I came in on a Sunday it was my 2nd time coming to this location and Ive been trying for weeks to find a few flavors that I was desperately looking for. Logan who worked there he knows his stuff, he got me the two best-flavored Vape juices Ive had since I started vaping a year ago. I swear this is the only vape shop Im ever coming to for the rest of my life. I would have saved at least $200 if I would have just started out coming here. The amount of time and money wasted trying different vape shops and their overpriced juices. Chelsee was amazing! I had no idea what I wanted and she pointed me to my new favorite product. She wasnt pushy and didnt try to up upsell me. Im now a loyal customer and will only go in when shes there.

Everyone is kind and helpful, but he tends to put in an extra few specks of good experience every time.It’s always clean, and their new organization of products makes it really easy to find what you’re looking for.

I purchased an Esco Bar Mega and within 24 hours it began to taste burnt. Obvious problem with the product. I called back to report the issue and they said that there was nothing they could do. Piss poor customer service and zero customer retention. Buyer be ware. Avoid this place at all costs!!! This should have lasted 2 weeks and I am out $30 after 1 day. Do not patronize this establishment.

Ive been going to their locations for a little over a year and a half now, and i will never shop at another store. Great customer service and a large selection of products. Great prices on all the best name brand premium juices. If youve never been, definitely stop in and check it out.

I go to this vape shop because it’s down the street from where I live and they have the best selection for everything, especially vape juice. they have a bunch of stuff like neat ash trays, candles, incense, etc. it’s definitely a hippie vibe! Steve happily recommended products that would fit my needs and was very knowledgeable about everything.

Over the last few years I’ve made Smoke Tokz my primary smoke shop for all things Kratom, vapes, etc… the employees have always been very chill, nice & helpful. However when I went to visit the west Olathe location for the first time tonight I was met with annoyance, frustration & an overall bad attitude by a gentleman who simply did not want to give me service nor answer my simple questions about the product I was looking at. It left a bad taste in my mouth & I will absolutely not be visiting this location again.

Lots of shops around here but none like this one. Not even the other location does it for my wife and I, there’s just a certain relaxed vibe here that really draws one in and keeps them there. Our favourite clerk (brown hair, beard?) is always there & has excellent recommendations every time. Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, plus we’re down to talk about LOTR or Elden Ring anytime xDProduct quality is great across the board— have tried almost everything at this point: mods, probably twenty different juices, thirty different disposables, etc. and have purchased 3 separate glass pieces (wife has MS, uses CBD isolate) in the last few weeks alone even, seriously because the selection is just too good. Please sell an uglier glass selection, I can’t take it! ;)Always verify purchases & have never had anything come up as illegitimate/counterfeit. Not naming names but the same cannot be said about other places around KC, which makes me appreciate this place even more. Keep it up!

This is the best vape and smoke shop in the area. We originally were going to Gardner but this shop is so much bigger and has so much more variety! Almost comparable to third planet!

The selection is great, but being in there for almost 15 minutes I was completely ignored by the staff. Everybody else who came in was served . Seems to me that the customer service at this location is lacking compared to the store on Mur-len.

I would have liked more menthol free disposables... the small 500 puff ones. Well there was the orange Cali bar I liked called peach pear or peach nectar, something like that.

Steve was very knowledgeable and was a great help with replacement parts I needed. Quick and friendly service.

They are never open on time Ive come 3 times in the morning when the web site says they open at 9 I work at 10 I sit for about 15min to see if they show but never do. Poor part on management to not have someone here and if they cant be here on time ever then need to change the hours, I will never but here again Ive wasted my gas so much trying to give them a chance.
