Aqueous Vapor Olathe

Bought a 120ml bottle of juice and went to fill my tank in store (was running super low). The top popped off and half the bottle poured out on the counter. Spent $75 on juice and they just looked at me. Wasnt able to get a replacement for a defective bottle I just bought and opened in front of them! Never going back here again. Worse customer service Ive seen at a vape shop.

Ive been using this place for about a year now so I have enough experience to say they are excellent woth service and selection. I vale the NOM brand which is sometimes hard to find in KC. With the exception of the last visit Ive had theyve been great which the juice was leaking inside the box 📦 . Ill be asking them about it when I go in next time as I need to replace my mod due to age. I suggest this to anyone that wants friendly staff and quick services as im usually in a rush to get some juice and head to work.

I’m relatively new to the area, and went to Aqueous on a recommendation. I have a basic knowledge of vaping, and the representative was very kind and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for, and he found me an affordable kit with two great tasting juices to try. Corbin was extremely helpful in picking out a suitable vape, and gave me side by side comparisons for me to choose from. Couldn’t be happier with the service rendered.

The young guy (sorry, forgot your name) that helped me on vape juice was incredibly helpful. Thanks!!! The store is SO spotless and clean..no odors or anything to interfere with the vape sampling.

Unless you want to pay double for some e-juices (literally) other Vape shops sell the Twist juices 120 mgs for $24.99, (2-60 ounce bottles in 1 box), but at A.V., they charge 24.99 for just ONE 60 mg bottle! They also charge $9.99 for a 2,500Mah 3.7v battery compared to 3,000Mah 3.7v at 9.99 at other local shops.Basically, they are overcharging people left & right. You dont have to take my word for it, research the price differences for yourself. Youll find that Im telling it EXACTLY how it is!They dont even deserve 1 star to be honest, but I dont have that option.EDIT: I spoke to Kevin at A.V. this morning and he is making things right. Thanks A.V., Kevin & Management for adjusting your prices. Ill be by later today with my I.D. so you know its me to get the matter corrected with the photo I mentioned on the phone.🙂

Everyone here is knowledgeable, and know what theyre doing. I came from Vape Attic where they dont seem to understand the concepts of vaping. Staff is very nice and helped me beyond expectations. They also price match!

If i could give no stars I would! Do NOT GO HERE!! I paid 23.99 for 1 bottle of twist juice even though EVERYWHERE else you get 2 for that price because the box come with the 2 together! Big rip off!!
