I’ve been a member for 10 years and just ended my membership due to new ownership and decreasing professionalism and customer service. When they were Massage Heights the services were some of the best in town. Once they switched over to “Everyday Massage”, long-time massage therapists began quitting and it trickled down to the quality of service. I was grandfathered in at a monthly rate of $49.99, and without warning they raised it to $65/mo. When I complained and asked for the owner to call me back, she never did so I cancelled my membership. The front desk associate was very apologetic and let me know that the owner never calls back re: complaint so there’s a clear lack of professionalism. On top of that, I’ve never had so many cancellations of services. I book a month in advance and have thrice been cancelled without the ability to get in quickly. I’ve also noticed the Massage Therapists no longer wait with water at the end of the service nor give you a synopsis of what they worked on or recommendations of what you should do/work on thereafter (i.e. stretch more, etc.). So the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. Save your money and go elsewhere.
My massage was cancelled 10 mins after it was supposed to start today. Worst massage place in Omaha since they changed names. Management and owners are terrible and greedy. The massage therapist are great if you can get one. You pay a monthly fee but clearly they dont pay enough to keep workers. I have paid a monthly fee for years but this past year I have gotten two massages because there are no workers because management is cheap. Whats the point of a monthly fee if you cant go?
I have left 4 messages regarding being overcharged for my membership and have not heard back. When I went in for my massage, I asked the receptionist to please help me figure out why I was being overcharged and she said she didnt know and couldnt help me because shes new. I will be cancelling my membership - even if that means putting a stop payment on the monthly charge to my card, since I cannot seem to reach anyone at Everyday Massage. This is a bummer because my husband and I really enjoy our sessions with Natasha.
WHAT A RIP OFF.I haven’t been in to get a massage in about6 months, so I was very excited to get my massage today. When I booked it, the price said $65 for 60 minutes. After my massage, they told me my total was $120. I was surprised and said it was misleading because that’s how much it said online when I booked the appointment. The girl up front told me because I haven’t booked in a while that the price goes up…. What?! I am not a member, so the price DOUBLES if you’re not a member?I finally received a response from the owner and she screen shot a picture of their “prices may be subject to change…”SO BE AWARE. If you’re not a member and go more than once, your $65 massage will actually be $120.So, I’ll be going somewhere else if you’re going to double-charge me for not being a member. Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere, but you shouldn’t advertise $65 massages then charge someone double. That’s ridiculous.
When I actually get a massage it is great. However trying to book a massage when you have a full-time job and cant go in the middle of the day super difficult and then they keep canceling my appointments. Canceled my membership and they said I would owe 1 more payment. Now for some reason it is 2 payments. Im so over it. I wish I could just get a refund for my credits and move on.
Tough to book an appointment because they don’t have enough options. They are booked the entire month of October for any day or time. They only have a few weekend options in November and those don’t work with my schedule. It’s frustrating not to be able to use my prepaids because they don’t have the capacity to serve their paying members. I pay them every month but they don’t return my calls or emails. I have received some great massages at this place in the past but I am very disappointed with their lack of communication and availability and I am planning to cancel as soon as I can get ahold of someone.
Actual rating is: Zero stars.I moved an hour from Omaha and due to many factors was unable to get back there to use the pre paids I had with the clinic off of Maple and the manager was absolutely unwilling to refund my money or do anything to help with the situation. All she apparently cares about is ripping off a long time client of her clinic in keeping said money. She put off even giving me a response for weeks which was completely uncalled for. Ive been getting massages as a whole for almost 20 years and have never been treated in such a rude manner. Horrible experience.
Im disappointed this is under new ownership/management. Everyday Massage was the only place I enjoyed in Omaha! Judging by the comments; Ill have to find a new place for my wife and I to go for our massages. Its also a huge red flag when the owners will only respond to 5 star ratings and not the other customers concerns.
Here for my massage on a Sunday at 10am and the location is close. No notice and no sign. Three other cars are here and also dont know whats up. Ridiculous to not notify anyone. Are you out of business and just taking our money? Or did your entire staff forget to show up? Not happy.
Booked an pregnancy 120 min massage for $125. They don’t have pregnancy tables, so I had to get my massage lying on my side with a pillow tucked between my legs. My hips are always sore due to pregnancy and to receive my service lying on them, was a waste of time and money. The masseuse did a lot of 1 handed massaging on my back. She Spent 1 1/2 hr on my back and less than 5 mins per arm and leg. Maybe 2 mins on my feet. Left still sore. Would not return nor recommend. I’ll stick to Massage Envy.
I had incorrect & duplicate charges on my account. I called and asked to speak to a manager to resolve and was told “I have no idea when she’ll be in again.” I left phone messages and emailed asking for a call back. Eventually I got an email but continued to ask for a call to resolve everything. Instead the manager just kept replying via email and would not call me. After over a week of back and forth, the charges were still not resolved and she seemed confused even though I explained it several times and even showed my bank statements. Ended up cancelling my membership and disputing charges with bank. Ridiculous customer service. Take your money elsewhere.
I have been seeing their massage therapist, Charisa for over a year. She is by far the best deep tissue massage therapist I have ever been too. Everyone is very Professional. Very clean environment. I will not go anywhere else.
Received a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. Due to covid, I wasnt interested in going until recently. When I looked on the certificate, it expired a couple of weeks ago. I thought under the circumstances, they would honor the certificate. Nope, I was wrong they would not honor it. Wow, what a way to build customers!
A transition in ownership can be rough, but they are handling it great! Natasha is THE BEST! Good luck Everyday Massage! I will continue to refer people to your business.
Owners changes the name and in the middle of COVID shutdowns gave people 60 days to use whatever credits they had left. They expected me to use 6.5 hours when things weren’t open. Having to file a claim with the state AG office. Refused refunds and management would no longer return calls.
Been a member for over 5 years and now can’t get in for an appointment. The last 2 appointments I’ve made have been cancelled even though I booked well in advance. Will likely cancel membership.
My husband enjoyed a nice massage. They have good hours that fit our schedule!
