they canceled my appointment, I was able to get my account straightened out within 15 minutes they had already given my appointment away, I’m just so upset and began crying on the phone and the lady I spoke to was just so uncaring and mean. I’m just so frustrated because I have so many of these credits and then my card gets declined and I took the day off months in advance and now I have the day off with no pay and also no appointment. And they’re just so uncaring, I used to go to the massage envy in Dr Phillips in Florida and they were so much kinder and more understanding

One of the worst massage experiencesI have ever gotten. I arrived 15 minutes early like the directions suggested, thinking they would get me ready to start right on my appointment time. Instead, the therapist comes out right at my time and we end up starting 10 minutes after my time, as she takes her time to begin the session. After a weak massage, that pretty much just felt like light rubbing, I see that it has only been a total of 40 minutes because the therapist stopped 10 minutes early. The therapist was clearly feeling knots in my neck and back but would simply lightly rub them and move on. Furthermore, I specified specific parts of the body to be focused on more, but it was as if the therapist did not even see that, as she spent minimal time on each part and tried to cover the whole body. I was also confused when she asked me what type of pressure I wanted and why I was coming in when I filled out an entire form specifying all these things. It was as if it was never even read. You could hear the AC rambling in the room and music was minimal. Not very relaxing and a horrible experience. I disregarded the negative reviews because I thought my experience would be better because I am not a picky person; however, I was wrong. FIND A BETTER PLACE!
This place is very weird. Therapist Zack was WAY to much. I dont think he should be doing ANY massages on anyone ever!! We attempted to speak with a manager and was blocked very quickly with some email mess. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate! Never again!!
They shorted me 10 minutes off a 50 minute massage! ?? The massages always seem to end too quickly, just the way it goes when youre so relaxed, so i just a got up and didnt realize it really WAS significantly early until after I was dressed and headed out of their room and took a look at the clock. And then I told the lady at the front desk, she was so apathetic - and it was even more noticeable because we were having this conversation at a time that should have been during my massage still! She didnt even apologize, she offered no suggestions on how to remedy the situation or compensate for not receiving what i paid for. horrible customer service.
This place is poorly managed. They have very limited appointments available and when you cancel the membership they give you 60 days to use the sessions you have already paid for and if you don’t use them you lose them. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership, they have no one at their facilities that can cancel the membership, you have to go through a manager who is never available and will not return phone calls. Be aware!
Please be very careful what you get into with this place. If you dont use the credits and want to cancel membership you will find out very fast how it works. You lose your money. You have 60 days to use the credits or lose them. This is one of the worst scams out there today. I hope this will stop someone that wants a massage to re-think using Massage Envy. Would love to talk to the owner of the Memorial and Penn location.
Staff is always nice & the therapists do a great job. They listen to & address your needs. Always leave feeling relaxed & refreshed.
I started a membership in Broken Arrow last September. I moved to OKC in November and have used this location since. I really like one therapist there, but overall it has been a series of bad experiences and I will be cancelling my membership. I tried to transfer my account to the OKC office and the DM wouldn’t allow it because it affects membership numbers. So anytime I have an account issue I have to deal with BA two hours away. One of the therapists no call no showed for work on me. I’ve had my 90 minute massage scheduled and then changed to 60 minutes 3 times (one time they didn’t tell me until I got there). I’ve been asked four timed to remove my appointment up or down. One massage was only 40 minutes of table time because they took me way late, but still rushed me out. They constantly say ‘sorry, we got overbooked’. The worst experience I had was when a therapist was overbooked and rushing she pulled my sheet down to my waist.
Never again they ruined a birthday surprise by cancelling last minute then changed the reschedule massage 3xs now I have no clue what time to the massage is and got no confirmation call. Never again Im going to cancel this membership asap. No point of having it when you can never get in.
They have no massage appointments available anytime in April or May. I was gifted a gift card to get a massage before my wedding and wont be able to use it because they have 0 appointments.
Had a gift card for a 1 hour massage and my appt. was at 9:45 am. I arrived a few minutes early and filled out the required paperwork. At about 10:00 am, I was called back to wait in the therapeutic room. My masseuse came out and failed to introduce herself and just shuffled me into the room. After murmuring something along the lines of, get undressed and lay down, I once again waited until she returned at 10:12 am. During the course of the session, all I heard were the crunches of a peppermint in her mouth and her awful coughing fits every few minutes. The massage itself was not relaxing, I did not feel at ease. When she finished, I looked at the clock...11:01 am...so much for an hour-long massage! To make matters worse, I ended up feeling worse than before I got there!Overall, very unprofessional and unpleasant environment. I will never return and I wont recommend this place to anyone.
I heard about Massage Envy because I work at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. The discount listed was not what they charged me. They over charged me. I called them on Monday and spoke to them about it and whoever I spoke with said the prices have increased and they would have the manager call me back. I never received a returned call back.The massage was average. She was young, so for her experience, pretty good. I will not return to this location based on my customer service experience.
