Lenox skincare is the absolute best! I had severe acne and cysts on my face. They came up with an individualized care plan for my skin. They also taught me how to care for my skin to keep up the results.

I always have an amazing experience with Tiffany. The service is top-notch and the results are incredible. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and PERSONALIZED skincare experience especially WOC.

I gifted my friend a facial here and she hated the experience! The esthetician it’s was rude and unwelcoming and I don’t know if she was new or having a bad day but the whole facial seemed rushed making it not so relaxing. And also she used a cheap pore spatulas , instead of doing extractions traditionally, which made me cringe because it did absolutely nothing for the pores NOTHING. Just an unpleasant experience overall especially if you’re someone that has high expectations when it comes to skin treatments.

It was an amazing experience, more than I had anticipated. Erica was very knowledgeable and even explained what she doing to my skin. She gave me some great recommendations on things I could do for my skin and she gave me a great massage. This was my first time, but definitely won’t be my last.

Tiffany’s service was excellent! The ambiance of the spa is very relaxing and soothing and the facial was amazing. She taught me about what is causing my skin problems and set me up with the perfect regimen to get my skin healthy and glowing!

I’ve been seeing Tiffany for 2 years. When I started getting regular facials, I was concerned about discoloration and sun damage. Tiffany began treating me once a month and my skin has transformed from extremely dry and aging to glowing and youthful. I rarely wear makeup and get compliments on my skin all the time. When I say that this experience was fantastic, it was my first but definitely won’t be my last time at Lenox Skincare! The facial that I received was very relaxing, the process was explained to me and she focused on what my concerns. I mentioned that I’ve just came back from PR and my was dry and peeling. She advised that due to the dehydration of my skin, she did a gentle scrub, not to irritate my skin, and then followed up with wonderful hydration treatments that left me with a glow and feeling refreshed! Amazing facial and skincare treatments. Lenox skincare is a very clean and beautiful decorated place! My skin always looks, feels so good and hydrated. Tiffany takes time to explain your treatment plan and explain your dos and donts. One time during a facial treatment ,I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I woke up frantic because I received a lil extra extended treatment care.I had an appointment with a customer to deliver a birthday order right after my scheduled service. My skin was so refreshed! Tiffany saw that I was frantic about my delivery being late. I have you know Tiffany Lenox took my order to my customers birthday event. My client asked who the lady was that dropped her purchase off? My customer said Tiffany was extremely friendly and sweet!. Talk about going above and beyond to help another small business owner! I have received exceptional treatments, reconstructive skin services, facials , semi peel, and successful laser hair treatments at Lenox skincare.Everyone working there are always so nice and helpful. Even if you cant book with Tiff her backups are just as great. Stephanie does amazing brow work!

We hosted a group party with Lenox Skincare and it was a great experience. There were 6 of us (3 women and 3 men); the services provided were excellent, Tiffany provided us with a charcuterie board, mimosas and chocolate covered strawberries. They went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Definitely suggest going as an individual or as a group!!!!

You dont realize how much you need a facial, until you get a facial! I have been dealing with mild acne most of my life and I am ready to get rid of it. I can NOT explain how pleased I have been with my treatments! I had a terrible outbreak in June and was so discouraged! I reached out to Tiffany and she was very professional, confident and reassuring this could be resolved, so we begin treatments and I followed her skin cleaning regiment instructions to a “T!” I experienced immediate results! Im rarely say anything bad but Im writing this review because I feel I was misled& mishandled. I went to the south location, for the DMK. Was told my skin not ready to receive that treatment. I was okay with that as long as I received a good facial. Bad job. No robe was given. I came out with one thing: Extra oily GLOW. No blackheads, whiteheads touched, no massage, nothing. I was charged for a new client consultation (the conversation included what regimen I follow and What I want for my skin. Thats it. No products discussed while in the chair). Take my word: dont waste your hard earned money.