After having mixed experiences with different massage therapists and waiting several months for them to have an esthetician, I did finally find a great massage therapist there named Samantha. She does firm to deep and was great. I sit at a desk all day and am a recreational runner. She hit my upper back and calves perfectly!
I hate to be that person to complain but I felt like it was necessary... First, I had to use the bathroom while waiting and I noticed that some of the massage therapist were standing the hallway complaining about something at work which is unprofessional in front of customers. Second, the timer stopped working in the beginning of the massage. So my masseuse kept asking me, “what time do you think we got started and how long do you want to go?” I understand that you are curious, but I’m here to relax and not talk. Third, the sound system is cheap so you can hear the bass rattling with the “relaxing music”. Fourth, my masseuse was very knowledgeable and sweet but... I don’t think I had a knot completely worked on because I had a huge lump on my neck days after the massage. It was very painful and miserable. I did not want to come back in and get it worked on because of how much pain that I was in.I am thankful that I used my gift card or I would be asking for a full refund back. Just do your homework if you are thinking about coming here.
Was really good. Took the appropriate time to work on my back. But as slow as they were going you could tell they were trying to fill my 1.5 hr slot very slowly. Asked for neck back feet chest and head. Only got neck and back. Still felt amazing when I left. Extremely nice and respect your boundries. Will be going back. I feel maybe it was just a communicate error on my part maybe.
I love this place! The service, the atmosphere. I always get the platinum package and it is the best. I wish they would bring back the hot oil scalp massage as part of the platinum package thou. But still a great package and it keeps me coming back.
I have been a customer of massage envy for a long time. Moved out to OK about 1 year and half ago. Angie does amazing facials so it saddens me that I will be starting to look else where and probably saving my credits for when I move back out of OK. The management just doesn’t have it together out here.
I dont leave reviews often but I must in this case. I scheduled a message two weeks in advance. I forgot about it. My fault. I understand why they charged for the appointment, however they also charged me a $25.00 tip. Called to cancel membership and was told I had to do it in writing and it is a 10 day process. Meanwhile, Ill get charged another months mebership fee during this 10 day cancelation process. Now I know why Message Envy LOST a class action lawsuit for bad billing practices. Be careful doing business with this company.
Great massages. I got spoiled when I lived in San Antonio, because there were 3 within 20 minutes of us, so I could always get in within a day. Here, you definitely need to plan ahead or prebook. I wasnt impressed with the facial I got once, compared to other spas Ive been to, so I always use my credit for massages now. I also wish there were more therapists trained in reflexology.
I came into establishment ready to leave feeling great and relaxed. I got off the table in horrible pain and they didn’t seem to care just kept asking me for my form of payment. Ran my card and took my money. When I called and spoke with the manager she offered me a free 30 min session on my next visit. I will never come back to this establishment. I want my money back. Ladies and Gents don’t spend your money here!!!!
The therapist was Great!!! But they want to much personal contact info and keep pushing buying a contract. Makes it hard to want to go back for just a normal massage every now and then. I mean who wants to be under contract cmon.
I used to work at Massage Envy. I loved what I did and I love the clients that I met. But I absolutely hate the owner Steve long. Now I know hate is a strong word but Ive never met a person so greedy in my life. He did not care about the well being of the clients that came there he just cares about the money. If youre going to be in the medical business you should at least have some love for people. All he would do is coaches on how to sell a membership. Never once did he try to inform us on all the diseases that there are out there that really require medical massage. He made it hard for me to work there because all he was concerned about was the money. I actually wanted to see these people walk out of here no longer in pain. I am so thankful that I dont have the disease such as palbra myalgia . Constantly being in pain because your muscles are so tight around your bones you cant even move your neck correctly. I really highly suggest you go to elements. Not only are they good to their clients. They truly care about the well being of that person. this massage envy is just a greedy money hungry location. I hope that if you had the chance to come across a different location in a different state please feel free to try. But far as for this location I highly suggest you run
Worst Massage Envy location Ive ever been to. One time I showed up and they cancelled my appointment, didnt even call me to let me know. They took 2 weeks to return a phone call once. Unimpressed by staff. Avoid.
The therapist was extremely rude. Her manager promised me another visit and never followed through. Seems this place is only about making you feel less than, and customers are an inconvenience to them
Unbelievable this place has no one available to do a facial!!!!!!! That is specifically why I got a membership at massage envy...for facials!!!! I’ve been waiting for a month for them to hire somebody. I was just told today that I have to wait another month... Very unprofessional so disappointed.
I love coming here. I have here for alomst a year and go monthly. Now I do a prenatal massage and Ava is awesome!!! Never really had a problem at all. But everyone is diffrent and experiences things diffrently
Love the therapists but this place is booked for three or more months so its usually inconvenient to schedule a time unless you know what youre doing for half the year.
